Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengendalian dan penilaian kinerja PT.PLN(Persero) tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengendalikan dan menilai kinerja manajer akuntansi pertanggungjawaban pusat laba dengan rasio profit margin. Hasil penelitian pengendalian dan kinerja manajer pusat laba PT.PLN (Persero) tahun 2019-2020 kurang baik, karena pada rasio Operating profit margin 2020 lebih kecil sebesar 4,71% dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019 sebesar 9.41% dengan selisih kerugian 4.7. Beda dengan rasio Gross profit margin tahun 2019 sebesar 15,91%. sedangkan tahun 2020 sebesar 17,01% rasio ini memiliki keuntungan sebesar 1.1. Dan Net profit margin tahun 2019 sebesar 1,55%. sedangkan tahun 2020 sebesar 2,29% rasio ini memiliki keuntungan sebesar 0,74.

Nikel merupakan logam transisi yang berwarna putih keperak-perakan dan memiliki sifat yang keras, ulet dan sedikit ferromagnetis. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pelindian nikel laterit dengan H2SO4 untuk menganalisis kandungan unsur Ni, preparasi dilakukan dengan drying, grinding dan kemudian sizing. Hasil preparasi dilakukan uji ED-XRF untuk mengetahui unsur yang terdapat dalam bijih tersebut. Pelindian kemudian dilakukan dalam tabung reaktor dengan bijih nikel ukuran kurang dari 150 mesh sebanyak 60gram dan 300 ml larutan H2SO4 1,4 M, proses pelindian dilakukan selama 3 jam dengan kecepatan pengadukan 320 rpm dan pada suhu 80oC. Larutan kaya hasil pelindian dilakukan uji AAS untuk mengetahui kadar unsur Ni. Pada uji ED-XRF didapatkan Ni sebesar 8,892 % dan NiO sebesar 4,961 % sedangkan pada uji AAS diketahui kadar nikel dari hasil pelindian nikel laterit yaitu sebesar 3458,25 mg/L.

Hijauan pakan merupakan pakan basal atau pakan utama ternak ruminansia terutama sapi dan kambing. Peternak secara umum dan peternak di Distrik Sarmi Timur Papua secara khusus, mengandalkan hijauan pakan yang tersedia secara alami untuk ternaknya. Namun dalam perkembangannya, peternak mulai mengembangkan potensi dan wawasannya untuk mencoba menyediakan hijauan pakan bagi ternaknya dengan penerapan pembuatan demplot rumput, salah satunya dengan membudidayakan rumput raja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada kelompok peternak kambing di distrik Sarmi Timur Kabupaten Sarmi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu peternak, mengenalkan jenis hijauan pakan yang unggul yang memiliki kualitas dan produksi yang baik. Selain itu mengenalkan cara budidayanya dan sekaligus membuat demplot percontohan. Metode deskriptif yang digunakan dengan teknik observasi langsung, diskusi langsung dan survei tumbuhan pakan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa peternak sudah bisa membedakan jenis rumput raja dengan rumput lainnya, kemudian dapat menanam secara langsung pada demplot yang sudah disiapkan bersama pada petak percobaan ukuran 20 x 2 m2 sebanyak 6 petak. Rumput dipanen pada umur defoliasi 45 hari dan langsung diberikan pada ternaknya. Berdasarkan hasil survei di lapangan, ditemukan bahwa jenis hijauan pakan lokal yang dominan dikonsumsi yaitu rumput (17 spesies), legum (8 spesies) dan hijauan lain (7 spesies).

The given counseling material addresses a variety of adolescent skin conditions, as well as the many types of skincare ingredients and how to choose the appropriate one based on the adolescent's skin. Compared to the Pre-test, which was administered prior to the presenter's explanation of the topic, there was an increase in knowledge on the Post-test. Therefore, it can be inferred that participants gained knowledge from this activity's material and conversations, particularly in regards to the skincare material offered.

Drug abuse occurs because of promiscuity and lack of education about the dangers of drug use. The increasing cases of drug abuse that occur in the community make it quite difficult for the government to overcome this. Therefore, the existence of a drug-free or shining program will certainly have an effectiveness that aims to provide education to the community, especially the younger generation about the dangers and impacts of drug abuse. The method used in this program is through socialization activities using participatory methods, lectures and discussions. The process of this socialization activity was in the form of delivering material from the sources of the City National Narcotics Agency and continued with discussion activities. The results of this program are useful for making the younger generation as pioneers of the nation's successor to be clean from drugs.

