The occurrence of crime is caused by several factors, namely criminal biology, criminal psychology, and criminal sociology. Even though there are many factors related to an offender committing an act of sexual abuse based on that basis, I took a research entitled: "Criminological review of the causes of people committing an act of sexual immorality (Study of the Demak State Decision No.115.Pid.Sus / PN / Dmk August 10, 2016) ". Formulated as follows what factors cause people to commit criminal acts of sexual abuse? And what about the criminology review of the perpetrators of obscene criminal acts in the Demak District Court for the study of obscene decisions based on the decision of the Demak District Court No.115.Pid.Sus / 2016 / PN / Dmk 10 August 2016 ?. A type of sociological juridical study, the specifications of this study are analytical descriptive. Descriptive qualitative analysis data with the aim of describing the exact characteristics, state of symptoms of a particular individual or group can be concluded later stages. Based on the research results obtained: the conclusion of biological factors, psychological factors, sociocultural factors. Criminal psychology factors on the condition of the perpetrators can be seen from the way they do, sociocultural factors seen from the economic conditions, changes in the social status of rural communities to the city. Crimes related to criminal psychology, criminal biology, sociocultural: 46 year old convict R as a criminal biologist who committed crimes such as sexual abuse, convicted R male sex. Biologically criminal acts of sexual abuse committed by men rather than women, convict R has a normal mental state that psychologically has the ability to be responsible for the crimes committed.   Keywords: Criminology, Causes of Crimes, Crimes for obscenity.  

The existence of governance structure such as board ofcommissioners and audit committee implies a better monitoring functionon the financial reporting process that represent manager actions.Nevertheless, the quality of the monitoring function depends on howeffective the board and the audit committee perform their duties. Thisstudy examines how the effectiveness of the board of commissioners andaudit committee in a two tierboard structure influences the taxaggressiveness.This study develops a score for board and audit committeeeffectiveness by using a checklist which captures how the independence,activity, size, and competence characteristics are reflected in the board ofcommissioners and audit committe.Hypothesis testing is carried out byusing a multiple regression model of 105 observations (firm-year) withthe sample taken from manufacture companies listed on the IndonesianStock Exchange during t.Results of this study provide robust evidencethat a more effective board of commissioners and audit committee willdecrease tax aggressiveness.

This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of executive characteristic, size, sales growth, and leverage towards corporate tax avoidance. On this research, leverage used as mediating variabel to mediate the relationship between executive charactheristic, size, and sales growth to corporate tax avoidance. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2012 to 2014. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling with sample data which gathering of this research was 129. Data was processed by SPSS software using multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The result of this research showed that executive characteristic, size, sales growth, and leverage had a significant effect to tax avoidance. Based on path analysis, leverage as mediating variabel can’t mediate the relationship between executive characteristic to tax avoidance, but it can mediated the relationship between size and sales growth to tax avoidance in the company. Keywords: executive characteristic, size, sales growth, leverage, tax avoidance

This study examines financial difficulties can occur if the auditcommittee does not perform its roles and responsibilities effectively. Theperformance of an audit committee can be measured by its characteristics,including the size, independence, activity of the audit committee, and thecompetencies of audit committee members. Based on the discussion of researchresults described above, then there are some implications found and can addinformation for the company, investors and other parties associated with thecompany's activities. The results conclude that the size of the auditcommittee, the independence of the audit committee and the financialknowledge of audit committee members can not prove a significant influenceon financial difficulties. This research proves that the existence of women ingender audit committee is able to avoid the company from financialdifficulties. The frequency of meetings of audit committee members can proveto have a significant negative effect on the financial difficulty. This isbecause the frequency of meetings of members of the audit committee has arole in changing the pattern of management behavior and communicationamong members more structured so that the company's condition will notexperience financial difficulties.

Mocaf or modified cassava flour is a cassava flour that is specifically processed by modifying of cassavacells though fermentation. The aim of the research was to produce mocaf by fermentation with differenttreatment, thera are by spontaneous fermentation and by species youghurt as bacteria culture.The research showed that treatment of fermentation would influence the characteristic of cassavaflour. Flour taste was unidentified and didn’t have cassava odor. Treatment fermentation by youghurt wasproduced higher quality cassava flour with specific characteristic are moisture content (11,957%), amilumcontent (79,934%), protein content (0,935%), lipid content (4,650%), ash content (0,321%), celulose content(1,795%), kalsium content (0,321 mg/100g), Fe content (54,041 mg/100g), fosfor content (178,596 mg/100 g),and HCN content HCN (23.751 ppm)Keywords: mocaf, flour, and cassava

