The presidential election in Indonesia is an important moment for citizens, including Christians, who cannot escape the influence and spiritual direction of pastors. Although the Bible does not directly address modern presidential elections, its moral principles provide a foundation for pastors to provide guidance to their congregations. Through an understanding of the Bible, pastors can guide their congregations to consider moral values in choosing leaders, in accordance with the principles of justice, truth, and responsibility to others and God. Pastors not only lead spiritually, but also as moral counsellors who instil spiritual and civic responsibility. They also serve as prayer warriors, guiding the selection of leaders with character and responsibility, according to biblical principles. The moral responsibility of leaders, peace, unity, and reconciliation are the focus of pastors' guidance to their congregations. Pastors are expected to provide an understanding of the ideal leader, in accordance with biblical principles. This study explores the role of pastors in Indonesia's presidential election from a biblical perspective, highlighting their moral responsibility, voting based on biblical principles, and their role in promoting peace and unity amidst political differences.    

Children with special needs are special children, some of them still need help from other people to carry out their daily activities. But of course children with special needs are trained and accustomed to being independent. There are many Sufistic values ​​contained in daily actions, including in the process of forming emotional independence in crew members. The aims of this research include: to determine the emotional classification of children with special needs (ABK) academically. This research uses field methods (field research) with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were obtained through the process of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were the founder, several teachers and several students. The results of this research show that: emotional classification of children with special needs (ABK) academically at SLBN Muara Bungo. In delivering it through activities outside the classroom and inside the classroom by first providing an example and motivation to the child then the child will practice periodically and do it with the help of other people first and then be left to do whatever they can on their own. This is a form of independent behavior for children with special needs. (ABK) includes emotional independence, namely controlling one's own emotions, and the effectiveness of instilling Sufistic values ​​in forming emotional independence for children with special needs (ABK), including repentance, responsibility, trust and patience, even though independence is still with the help of other people.

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of online learning physics courses in universities. This research is a literature study by taking references from several journals and library sources with a narrative presentation to see the effectiveness of online learning in universities. As educators, lecturers utilize various learning media and digital applications which are expected to be integrated into the student learning experience and still  refer  to  learning  outcomes  in  the  semester learning  plan  (RPS).  Physics is a compulsory subject.  Online learning in physics courses at universities is indeed quit good, but has obstacles to understanding the physics material taught  by lecturers, including the learning provided is more dominant in theory and practicum activities are not optimally implemented.  So that the effectiveness of online learning of physics courses in universities can be categorized as quite effective because the results are not optimal.

In this research, the literary detective method is used to explore the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine. Through a library research approach, this article presents an in-depth study of human existence in the context of this conflict. The research results discuss the roots of the conflict that began with Israel's declaration in 1948, revealing the growing tension between Jewish claims to Palestinian land and Israeli settlement expansion. The complex discussion also illustrated the application of the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) Principle in the protection of Human Rights (HAM) as well as the international response to the conflict. Apart from examining political and historical aspects, this research highlights the impact of conflict on human existence. These conflicts not only raise questions about human rights and justice, but also have significant psychological and physical forces on the region's populations. This research highlights the complexity of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict which requires a deep understanding of many dimensions, including political, social and religious aspects. Joint efforts of the international community are necessary to find sustainable solutions, creating a safe and peaceful environment for all parties involved.

