Development of products and services to the community is the key to success in business ventures.  UD. Barokah is a business that is engaged in meeting the primary needs of the community, namely in the form of selling various kinds of products, both in the form of sales of wholesale and retail. Sales have been carried out effectively by utilizing competitive business opportunities with various business plans. In achieving sales targets, UD Barokah carries out various strategies and innovations on an ongoing basis in order to maintain business existence and compete with other entrepreneurs. Efforts to build communication with customers through creating Whatshap groups and services in a timely manner are important keys in attracting and retaining customers.The main objective of this research is to find out the business strategies and innovations implemented by UD Barokah in achieving sales targets. The specific objective of this research is to learn to run a business, find out the factors that influence the development of UD Barokah's business, and make creations and innovations in developing business and market opportunities.

This socialization is a form of community service, especially MSME actors and residents of the Sukorejo Village, Blitar City. With the socialization of MSME development, it is hoped that it can increase the knowledge, insight, and understanding of business people in the Sukorejo Village so that they can adapt to the times and in running a business by utilizing the existing potential. Business actors and residents of the Sukorejo Village are given an understanding of the importance of online marketing or what is commonly called digital marketing, the importance of making a logo as an identity and marketing strategy as well as managing financial business. The implementation of this service program was carried out using the lecture method by UPN Veteran Jatim students and also one of the lecturers followed by a question and answer session. The results of this socialization are 1.) Very good enthusiasm seen from the activeness of the audience in listening and asking questions 2.) The development of increasingly sophisticated technology has become an asset for business development, especially for newly developed Small Medium Enterprises. With the rapid development of information technology, data processing is also getting faster. For this reason, Gedog Village needs technology that makes it easier between consumers and distributors. Therefore, we use this Appsheet application to create an online MSME catalog that is easily accessible to the public in the Gedog Village. The use of a website-based application can increase productivity in viewing the sales catalog of MSMEs in the Gedog village. Appsheet is an application that can be used to create a catalog application. Of course, with the addition of other applications such as Google Drive and Google Sheets. Some of these applications can be put together to create an application that can later be used to catalog MSMEs in Gedog Village, Blitar City.

Nganjuk is a Kabupaten in the province of East Java, Indonesia. One of the sub-districts in Nganjuk, Rejoso sub-district, Ngadiboyo village, is a potential producer of shallots. We found that the Ngadiboyo village area is a potential producer of shallots. In addition to shallots, residents use their farmland to grow commodities such as soya and green beans. However, the problem we identified with the village's economy is the need for home industry-based businesses that utilize the main crops to be sold as ready-to-consume products. On this occasion, we want to develop the sale of shallot products to increase the economic stability of the Ngadiboyo Village community. Community service is carried out with a mentoring method through attracting community participation. Assistance to attract participation is focused on developing sales through social media, product photos, and e-commerce. Sales development activities on shallot products are one of the activities to help increase community sales. Implementing this activity is expected to increase sales to help the economy. Therefore, this community service activity is hoped to change the community of shallot product sellers.

Kalirungkut Village is an area that has various potentials. One of the superior potentials of the village located in Rungkut District, Surabaya is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Many MSME actors have joined the Kalirungkut MSME Association. Association member products are dominated by food and beverages. In addition, there are several MSMEs selling crafts. On the other hand, running a business is not an easy thing. Many MSME actors are constrained, both internal and external constraints. Based on surveys and observations, the main problem faced by members of the Kalirungkut MSME Association is marketing which is still simple and traditional so that it affects the slow, even stagnant, development of MSMEs. Therefore, the East Java MBKM "Veteran" UPN "Veteran" KKNT Group of 85 took the initiative to organize digital marketing socialization which aims to provide knowledge and skills to market products digitally. This socialization had a positive impact in the form of increasing the awareness of MSME actors to start engaging in digital marketing.

