Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state has norms that regulate religious and cultural diversity. However, in practice, diversity is still a task that must be taken seriously.” This article discusses problems that arise due to diversity, such as conflicts between religious, ethnic and cultural communities. The purpose of writing this article is to provide relevant views related to multicultural education and its relationship with the principles of Christian values so that a tolerant nation is born. Indonesia is a nation that has different religions, ethnicities and cultures, but these differences often become one of the triggers for conflict. With the application of a strong multicultural understanding in a nation, Indonesia will become a strong nation and accept differences as heritage. The method used in writing this article is descriptive qualitative method, by conducting a literature review from several relevant sources, describing a thing, phenomenon, or social setting in explaining or describing related to the topic of multicultural and Christian values. By instilling multicultural education with the principles of Christian values (Galatians 5:22-23) such as love, peace, joy, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control is relevant to create a nation that is tolerant, lives in harmony, accepts and respects each other despite having different backgrounds.

This study examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the dynamics and ethics of the workplace environment at PT COLAB PROSPERITY JAYA, a company engaged in the coconut product export industry. Using a qualitative approach, this research involved in-depth interviews with employees at various levels to explore how AI affects work efficiency, decision-making, ethical issues, and employee interactions. The results indicate that AI improves efficiency and supports decision-making with accurate data. However, there are serious ethical concerns, especially regarding data privacy and algorithmic bias. Furthermore, although AI facilitates task management, it also has the potential to reduce social interactions that are crucial for creativity and teamwork. This study suggests the need for stronger policies and ethical training to ensure that AI is integrated in a responsible and fair manner, emphasizing the importance of balancing the benefits of technology with human values in the development and application of AI in the workplace.

Lingual or language is an integral part of the cultural expression of a society, is used as a means of communicating values, beliefs and customs, has an important social function and fosters a sense of group identity and solidarity. Traditional Balinese snacks for the Cemagi Village society are not just food but also have an important role as a means of traditional ceremonies. A linguistic anthropology approach was used by researchers to reveal the culture of the Cemagi people, in the process of inheriting and passing on the role of traditional snacks in their beliefs as Hindus. It is hoped that the role of traditional snacks can be learned, inherited, passed on from one generation to the next, through actions in the form of face-to-face interactions, and of course through linguistic communication, both verbal and non-verbal. -verbal form. The proposed research is to find out how traditional food exists and to know the lexicon of traditional snacks and their meaning in a traditional ceremony. There were 12 lexicons found in this first research and explained in terms of processing processes and fields of meaning in the beliefs of the Cemagi society. Traditional snacks are used as the main filling material and function as a means in traditional ceremonial processions. Traditional snacks are symbolic and expressive, both in terms of shape, ingredients and taste.

Behavior between fellow students is an increasingly disturbing phenomenon in the school environment. This can have a negative impact on the mental and emotional health of students who are victims. In facing this problem, teachers have an important role in responding to it. Teachers' efforts to address behavior include an educational approach, fostering positive values, creating an inclusive and supportive environment, and providing an understanding of the importance of respecting differences. The type of research used is qualitative, a research model that uses descriptive data in the form of written or spoken language from people and actors who can be observed. This qualitative research is carried out to explain and analyze individual or group phenomena, events, social dynamics, attitudes, beliefs and perceptions. The conclusion is that, with the active role of teachers, it is hoped that the school environment can become a safe and supportive place for all students, without discrimination based on physical appearance.

This research explores the conceptual implications of the Second Principle of Pancasila for social harmony in Indonesia. Pancasila, as the state's philosophical and ideological foundation, emphasizes the importance of "just and civilized humanity". However, the implementation of these values ​​often faces obstacles such as differences of opinion and personal interests, as well as the inability to resolve conflicts peacefully. Through a qualitative approach with literature studies and conceptual analysis, this research highlights the complexity of implementing the Second Principle and efforts to strengthen social harmony. The results show that education about Pancasila values, strengthening law enforcement institutions, and building a culture of inclusion and dialogue are important to improve the implementation of the Second Principle and create a more just and civilized society.

National identity is an important foundation for a nation, containing noble values, culture, and history that distinguish and attract the nation.In the era of rapid globalization and dynamic social change, maintaining and preserving national identity is an increasingly important challenge. Awareness of Pancasila is the key to strengthening national identity. Pancasila, as the state ideology of Indonesia, carries noble values that reflect the spirit of nationality and diversity. This research was prepared using the literature study method by accumulating and drawing conclusions from data obtained from various sources of information, resulting in the conclusion that awareness of Pancasila is key in strengthening national identity.

Living a Christ-based love is a significant challenge in a contemporary era filled with pressures from popular culture and social media influences. This article presents a biblical guide to finding a life partner with strong Christian principles as the foundation. A library study approach is used to scrutinize relevant theological and psychological literature, which provides insight into the biblical principles of love and their application in the modern-day context. Analysis of the literature shows that living a Christ-based love involves being faithful to values such as unconditional love, sacrifice, and commitment to God and each other. However, great challenges arise in maintaining faithfulness to these values amidst cultural influences that call for perfection and self-gratification. In response to these challenges, the practical guidelines resulting from this study emphasize the importance of corporate prayer, shared Bible reading, and openness to receiving the guidance of the Holy Spirit. These steps help couples to strengthen their relationship in Christ, overcome the obstacles they face, and live a love based on the love of Christ with confidence and sincerity.

