Anemia in pregnant women is a problem both globally and in Indonesia. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women worldwide is 41.8%, while the prevalence of pregnant women according to the 2018 Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) is higher than the WHO prevalence at 48.9%. Community service activities carried out by lecturers and students from a university aim to provide education about the importance of iron consumption for pregnant women in Dusun 1, Tanjung Anom Village. Through problem identification, program planning, program implementation, and evaluation, an educational program including counseling, workshops, and distribution of informative materials is conducted. The evaluation results show a significant improvement in knowledge and practices of iron consumption among pregnant women. This activity is expected to contribute to reducing the incidence of anemia and improving the health of pregnant women in the area through collaboration between universities, healthcare professionals, and the community.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of research methodology learning with students' understanding in thesis writing. Research methodology plays an important role in equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design, conduct and analyze research effectively. However, challenges in understanding the concepts of research methodology can affect students' ability to write quality thesis. Therefore, this study identified the challenges faced by students in learning research methodology and presented solutions that could be applied to increase learning effectiveness. The research method used was literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review which included research articles, textbooks and other related sources of information. Data analysis was carried out by identifying common challenges in learning research methodology and recommendations that can be implemented to overcome these challenges. The results of the study indicate that a good understanding of research methodology has a positive impact on student thesis writing. Students who have a good understanding of research methodology tend to plan their research well, collect valid data, carry out appropriate data analysis, use relevant reference sources, and construct strong arguments in their thesis. However, there are challenges such as material complexity, limited resources, lack of practical experience, time constraints, and low motivation that need to be overcome. Recommendations to improve research methodology learning include developing a good curriculum, training lecturers, providing adequate resources and facilities, use of technology in learning, intensive individual guidance, and further research on the effectiveness of research methodology learning. By implementing these recommendations, students are expected to gain a better understanding of research methodology and apply it well in their thesis writing. This increased understanding will have an impact on the quality of thesis writing, a more significant contribution in the field of study, and better preparation for future academic or professional careers.

This research illustrates the importance of optimizing ZIS activities based on Islamic philanthropy from the perspective of religious morality. Zakat is not only considered a religious ritual, but also a moral obligation that goes beyond just a formal act. LAZIZMU shows a commitment to managing ZIS funds professionally, with a focus on using funds for productive businesses aimed at improving community welfare. LAZIZMU conducts careful surveys of mustahik to ensure the distribution of funds is on target. Apart from that, LAZIZMU applies a consumptive and productive approach in managing ZIS funds, by providing direct assistance and providing business capital through the BUM program. The selection and mentoring process carried out by LAZIZMU has proven to be effective in empowering mustahik, by providing training and support in developing their businesses. The entire aid distribution process is carried out directly by LAZIZMU to ensure transparency and accuracy in the distribution of funds.

An accountant must know the code of ethics because it is an important profession in the economic field. The accountant's code of ethics is used as a guide in carrying out its main duties and functions in accordance with the competence possessed by the accountant in order to improve the quality of his work so that it can be used as a guide in determining attitudes and behaving based on professional ethics. The development of today's technology, where there is a lot of competition, is actually more and more violations of professional ethics. Scandals that violate the code of ethics pose a serious problem for the ethical standards of the accounting profession. There are still many violations of professional ethics, in Indonesia one of which is PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya, which manipulated its financial statements. This case started that PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya stated that it was unable to pay the JS Savings Plan policy claim that was due in the amount of Rp. 802 billion on October 10 2018. From the results of the BPK investigation, it was revealed that there were inconsistencies which indicated fraud in the implementation of saving plans and investments. This analysis aims to explain the basic concepts of ethics, code of ethics, and find out which basic principles of accountant ethics have been violated by PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya. In the Case of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya There are 4 basic principles of accountant ethics that have been violated, namely, integrity, objectivity, competence and prudence, and professional behavior.

The game of volleyball in Indonesia is developing rapidly, volleyball is very popular with the public, both professionally and amateurs. Efforts to improve volleyball in the community with the aim of helping the federation optimize the potential of Indonesian youth. The problems faced by partners are mastery of basic techniques that are not yet optimal and knowledge of the rules and technology in ball games is still lacking. The solution offered is to provide basic technical mastery training and an introduction to rules and technology in volleyball games. Location of FIKK UNM volleyball field activities. Students as partners with a total of 35 people. This activity consists of theory and practice. Service activities run well and smoothly. Partners who are students feel happy and satisfied with the service activities carried out. We thank those who have helped carry out this dedication activity. Activities have had a positive impact on the development of volleyball.

