This study aims to identify the influence of credibility dimensions (attractiveness, trustworthiness and expertise) of influencers on intention to buy on "Safi-Skincare" products. The type of data used is primary data, which refers to information obtained directly from research subjects through measurement tools or data collection methods. In this study, we obtained data by circulating questionnaires to 250 respondents aged 16 to 35 years, and then this data was analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of this research analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between the dimensions of credibility (attractiveness and expertise) of an influencer on purchase intention, except for the dimension of trust in influencer credibility. There is a positive and significant influence between the dimensions of credibility (attractiveness, trustworthiness and expertise) of an influencer on online customer engagement. There is a positive and significant influence between online customer engagement and purchase intention. This research has the potential to be expanded to present greater variation and increase the validity of existing theories. This can be achieved through the development of research objects, increasing the number of respondents, more in-depth research on various aspects of influencer credibility dimensions, as well as more detailed research on the influence of influencer credibility.

In the field of education, ICT has changed the way of teaching and learning, providing access to online educational resources, and opening up opportunities for distance learning as discussed this time regarding the utilization or use of information and communication technology in BANUH RAYA, SIMALUNGUN, which has a population of approximately 150 families where the use of technology in this area is still lacking due to network difficulties where sometimes residents have to climb to higher places to get a network. This research aims to analyze the business combination of the merger between the companies Gojek and Tokopedia to become PT GoTo. This research uses a descriptive method by applying literature reviews from previous research. The data used uses secondary data. The data obtained is then processed by relating the issue of the influence of business combinations in PT. GoTo with references and other real sources. The objects of this research are the Gojek and Tokopedia companies. The results of the analysis obtained are that GoTo is the largest technology-based company in Indonesia. The aim of this thesis is to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction with People's Business Credit (KUR) financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Paser Tanah Grogot. Based on the Validity Test which contains 26 statement items, it is declared valid, because rcount > rtable, with an rtable value of 0.3120. The results of the Reliability Test which contains 26 statement items are declared reliable, because the Cronbach alpha value is greater than 0.6 then the Multiple Linear Regression Equation which contains the value of each variable is Y = 1.488 - 0.001X1 + 0.313X2 - 0.035X3 - 0.216X4 + 0.560X5. Based on the Correlation Coefficient Test (R), it shows a value of 0.760 and is in the Coefficient interval 0.60 – 0.799, which means there is a strong influence between Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5) on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results of the Adjusted R Square Determination Coefficient (R2a) show a value of 0.515 or 51.5%, which means that Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5) provide a percentage contribution or the contribution that influences the KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Paser Tanah Grogot is 51.5% while the remaining 48.5% is contributed by other variables not included in this research. The results of the F test calculation analysis (simultaneous) obtained an Fcount value of 9.295 and Ftable using a significance level of 0.000 while the Ftable value was 2.49. So Fcount is 9.295 > Ftable value is 2.49 and the hypothesis test is accepted because there is a significant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction. The results of the t test calculation analysis show that the t value of the Reliability variable (X2) is 3.341 with a significant level of 0.002, Empathy (X5) is 4.017 with a significant level of 0.000 which has an influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the t-calculated value of Direct Evidence (X1) is -0.007 with a significant level of 0.995, Responsiveness (X3) is -0.187 with a significant level of 0.853, and Guarantee (X4) is -1.819 with a significant level of 0.078 and has no effect on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). Based on the calculations above, the Empathy variable (X5) has a dominant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a t value of 4.017 with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, the second hypothesis in Chapter II which states that the Guarantee variable (X4) has a dominant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y) is not proven correct (H0 is accepted Ha is rejected).

This research was carried out at PT. BPRS Washliyah Medan. The aim of this research is to understand the murabahah financing system and process implemented by PT. BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan. Murabahah financing is a sale and purchase agreement for goods stating the acquisition price and profit agreed upon by the seller whose role in this case is the Bank and the buyer whose role is the customer/prospective customer for the customer's needs, with the flavone given Rp. 25,000,000 to Rp. 250,000,000. The principles of Murabahah financing are based on Islamic sharia and established legal provisions. Murabahah financing has apparently received a lot of responses from the public and business entities, but not many people and business entities understand the procedures for obtaining murabahah financing, even though marketing has been carried out by PT. SRB Washliya.

