The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand trust and product quality on customer loyalty through customer engagement with Toyota car users in Medan City. The research was conducted on Toyota car users in Medan City. The population of all Toyota brand car users in Medan City. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula of 150 respondents. Data analysis was performed using path analysis in the SPSS program. The results of the sub-1 analysis prove that brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer engagement. The results of the sub-2 analysis prove that brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer engagement.

The purpose of this study is to describe Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees at the Department of Public Works, Bina Marga and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency. And to analyze the effect of organizational support and quality of work life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through work engagement. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Public Works, Highways and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency, totaling 52 people and the sample was also 52 people using a census sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using SEM with PLS. The results showed Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees in the high category. Organizational support for work engagement has a positive but not significant effect. Quality of work life has a significant effect on work engagement. Organizational support, quality of work life and work engagement have a significant effect on OCB. Organizational support for OCB through work engagement has an insignificant effect, quality of work life for OCB through work engagement has a significant effect.

. A marriage is an agreement based on personal voluntary agreement between a man and a woman to become husband and wife. In Indonesia, the contract or agreement is called a marriage contract (nuptial agreement or marriage). Pre-nuptial agreement is an agreement made by the prospective bride and groom before the marriage takes place so that it becomes a legal couple. Properly the contract The prenuptial agreement is also binding on both the bride and groom and contains issues of dividing the assets of the two parties or relating to the personal assets of both parties so that they can be separated, if one day there is a separation. An agreement is an event where a person promises to another person or where two people promise each other to do something. When compared to an engagement with an agreement, apart from the agreement being a source of engagement other than the law, the engagement is also an understanding that is still abstract, because the parties are said to carry out something, while the agreement is already a concrete understanding, because the parties are said to carry out something certain events. This research is a type of legal research that uses a normative juridical approach. The implementation of the marriage agreement so that the agreement is valid in the eyes of the law, the agreement must be made authentically before a notary. The prenuptial agreement is made for the benefit of legal protection of each other's innate assets, namely the property of the prospective husband or the property of the prospective wife. By making a Pre-Marriage Agreement, it will provide a sense of security to the prospective husband and wife in carrying out their household ark. Prenuptial agreements are made to confirm assets, rights of husband/wife, obligations of husband/wife and responsibilities of each party.

This article defines the process for developing a speaking syllabus for flight attendant school in a Flipped Learning Network (FLN), which increases student engagement and learning by assigning watching videos at home followed up in pre-teaching discussions, and requiring the students to work on live practices in face-to-face classroom activities. Considering that the syllabus is designed to develop the students' oral competence, the target speaking skill is aimed toward developing students' ability to engage in procedural communication in the workplace. Therefore, the topics/themes are chosen to meet the needs of flight attendants consistent with Project-Based Learning (PBL) by Forum Group Discussions (FGDs). In order to achieve this objective, the development of a syllabus begins with a need analysis, topic selection, syllabus prototype production, expert evaluation, and revision for the final product. The syllabus is organized such that the learning experience is explicitly stated for two formats: online meeting (through Google Classroom for the video analysis) as the lecture homework for pre-discussions followed by classroom face-to-face meeting (through FGDs with peers, individual work, and the teacher) to comprehend students' understanding though some units. Each unit has 2 (two) topics. Each topic consists of 60 (sixteen) minutes or 1 (one) meeting. This syllabus development is considered to be implemented in terms of  FLN for instructional activities in flight attendant school resulting higher-order thinking skills such as collaboration, design and problem solving as students tackle difficult problems, work in groups, research, and construct knowledge with the help of the teacher and peers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh prosocial engagement dalam pendidikan agama Katolik terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa melalui keteladanan guru. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru agama Katolik, dan survei siswa. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa prosocial engagement memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk karakter siswa, seperti empati, toleransi, dan kepedulian sosial. Selain itu, keteladanan guru memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam mendorong siswa untuk terlibat dalam perilaku sosial yang positif.  Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pendidikan agama Katolik dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai kristiani dan menciptakan siswa yang bertanggung jawab dan peduli terhadap sesama. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini juga dibahas untuk membantu pengembangan pendekatan dan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam pendidikan agama Katolik.

The rapid development of technology and social media has impacted various sectors in society, one of which is the use of good and correct language. Nowadays, especially among teenagers, the emergence of this new trend is usually used by using cool terms in everyday speech, social media is now increasingly used by many people. The use of language can cause a polemic against the development of Indonesian language among the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of social media on Indonesian language, as well as the positive and negative impacts of using Indonesian language. The research method used was an online survey using a questionnaire. This can be seen from the high level of user engagement in content written in Indonesian and also increases user confidence in interacting with others on social media. However, this study also found that the use of Indonesian on social media can affect the language style of users' writing in daily life. The implication of this study is that Indonesian can play an important role in shaping social behavior in social media and daily life.