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purwodadi is a formal educational institution located on Jl. P. Diponegoro No. 22, the direction of Jalan Purwodadi - Solo. MAN Purwodadi as one of the Secondary Education Institutions in Purwodadi has an important role in the future, in the context of increasing the intelligence of the nation while preparing students who are faithful and devoted and possessing Science and Technology which are characteristic of their Islam. Some agencies including educational institutions in an effort to improve the image both in terms of promotion and information now, have begun to use website media that can be quickly accessed widely so as to improve the quality of service to the community. MAN Purwodadi in the current promotion and information efforts still use the method of manually explaining which will certainly take time and effort and still use print media that has limited reach and requires more costs for each print each year. MAN Purwodadi until now does not have a new alternative media in the form of a website that follows the times that if not followed up will certainly be less competitive in terms of promotion and information. Therefore, it is necessary to have new alternative media that are effective and efficient and sustainable which in addition to increasing positive value for MAN Purwodadi, can also support and cover up the weaknesses of promotional media and information that has been used before. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire method of 30 respondents in potential students using a Likert scale to find out the responses of respondents to each variable. Then do the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. From the analysis obtained product information level score of 390 or 32.5%; the effective level of the product is 222 or 18.5%; and the product efficiency level of 399 or 33.25%. From the existing score indicators, if added together the results will show the extent of the feasibility of the website as a promotional media and MAN Purwodadi information. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that Website Design as a Media Promotion and Information on MAN Purwodadi is considered "Very Effective". This is based on the calculation of the scale which states that if all the values ​​of the indicators are added up to produce a total value of 1011 where the value is between 976 - 1200 which states "Very Effective".

This study aims to investigate the effect of strategic performance measurement system on managerial performance that isdirectly tested through four variables; job relevant information, role ambiguty, role conflict and role overload. This studyused the perspective of goal setting theory and role theory in explaining inter-variable relationship. Data collected in thissurvey was primary data from 329 functional managers of state-owned transportation companies under the auspices ofMinistry of State Owned Enterprise. Samples were taken using stratified random sampling. Of 329 questionnaires, 264were used in this research with respon rate of 80,55%. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation models inLISREL 8,5. The result of statistictic test indicated that strategic performance measurement system was, but notsignificantly, associated with managerial performance. Further findings indicated that strategic performance measurementsystem was significantly associated with job relevant information, but no association was found with role ambiguity.However, strategic performance measurement system was significantly assosiated with role conflict and role overload.Furthermore, the result of research test indicated that job relevant information was not associated with role ambiguty; roleconflict and role overload, but significantly associated with managerial performance. Based on the result, it can beconferred that role ambiguity was positively related and had a significant impact on managerial performance. In the otherhand, role conflict and role overload are positvely but not significantly assosiated with managerial performance.The resultof the role test of mediating variables has shown that job relevant information, role ambiguity, role conflict and roleoverload significantly mediated the effect of strategic performance measurement system toward managerial performance.Keywords : Strategic Performance Measurement System, Job Relevant Information, Role Stress Characteristic andManagerial Performance

BlackBerry is a mobile phone made in Canada. BlackBerry was firstintroduced in 1999, and is presented in Indonesia in mid-December 2004. Sinceit was first introduced, the BlackBerrywas much in demand by various groupswith the support of various mobile operators both CDMA and GSM. However,in these days it has decreased significantly. Most users at the end of 2012 asmuch as 79 million active use of BlackBerry mobile phones are recorded. But atthe end of March 2013it decreased as much as 3 million users and it decreasedup to 4 million users at the end of June 2013 who no longer use BlackBerrymobile phone. The final user of BlackBerry mobile phones is 72 million. Thepurpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand characteristics, companycharacteristics, brand characteristics,and the consumer - perceived benefits to theconsumer brand loyalty on BlackBerry mobile phones in STIE TOTALWINSemarang.The population in this study were students STIE TOTALWINSemarang. Based on Slovin formula, the sample size was 100 respondents thatwere obtained by purposive sampling technique, i.e. students who use BlackBerryphones, at least one month and have experience in using another mobile phone.Primary data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed with multiplelinear regression analysis.The results showed that the Brand Characteristics,Company Characteristics, Consumer-Brand Characteristics and Perceived valuehas significant and positive effect on Brand Loyalty, both partially andsimultaneously. Company Characteristics became the biggest factors influencingbrand loyalty.