Pamsimas is a program implemented by the government to help the community in providing drinking water and overcoming difficulties in getting clean water. This research aims to determine the influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction of Community-Based Drinking Water (PAMSIMAS). The Pamsimas program is one of the programs implemented by the Indonesian Government. The aim of this research is to find out about the "Influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction in Gempolrejo Village, Sumberjo Hamlet, Tunjungan District, Blora Regency" to see how the Pamsimas program is in terms of its management, researchers want to know what strategies management uses to overcome water problems during the dry season. and the level of community satisfaction. Researchers use data collection techniques with techniques; interviews, observation, documentation and using qualitative data analysis techniques. Indicators of the success of the Pamsimas program are: Fulfillment of clean water needs every day and a good level of community satisfaction. Research results related to the success and strategy of providing community-based drinking water in Gempolrejo village, Sumberjo hamlet. The program is said to be successful because Porgam's objectives have been achieved, but there are still obstacles in several aspects, such as a lack of water during long dry periods and a lack of community satisfaction. In this case, support from the government and society is really needed.

Emak Farm and Hydroponics is one of the business branches of the East Java Al-Muslim Foundation headed by Drs. Masyhuda. In 2018, Mr. Artha was entrusted to run the Emak Farm and Hidroponic business by Drs. Masyhuda. In his pioneering journey, Pak Artha met Pak Kenta (Head of Surabaya Vegetable Garden). He collaborated with Surabaya Vegetable Garden as a vegetable supplier before finally deciding to go door to door to customers in the Pondok Chand area. The purpose of establishing the Emak Farm and Hidroponic business is to become a useful garden, become a role model and always learn new science or new innovations about hydroponics. In the process of realizing useful gardens, Emak Farm and Hidroponic assisted the Farmer Groups (Poktan) in helping sales and making markets for the groups. The challenge faced by Emak Farm and Hidroponic today is to increase understanding for groups in terms of packaging and shipping to customers who conform to the standard. Another thing that is a challenge as well as motivation for Emak Farm and Hidroponic is in terms of science in hydroponic farming which continues to develop. In this study, researchers intend to review innovative benefit-oriented marketing strategies carried out by UMKM, Emak Farm and Hydroponics.

This journal discusses the information system that will be designed as a means of selling electric motor by PT Talabu.Traditional motor cars are being replaced by more ecologically friendly electric motors, which are growing in popularity. PT. Talabu, an electric motor sales company, faces problems in inventory management and sales processes. This study's primary goal is to develop a sales information system that can help PT. Talabu in managing inventory and its operations. This research uses system needs analysis, database design, and user interface development. At the stage of analysis of system needs, the researchers found the primary needs of PT. Talabu to conduct sales operations and inventory management. This analysis shows that a database is intended to store data about customers, electric motors, and sales transactions. In addition, the app is simple to use and user-friendly.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image and product differentiation on sales at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch and the extent to which product differentiation influences customer satisfaction at that location. Quantitative methods are applied. The population of this research is all customers who have used products and services from PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch. 110 respondents were given a questionnaire to fill out in order to do this. The findings of this research show that at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, product differentiation has a good and significant influence on customer satisfaction. However, at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, brand image does not have a real impact on customer satisfaction, either positively or negatively. At PT Aerofood, customer satisfaction and sales are significantly influenced by product differentiation and brand image.

The development of information technology in a digital-based economy supports business actors in aspects of marketing, procurement, distribution, and consumer service. This research aims to determine the influence of price perceptions, online customer reviews, and promotions on purchasing decisions for Heylook Official Shop products on the Shopee marketplace. The population in the research is Heylook Official Shop consumers on the Shopee marketplace the number of which is unknown (infinite). The number of samples in this study was 97 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire applied on Google Forms, and measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The findings in this research show that price perceptions and promotions have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while online customer reviews do not influence Heylook Official Shop Purchase Decisions in the Shopee marketplace. Companies are expected to maintain competitive prices and continue to carry out promotional activities effectively. Companies need to push consumers to provide reviews of the products they purchase so that they become input for other consumers and the company itself.

Analysis of the influence of visual content in the fundraising campaign for zakat by Lembaga Amil Zakat Dompet Amanah Umat (LAZDAU) on the Instagram platform during August to October 2023. Employing a qualitative descriptive method with the approach of decision-making theory and customer engagement, this research highlights how consumers interact, respond, and engage with the visual design of LAZDAU's content. The findings reveal that content with clear and consistent visual designs, receiving positive responses from the audience, directly impacts the participation and success of the fundraising campaign, reflected in the significant financial reception by LAZDAU. This journal underscores the crucial role of appropriate visual design in enhancing community participation and responsiveness to humanitarian efforts within zakat institutions.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the guarantees contained in profit sharing agreements such as mudharabah agreements contained in sharia banking. In this research, a normative approach is used. A normative approach is used to examine the provision of guarantees in production sharing agreements from the perspective of Muamalat jurisprudence. This research shows that profit sharing contracts such as mudarabah essentially have no guarantees, except for guarantees against the possibility of moral hazard on the part of the contracting parties. In practice, Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banks, remove mandatory guarantees from the profit sharing agreements they make with their partners (customers). However, keep in mind that the guarantee of absolute rights will only end if the loss arises due to your fault, negligence or breach of contract. If the loss is caused by negligence, or a breach of customer contract, then warranty coverage should not be addressed.