Islamic economics is an economic framework based on the principles of Islamic teachings, combining religious values with sustainable and just economic concepts. This journal explores the scope of Islamic economics by focusing on the core principles that form the basis of the economic system. Apart from that, there is also the impact of Islamic economics in building financial inclusion and fighting economic inequality. By upholding the values of justice and social responsibility, Islamic economics encourages financial inclusion by providing access to financial services to disadvantaged groups in society. This approach helps reduce disparities between different economic groups and creates broader opportunities for sustainability and equitable economic development. However, although Islamic economics offers a useful approach, this article also discusses the challenges faced by Islamic economic practices in dealing with the complexit of the global economy and achieving a balance between finance and religious values. The development of educational science accompanied by technological developments has brought about rapid evolution and competition in various groups such as in various aspects such as organizations or companies and even in the world of education itself. Meeting needs is also a challenge that requires human resources (HR) who are able to learn various technologies well, adapt easily, and respond to significant changes. Of course, in the world of education, teachers are educational personnel. Educators are important stakeholders in educational development and are the most influential factor in producing quality educational activities and results. Therefore, teachers must obtain sufficient education, training, development and experience to improve their qualifications in order to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. Responsibility is carried out with the help of skills that bring success, which determines the quality of education. Therefore, training and development is a basic need which is expected to influence increasing teacher competence and performance.

Macbeth was one of William Shakespeare's famous plays that used many shadows to beckon events to come in this story. In Macbeth's stories shadows are used to create tensions and raise questions about agency and moral responsibility in the drama. This study aims to analyze and identify the use of additives in the text and connect it to the development of themes and characters in Macbeth's story. In addition, the researchers also used interpretation and evaluation. After evaluating "Macbeth," the researcher gives his own view of the work. This data-research method employs a qualitative approach. Research shows that parallels are used in "Macbeth" to predict the direction of the story, build tensions, and develop character. Parallels are used to show changes in character and awareness of responsibility dealt with by Macbeth. Examples of vocations used in "Macbeth" include witch prophecies, soliloquy Macbeth, hallucinations and visions, and the use of invention. These barriers help build tensions and predict the tragic end of the main character

The moral development of children in the early and late stages of their lives is a crucial process in shaping their character. In the early stage, children tend to rely on the influence of adults, such as parents and teachers, to understand the concepts of right and wrong. They often strictly follow rules and avoid moral violations. In contrast, in the later stage, the moral development of children becomes more complex. They start to develop a deeper understanding of morality based on the values and principles they have learned throughout their lives. Children in this stage can consider the moral consequences of their actions and develop autonomy in making moral decisions. A better understanding of the moral development of children can help adults, such as parents and educators, support the healthy moral development of their children throughout the early and late stages of their lives.  Set a good example: Children tend to imitate the behavior of adults around them. Therefore, it is important for parents and adults around children to set good examples in behavior, attitudes and communication. Teach moral values: Teach children about moral values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, mutual help, patience, etc. Discuss these values ​​with them and provide concrete examples of how these values ​​are applied in everyday life.

This research uses qualitative methods and hermeneutic methods The purpose of this research is to find out how the Track Construction Company implements the principles of Good Corporate Governance in the novel "After All This Time" by Ollyjayzee, in an effort to solve the problems faced in working on the Sindur toll road project. We hope that this research can provide lessons and additional information to readers. The results obtained are that by implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, the Track Construction Company can avoid the problems that hinder the work on the Sindur toll road project.

PT. Varia Usaha Beton Sidoarjo is a manufacturing company that produces concrete products and provides services, where the products produced definitely produce a high environmental impact. The application of environmental accounting itself is needed to support the company's operational activities to identify, measure, evaluate and report environmental accounting as control over the responsibility for negative impacts from the company's operational activities. The triple bottom line concept is also a theory that looks not only from the profit aspect but also from the people and planet aspect.  This research aims to find out how environmental accounting is implemented in relation to the triple bottom line concept towards a green economy in order to achieve sustainability at PT. Varia Usaha Beton Sidoarjo.  This research uses a qualitative descriptive research design with a case study approach.  The data in this research was obtained from observations and interviews by researchers with parties related to the research.  Based on the results of research at PT. Varia Usaha Beton, it is known that the company has implemented environmental accounting, but the recording carried out does not yet have a separate account.  The company has been responsible for managing and minimizing environmental costs to improve company performance, which is related to the triple bottom line concept towards a green economy in order to achieve company sustainability through managing waste and the products produced.