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of organizational culture, communication, and job stress on the performance of employees at Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. We employed a survey methodology by administering a questionnaire to a sample of employees from the foundation, picked at random. The acquired data was examined using regression techniques to ascertain the correlation between the variables under study. The analytical findings suggest that a favorable company culture exerts a substantial impact on employee performance. The values, conventions, and behaviors within a corporate culture have a significant impact on enhancing employee motivation, engagement, and performance. Furthermore, the establishment of efficient communication channels between management and employees is also crucial in enhancing work performance by fostering a clearer comprehension of organizational objectives, job responsibilities, and valuable input. Nevertheless, research has demonstrated that work-related stress has a detrimental impact on the performance of employees. Elevated levels of stress can disrupt employee focus, drive, and psychological well-being, resulting in diminished productivity and job excellence. These findings indicate that Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan's management should strengthen a favorable organizational culture by emphasizing the principles of cooperation, creativity, and employee assistance.

As international trade activities are increased, there are more regulative practices which might  be  barriers to trade. One  of such hindrances is exchange rate volatility that  affects trade activities both  directly  and indirectly. Exchange rate volatility of currencies can  affect  the  trade engagements and  as well as the  trade balance of a country. One  of the  implications of the  study is that  the  impacts of monetary policy changes on trade activities can  be  noticed significantly in the  long-term. While impacts on export levels  are usually immediate, import levels are changed in long-run. The research analyzes the correlation between inflation and  devaluation and  clearly  states their  impacts on  trade balance. The  case study about devaluation of the  currency of Azerbaijan elaborates the  impacts of currency volatility on exports which is illustrated and analyzed in this research. Moreover, inflation and  devaluation correlations and  their impacts on import level of a country are studied through correlation and  multiple  regression analyses based on the  data exported from  OECD and  World Bank.  The  results conclude that  exchange rate volatility significantly impacts the trade balance in terms of imports and  exports. Given the  results, exchange rate is a non-trade barrier and affects foreign trade.

This study investigates the impact of character formation, religious education, and school environment on digital literacy-driven communication. The research aims to understand how these factors shape individuals' abilities and behaviors in digital communication. Employing a qualitative research model, data collection will involve interviews and observations. The sampling technique will employ purposive sampling to ensure representation across various demographics. Data analysis will employ thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes within the collected data. The study anticipates revealing insights into how character formation, religious education, and school environment interact to influence digital literacy and communication practices, contributing to a deeper understanding of the dynamics between traditional values and digital engagement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan PT. Bapa Tama Rahayu. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena diketahui ada beberapa masalah yaitu masih rendah dan fluktuatifnya kinerja karyawan PT. Bapa Tama Rahayu, diketahui pula bahwa sebagian besar karyawan tidak mengalami faktor konflik kerja dan stres kerja namun kinerja mereka masih mengalami fluktuasi. Selain itu dari hasil penelitian terdahulu, ditemukan adanya perbedaan hasil penelitian antara peneliti satu dengan lainnya mengenai hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 127 responden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepribadian karyawan (X1), employee engagement (X2), konflik kerja (X3), stres kerja (X4), dan kinerja karyawan (Y). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode total sampling dengan membagikan kuesioner para para karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepribadian karyawan, employee engagement, konflik kerja, dan stres kerja terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepribadian karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan budaya organisasi, kompensasi, employee engagement dan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Dander Bojonegoro.Menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Dander Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Negeri Dander Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 68 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 66 guru dengan teknik total sampling atau sample jenuh. Teknik analisis data, menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, budaya organisasi, employee engagement dan kinerja guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam kategori yang tinggi. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, Kompensasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Employee engagement berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Employee engagement dapat memediasi kompensasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Employee engagement dapat memediasi budaya organisasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media at Sugarbelly_id SMEs. Currently Sugarbelly_id is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This obstacle was factored in by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which caused sugarbelly_id to have little engagement from target consumers and a brand image that had not yet been formed. So this study aims to provide an understanding regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for sugarbelly_id SMEs and help optimize the use of social media and online platforms to build a more effective and attractive Brand Image and increase promotion using digital tools that guarantee increased engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is collected through interviews with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations which then analyze the appropriate strategy. The results obtained are that Sugarbelly_id SMEs already have a good brand image and the number of followers on the Sugarbelly_id Instagram account has increased from before, which was 350 followers. In addition, the number of Profile Visits on the Sugarbelly Instagram account has also increased, reaching 1,801 visitors in the last 6 days.