Loyalty programs, creative marketing strategies, and involvement in local communities are key points in achieving marketing success. Research results show that Outdoor Plus stores have achieved operational efficiency through modern cashier systems, computerized stock management, and online payment integration. Holistic marketing strategies have also succeeded in increasing market share and building strong customer relationships. In addition, effective human resource management, strict legal compliance, and commitment to environmental sustainability have established a strong foundation for sustainable growth. This study is expected to contribute to understanding the potential of sustainable business at the MSMEs level, while providing insights for related stakeholders.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at UD. Rizqi Food Supplier Yogyakarta. The impact of Covid-19 has caused a decrease in meat shipments, but extra services and promos during the pandemic have increased interest in repurchasing. After the pandemic, expansion into restaurants and hotels resulted in a significant increase in sales. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression and Sobel's test to test consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The results showed that service and product quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention. However, customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between service quality and repurchase intention, as well as the relationship between product quality and repurchase intention. Improving the quality of services and products at UD. RizqiFood Supplier is expected to increase consumer satisfaction and encourage repurchasing interest. This is important for company management to retain loyal customers and achieve business success.

This study looks at customer behavior on e-commerce platforms, with a particular emphasis on Shopee in Indonesia. The study involved 102 respondents to evaluate the relationship between variables. The results show that these factors have an impact on the repurchase intention of e-commerce customers on Shopee. The study was conducted using quantitative methods and used SPSS for statistical analysis. The results show that the components present in this study have an influence on customer repurchase intention. However, other factors not present in this study, for example, price, user experience, and promotion, may have a greater impact on customer repurchase intention than other factors. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the components that influence customers' willingness to make repeat purchases on e-commerce platforms. While product and service quality remain important, companies and marketers should consider these additional elements when they create their marketing strategies. This calls for further future research using large samples and deeper analysis to understand this more complex context and help run businesses better in the ever-evolving e-commerce market.

Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes purposive sampling to gather data from a diverse range of industry experts, marketers, and consumers. Data analysis involves thematic analysis to unveil patterns, themes, and insights from the collected data. The findings shed light on the nuanced interactions among marketing public relations, digital marketing strategies, elements of the marketing mix, quality customer service provision, and its impact on fostering customer loyalty. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamic marketing ecosystem, offering valuable insights for businesses aiming to enhance customer engagement and loyalty in the digital age.

Night markets have long been a popular place to do food business, and one of the trending products is grilled octopus. To optimize this business potential, implementing a digital business strategy has become key. This journal presents a brief overview of how digital business is used to market grilled octopus at night markets. The application of digital business in marketing grilled octopus at night markets involves various aspects. First of all, outlet owners can take advantage of technology by creating an official website for their outlet. This website not only serves as a platform to display menus and store locations, but also as a tool to communicate with potential customers. Social media also plays an important role in marketing. By managing accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, outlet owners can share product images, customer reviews, and promotional information. Apart from that, email marketing is also an effective strategy. Collecting customer email addresses and sending them information about special offers, discounts, or new menu items can increase customer engagement. Joining popular food delivery apps such as GrabFood or GoFood also helps in expanding customer reach, especially if the grilled octopus outlet does not yet have a physical presence in the location. Although implementing a digital business has clear benefits, there are also challenges that need to be overcome. Intense competition in night markets requires outlet owners to create creative and different marketing. Additionally, adequate online management is the key to success, and outlet owners may need to train themselves or obtain technical support to manage their digital assets. In conclusion, the implementation of digital business has had a positive impact in marketing grilled octopus at night markets. However, outlet owners need to be aware of the challenges that may arise and try to continue to improve their strategies in facing increasingly fierce competition in the digital world.

Satisfaction is a person who has compared in terms of performance and also the expected results through the level of a person's feelings. In another theory written by Wilton, it is stated that satisfaction or dissatisfaction is the result of the final evaluation of the customer's response, namely the suitability that has been felt by the customer with the expected performance of the product that can be felt after the customer uses it. (Abarca 2021) Family planning is an effort by husband and wife to measure the desired number and distance. The effort in question includes contraception or pregnancy prevention and family planning. The basic principle of contraceptive methods is to prevent male sperm from reaching and fertilizing a woman's egg (fertilization) or preventing a fertilized egg from implanting (attaching) and developing in the uterus (Th. Endang Purwoastuti, 2016).From a preliminary survey in January 2023 at the Siloam Clinic, West Siantar District, Pematangsiantar City, 20 women of childbearing age were found, of whom 7 people expressed dissatisfaction with contraceptive services.