Implementation of Corporate Environmental Responsibility or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled by companies in Indonesia which has been regulated through Article 74 paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UUPT) as a general implementing regulation. corporate social responsibility/CSR in Indonesia and Government Regulation Number 47 of 2012 concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies as its implementing regulations.

Stimulating Character Development and Independence in Early Childhood Through Entrepreneurship Activities at ADNI Islamic School Surabaya Kindergarten discusses the implementation of stimulating character development and independence in early childhood through Entrepreneurship activities at ADNI Islamic School Kindergarten Surabaya. This Entrepreneurship activity aims to stimulate positive character development and increase children's independence from an early age. This research illustrates how the ADNI Islamic School Surabaya Kindergarten integrates the principles of Entrepreneurship into the curriculum, providing a learning experience that is more than just theory. Interactive and inclusive learning methods help children understand business values, responsibility and teamwork. The results of this program are expected to create children who not only have practical knowledge in business, but also foster positive attitudes, such as courage, perseverance, never giving up, and a responsible attitude. By utilizing Entrepreneurship activities as a means of stimulating character development and independence, research This notes the positive impact of this program on the formation of children's independent personalities. Analysis of research results and observations presents a clear picture of how these activities respond to the developmental needs of early childhood. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for educators, parents and educational practitioners who are interested in developing comprehensive and relevant educational models to shape children's character and independence from an early age.

This research aims to determine the extent and quality of the implementation of flexibility principles in government agencies regarding the management of BLUD funds. The research method employed is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data sources for this study consist of secondary data obtained from literature reviews, documentation, and scholarly journals, as well as primary data acquired through interviews and observations. The research findings reveal that the implementation of flexibility principles in managing BLUD within government agencies has been conducted effectively by providing transparent information to the public and adhering to the principles of accountability, responsibility, and independence.  

Worship leader is a person who is responsible for leading praise in worship sessions. The existence of a worship leader has a very important role in the implementation of worship because almost the entire worship process takes place in the responsibility of the worship leader, not only the person who compiles a series of worship, but is responsible for inspiring the congregation to thank God through song, as well as to enter and enjoy God's presence during the atmosphere of worship or praise and worship God. Thus, whether or not the purpose of worship is achieved depends on the conduct of a worship leader in leading worship. Where a worship leader is needed who is able to bring the atmosphere to truly feel the leading of the Holy Spirit in worship so as to help the preacher to convey what is his part in conveying the truth of God's Word. And young teenagers are the next generation of the church or the backbone of the church. Youth need to be trained as much as possible to take part in church services. And in the ministry, youth have a very important role.  Youth ministry determines the future of the Church. However, in GKSI Bacong there are still many young people who are less active and involved in carrying out services in the Church. This PKM aims to facilitate and provide training to young teenagers so that they can be involved and can improve the quality of service in the Church. This PKM was carried out using the training method. During the training, the youth were very enthusiastic and participated in the activities until the end. The youth can understand the material provided. After the PKM is carried out, the teenage youth can apply the material that has been received and carry out with full responsibility and be involved in the service of the Church.

This research aims to find out what child custody rights are like after parents' divorce in the Gorontalo Religious Court and what the legal consequences are for child custody after parents' divorce. The method used in this research uses a normative type of research. This research uses a comparative approach (Comparative Approach) and a fact approach (The Factapproach). The results of this research found that divorce between husband and wife has a big impact, especially on child custody rights after parental divorce with an approach from the perspective of Islamic law and the Constitution. Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The Gorontalo Religious Court's decision regarding child custody is also a supporting factor, highlighting the best interests of the child as the main priority. Interviews with Gorontalo Religious Court Judges show that the court's adaptation to modern family dynamics and the involvement of children in the decision-making process is in the spotlight. In concrete cases, the research describes two decisions related to child custody, highlighting the importance of considering casuistry and the best interests of the child in making custody decisions. This research seeks to provide a holistic and sensitive picture of the complexity of child custody cases with a focus on child welfare as the main priority. Divorce between husband and wife raises responsibilities that must be maintained, especially regarding children's rights. In line with Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, parents have primary obligations, including caring for, nurturing, educating and protecting children. This thesis explains that after divorce, children become direct victims by being separated from their parents. Child care, especially the cost of the hadhanah, is the father's responsibility according to the Compilation of Islamic Law Article 156 letter d. However, if parents do not fulfill their obligations, child custody rights can be revoked at the request or coercion of the court