: Cupak Village is a village that has tremendous potential that can be developed. In addition to the cool air, there are several potentials, including (1) religious tourism at Dewi Kilisuci's hermitage site, (2) Sendang Widodaren, Sendang Drajad, and Mount Pucangan; (3) Agricultural tourism which produces Porang as a flour ingredient, Gadung for chips, Corn as food security; (4) accompanied by the manufacture of handicrafts from local raw materials such as woven pandanus. (5) Production of charcoal which can be developed into Carkol as an export commodity. (6) Camping ground. However, the problem faced is the lack of awareness of local residents in the use of tourism. Cupak Village also has abundant agricultural income but its income level can still be developed through socialization so it is hoped that this activity can immediately encourage tourism in Cupak Village and it is hoped that it can also increase Cupak Village's agricultural income. The purpose of this activity is to get an overview of the qualifications of Cupak Village Human Resources in utilizing tourism potential, processing agricultural products, managing businesses, and overcoming existing problems. This study aimed to determine the effect of Islamic School (Madrasah) Principals’ entrepreneurship on Students’ entrepreneurship in the Islamic School Education environment. Entrepreneurship among students is an essential factor in creating a personality that is equipped to encounter workplace challenges and create opportunities in various sectors. Principals play a crucial role in shaping a school culture that promotes and facilitates the entrepreneurial development of students as educational leaders. This research employed a qualitative approach through interviews and observations as a data. The respondents of the study were the Islamic School Principals and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The study’s findings demonstrated that the entrepreneurship of Islamic School Principals significantly affected students’ entrepreneurship. Islamic School Principals with a high spirit of entrepreneurship could serve as role models who inspire students to adopt proactive, innovative, and independent attitudes. Essential factors that encourage the development of student entrepreneurship include a learning environment that promotes entrepreneurship and empowers students, a relevant curriculum, and entrepreneurial attitudes. This study provided a deeper comprehension of the significance of the role of the Islamic School Principal in shaping student entrepreneurship. The practical significance of this research is the necessity to establish educational policies that emphasise developing student entrepreneurship in the context of the Islamic School environment. Thus, this research can enhance educational quality and equip students for increasingly complex and competitive business and entrepreneurship challenges in the future.

Capital is a very important component in the development of MSMEs. In Cupak village itself, capital mapping is still underdeveloped, the problems faced by MSMEs in Cupak village are very many, especially marketing problems, lack of business capital, and locations that are far from the outreach of other communities. this research usesquantitative method with linear regression analysis because this method consists of one variable. With calculations using SPSS as a tool to calculate the data that has been obtained. With this research it is hoped that it will be useful for MSMEs in Cupak village and can be used as reference material for MSMEs to analyze, implement marketing activities in their businesses, as data assistance for the development of MSMEs and as an evaluation of MSMEs

The study aimed to analyze the concept of a Limited Liability Company after the enactment of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, especially concerning the concept of capital association paradigm. This normative legal research uses a statutory, conceptual and comparative approach. The results shows that after the enactment of the Job Creation Law, there is a new form of legal entity, namely an Private Company which is specifically for MSE actors with the aim of facilitating business development for MSE actors by being able to form a legal entity with only one person as the founder/shareholder. This has indicated a change in the paradigm of Limited Liability Companies as a capital association. It is in the form of expansion of the concept of a Limited Liability Company where the establishment of a Private Company for MSEs was founded by 1 (one) person. This is nothing new considering Article 7 paragraph 5 and paragraph (7) of the Company Law that a company can be established only by one shareholder as in the establishment of BUMN and BUMD which is also regulated in the BUMN Law and PP. 45 of 2005 which allows the shares of Persero to be wholly owned by the state.

In the era of the development of science and technology and the high level of competition in the business world is a challenge that must be faced by all parties, especially in Micro, Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Tampan District is one of the sub-districts in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province which is located about 10 kilometers from the center of Pekanbaru City. Many micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tampan, Pekanbaru have adopted technology such as the implementation of a digital cashier system to assist in managing sales transactions. The purpose of this study is to find out what digital cashier applications are predominantly used by MSME players and how influential they are for optimizing financial records. MSME players and how influential it is for optimizing financial records. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with observational data collection techniques on MSMEs in Handsome District, Pekanbaru.

