This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) To determine the Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (2) To determine the Effect of Career Development on Employee Performance, (3) To determine the Effect of Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance at the Office of the Disaster Management Agency Bima city area. The type of research used in this research is associative. The population in the study were all employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office, Kota Bima, totaling 62 people and a sample of 30 people using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, t test and f test. The results of the research based on the t test and f test show that: (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Career Development has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (3) Work Motivation and Career Development have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Bima City Regional Disaster Management Agency office. x

The solutions for the problem of less optimal strategy implementation in BBI Sukamaju need to be found, and as the first step, efforts are needed to evaluate the chosen strategy, to review and to re-evaluate the situations (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and business threats), and also to update the formulated strategy so that it suits the developments of the external environment in order to support the efforts of function development of Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) on Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis at Supplying of Quality Fish Seeds in Ciamis Regency. This study explains the steps for choosing the right strategy based on the Routweer concept approach by comparing the performance of the strategy before the new strategy is introduced, which is the development strategy or known by the name Restructurisation. By using a semi-structured interview method, SWOT analysis and QSPM, there will be found an effective strategy that can help achieve the organization’s objectives effectively and efficiently to support the vision, mission and the goals of regional development. From this research, based on QSPM calculation results, it can be concluded that the strategy improves coordination with various work partners (7,8), increases the partnership with UPR to increase the seed production, increases the cooperation with universities, research institutes and other partners (6,25), and becomes a priority strategy.

The research is motivated by a problem where employee performance has decreased compared to the previous year, this indicates that employee performance is still not optimal. Human resource development carried out by the company has not had an impact on improving company performance. So the purpose of this research is to know and describe the development of human resources (HR) in the Bido Collection Company. Employee performance at the Bido Collection Company. The influence of human resource development (HR) on employee performance in the Company. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The research results show that . The development of human resources at the Bido Collection Company based on the responses of respondents is included in the very good category. This means that the Bido Collection Company has developed very well. The performance of the Bido Collection Company's employees is in the very good category. Artonya employees have a very good assessment during their work. This means that the performance appraisal of Bido Collection employees is very good and human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bido Collection Company employees. This means that if the HR development of the Bido Collection company increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of its employees.

Madrasas have a dual role, namely as a place to gain knowledge and form the character of akhlakul karimah. Madrasas also remain in the main challenge to always improve quality institutionally through developing madrasas into quality educational institutions. This study seeks to describe the implementation of quality development strategies at MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with the research subjects being the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, Teachers, and Students. To obtain data used techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the development strategy carried out by MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis are: 1) development of superior programs according to the characteristics of madrasas; 2) student program by selecting the acceptance of new students and the development of talent interests; 3) human resource development program with attention to HR recruitment and competency development through training; 4) infrastructure development program to support learning activities.

Adanya permintaan jasa transportasi dari sektor-sektor lain (seperti pertanian, perindutrian, perdagangan, pertambangan, perikanan dan lainnya) menyebabkan timbulnya penyediaan jasa transportasi (Adisasmita:2011). Hal ini seperti yang terjadi di daerah Pandaan, Jawa Timur. Karena banyaknya pabrik yang memproduksi barang-barang yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat khususnya air minum dalam kemasan maka permintaan akan jasa transportasi juga semakin tinggi. Jadi kapasitas transportasi harus disediakan secara seimbang dengan permintaan, agar mampu melayani pengembangan kegiatan di sektor lain.