This research examines the drama script "Storm Throughout the Night" by Max Arifin with a structural approach. This drama raises the main theme of the conflict between idealism and reality in everyday life, especially regarding environmental changes from cities to villages. Through analysis of intrinsic elements such as theme, characters, plot, setting, language style, and message, it was found that the main characters, Jamil and Saenah, face inner conflicts between expectations and reality as well as personal values ​​and social pressure. The storyline depicts their emotional and mental journey in adapting to a new environment and searching for identity. This research shows the importance of maintaining loyalty to idealistic values ​​and the importance of dialogue and interaction in facing social challenges. A structural approach helps reveal the relationships between elements in a drama text, providing a deeper understanding of the meaning and message of this literary work.

A child's discipline plays a crucial role in shaping their character, academic success, social skills, and mental and emotional well-being. The formation of a strong character begins with the introduction of moral values and the development of independence, which is reinforced by consistent discipline. With a strong discipline, children can manage their time efficiently, develop good study habits, and achieve their maximum academic potential.Furthermore, discipline also positively impacts a child's social skills by helping them build healthy relationships, improve communication skills, and effectively manage conflicts. These abilities are essential in shaping individuals who can collaborate in groups and maintain positive relationships with others. Moreover, discipline also significantly affects a child's mental and emotional well-being. Children with discipline are more capable of managing stress, maintaining emotional balance, and building strong self-confidence. This equips them to face life's pressures with greater calmness and optimism.Thus, a child's discipline is not only a determinant factor in their life success but also a strong foundation for shaping individuals who are morally, intellectually, and emotionally sound. Therefore, it is important for parents, educators, and society as a whole to pay adequate attention to the formation of children's discipline from an early age, as an investment in their bright future.

  This research focuses on the values ​​of the existence of the sekaten tradition in the perspective of customary law and Islamic law, as stated in article 18B paragraph 2 which states that "The state recognizes and respects customary law community units and their traditional rights as long as they are still alive and in accordance with with the development of society and the principles of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia." and also article 28 paragraph 3 which emphasizes that the cultural identity and rights of traditional communities must be respected along with developments over time. The method used in this research is Library Research, which means dissecting the value of the existence of the sekaten tradition and the formation of customary law and Islamic law. Customary law and Islamic law have become part of the positive legal system in Indonesia. In the formation of positive law in Indonesia, both customary law and Islamic law were recognized and integrated into the national legal framework. Islamic law encourages Muslims to create a just and harmonious society where individual interests do not outweigh social interests. These ideas are consistent with traditional beliefs that highlight the importance of community, solidarity, and mutual aid in society. However, it is important to realize that how Islamic law is interpreted and implemented varies across societies and countries.

This article discusses the importance of Pancasila education in shaping tolerance and social awareness among Indonesian university students. Based on the nation's five core principles, Pancasila education plays a crucial role in developing the character of the younger generation. By instilling strong moral and ethical values, this education aims to equip students with the ability to face social challenges wisely and responsibly. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach through library research. The findings indicate that Pancasila education can create a conducive learning environment for students' self-development, encompassing not only intellectual aspects but also the formation of moral character. The implementation of this education includes interactive teaching methods, practical experiences, and character education development. Effective methods include group discussions, case studies, community service programs, and student organization activities. In conclusion, Pancasila education must be an integral part of the higher education curriculum to ensure that students thoroughly understand and apply Pancasila values in their daily lives. This is expected to produce a young generation with strong character, tolerance, and social awareness, contributing to the formation of a harmonious and just society.

Pancasila education in Indonesia aims to shape the character of a diverse society into a cohesive unity with a focus on the value of tolerance in a multicultural community. This article examines the role of Pancasila education in promoting a tolerant attitude amidst a culturally diverse society, with values such as social justice, unity, equality, and cooperation as the foundation of harmony amidst differences. Studies also indicate the potential to strengthen tolerance values through intercultural interactions, such as in the activity of hunting for takjil, which symbolizes togetherness among various community groups. By strengthening the understanding of Pancasila values, society can be more open and appreciative of differences, creating harmonious intercultural relationships.

Although there is potential for more dominant consumerism, there are still arisan groups that maintain their traditional values.

