Rape is a sexual act committed against a person without consent or without explicit consent. This is a very serious form of sexual violence and violates human rights. Rape can occur in a variety of contexts, including during an intimate relationship, by someone you know, or even by a stranger. This can cause deep physical and emotional trauma to victims, as well as having far-reaching impacts on society as a whole. It is important to take steps to prevent rape and provide support to victims. Rape carried out on women or men usually causes very severe trauma to them. Usually, the person becomes uncomfortable, insecure, and afraid of meeting people. He will feel alone forever, and think about ending himself, because he thinks that he is no longer pure. Usually, rape is committed by someone or several individuals, known or unknown, who deliberately rape the victim. Rape may occur because the perpetrator likes the victim, or because the perpetrator wants revenge on the victim, or there is something else. Women are creatures of God Almighty who are very perfect, because they give birth and breastfeed. In Indonesia, there are still many cases of rape that occur against women and children. The motive may be because the perpetrator likes the victim, or the perpetrator just wants revenge on the victim, or it was planned long ago by the perpetrator. Rape against women or girls is a form of sexual violence that occurs when someone commits a sexual act against a woman without her consent. This may include vaginal, anal, or oral penetration, as well as other sexual acts carried out with violence, threats, coercion, or the woman's inability to provide valid consent. Rape against women is often a form of expression of systematic gender inequality and domination. It is important to remember that rape does not only happen to women, but can also happen to men or individuals of various other gender identities. Nevertheless, rape of women is often in the spotlight due to its high prevalence and serious impact on the well-being of women and society as a whole. Therefore, it is important to continue fighting sexual violence and fighting for gender equality to create a safe and inclusive society for all individuals.

Monitoring the growth and development of a child can begin from conception and will continue until adulthood, this process is mutually continuous and continuous. The development of language skills, creativity, emotional awareness, and intelligence is an important phase in a child's growth and development and is the cornerstone of subsequent development. This study aims to evaluate the ability of early childhood to improve gross motor and fine motor development skills through sensory play activities. The method of delivering information using the media of story books (fairy tales), sensory game tools that previously the children were given directions one example of simulation, then the children were directed to do independently. the results of normative identification of children's growth and development, it can be seen that from the value (5-1) range always to never, overall participants play with the highest frequency in the range is always on the cognitive and social interaction, the second position in fine & gross motor skills, and third in terms of language development and problem solving skills. The highest score level after the game, cognitive development is very significant children are very enthusiastic to follow the game conducted in groups. This activity will be better if done on an ongoing basis because it is very beneficial for early childhood development.

Kidney function loss is known as renal failure. When a patient's kidney function falls below 10%, they are diagnosed with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). A dialyzer is used to circulate the patient's blood during hemodialysis, a kidney replacement treatment. Metabolic waste products are then removed from the bloodstream, particularly those resulting from the metabolism of proteins. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the level of family support provided to adult patients with renal failure who are receiving hemodialysis at Bahteramas Hospital in the province of Southeast Sulawesi in 2023. The case study methodology of the qualitative research makes use of documenting, recording, interviewing, and observation techniques. Adolescence marks a crucial transition from childhood to adulthood, encompassing emotional, social, physical, and psychological growth. However, this period often presents adolescents with psychological hurdles as they navigate self-identity and explore their surroundings. Among these challenges, bullying emerges as a significant concern, globally pervasive, particularly within school environments. Bullying exerts detrimental effects on its victims, precipitating severe psychological disorders such as anxiety, fear, and depression. Thus, the pivotal role of parents in aiding children through this ordeal cannot be overstated. Parents play a crucial role in offering emotional support, recognizing signs of bullying, and fostering effective coping mechanisms. They can cultivate a safe and nurturing atmosphere at home, encouraging engaging activities and participation in supportive communities. Through proper guidance and support, children can bolster their self-assurance and enhance their mental well-being, effectively confronting the adversities of bullying.

Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) is a common congenital heart defect in adults, often undetected early due to lack of symptoms. Patients with ASD who have undergone closure experience physical limitations and low physical activity, also face low psychological and social conditions. Therefore, they need social and emotional support. This study examined the relationship between physical, psychological, and social activities with quality of life in patients with ASD Closure at the Indonesian Pulmonary Hypertension Foundation. The cross-sectional research method involved 30 adults (19-45 years old). The results of the study with Spearman Rank and chi square showed a significant relationship between physical activity (p value 0,00 < 0.05), psychological aspects (p value 0,00 < 0.05), and social aspects (p value 0.00 < 0.05) with quality of life. This study is expected to provide benefits for ASD closure patients in improving their quality of life