Abstract. The method used in this research is Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, and Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping is used to map activities ranging from upstream to downstream from a tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Mapping is used to map and analyze the role of gender in the tempe industry value chain. Whereas the Canvas Business Model is used to redesign the tempe industry business model in Tenggilis  Surabaya based on value, gender, and competitive advantage. The results of this study are Value Chain Mapping and Tempe Business Model  for the home-based tempe industry. The role of women housewives in the tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis  Kauman is almost 50%. For the tempe production system and marketing management for the SME scale, such as the tempe industry in Tenggilis  tempe village, the maturity level has reached the optimal level, level 5. For external suppliers, the maturity level is still low at level 2 or still in the development stage. For market orientation, competitors and product development are already at a competitive level. Revenue Streams from the tempe business process in Kampung Tempe is the sale of tempe and its processed products, as well as a tourist visit.   Keywords: gender role, tempe industry, tempe business model, value chain mapping   Abstrac. Untuk pemasok eksternal tingkat kematangan masih rendah pada tingkat 2 atau masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Untuk orientasi pasar, pesaing dan pengembangan produk sudah berada pada tingkat kompetitif. Pagerharjo Village, Samigaluh, Kulon Progo is on the buffer of the Borobudur destination which has a variety of tourism resource diversity. One cultural attraction in Pagerharjo Village is the Lengger Tapeng dance. Lengger has become a local symbol for the Pegerharjo people. The natural, cultural and local wisdom tourism potential of the community, Pagerharjo tourism village has a great opportunity to be visited by many tourists. However, village governance, especially towards the development of a tourist village, has not been implemented professionally, resulting in the potential of the Pagerharjo tourism village not being widely known by tourists. The objectives of this PkM include: (1). Increasing tourism competitiveness, (2) Improving the technical quality of guiding tourists in the tourist village of Pagerharjo (3). Improving the ability of human resources in managing the marketing of tourism products in the Pagerharjo tourism village. The method of implementing this PkM is through outreach, observation, mentoring and evaluation. The results of PkM received a positive response from partners, which have raised awareness, concern for the importance of marketing and excellent service to improve the development of Pagerharjo Tourism Village, both through talk shows and excellent service training  

This research is motivated by the not yet optimal development of the Cipari Hot Spring area destination in Cilacap Regency, this can be seen from the lack of facilities and infrastructure that can support tourism development, such as lodging places for tourists, information facilities and banking. The trend of visitor visits to Cipari Hot Springs has decreased significantly, namely 64% in 2020. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of Tourism Development on Tourist Visit Rates, 2) the effect of Promotion on Tourist Visit Rates, and 3) the influence of Tourism Development and Promotion jointly on the Level of Tourist Visits at the Cipari Hot Spring Tourism Object, Cilacap Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that there is an influence of Tourism Development on the Level of Tourist Visits, there is an influence of Promotion on the Level of Tourist Visits, and there is an effect of Tourism Development and Promotion together on the Level of Tourist Visits at the Cipari Hot Spring Tourism Object, Cilacap Regency. This means that the better the Tourism Development and Promotion, the more tourist visits will increase, and vice versa.

Pada pendidikan Islam, karakter merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat diperhatikan dalam Al-Qur’an. Oleh karena itu pengembangan pendidikan karakter yang sesuai dengan Al-Qur’an mutlak dilakukan dalam kehidupan khususnya pada bidang pendidikan. Di dalam Al-qur’an ada begitu banyak nilai-nilai karakter yang dapat ditanamkan dalam melaksanakan pendidikan islam, yang mana nilai-nilai tersebut tentunya akan lebih relevan dan sejalan dengan tujuan pendidikan islam. Pendidikan merupakan sarana untuk mengadakan perubahan secara mendasar pada saat pertubuhan anak perlu ditanamkan nilai pendidikan agama sejak dini, sehingga anak akan tetap sejalan dengan fitrahnya. Jika kita lihat tayangan di televise hamper setiap hari beita mengenai tindakan un moral anak-anak remaja, sebagai contoh kasus pembunuhan, kekerasan, tawuran anatar pelajar. Berita lain mengabarkan bahwa kasus porrno dari 500 jenis video yang telah beredar, ternyata 90% dibuat dan dilakukan oleh remaja Indonesia yang masih berstatus pelajar.

In this era of digital revolution, technological developments have occurred in an evolution in media technology and one of them is the personnel management information system. The management information system assists in carrying out the duties of all State Civil Apparatuses within the Civil Service Agency and Human Resources Development in the city of Padangsidimpuan. Judging from the importance of SIMPEG, this research will analyze how SIMPEG is implemented in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Padangsidimpuan City. The aim is to find out the SIMPEG implementation process and the obstacles experienced, as well as how it impacts the community related to the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of the City of Padangsidimpuan. The research method used was by distributing questionnaires filled in by employees. The results of this study are that the application of SIMPEG in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in the city of Padangsidimpuan is in the effective category which makes it easier for employees to carry out their work and speeds up administrative processes, especially in the field of staffing.