Teacher discipline is an attitude or action that shows one's responsibility, professionalism, character, role model and personality in carrying out work as a teacher. In this case, teacher discipline refers to the teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang school. This study aims (1) to find out how the use of fingerprint attendance at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (2) To find out how the discipline of teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (3) To find out how the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on teacher discipline at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. The results of the study show that the Application of Fingerprint Attendance can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 91.2% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. Teacher discipline can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 88.7% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. The Effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As – Sakinah Tanjungpinang the calculation results obtained that the value of rxy = 0.5419 was between the values (0.40 – 0.70). Thus, rxy = 0.5419 is greater than r table at a significant level of 5% and a significant level of 1% (0.5419 > 0.4629 > 0.3610). This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the results of the correlation analysis show that there is an effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As - Sakinah Tanjungpinang.  

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher's professional attendance and benefits on work performance in MIN 1 Cilegon City. The independent variable in this study is the attendance and professional allowance of the teacher while the dependent variable is work performance. The research used in this study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the MIN 1 Cilegon Teacher with a total of 30 Educators. Sampling 30 respondents of saturated samples. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS version 26. The statistical methods used were normality test, classic assumption test of linearity test, simple correlation test, regression test and coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of the study "The Effect of Teacher Professional Attendance and Allowance on Job Performance in MIN 1 Cilegon City", can be seen as follows: The results of the product moment correlation coefficient analysis show that r = 0.574 means that it has a moderate or significant correlation between attendance and allowance variables on work performance. In the calculation of the hypothesis obtained results tcount> t table (6.006> 2.001) Based on the calculations in the simultaneous F test obtained Fcount = 6.822, while the value of F table = (dk = nk-1 = 30-2-1 = 27 amounted to 3.35 with a real level of 0.05 Fcount> F table (6.822> 3.35) thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted with a significance level of (0.004 <0.05), it can be concluded that "there is a simultaneous and significant relationship between presence (X) and teacher professional allowance (X2) for work performance (Y) in MIN I Cilegon City ".

The teaching profession is generally recognized as a very respectable, noble and noble profession because the purpose of education is to develop a virtuous and competent human personality. PAK teacher professional development takes place with reference to the description of the profession and life of Jesus as an archetype. There is no more perfect model because the Lord Jesus is the Great Teacher and the truth. The example of the Lord Jesus as the Great Teacher is the main reference for the development of the PAK teacher profession. One effective way to explore and improve these skills is through self-assessment. The PAK teacher evaluation form refers to the description of Jesus as the Great Teacher. Thus, teachers must be able to guide students so that they are ready to face real life and can even become role models. In writing, the writer used a qualitative approach and was chosen as the method used in this study. The purpose of this article is for PAK teachers, which refers to professional educators whose main task is to educate, teach, guide, train, and evaluate student learning outcomes.

Pemerintah mempunyai kewajiban dalam memberikan pelayanan unntuk masyarakat ditingkat pemerintah pusat dan daerah dengan baik. Dalam melaksanakan standar pelayanan publik, para aparatur pemerintah diminta agar dapat bekerja dengan professional, efektif, dan efisien. Salah satu pelayanan publik oleh pemerintah ditingkat paling dasar adalah pemerintah kelurahan. Salah satu pelayanan pemerintah di tingkat desa adalah di Desa Gesikan kecamatan Gantiwarno Kabupaten Klaten. Artikel ini akan membahas mengenai penerapan standar pelayanan publik di Desa Gesikan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.     Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa standar pelayanan publik di Desa Gesikan sudah berjalan baik yang didasarkan pada dasar hukum, persyaratan, sistem, mekanisme dan prosedur, produk pelayanan, biaya, waktu penyelesaian, Jumlah pelaksana, kompetensi pelaksanaan, sarana dan fasilitas, jaminan keamanan dan keselamatan pelayanan, penanganan pengaduan saran dan masukan, pengawas internal, jaminan pelaksana, evalusai kinerja pelaksanaan.