The social issue in giving to prisoners who have committed criminal acts of narcotics abuse is the prisoner's right to receive a reduced sentence if they have good behavior while undergoing training. In principle, remission is to create a correctional system that leads to the process of rehabilitation and resocialization of prisoners. The correctional system which started from prison then turned into a correctional system. Penitentiary institutions are no longer a place for revenge, but are a place for convict development.The nature of the research used is normative legal research and the data collection method used in this research is secondary data obtained through library research, namely by conducting research on various literature such as books, laws, with the aim of to look for concepts, or understandings related to the problem of Prison Criminal Efficiency in Changing Prisoner Behavior (Study at Class III Langkat Youth Correctional Institution. A convict is a person who is serving a sentence for a criminal offense or a convict who is serving his sentence in a correctional institution where some of his freedom has been lost. Whereas the regulations regarding remissions start from Government Regulation No. 32 of 1999, the conditions for granting remissions, one of which is for narcotics convicts, are the conditions for granting remissions so that their implementation reflects the values ​​of justice.The mechanism for the process of granting remissions for narcotics crimes in Narcotics Correctional Institutions is that the stages of granting remissions are carried out by submitting an application for remission to the Minister of Law and Human Rights. Then the Head of Prisons makes an assessment with the correctional assessment team of the prisoner. The Head of Prisons and the Correctional Observer Team then held a hearing to discuss the request for remission accompanied by supporting data.

The principles of Pancasila play an important role in shaping children's character from an early age, but a lack of understanding of them can have negative impacts, such as the increase in bullying cases and the decline in children's interest in national anthems. This research aims to inform readers about the rise of bullying cases among children as well as the harmful effects of their lack of interest in national anthems, which in turn can raise awareness of the importance of the early introduction and application of Pancasila principles. The research method used is descriptive analysis to describe the meaning of Pancasila as the basis of the state, the importance of the application of Pancasila characters for elementary school children, the meaning of bullying, the factors that cause bullying, and the cause of the large number of children who do not memorize national anthems. Based on the results of the study, a lack of understanding of Pancasila principles can cause children to lose sight of the importance of respecting differences and understanding the values of equality. The implication can lead to bullying behavior among children as well as declining their interest in national anthems. This leads to the need to increase public awareness of the important role of Pancasila in shaping children's character, preventing bullying behavior, and declining interest in national anthems.

Local wisdom is considered as part of the culture and identity of indigenous peoples, which contains values, norms, ethics, beliefs, customs and traditions developed through social and cultural interactions. This research focuses on one of the traditions in Indonesia, namely the larung offering ceremony. Larung offerings is a religious ritual as a form of gratitude to God. In this research, it was found that the Javanese Blitar indigenous people still maintain the tradition of larung offerings as part of their culture and beliefs. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from written sources. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the existence of the Blitar Javanese traditional community carrying out offerings and how customary and Islamic law influences this process.

Cultural issues cannot be separated from the church planting process. This research uses a literature detective method to analyze cultural and cross-cultural problems seen in church planting. The church, as a religious institution with a long history, continues to transform with changing times. Church planting, as the process of establishing a new community, is not only about physical construction, but also organizing a community of faith. In this process, culture has an important role, bringing challenges and opportunities that need to be understood scientifically. Culture plays a significant role in church planting. Cultural influences can pose challenges, such as differences in values, traditions, and social norms that can hinder acceptance of new religious messages. However, cross-culturalism in church planting also carries great potential to facilitate the spread of the gospel and win the hearts of local residents through an approach that understands local culture. With wise strategy and proper contextualization, the church can bridge the gospel and culture in its mission.

This journal reviews the implementation of national values based on the 1945 Constitution in facing regulatory challenges and problems in the Indonesian oil and gas industry. This research explores how the national values reflected in the 1945 Constitution can be applied in the complex context of the oil and gas industry. The analysis results show that the Indonesian oil and gas industry is faced with various challenges, including complex regulations and suboptimal governance issues. However, implementing national values in oil and gas industry regulations can strengthen the country's energy sovereignty. Steps to increase the implementation of these values include improving regulations that are oriented towards national interests, increasing transparent governance, and a commitment to protecting the environment and surrounding communities. This journal highlights the importance of cooperation between government, industry and society in achieving these goals. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of national values in the Indonesian oil and gas industry is faced with several challenges, such as complex regulations, suboptimal governance, and environmental and social issues that must be addressed. To overcome these challenges, efforts are needed to strengthen the implementation of national values in oil and gas industry regulations, such as improving regulations that are more oriented towards national interests, increasing transparent and accountable governance, and strengthening commitment to efforts to protect the environment and surrounding communities.

This article offers an analysis of the role of Christian religious education in overcoming radicalism in the Indonesian context. Radicalism in Indonesia is multifaceted, and religious, political, social, and ethnic factors contribute to its prevalence. Religious differences often give rise to misunderstandings and violence which then occurs. Political radicalism stems from power dynamics, including state-sponsored oppression or interstate conflict. Social radicalism manifests through extreme tactics aimed at societal transformation, sometimes ignoring legal norms. Ethnic radicalism promotes a supremacist ideology, justifying violence or discrimination against other ethnic groups. Using qualitative research and literature analysis, this research explores the intersection between Christian education, radicalism, and diversity. The results of research on Christian religious education in Indonesia emphasize values such as diversity, tolerance and peace, which provide a counterweight to radical ideology. By prioritizing these values, Christian education fosters stability across religious, political, social and ethnic dimensions, thereby reducing the risks posed by radicalism. This research underlines the importance of Christian religious education in cultivating a society that is cohesive and tolerant of radical influences.
