The role of the teacher in the management of the classroom, as reflected in Hebrews 10:24-25, was the primary foundation of education in the PAUD Rehobot Seed Cikeas Bogor. The role of the teacher is not only as the enforcer of learning, but also as the holder of social roles that influence student behavior. In this context, the teacher's role consists of a variety of actions that include assistance, encouragement, responsibility, and classroom management skills. As a class leader, the teacher is responsible for organizing a conducive learning process. They prepare teaching materials, organize classrooms, and use appropriate learning media to enhance students' skills. Not only that, teachers also act as motivators that encourage students to develop their potential. At PAUD Rehobot Seed Cikeas Bogor, the application of the teacher's role in classroom management has had a positive impact. Teachers pay attention to the obstacles that students face individually, give personal attention, and organize additional learning sessions after formal lessons. They use a variety of learning media, including visual audio, to enrich the student's learning experience. In addition, teachers also play an active role in advising and encouraging students to improve their learning performance. The overall role of this teacher is not only limited to the formal aspects of learning, but also includes a deep personal relationship with the student. This approach allows the teacher to strengthen moral values and facilitate the student's holistic development. Thus, the role of the teacher in the management of the classroom, inspired by the principles in Hebrews 10:24-25, not only optimizes the formal learning-teaching process, but also enriches personal interaction and values in education in PAUD Rehobot Seed Cikeas Bogor.

The Church is a community of all God's people, namely all believers who have received baptism in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and have been united with God the Father through the person of Jesus Christ. As believers, we are called and sent to continue the work of Jesus Christ in the world. This call and mission came from Jesus Christ when He sent His disciples to preach the Gospel throughout the world. “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you. And know that I am with you always until the end of time (Matt. 28:19-20).” In continuing Her work, the Church hopes that all of God's people will take part. The Second Vatican Council (1962-1965), produced sixteen documents and one of them was the Decree on the Apostolate of the Laity (Apostolicam Actuositatem). In the Lay Apostolate Decree, lay people are called to apostolate. Lay apostolate is a form of involvement of lay people to take part in the Tritasks of Christ, namely as Priest, Prophet and King. Lay people have duties and responsibilities in actualizing their faith through the work and tasks they carry out every day. The faith lived must be expressed and practiced. In actualizing faith, lay people can carry it out through various areas of life, including: in the Church, family, social environment and politics, both nationally and internationally. The involvement of lay people in various areas of life, the Church hopes that their presence will be salt and light for the world. The laity always strive to fight for the common welfare with the spirit of the Gospel. So that with its presence, the Kingdom of God becomes more real in the world and becomes a blessing for many people and becomes the glory of God's name. In this way, the world increasingly knows, accepts and acknowledges Jesus Christ as the only way to the Father because He is the only goal of life.

This study explores the intersection of classical Islamic philosophical thought and modern environmental ethics to propose a Sharia-based eco-theology model for addressing global sustainability challenges. It investigates key Islamic environmental principles, such as khalifah (stewardship), amanah (trustworthiness), and mizan (balance), which emphasize humanity’s responsibility to protect and preserve the environment. These values, derived from Islamic teachings, offer a moral and spiritual framework for ecological stewardship, aligning closely with contemporary concerns like sustainability, biodiversity preservation, and climate change mitigation. The research integrates these Islamic principles with modern ecological ethics, including ecocentrism, deep ecology, and environmental justice, to construct a holistic eco-theological model. Through this framework, the study emphasizes the importance of balancing ecological, economic, and social factors to promote environmental justice. The findings suggest that Islamic eco-theology can play a significant role in fostering environmental responsibility within Muslim communities and beyond, contributing to global sustainability efforts. Practical applications of these principles are seen in educational initiatives, such as the incorporation of eco-theology into curricula at Islamic institutions, and in community-based environmental projects. The research also highlights the challenges and limitations of traditional interpretations of Islamic environmental ethics, suggesting the need for progressive and adaptive approaches in addressing modern environmental issues. Future research directions include exploring the integration of this eco-theology in policy-making, Islamic education, and cross-cultural applications, ensuring its relevance to diverse communities facing environmental challenges.

The aim of this research is to investigate the regulations governing the position of the insured in credit life insurance and the responsibilities of insurance companies, as delineated in Decision Number 3079K/Pdt/2019. Credit life insurance serves as a mechanism for banks to mitigate the risk of debtor default in debt repayment resulting from the death of the debtor. It entails a collaborative effort between banks and insurance companies aimed at facilitating credit repayment to the bank in the event of the demise of the credit facility user (debtor). This research adopts a normative legal approach with a case study methodology, examining legal issues elucidated in court decisions of enduring legal significance. The findings from Decision Number 3079K/Pdt/2019 reveal that the insurance company bears the responsibility of settling the outstanding debt of the insured, contingent upon premium payments, in the event of the insured's demise. In the realm of insurance, the direct relationship typically exists between the insured and the insurer; however, in credit life insurance, the direct relationship materializes between the insurer and the policyholder, thereby rendering the position of the insured comparatively weak and indirect.

This study aims to compare the regulation of cosmetic distribution between the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) in Indonesia and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States. The comparative method is carried out by analyzing regulations, registration procedures, security requirements, post-marketing supervision, and the role of each institution in maintaining the safety of cosmetic products. The research results show that although BPOM and FDA have the same goal of protecting consumers and ensuring the safety of cosmetic products, there are significant differences in their regulatory approaches and registration procedures. BPOM tends to adopt a more formal, qualified approach with strict requirements for registration of cosmetic products, while FDA uses a more flexible approach with more responsibility devolving to manufacturers to ensure compliance with approvals. The two agencies also have differences in post-marketing oversight. Indonesia's BPOM tends to be more active in conducting regular product testing on the market, while the United States FDA relies more on consumer and manufacturer reports to identify unsafe products. However, both face similar challenges in dealing with the rapid development of the cosmetics industry and product innovation. Continuous efforts are needed to improve regulation and supervision to ensure that cosmetic products in circulation are safe for consumers around the world.