Wisata Danau Rusa merupakan salah satu wisata yang dikembangkan oleh  Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kampar. Konsep collaborative governance sangat penting dalam penerapan kolaborasi pengembangan destinasi wisata karena dalam kolaborasi ini tidak hanya melibatkan pemerintah saja, melainkan melibatkan masyarakat dan pokdarwis. Kolaborasi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan wisata danau rusa di Kabupaten Kampar dan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Purwanti yaitu: 1.Principled Engagement (Keterlibatan Prinsip), 2. Shared Motivation (Motivasi Bersama), 3. Capacity for Join action (Kapasitas Untuk Bergabung). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah program pengembangan destinasi wisata yang sudah berjalan dengan baik karena dibuktikan dengan adanya keterlibatan prinsip yang baik, motivasi bersama yang sudah dipahami, dan keterlibatan prinsip yang telah dijalankan oleh pihak yang berkolaborasi. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu faktor sumber daya manusia, faktor partisipasi masyarakat dan anggaran yang minim.

Entrepreneurial Education has become something beyond business, but also as means or methods to build entreprenurial competences which are also impactful towards the betterment of adaptibility and competitiveness (Allan Gibb, 2002; Mwasalwiba, 2010).

In the digital era, some MSMEs have not been able to compete in facing the challenges of increasing visibility and turnover through digital promotion. One of the main obstacles is the limited understanding and strategies in using social media, especially Instagram, which has the potential to support market expansion and brand recognition. This Community Service activity (PKM) is designed to provide assistance to Kamala Coffee in utilizing Instagram Insight and implementing effective logo branding. The activity stages include needs analysis, preparation of training materials, hands-on training, as well as implementation and evaluation of results. Based on the results of the activities, there was a significant increase in engagement and reach of content on social media, especially through the Instagram Insight feature. The use of a new and attractive logo also helped increase brand awareness. Through this approach, Kamala Coffee is expected to maximize their digital potential to achieve their target turnover and strengthen their position in the local market.

Nutritional intake is very important for optimal growth and health in the future. Factors that directly affect children's nutritional health problems, namely children not getting enough balanced nutritious food. Nutritional problems in toddlers can be avoided if the mother has sufficient knowledge about how to feed and manage toddler food properly, one of which is by getting health education. The purpose of this community service is to increase the understanding of PKK Jimus Village mothers to be able to apply balanced nutrition on serving plates for toddlers. The community service method is carried out by counseling, discussion, and mentoring. As for the results of the service, it was found that counseling and mentoring accompanied by discussions with PKK Jimus Village mothers had a positive impact on the understanding and application of balanced nutrition on serving plates for toddlers.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI), optimizing human resources (HR) practices is imperative to foster organizational excellence. This qualitative research aims to explore the intersection of AI and HR practices to enhance organizational performance. The research adopts a qualitative approach utilizing in-depth interviews with HR professionals, AI specialists, and organizational leaders. Sampling techniques include purposive and snowball sampling to ensure diverse perspectives are captured. Data analysis involves thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of patterns and themes within the qualitative data. Preliminary findings indicate that organizations are increasingly leveraging AI to streamline HR processes, enhance talent acquisition, and improve employee engagement. Furthermore, the research reveals the significance of ethical considerations and human oversight in AI-driven HR practices. This study contributes to the growing discourse on AI integration in HR and provides insights for organizations aiming to navigate the AI-driven landscape while fostering excellence in HR practices.

The increasing use of social media among students has raised concerns regarding its impact on academic performance and digital well-being. This study aims to examine the relationship between social media usage, student learning outcomes, and overall well-being in a digital environment. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys and in-depth interviews with high school and university students. The findings indicate that while social media can serve as a valuable tool for academic collaboration and resource-sharing, excessive and unregulated usage often leads to distractions, reduced academic performance, and negative effects on mental health. The study highlights the need for balanced social media engagement and the implementation of digital literacy programs to promote responsible usage. These insights contribute to the ongoing discussion on digital well-being and offer practical recommendations for students, educators, and policymakers.

Democratic country has an obligation to ensure the fulfillment of its citizens’ rights, including access to quality public services. However, in Indonesia, the quality and effectiveness of public services currently face significant challenges, as evidenced by the decline in service standards. This study highlights the importance of psychological capital in improving job performance among public service employees, with job engagement as a mediating factor. Utilizing quantitative methods and convenient sampling, this study involved 317 participants. The variables were measured using the Individual Job Performance Questionnaire, Psychological Capital Questionnaire, and Utrecht Job Engagement Scale. The results showed that psychological capital predicts job performance, psychological capital predicts job engagement, and job engagement predicts job performance. In addition, this study showed that job engagement mediates the relationship between psychological capital and job performance. Therefore, increasing psychological capital and job engagement can improve the quality of public services, which has a positive impact on public trust and welfare.