Human Resources is one of the resources that determine the success of an organization. Proper management of human resources can create a strong managerial system to support the productivity and success of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to have factors that can form quality human resources. This article aims to explore employee performance which is influenced by transformational leadership and internal CSR. Internal CSR also has a role as an intervening variable between transformational leadership and employee performance. The research model is multivariate and the analysis will use SMARTPLS. The research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Grobogan Regency with 110 employees who participated in this study. The sampling method used accidental sampling. The results show that transformational leadership and internal CSR can affect employee performance. Internal CSR can act as a mediation between transformational leadership and employee performance.

Pengabdian masyarakat sebagai kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu kewajiban dari Tri Darma perguruan tinggi dimana hal inilah yang menjadi pedoman dan menjadi dasar, Universitas Janabdara Yogyakarta dalam hal ini mahasiswa hadir sebagai bentuk implementasi pengabdian terhadap masyarakat dalam mewujudkan tujuan untuk memberikan pengajaran kepada masyarakat dan membantu masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan serta mengembangkan potensi dari limbah sampah rumah tangga dan mengedukasi masyarakat dalam memahami pentingnya pengelolaan sampah, karena sampah di masyarakat Padukuhan Kretek tidak terlebih dahulu dipilah dari sampah plastik (an organik) maupun sampah sisa makanan (organik) dan lain-lain namun hanya terbuang begitu saja ke Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA). Akibat dari hal tersebut tentu akan berdampak buruk dalam jangka Panjang baik dalam segi Kesehatan, sosial, dan tata kelola lingkungan hidup yang baik. Sampah dapat dijadikan bahan- bahan kreatif dan inovatif apabila pengelolaannya dilakukan secara benar. Pada dasarnya tingkat kesadaran masyarakat akan pemahaman pengelolaan sampah sangat penting yang pada prinsipnya manusia adalah makhluk yang menghasilkan sampah, dan pengelolaan sampah harus dibangun mulai dari lingkungan yang paling kecil yaitu keluarga. Metode kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi dan seminar yang dianggap langkah awal untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran terhadap sampah. Terlepas dari itu penyajian materi dan mempraktekannya secara langsung tentang pengelolaan dan pemilahan sampah, adapun juga sesi tanya-jawab untuk menambah pemahaman kepada orang tua, pemuda/pemudi dan anak-anak, serta dapat membangan paradigma baru dalam melihat sampah. Dampak dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada orang tua, pemuda/pemudi dan anak-anak di Padukuhan Kretek, Kelurahan Jambidan, Kecamatan Banguntapan, Kabupaten Bantul, tentang pengelolaan dan pemilhan sampah, sehingga masyarakat dapat mempraktekan dan mengelola sampah di lingkungan rumah masing-masing. Secara substansial kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat disimpukan sebagai upaya membangun manusia dengan menekankan pada kesadaran diri masing-masing individu maupun kelompok masyarakat sehingga masyarakat benar-benar memanfaatkan sampah yang terdapat di lingkungannya secara khusus maupun lingkungan diluarnya secara umum dengan semaksimal mungkin.    

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is an endeavor to live a healthy lifestyle at both the individual and communal levels. In the current pandemic era, it is crucial to focus on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in order to avoid various viruses and diseases. The necessity of Clean and Healthy Behavior must continue to be emphasized to all segments of society. Youth is a group that need attention. According to a situational analysis conducted at SMA Kalam Kudus II in Jakarta, there is a problem with poor levels of cleanliness and health consciousness. To raise high school students' understanding of clean and healthy lives, it is required to conduct activities such as lectures, discussions, and outreach. This service activity takes place in Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. This service action was accomplished by performing a survey of service sites, preparing service locations, and delivering Clean and Healthy Behavior support resources. Youth members have participated in Clean and Healthy Living Behavior socialization activities using lecture, discussion, and question and answer formats. This service activity worked smoothly overall. The conclusion that can be derived from this is that service activity participants recognize the significance of clean and healthy lifestyle choices in preventing various diseases.

In this final project the author discusses the problem entitled "Design of Smoke Detector and Room Temperature of SAP ERP Server at PT Apac Inti Corpora". This design aims to support the improvement of the security system in the server room with smoke and temperature detectors and microcontroller-based automatic countermeasures. Against the background of problems with sensors and countermeasures systems in the server room and lack of insight into sensor installation. This tool uses a gas sensor MQ-2 as a smoke detector, a DHT-11 sensor as a temperature detector, Arduino as a microcontroller that controls I/O, buzzer and LED as an alarm, a fan as a temperature controller, and an LCD to display conditions in the room. The output of the MQ-2 and DHT-11 sensors will be processed in a programmed microcontroller so that it can display conditions on the LCD. This tool will turn on the alarm and fan if smoke and high temperature are detected at the specified conditions.