Education is the process of transferring knowledge, skills and values ​​to shape individual development, both formally in educational institutions and informally. The goal is to improve physical, intellectual, emotional and social abilities so that individuals can play an active role in society. This research aims to explore teaching experiences and approaches in developing students' creativity and artistic talents. The research method used is a case study through in-depth interviews and direct observation in class. The research results found that having various positive experiences in teaching fine arts in grade 1 has influenced his teaching approach. By implementing various effective strategies in overcoming teaching obstacles and adapting methods to student characteristics. The main activities implemented are drawing and coloring projects to stimulate student creativity and expression. One significant approach is to involve students' parents in developing their artistic talents. This research reveals that the approach is very useful in motivating students and creating a pleasant learning climate. This has a positive impact in improving the quality of fine arts learning in grade 1 SD/MI. It is hoped that this research can become a reference in enriching the art learning experience at the initial level of basic education.

Sexual violence is an act that humiliates, insults, harasses, attacks a person's body or reproductive function, due to unequal power or position relations. There are various types of violence such as physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence, trafficking, etc. The impact of violence includes physical, emotional and psychological trauma for the victim. Preventing sexual violence is a shared responsibility and requires cooperation from various parties, including government, educational institutions, communities and individuals. Cases of sexual violence among students are a major problem, especially when it occurs in the school, family and other environments. It is not uncommon for cases of sexual violence to occur that cause trauma for the victim. The problem that occurred at SMA PLUS AR-RAUDHAH was related to the lack of knowledge of students regarding the prevention of sexual violence, in addition to the lack of assistance and knowledge taught by educators to students regarding the prevention of sexual violence with 121 participants. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to form students' understanding, especially SMA PLUS AR-RAUDHAH students, regarding sexual violence, its impact and prevention, so that it is hoped that students can avoid sexual violence. This service method is carried out through several stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage and this activity uses the lecture method. The results obtained from this service are that students' understanding of the types, impact of sexual violence and prevention of sexual violence personally increases.

Kidney failure is a chronic disease where the kidneys are no longer able to remove toxic substances in the body, resulting in a buildup of toxins as a result. Patients suffering from kidney failure must undergo therapy to remove toxic substances, one of the therapies is hemodialysis. This therapy is carried out in approximately 4-5 hours to remove toxins, there are several accesses, namely with CDL and Cimino. which will cause changes in the physical, socio-economic and psychological conditions of patients undergoing Hemodialysis therapy. These changes will have an impact on the patient's coping mechanisms. Patients undergoing hemodialysis often experience several problems including psychological problems, one of which is often experienced is anxiety. Anxiety is an emotional response to a subjective individual assessment, related to feelings of uncertainty and helplessness and to overcome it is necessary family support. This study aims to determine the biological and social relationship between family support and the level of anxiety in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. This research was quantitative using a correlation method involving 99 patients in the hemodialysis unit at Cibinong Hospital. To collect data, this study used prepared observation sheets, and statistical analysis was carried out using the Chi Square test. This method was carefully chosen to ensure that the data obtained could be used to evaluate the relationship between biological and social levels of anxiety in hemodialysis patients. With this approach, it is hoped that this research will provide valid and useful findings in supporting efforts to improve the quality of service in the hemodialysis unit at Cibinong Hospital.

Until now, there are still many who are afraid to start a business, including online business, so a real manifestation of a successful businessman has high self-efficacy/ability in starting a business. Apart from having the ability, a businessman must also be able to understand marketing planning and strategy. well in developing a business so that the business succeeds as expected, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs in online business for FEBI students, 2) What is the strategy for developing entrepreneurship in online business for FEBI students, 3) What are the obstacles faced in developing entrepreneurs in the online business of FEBI students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students who had been running their online business for more than 3 years. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of this study note that FEBI students have high self-efficacy in online business or entrepreneurship, students are confident in their abilities and have expectations for their abilities in doing business online, in building confidence students obtain from several sources, namely personal experience, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional state. In the student business development strategy it is still not running well and efficiently, and there are obstacles to student businesses such as suppliers, competitors, capital and customers.

Dating is a relationship between two individuals of different sexes sex. Dating doesn't always go well, individuals can't resolving conflicts will use violence as a way out. This research aims to find out the causes and processes why women commit dating violence. This research aims to find out and research the causal factors the occurrence of violence in dating and self-defense of victims of domestic violence in a relationship. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection carried out by direct interviews with open-ended questions. The research participants numbered eight informants, namely three victims, three perpetrators and two additional informants. Based on the research results, factors were found The occurrence of violence in dating is caused by personal character blaming others, making a big deal out of small things, lack of emotional regulation, as well as selfishness, and excessive thinking. Violent behavior that has been carried out by informants, namely physical violence in the form of kicking, slapping, as well as hitting and in the form of psychological violence in the form of calls bad, forcing, threatening, humiliating, cursing and shouting.