 This study was motivated by the lack of use of digital-based learning media in the learning process, the absence of counseling and guidance on the dangers of drugs in SDN Kalibaru 07 morning, as well as environmental factors around the school, namely Kalibaru Barat village, which is an area prone to drug abuse. To overcome these problems, efforts are needed to develop stop-motion animation video media that aim to produce stop-motion animation videos that are practical and effective. This research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The analysis phase includes an analysis of Learning media development needs and the characteristics of learners. The design phase includes the design of the GBPM and storyboard as a reference in developing stop-motion animation video media. The development phase includes product development and validity tests by experts, namely material experts with an average percentage score of 96.42% in the category "Very Decent", media experts with an average percentage score of 100% in the category "Very Decent", and linguists with an average percentage score of 96.87% in the category "Very Decent". The evaluation phase was conducted by providing a user response questionnaire, namely for teachers with an average score percentage of 95% in the category "Very Good", and learners with an average score percentage of 92.73% in the category "Very Good". The results showed that stop-motion animation videos are very good at instilling anti-drug attitudes in elementary schools.

NIB Registration Assistance Activities in One of the areas targeted by the MBKM KKNT in 2022 is Rontu Village with an entrepreneurial and creative economy scheme. From the results of surveys and field observations, partner problems were found, such as that many people in the Rontu Sub-District do not have a Business Identification Number (NIB), which is important for MSMEs because it can lead to big profits and can attract other consumers and also generate higher sales. In addition, the community considers business licensing which was previously considered insignificant because the management is troublesome and not easy, however, MSMEs need business licensing to encourage business development, protect business locations and business competitiveness which is getting tougher in the current era. Therefore the purpose of this research is to provide assistance and understanding of the registration of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) in order to improve the MSME economy in the Rontu sub-district.

This study aims to determine the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of InShot application-based animated video learning media on theme 5 class II SDN 040556 Juhar. This type of research is a type of development research (Research and Development) using the 4D (Four D) development model. The instruments used are media expert validation sheets, material experts, educational practitioner assessments, student responses and tests (pre-test and post-test). The results of research related to feasibility show that the results of media expert validation fall into the "Very Feasible" category with a percentage of 93.33%.  The results of material expert validation fall into the "Very Feasible" category with a percentage of 92%. The results of the assessment of educational practitioners and student responses related to practicality fall into the "Very Practical" category with a percentage of educational practitioner assessment of 96% and student responses of 93.66%. The results of research related to effectiveness showed that the post-test results reached 80 which was included in the "Very Effective" achievement level.

This research is motivated by the problem of corruption, which is currently still the main cause of obstruction of national development. Anti-corruption education as a preventive form of corruption eradication is attempted to build anti-corruption attitudes and understanding of students. Indications that students are infected with corruption are characterized by lying to get benefits and lack of discipline. Seeing the challenges in order to improve the character of students, the P5 program was formed, namely the profile project of strengthening Pancasila students in the independent curriculum. Thus, this research aims to create an interactive learning media in the form of an E-Book with the title "Berani Anti Korupsi" as a facilitator for students to learn anti-corruption education through P5 activities.  This research uses the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis (Analyze), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation) and Evaluation (Evaluation). The results of the assessment obtained through experts and users indicate that the Interactive E-Book media "Brave Anti-Corruption" can be applied as a learning media that supports anti-corruption education in Fourth grade in elementary school. 