Activities in improving literacy of scientific article writing by the KIR of SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung aims to encourage students in scientific article writing activities towards journal publications which so far have not been carried out, because writing skills are not obtained naturally through the process of practicing and continuing to learn. The training methods carried out include questionnaires, brainstorming, introduction of several writing tools, systematic deepening of writing good scientific articles, and evaluation. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding and motivation of students and coaches about the importance of publishing articles that have a good impact on themselves, school and community. So three articles that are ready to be written and published in journals, a coaching clinic series that is needed is assistance to encourage the quantity and improve the quality of writing by direct practice.  

Neonatus adalah Bayi Baru Lahir yang berusia 0 sampai dengan 28 hari WHO (Word Health Organization, 2015).Ciri-ciri bayi baru lahir yang sehat yaitu bayinya bergerak aktif, berat lahir sekitar 2.500 – 4000 gram, memiliki warna kulit yang mencerahkan, segera menangis ketika lahir, memiliki suhu tubuh normal yaitu 36,5-37,5C. Tali pusat merupakan tali penghubung yang memanjang dari umbilicus sampai ke permukaan fetal plasenta. Pada tali pusat terdapat funikulus umbilicalis yang terbentang dari permukaan fetal plasenta sampai daerah umbilikus fetus dan berlanjut sebagai kulit fetus. Dalam sister kerjanya tali pusat berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara plasenta dan bagian tubuh janin supaya mendapatkan asupan oksigen, makanan, dan antibody dari ibu. Pada umumnya umbilicus atau tali pusat saat satu minggu setelah bayi lahir dan luka sembuh dalam lima belas hari (Baety, 2011). Tujuan: penelitian untuk memberikan Asuhan Kebidanan Bayi Baru Lahir pada Bayi Ny M Tentang Cara Perawatan Tali Pusat Di Poliklinik Pt Serdang Tengah Kec. galang Kab. Deli Serdang tahun 2020.  Metode: Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan data dengan cara pengambilan primer menggunakan pedoman wawancara terstruktur dan pemeriksaan langsung kepada Bayi Baru Lahir pada Bayi Ny M Tentang Cara Perawatan Tali Pusat Di Poliklinik Pt Serdang Tengah Kec. galang Kab. Deli Serdang tahun 2020. Data disajikan dalam bentuk management helen varney. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bayi Baru Lahir pada Bayi Ny M Tentang Cara Perawatan Tali Pusat Di Poliklinik Pt Serdang Tengah Kec. galang Kab. Deli Serdang tahun 2020. Asuhann yang tepat diberikan pada by Ny M yaitu memberikan asuhan kebidanan dengan Memberikan ibu penkes PerawatanTali Pusat. Saran:  kepada petugas kesehatan harus meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memberikan asuhan yang tepat Bayi Baru Lahir tentang Perawatan tali pusat.  

Apart from being a means of entertainment, films can also be a means of guidance to the public through the message contained in the film. Therefore, the public must be more careful in choosing films, especially for children, so as not to fall prey to the negative things that come from the films they watch. Nussa and Rara is one of the children's animated films with the Muslim genre that children like. In this animated film there are positive educational values ​​for children. This study aims to analyze the educational values ​​contained in the film Nussa and Rara in one of its episodes entitled 3S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa).This study used library research methods with mass media analysis as the type of research. The results of the study show that there are two types of character education in the films Nussa and Rara episode 3S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa), namely character education and social education. The character education values ​​contained in the animated film are based on the Ministry of Education and Culture's references, namely religious attitude, fond of reading and curiosity. Meanwhile, the social educational values ​​contained in the film are based on Nashih Ulwan's opinion, namely 1) the inculcation of noble psychological foundations, namely piety and brotherly affection. 2) safeguarding the rights of others, namely the teaching of social etiquette.

Social Security employment is one of the government's programs to protect Indonesian workers because this is the mandate of Article 28H paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, after which the government established Law No. 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System and Law No. 24 of 2004 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency. The regulations mentioned are an active form of the state to protect its people, one of which is from the labor sector. The authors took a study based on some of these rules by taking the title of the analysis of social security participation in employment for micro and small businesses. The formulation of this research problem is 1) what employment social security programs have been followed by job providers in micro and small businesses 2) What factors are the obstacles for job providers in micro and small businesses in participating in the employment social security program. This research is exploratory with a qualitative approach with research objects in small and small businesses, the use of data using primary and secondary data sources. The large number of participants who do not know and participate in BPJS Employment is an obstacle to the lack of participation of BPJS Employment.