Anxiety is a subjective experience of the individual and cannot be observed directly and is an emotional state without a specific object. This anxiety can occur in parents because parental anxiety can be influenced by several factors, one of which is the life of their child. Febrile seizures are seizures that occur when body temperature rises above 38°C. Objective: to find out what factors are related to the level of anxiety of parents with children with convulsive fever at the Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. Method: The study design used in this research is cross sectional. The sampling technique was a total sampling of 30 respondents. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test. Results: From the research, it was obtained that the age factor had a P value of 0.006 < 0.05, the gender factor had a P value of 0.015 < 0.05, the education factor had a P value of 0.001 < 0.05, the knowledge factor had a P value of 0.002 < 0.05, and the economic status factor (health insurance) with a P value of 0.026 < 0.05. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between age, gender, education, knowledge and economic status (health insurance) on the level of anxiety of parents and children with febrile seizures. Suggestion: It is hoped that officers can provide information from services to families in the form of communication and education so that families can overcome anxiety in an adaptive way so as to reduce anxiety levels.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) are chronic infectious diseases. HIV/AIDS not only causes physical problems, but can also affect an individual's social and psychological problems. Stigma and discrimination are social problems that exist in the environment around people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA), so they cause a decrease in the quality of life for HIV/AIDS sufferers. The existence of social support from the surrounding environment in the form of emotional support allows PLWHA to improve their health status so as to achieve a better quality of life. This research aims to determine the relationship between social support and the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) at Sekarwangi Regional Hospital. This research uses a correlational descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. Using a questionnaire with accidental sampling data collection techniques with a total of 72 respondents. Results: Based on the results of the analysis using the Chi square statistical test, it was found that p=0.000 < ?=0.05, Ha was accepted, which means there is a relationship between social support and the quality of life of people with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) at the Sekarwangi Regional General Hospital. The research conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between social support and the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) at Sekarwangi Regional Hospital.

This article aims to understand the impact of gadget use on  childhood as well as implement  solutions on the impact of gadget use on  childhood. This gadget is a medium  used as a  modern communication tool. Gadgets make human communication easier. Today, communication has become more advanced with the advent of gadgets. Among them, 4,444 are smartphones such as iPhones, Androids and laptops. In preschool psychology, development refers to children from 0 to 6 years old. The research method used is literary research. Results show that amenities impact  social development in young children. Excessive use of gadgets harms children's social and emotional development. Harmful effects of electronic device use on children include isolation, sleep disturbances, loneliness, violent behavior, reduced creativity and threats of cyberbullying. Solution to device use in  childhood by limiting device use, supervising children's screen time with parents who play a crucial role, and providing a schedule timely  when children play with devices, so that devices do not hinder young children's social development.

Entering old age will certainly have changes felt by the elderly such as changes in economic, psychological, and social aspects. People who are not ready to face these changes will be vulnerable to psychological problems. It is possible that this condition will actually have a negative impact on the health of the elderly, which can actually reduce their psychological well-being. In an effort to improve the psychological well-being of the elderly, one of them is by providing Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique therapy. SEFT therapy is one method that can be used to improve their psychological well-being. This kind of therapy is useful in overcoming difficulties related to physical health, emotions, and cognitive function. In the context of improving the psychological well-being of the elderly, the purpose of this study is to be able to see how effective the therapy is for the elderly. Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 3 was used as a research location conducted with a qualitative case study methodology. Based on the results of the research after the provision of SEFT therapy, there are certainly changes that are felt, such as the ability of the elderly to get rid of their negative emotions, stress pressure, the sadness they feel is also slowly decreasing.

Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020 states that developing economies have 40% of people with hypertension while developed countries only 35%, the African region holds the highest position of people with hypertension, which is 40% and Southeast Asia 36%. The purpose of the study was to analyze factors that influence adherence to taking medication in hypertensive patients at the Paringgonan Health Center, Ulu Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency. The research design used Analytical Survey method with Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all 95 hypertensive patients, all of whom were sampled using the total population technique. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression.The results of logistic regression research show that there is an effect of education p = 0.000, knowledge p = 0.000, distance of residence p = 0.000, emotional support p = 0.006 and duration of taking medication p = 0.000. While the dominant factor influencing adherence to taking medication in hypertensive patients is knowledge p = 0.000 with Exp(B) = 68.614.The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of education, knowledge, distance of residence, emotional support and duration of taking medication. The dominant factor, namely knowledge, influences compliance with taking medication in hypertensive patients at the Paringgonan Health Center, Ulu Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency. It is recommended that the Puskesmas be taken into consideration and input in improving the implementation of counseling and improving the performance of health workers in carrying out policies and intervening in adherence to taking hypertension medication in collaboration with health workers from Puskesmas Paringgonan and PMO so that the objectives of the program are implemented and are expected to reduce the number of cases of hypertension.