The objective of this study is to compare the level of intellectual capital disclosure in any banking company in Indonesia and Thailand listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) and the Securities Exchange of Thailand ( SET ) in 2011 based in the characteristics of the company. The variables used in this study is the level of intellectual capital disclosure and corporate characteristics represented by profitability, leverage, and the size of the company. The sample used consists of 39 banks listed on the BEI and 11 banks listed on the SET in 2011. One of the important role of Management Accounting Information System (MAS) is to provide information to the right people, the right way at the right time to improve management capabilities in understanding the circumstances around it, so it was able to identify the relevant activities appropriately. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the role of MAS as variables that mediate the effect of information technology and interdependence on performance managerial of employees inthe local government enterprises are rural banks and financial institutions sub-Central Java (PD BPR BKK). The samples in this study were obtained according to the purposive sampling technique based on criteria derived from population consisting of employees or the manager at PD BPR BKK contained in Central Java. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) in a of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Role of characteristics of MAS as variable which mediate the effect of information technology and interdependence on managerial performance examined using Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that information technology has an indirect positive effect and significant impact on managerial performance through MAS. Interdependence also has an indirect positive effect and significant impact on managerial performance through MAS. It can be concluded that the MAS has a role as a mediating influence between the variables information technology and interdependence on managerial performance.Keywords: management accounting information system, information technology, interdependence, mediating, managerial performance.

AbstractBankruptcy is a situation where the debtor is unable to make payments against the debts of the creditors. State can not afford the usual due to financial difficulties (financial distress) of the debitor who has suffered a setback. AbstractThe philosophy of science divides a study into two point of views, those are; positivistic which creates empiric study, and normative which creates normative study. The law study has both of those characteristics; in one hand, it has the real characteristics as a normative study; in the other hand, it has empiric characteristics which, later on, become the object study of sociological jurisprudence and socio legal jurisprudence. Therefore, if it is observed from this point of view, it can be concluded that the normative law study has a particular method of study, while empiric law study can be researched by qualitative or quantitative research methodology towards the characteristics of the data. This study seek to examined factors that affect the timeliness of corporate internet reporting (CIR) in listed companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Key factors used firm characteristics (firm size, type of bussiness, profitability, leverage, liquidity, issuance of stock) and corporate governance variables (public ownership structure, proportion of supervisory board and supervisory board size).Population of this study was Indonesian Listed Company in 2008 at Indonesian Stock Exchange .The sample was 195 firms Based on purposive sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis used to test the hypothesis.The regression analysis found that a significant relationship between the timeliness of CIR and firm size. However, others variable like type of bussiness, profitability, leverage, liquidity, stock issues, public ownership structure, proportion of supervisory board and supervisory board size was not significant relationship with timeliness of CIR.. This results indicated that firms typically in big size se modisclore timely information on their web sites

Salesperson plays an important role for the survival of the company. The roleof salespeople in the Multi Level Marketing company is a distributor, which will promoteproducts and business plan. Distributor is very important because of the high competition between companies who also want to increase product sales. The key of success in MLM companies depends on how the company is able to improve the performance of distributors.Problem of this research is how the characteristic Distributors, companies support and organization learning affect the performance of MLM distributors. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling method that used as many as 50 people Tianshi distributors in Semarang.The results of data analysis showed that there is significant influence between the characteristic distributors, companies support and Organization Learning to the performance MLM distributor.

Supply chain business network that explained as an organization network that involve supplier relationship upstream) and customer downstream). Effectivity of integration on supply will be the key factor for company to reach continuous improvement that make company became competitive.The difference result in applying integration pattern, could be seen at restaurant sector, dept food and beverage (hotel) and fact food restaurant. Theunderlined is that each sector are different in integration factor and the influence to company performance. Based on that problem, the research question is : how the integration pattern characteristic of supply chain and implementation ( direction and level) from each sectors. Sample amount of this research is 31 company that include of 15 restaurant, 10 dept food and beverage hotel and 6 fast food restaurant.Based on the result of regression equation knows that integration pattern supply chain management positively affecting dept food and beverage company performance in Semarang. Variation of variabel company performance that can be explained by variation of integration pattern supply chain management is 69% and the rest 31% affecting by another variable outside variable that used in this research.There is a significance difference between restaurant in Semarang that consist of restaurant, food and beverage division and fastfood restaurant with integration pattern supply chain management and company performance.