Even though Kobalima District has made a small contribution in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Malacca Regency, this potential can become a business opportunity for K2 Cake Kiosk owners in developing these processed foods. The idea of developing a banana chip business began in 1993 when Ms. Sipriana Hoar wanted to develop a banana chip business with minimal capital but had the potential to increase business income. This is done by moving from developing chips and other processed food businesses to processing products that have the potential to increase product-added value. This business analysis originates from existing recipes from their parents in micro businesses as snacks or snacks. This opportunity, where the bananas cultivated by farmers sometimes have a low selling value, was utilized by Ms. Sipriana to increase her business in banana chips and other processed foods. The method of carrying out the Professional Work Practice activities of the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, provides solutions to the problems identified in Lakekun Village, especially at the K2 Cake Kiosk. The method of carrying out the intended activity is purposive, namely the intentional determination of the K2 Cake Kiosk as the main indicator that is used as a respondent in carrying out the intended activity. The approach taken in answering problems such as: 1. Location surveys, namely looking at existing potentials and constraints such as Community Problems in the Benpasi Village.2. Identification of each Community that can be used as an example of the intended entrepreneurship training. 3. Training for each farmer group in the Benpasi Village to answer these problems to increase agricultural production in the Benpasi Village. 4. Counseling and training on maintenance and care management for plants so that they can be used for further processing 5. Monitoring and evaluation of the activities in question in an effort to increase the intended community service activities. From the Training Activities for Making Banana Chips at the K2 Cake Kiosk in Lakekun Village,Kobalima District, Malaka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province based on Professional Work Practices in the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, it can be concluded that students can see business potential and are able to analyze the advantages possessed in micro-businesses in Lakekun Village. In addition, they get a lot of benefits from the training by providing recipes that are obtained by business owners so that in the future they can be practiced as business opportunities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran profesionalisme guru dan gambaran prestasi belajar siswa. Serta mengetahui apakah profesionalisme guru berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS MA Mafatihul Huda Cipari. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ada dua yaitu profesionalisme guru sebagai variabel X dan Prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS MA Mafatihul Huda Cipari Selayar sebagai variabel Y. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru ekonomi di MA Mafatihul Huda Cipari Kabupaten Cilacap yang masuk kategori rendah sebanyak 8 responden atau sebesar 20%, masuk kategori sedang sebanyak 25 responden atau sebesar 26,5% dan masuk kategori tinggi sebanyak 7 responden atau sebesar 17,5%. Secara umum, bisa peneliti simpulkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI MA Mafatihul Huda Cipari Kabupaten Cilacap adalah Cukup. Berdasarkan hasil dari rumusan masalah didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa professional guru terdapat hubungan yang positif dan singnifikan dengan prestasi belajar, Hal ini dibuktikan dengan diperolehnya persamaan Y = 32,910 + 0,555 X dan dengan koefisien korelasi rhitung sebesar 0,556 > rtabel sebesar 0,312. Pada taraf kesalahan 5%.

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is used as an important issue for both developed and developing countries. The purpose of this UHC is to protect the health budget for the community so that their needs and welfare can be met. UHC is given to all people, whether they are able or not economically able. One of the reasons why Indonesia's health quality is still not good is the cost of health services which are considered expensive. Therefore, the UHC program in Indonesia is quite important to deal with this problem. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing UHC in improving health services in Indonesia. The research design used in this study was a literature review using Google scholar and Pubmed to search for previous related articles. The criteria for related articles used are those published from 2019-2023 and a total of 6 journals have been collected. Based on the six related journals, the results show that UHC appears to be effective in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia. Universal Health Coverage System (UHC) Plan The UHC system has been modified by the government to meet the conditions and goals of a professional, efficient, effective and long-term National Health Coverage. the embodiment of UHC goals carried out by Indonesia, namely the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) which is a concrete step embodiment of the National Social Security System (SJSN).

Corruption in the banking industry is a severe problem that must be addressed appropriately. Due to the obstacles inherent to difficult-to-detect crimes and some theoretical and legal concerns of law enforcement, the application of criminal law against perpetrators of banking corruption is not yet at its maximum. Hence, there is a need to educate individuals not to engage in corrupt behavior, to strengthen the professionalism of law enforcement, and to implement nondiscriminatory sanctions. Some rules govern corruption and banking crimes, but existing regulations must be enhanced to solve some law enforcement loopholes. Thus, implementing criminal law against corruption offenses in banking becomes crucial for maintaining public confidence in the banking sector and promoting sustainable economic growth.

One way to improve the quality of life for the elderly is to do physical exercise. Physical exercise can maintain or improve flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, strength and balance. Several studies show that physical exercise has a consistent effect in reducing the risk of falls in healthy older adults. Kuptniratsaikul's research in 2009-2010 showed that simple balance exercises carried out by elderly people with a history of falls could reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly and significantly improve body balance. A 2017 Cuevas meta-analysis study showed that balance training programs showed the greatest effect in reducing the risk of falls in the elderly. For elderly people who are not yet able to do balance exercises independently, they need assistance from professional staff. Elderly people are an age group that is vulnerable to falls. The aim of implementing this service is to detect the risk of falls in the elderly and provide assistance with balance exercises as an effort to prevent the risk of falls in the elderly. Falls occur due to an unintentional loss of balance which results in failure of postural stability, or an unexpected and sudden change which results in the position landing on the floor . Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, weak or active state), existing diseases (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, strength muscle, visual disturbances, etc.). The output targets to be achieved include publication of accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using the Time Up and Go Test and continued by providing balance training, so that elderly people who are at risk of falling can be identified as early as possible so that providing balance training can maintain and improve the elderly's body balance.