The aims of this development research were (1) to find out the validity of picture story books based on Syekh Muhammad Kholil's example, (2) to find out the attractiveness of picture story books based on Syekh Muhammad Kholil's example, (3) to find out the effectiveness of picture story books based on Syekh Muhammad Kholil's example. This development uses a 4D model which has 4 stages namely, Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The research subjects were fourth grade students of UPTD SDN Banyuajuh 6. Based on the validation results of the experts, the following percentages were obtained, language experts 95% (very valid), material experts 85% (very valid), teaching materials experts 87.5% (very valid ), and learning design experts 90% (very valid). The attractiveness of the limited trial was the student response of 95% (very interesting), the field trial was the student response of 95.75% (very interesting), and the teacher's response was 92.5% (very interesting). The effectiveness of picture story books is obtained from learning outcomes in the cognitive domain, learning outcomes in the affective domain, teacher and student activities. Learning completeness shows 100% (classical criteria ³85% of students reach KKM). Teacher activity averaged 95% (very effective), and student activity was 92.75% (very effective). Based on the results of the research, a picture story book based on the example of Sheikh Muhammad Kholil is said to be valid, interesting, and effective so that it can be used.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku digital yang valid, praktis dan efektif, serta mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa setelah menggunakan buku digital berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning pada materi perbandingan senilai. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi materi dan media buku digital, lembar validasi RPP, lembar validasi angket respon siswa dan guru, lembar validasi tes pretest dan posttest, angket respon siswa dan guru, tes pretest, dan tes posttest. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-4 SMPN 27 Medan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: (1) cara mengembangkan buku digital yang valid, praktis, dan efektif dilakukan dengan tahapan ADDIE, dimulai dari penganalisisan karakteristik dan kebutuhan sehingga diperoleh solusi, setelah itu buku digital berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning akan dirancang dan dibuat serta divalidasi oleh 3 ahli materi dan 3 ahli media. Setelah itu, dilakukan uji keterbacaan serta menerapkan buku digital selama 3 pertemuan. Buku digital yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif, (2) Presentase peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada indikator 1 meningkat sebesar 25,93%, pada indikator 2 sebesar 16,11%, pada indikator 3 sebesar 39,63%, dan pada indikator 4 sebesar 57,77%. Serta rata-rata nilai N-gain siswa sebesar 0,704 artinya berada pada kategori tinggi.

Aktifitas kegiatan pendidikan dapat efektif apabila individu dan kelompok kerja lainnya dapat menciptakan hubungan kerja saling mendukung satu sama lain, berupaya untuk tidak menciptakan perbedaan yang akhirnya akan menjadi sebuah konflik. Untuk menciptakan suasana madrasah menjadi kondusif, diperlukan suatu strategi dalam mengelola konflik. Implementasi manajemen konflik ternyata mampu menciptakan hubungan kerja yang harmoni dengan adanya saling menghargai perbedaan, mau menerima masukan untuk kebaikan, saling menghargai dan menjaga satu sama lain, serta membangun komunikasi saling terbuka dengan penuh keikhlasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan manajement konflik menuju madrasah yang efektif. hasil penelitian tentang manajemen konflik menuju madrasah efektif Konflik sebenarnya sesuatu yang alamiah, yang dalam batas waktu tertentu dapat bernilai positif terhadap perkembangan madrasah, tetapi harus dikelola dengan baik dan hati-hati, sebab jika melewati batas dapat menimbulkan akibat yang fatal. Dengan demikian manajemen konflik merupakan serangkaian aksi dan reaksi antara pelaku maupun pihak luar dalam suatu konflik. Implementasi manajemen konflik dalam pendidikan dilakukan dengan beberapa pendekatan. Konflik tidak merubah falsafah manajemen. Sebenarnya konflik diperlukan dan merupakan langkah strategis dalam pengembangan organisasi ke arah yang lebih baik. Orang-orang dalam organisasi memerlukan tindakan yang tegas selama terjadi konflik.

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategy and product quality on the development of the Seblak Teh Hanan business in Parakanlima Village, Jatiluhur District, Purwakarta City. The source of data in this study was obtained from questionnaires (primary) which were distributed to respondents. The population of this research is the consumers of Seblak Teh Hanan . The research sample amounted to 99 people. The research analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression, f test and t test and coefficient of determination. The research findings show that the marketing strategy and product quality simultaneously affect business development with the results of the Fcount test of 145.528 and a significance value of <0.05. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination is 75.2%. The t-test value of the marketing strategy variable is 3.372 and the t-test value of the product quality variable is 8.102, both variables have a significance of <0.05 so it can be concluded that partially the two independent variables affect the dependent variable.