This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, reduction, display and verification. Meanwhile, data validity testing uses triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The research results show that 1) The concept of spiritual leadership of the madrasa head in realizing student discipline is a household concept. In a household, trust, commitment, responsibility, and full affection and sincerity are needed; 2) the implementation of the madrasah head's spiritual leadership in realizing student discipline is by articulating a vision, learning programs, non-academic programs, programs in the field of spiritual development activities.  

The legal profession is one of the professions that requires its members to fulfill moral values. The main criterion for being an organizer of the legal profession in upholding the law lies in the independence of professional organizers and the strength of moral integrity in facing various problems under their responsibility. To be a good organizer of the legal profession in carrying out its professional duties in upholding the law requires practitioners who have qualifications of attitude, humanitarian attitude, attitude of justice, able to see and place objective values in a case handled, honest attitude, and have technical skills and ethical maturity. the code of ethics of the legal profession actually functions as an ethical controller for those who carry out the legal profession. According to the ethics of the legal profession, legal professionals are expected to possess certain critical individual abilities. The judge, as the main element of the judiciary, places his profession as the representative of God, because the judge's task is to determine law and justice in society, so the responsibility he carries is very heavy but noble. Therefore, with such great power given to the judicial profession, judges are required to have a balanced attitude, full of responsibility to their conscience and ethical values toward their profession. However, when we look at the current reality, there are many problems that arise. There are many cases of judges violating the code of ethics.

The plastic manufacturing industry in Indonesia has become a much needed industry because consumption power continues to rise. One company in Batam that produces plastic is PT Batam Plastik. As a plastic factory, PT Batam Plastik will add plastic waste that cannot be broken down in Batam City. This article was created to analyze the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and green human resource management at PT Batam Plastik. This type of qualitative research uses data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, PT Plastik Batam has implemented the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and environmentally friendly human resource management correctly. This is based on data from interviews conducted where PT Plastik Batam recycles plastic waste into recycled products and has trained its employees on how to recycle plastic and reuse plastic.

This research explores the role of Karang Taruna in economic empowerment in Gelam Village through literature analysis.  Focus on the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and synergies with the private sector.  The findings present Karang Taruna's significant contribution in creating jobs, increasing access to financing, and strengthening the role of women.  Synergy with the private sector opens up market opportunities and knowledge transfer.  This study provides in-depth insight into economic empowerment strategies at the village level.

The aim of this research is to find out criminal responsibility for political parties based on the perspective of responsibility theory and to find out the ideal sanctions for political parties that obtain funds from corruption. The research method used in this research is literature or normative, namely "the process of searching for a legal regulation , legal principles, and legal doctrine in order to answer the legal problems faced. The results and discussion of this research are: 1) Political parties that obtain funds from corruption crimes can be charged with legal responsibility, this is because political parties which are legal entities are included in the definition of corporations as intended in Law Number 8 of 2010 and Law Number 31 of 1999. Apart from that, the actions of political parties who receive funds from corruption crimes are also criminal acts of money laundering as stipulated in Law Number 8 of 2010. 2) The ideal sanction for political parties involved in or obtaining funds from corruption crimes is to reduce political party financial assistance sourced from the APBN/APBD by the amount 30%, this sanction is applied to political parties whose members commit criminal acts of corruption independently or singly and do not involve political parties and sanctions for the dissolution of political parties if they commit criminal acts of corruption collectively and/or political parties that receive funds from criminal acts of corruption.