This study examines the importance of open and honest communication in personal and professional relationships and its impact on group dynamics, team effectiveness, and individual well-being. Through literature review and empirical analysis, it was found that openness in sharing feelings, thoughts, and concerns is key in maintaining healthy and harmonious relationships. Couples who regularly discuss important issues report higher levels of satisfaction in their relationships. Active listening, where full attention is given without distraction, also increases understanding and emotional closeness between couples. However, the study also identified communication challenges such as misunderstandings and conflicts that often trigger disputes, especially among young couples who face difficulties in conveying messages clearly and understanding emotional context. Emotion management during conflict is a major challenge, as many couples find it difficult to remain calm and rational in situations that trigger negative emotions.  overcome this challenge, strategies such as using humor and spending quality time together have proven effective. Humor can ease tension and improve mood after conflict, while quality time without technological distractions strengthens bonding and communication. The influence of technology in couples' communication is also reviewed, with an emphasis on the importance of setting boundaries for technology use to avoid misunderstandings and loss of emotional nuance. Social support from family and friends was found to play an important role in helping couples overcome conflict and strengthen their relationship. Couples who had a strong support network felt more confident and optimistic about the future of their relationship. In addition, the evolution of communication in relationships suggests that couples learn to communicate more effectively and efficiently over time, with improved communication skills such as empathy, emotion management, and constructive problem solving.

Geriatrics is a branch of gerontology that studies the level of health in the elderly from various aspects, including: promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative which includes physical, mental and social health. In principle, geriatrics strives for a happy and useful old age. Throughout the world today, the number of elderly people is estimated to be more than 629 million people, and in 2025 it is projected that the number of elderly people will reach 1.2 billion. Indonesia is a country that has a fairly high number of elderly people. In 2010 the number of elderly aged 65 years and over was 11 million, and it is projected that in 2020 the number of elderly will increase by 7.2%. Even the United States Census Bureau estimates that Indonesia will experience the largest increase in elderly citizens in the world in 2025, namely 414%. The increasing number of elderly will affect the welfare of the elderly (Ministry of Welfare of the Republic of Indonesia. 2012). The increase in the elderly population is of course accompanied by the risk of various degenerative diseases such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, osteoarthritis, neuromuscular disease and lung disease. Around 50-80% of elderly people aged more than 65 years will experience more than one chronic disease. This is related to the fact that the older you get, the more health problems you experience. The librarian profession is not only required to be proficient at work, but must be attractive in appearance, librarians face challenges and demands from net generation users. Being a professional librarian does not use the palms of the hands but it takes a lot of effort to achieve this, including the importance of social interaction in association to have a humanist face, which means that a librarian must be able to provide excellent service to users, so that librarians will gain the trust of their users. Librarians must also apply 3S etiquette (simple, harmonious, and polite) as well as to form a superior, inclusive, and humanist person who at least has POWER, namely, positive attitude, other people, words, expand, and realize. It is expected that librarians are able to maintain the stability of the quality of library services.

This article will examine Islamic counseling associated with the study of philosophy, from the aspects of ontology, epistemology, then axiology. Philosophical values ​​can feed direction and permananan about Islamic counseling. The research method used is literature review or literature study. Integrativity in the main science of Islamic counseling, namely, psychology, communication and Islam. Furthermore, from an epistemology perspective, it is concerned with the implementation and professionalization of the counselor. Then from the aspect of axiology in Islamic counseling which aims to provide assistance provided by counselors to clients in order to find ethical and aesthetic values ​​for the existence of essential (pure) happiness, namely happiness that comes from Allah SWT, the Almighty.

The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the professionalism, leadership, motivation, and performance of teachers at MAN 2 Bojonegoro. To examine and analyze the effect of professionalism and leadership on teacher motivation. To examine and analyze the effect of professionalism, leadership and motivation on teacher performance. The sample in this study were 78 teachers who used a sampling technique with total sampling. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS)) analysis to test the hypothesis Teacher professionalism, leadership, motivation and teacher performance at MAN 2 Bojonegoro are included in the very high category. Professionalism and Leadership have a significant effect on motivation. Direct professionalism and direct leadership have no significant effect on teacher performance, while motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. Professionalism and Leadership indirectly have a significant influence on teacher performance mediated by teacher work motivation.
