Pros and cons about the position and jurisdiction of military courts still often occur in legal discourse in Indonesia. On the one hand, there is a group that states that the military court is only authorized to try military crimes and is not authorized to try general crimes committed by TNI soldiers, but another group states that the military court still has the authority to try both general crimes and military crimes. This article will photograph the discourse that has existed so far. This article will also explain the Position and Jurisdiction of the Military Court in Indonesia after being under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and the impact of the submission of TNI soldiers to the General Court on military principles. The method used was an in-depth interview with a number of sources, especially to see the growing opinion if TNI soldiers were tried in the general court. The conclusion of this article is that psychologically and culturally, TNI soldiers are not appropriate to be tried in the general court. Thus, the issue of subjugating TNI soldiers to the general court is not only juridical but also psychological and cultural. In addition, if TNI Soldiers are subject to the general judiciary, it will result in the destruction of military joints or principles that are the backbone of law enforcement and discipline of Soldiers.

Abstract The word "new creation" appears twice in the Bible, and is only found in Paul's writings, namely in 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Galatians 6: 15. However, there are various interpretations that appear on this word. By using a qualitative literature approach and descriptive method for the text of 2 Corinthians 5:17 it is found that Paul uses sentences in the present form, not the form that will come; "Who is in Christ, he is a new creation," not "Who is in Christ, he will be a new creation." The word kainos refers to a change in attitude, behavior, character and not in material/body. Next is that the word new creation is closely related to change. Change is very closely related to things that are psychological (unconscious mind), not things that are outward. In other words, change is related to things that are "from within" not "from outside" human life.

The objective of this paper is to discourse critical paradigm to respond economic globalization, especially in higher education liberalization.  Higher Education liberalization is employed by World Trade Organization (WTO), firstly  is introduced concept of higher education corporatization. Corporatization is one of implementation strategy of New Public Management (NPM) in public sector.  This paper based on results of case study in one of Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Layanan Umum (PTN BLU). PTN BLU is an example of NMP implementation. NPM is campaigned by International Institution such as World Bank (WB) and Internationally Monetary Fund (IMF). WB, IMF, and WTO use accounting as  a surveillance system. In  Habermas’s Critical Theory perspective,  higher education corporatization is lifeworld moneterization, with accounting as steering media. The effects of that are social pathologies, they are loss of meaning, anomie, and psychopathology. Loss of  meaning in higher education as a knowledge development institution, that dedicate to humanism has transform a corporate, that produce knowledge based economy (KBE) according to market demand.  Losses of academician identities, psychological disease are other examples of social pathologies. Online trust is one of the main determinants of the success of e-retailers and much research has dealt with website features triggeringconsumer trust to them. Another stream of research focuses on thepsychological antecedents to online trust; i.e., what ‘‘happens’’ in theconsumer’s mind before or while a person decides to trust an e-retailer?So far, each effort has focused on only a few selected aspects of this trustformation process. Only few studies have attempted to identify majorpersonality based psychological antecedents of trust. This work identifiedthe relative importance of the personality based psychological antecedentsof trust in technology adoption and e-retailing. The model incorporatesthe personality traits (Extraversion, and Openness to experience), the mostwidely accepted framework for personality research in psychology, as wellas determinants of trust in our model.