Children with disabilities are part of diversity, but there are problems such as the lack of character formation of children, not yet optimal in developing the potential and limited skills and independence of children with disabilities. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta provided a mentoring activity through the application of the aquaponics system in order to empower children with disabilities in improving the life skills of children with disabilities at YPAC Professor Doctor Soeharso Surakarta. The methods applied in this service include: (1) providing counseling and socialization related to the aquaponics system, (2) aquaponics assembly, (3) training related to aquaponics seeding and care, and (4) monitoring the development of aquaponics. The result of this service is that children with disabilities who become participants during the service process have gained knowledge related to the aquaponics system. Children routinely carry out maintenance such as spraying hydroponic vegetables, feeding catfish to cleaning fish waste at the bottom of the pond. Assistance is carried out to train the independence and responsibility of children with disabilities in aquaponic care as well as become vocational skills for them which if aquaponics continues to be developed it will become a source of income for children with disabilities, especially those living in dormitories. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out with a monitoring pattern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa ditinjau dari self-regulated learning. Adapun bentuk penelitian yang digunakan yaitu desain faktorial (factorial design) modifikasi dari desain true experimental. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kembayan yang terdiri dari tiga kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPA 2 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Instumen penelitian berupa soal tes dalam bentuk essay. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis satu jalan sel tak sama dengan uji normalitas menggunakan uji Lilifors dan homogenitas menggunakan Uji Bartlett. Hasil penelitian setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran problem based learning diperoleh bahwa: (1) hasil belajar siswa dengan kategori self regulated learning tinggi lebih baik dari pada siswa yang memiliki kategori self regulated learning sedang, (2) hasil belajar siswa dengan kategori self regulated learning tinggi lebih baik dari pada siswa yang memiliki kategori self regulated learning rendah, dan (3) hasil belajar siswa dengan kategori self regulated learning sedang lebih baik dari pada siswa yang memiliki kategori self regulated learning rendah.    

This research is entitled “Students' Perception On the Use of YouTube to Develop Their Vocabulary”. The objective of the research is to identify, classify and describe the ways English Students use YouTube to develop their Vocabulary. It is also to analyze and describe students' perception on using YouTube to develop their vocabulary. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The research collected the data using questionnaires and interviews. The sample was 30 students' from the 2022 batch of English Department Faculty of Humanities. Thirty students' responses were collected by online questionnaire with google-form and answers collected by online interview with Whatsapp. The collected data were quantitatively analyzed by percentage formula. Using theory Freeman and Anderson (2011: 250) and to analyze the university students' perception about the use of YouTube to develop their vocabulary base on the theory of Nelson-Smith (2008:32). The results showed that most of the respondents had positive responses about the use of YouTube to develop their vocabulary. Since YouTube can be used both as providing teaching resources and enhancing learning experience. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that University students have positive perceptions on the use of YouTube in the use of media YouTube is considered useful to students, English Department, Sam Ratulangi University Since YouTube can be used both as providing teaching resources and enhancing learning experience. Penyakit degeneratif merupakan penyebab terbesar kematian di Indonesia. Jumlah kematian akibat penyakit tersebut terus meningkat. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena sebagian besar penyakit diawali oleh adanya reaksi oksidasi yang berlebih dalam tubuh. Reaksi oksidasi yang terjadi setiap saat dalam tubuh dapat menyebabkan terbentuknya radikal bebas. Substansi untuk mengurangi terjadinya pembentukan radikal bebas adalah antioksidan. Tanaman kemuning merupakan salah satu tanaman yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber antioksidan alami. Tanaman kemuning memiliki berbagai kandungan senyawa diantaranya adalah fenol, kumarin, tanin dan flavonoid. Senyawa-senyawa tersebut yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengurangi radikal bebas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar flavonoid total dan aktivitas antioksidan pada fraksi etil asetat daun kemuning. Metode penelitian dalam penentuan kadar flavonoid total dilakukan secara spektrofotometri UV-Vis dengan pereaksi AlCl3 sedangkan aktivitas antioksidan ditentukan dengan metode DPPH dengan pembanding kuersetin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fraksi etil asetat daun kemuning mengandung senyawa fenol, tanin, saponin dan flavonoid. Fraksi etil asetat daun kemuning mengandung kadar flavonoid total sebesar 10,021% dan memiliki aktivitas antioksidan dengan nilai IC50 sebesar 83,222 ppm. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fraksi etil asetat daun kemuning memiliki potensi sebagai antioksidan yang kuat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  Evaluasi Jumlah Pedet yang  Di lahirkan pada Program Upsus Siwab di Kecamatan Poleang Selatan Kabupaten Bombana. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak lima puluh responden.  Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini ialah Umur Pertama IB, Berapa kali IB baru Bunting, Lama Bunting, Jarak Beranak dan Bobot Lahir. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan Microsoft excel 2007 ditabulasi kemudian dihitung persentase, tingkat galat dan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa jumlah pedet di Kecamatan Poleang Selatan adalah dari periode Januari-Maret 2021 ada 200 ekor sapi jantan dan 168 ekor sapi betina.