Single parents face stressful challenges that detrimentally affect individual well-being and disrupt family dynamics. This research reveals various strategies for coping with stress, including emphasizing solutions, maintaining emotional balance, and seeking social support. Through a qualitative approach, interviews with six single parents uncovered diverse strategies, such as emphasizing solutions, maintaining emotional balance, engaging in positive activities, participating in spiritual practices, and relying on a strong community role. Their perseverance in meeting family needs, providing quality education, and maintaining well-being demonstrates inspirational determination. The research highlights the crucial role of social support and perseverance in responding to the impact of stress on single parents, influencing overall family well-being.

Gadgets are a real form of the development of science and technology (Science and Technology) in the present and future. Of course, with the development of Science and Technology, this greatly influences human life patterns both in terms of thought patterns and behavior. Nowadays, not only adults, children can also use gadgets in everyday life and also enjoy using them, but this can lead to gadget addiction, mental, emotional and negative behavioral disorders. Research objective: to determine the relationship between the role of parents, use of gadgets, growth and development with the social behavior of children aged 6-12 years in Pabuaran Village rt05/rw13 Cibinong, Bogor, 2023. Method: The type of research used in this research is quantitative research , namely with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 80 respondents aged 6-12 years at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total of 60 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out in the form of a frequency distribution and used the Chi Square test. Research results: There is a relationship between the role of parents and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.005 with an OR value of 0.231. There is a relationship between gadget use and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.006 with an OR value of 5.000. There is a relationship between growth and development and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.003 with an OR value of 0.184. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the role of parents, use of gadgets, growth and development and the social behavior of children aged 6-12 years in Rt05/Rw13 pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023.

Online gender-based violence against women is a social phenomenon that is increasingly common. Online gender-based violence against women takes advantage of technological developments and the use of social media. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of women's lives in the shadow of the phenomenon of online gender-based violence. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach involving female students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta, academic year 2019 – 2020 as respondents. The method for determining respondents in this research is non-probability sampling - purposive. If we look at the current situation, gender-based violence has occurred in all walks of life, such as household life, society and in the political arena. Based on the grouping of types of platforms that are popularly used and have a high potential for online gender-based violence, namely Whatsapp and Instagram. If we look at the respondents' understanding of online gender-based violence, there are still respondents who do not really understand this social phenomenon. The most common cause of gender-based violence against women is low tolerance towards the opposite sex and knowledge about gender equality. This online gender-based violence has a broad impact, equivalent to the impact of gender-based violence that occurs conventionally, victims will experience emotional, psychological and social losses.

The aim of this research is to explore theories of child sociological development, children's emotional abilities, factors that influence children's social-emotional development. This research is qualitative research with the type of library research. The findings from this research can be concluded: first, the characteristics of early childhood are as follows: (1) children have great curiosity, (2) children are unique, (3) children are rich in fantasy or imagination, (4) children have attitudes egocentric, (5) children have short concentration power. Second, there are four stages of children's social emotional development, namely: (1) development stage I from infancy to 2 years of age. The first stage is the baby's stage of learning about hope, (2) the second stage of development from 18 months to 4 years old. At this stage children will learn to face the conflict of independence vs shame, (3) stage III development from the age of 3 years to 6 years. In the third stage, children will learn to deal with emotions when the meaning is accepted or rejected, (4) stage IV development from the age of 5 and a half years to 12 years. This stage develops in school-age children. Here, children will learn how to compete in groups, developing 3 social skills. Third, social development factors can be influenced by: (1) family, (2) maturity, (3) socio-economic status, (4) education, (5) mental capacity: emotions and intelligence.

Bullying is a deliberate act of aggression and degradation by one or a group of people against another individual. These acts of bullying can be physical, verbal, or relational behaviors that aim to hurt, intimidate, or harm others who may be weaker or unable to defend themselves. Bullying can occur anywhere and anytime, when powerful people have the desire to commit acts of violence on people who do not have power. In recent times, cases of bullying have been increasing and grabbing the attention of the community and inviting concerns for safety and comfort in the educational environment. The impact caused by bullying is that the victim has a long trauma, psychological and mental disruption and emotional uncertainty. The educational environment should be a peaceful and comfortable place to support every child in studying and achieving. It is important that we all come together to prevent and solve this bullying problem. This can be realized by providing an understanding of bullying to the impact that occurs on the victim. Therefore, through the PLN Peduli CSR platform, the author conducts community service activities with the aim of providing teaching to prevent bullying cases. This community service activity is carried out in the form of socialization to early childhood in river schools. The methods used are delivering material (lectures), showing animated films, asking questions to children and playing games together.