Research using this qualitative method has the aim of knowing the application of digitization of accounting in MSME bookkeeping in the Nginden Jangkungan Village, Surabaya, and increasing understanding of the importance of digitalization in MSMEs. The population used in this study were MSMEs in the Nginden Jangkungan Village, Surabaya, and the samples were taken using a random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there are still several MSMEs that have not implemented a digital accounting system due to the lack of information they obtain to implement the system. However, several MSMEs have successfully implemented this digital accounting system. The existence of application of digital accounting can improve the performance of MSMEs in the Nginden Jangkungan Village area, Surabaya. The use of this digital accounting system can simplify the process of recording and reporting finances, avoiding the risk of data loss.

This study aims to examine the effect of digital accounting systems on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The population in this study are SMEs in Sidoarjo who use a digital accounting system, and the sample is taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were collected using in-depth interview techniques and relevant sources on the internet. Data analysis was performed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the use of digital accounting systems has a significant influence on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. In its use, the digital accounting system simplifies the process of recording and reporting finances, as well as assisting UMKM owners in making more precise and accurate business decisions. In addition, the use of digital accounting systems also helps UMKM in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, so as to produce better business performance. In this case, it is advisable for UMKM in Sidoarjo to adopt a digital accounting system as part of their business development strategy. This will help UMKM  improve their business performance and compete with other UMKM. In addition, the government can also provide support and assistance to UMKM to adopt digital accounting systems, so as to accelerate the growth of UMKM  in Indonesia.

In the current era of globalization, the progress of technology and information development occurs very quickly. Developments in the transportation sector have experienced significant changes with the presence of online transportation services in the form of an application. Online transportation service applications are very easy to use which has an impact on other transportation services. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is carried out in order to find out how business competition lies therein, including between online transportation service business actors and ordinary (conventional) transportation businesses. Some online transportation service providers in Indonesia include Uber, Grab, Go-jek, In-driver, and others. The services provided by online transportation services are not only in the form of transportation services, but offer food delivery services, online shopping services, and services to deliver packages. Business competition between online transportation services and (conventional) transportation services causes unfair business competition. In this research, the author uses a qualitative research type because the author discusses the business competition between the two by conducting an analysis. The research approach used by the author in this journal is to use a statutory approach.

This study aims to provide information regarding MSME development strategies in utilizing the digital economy. The method used in this activity is to use a quality approach through outreach, implementation and mentoring. The result of this activity is to help digitize the marketing of MSME Es Coklatone Mamira products. So that this activity can help these MSMEs in expanding market share.

However, MSMEs often face challenges in dealing with increasingly fierce competition and changes in market trends. In the digital era that continues to develop, the development of digitalization of MSME businesses has become an urgent need to increase their competitiveness. The development of digitalization of MSME businesses opens up great opportunities for business growth and development. By using digital technology and online platforms, MSMEs can expand their market reach and reach potential consumers in various regions. Through digital marketing, MSMEs can promote their products or services more efficiently than traditional methods. In addition, by leveraging digital data and analytics, MSMEs can better understand consumer behavior and optimize their marketing strategies. However, the development of digitalization of MSME businesses also faces several challenges. One of them is limited access and understanding of digital technology. Many SMEs do not have sufficient knowledge or resources to utilize technology effectively. In addition, data security and privacy are important concerns for MSMEs in adopting digitization. MSMEs also have to face increasing competition from large companies that have greater resources to invest in digital technology.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses owned by individuals or groups that aim to grow and develop their business. ChaCha Kitchen is one of the MSMEs in Blitar that has been around for a long time. The problem faced by ChaCha Kitchen is the application of branding which is felt to be ineffective so they feel the need to be re-branded. Assistance and development through product re-branding is carried out in several steps, including changing the logo, product design, creating a website, and registering on the marketplace. The purpose of this research is to help develop MSME businesses digitally and help develop products to make them more attractive. The method used in this service is by observing, interviewing, data analysis, re-branding, and evaluation. The results of this study are ChaCha Kitchen MSMEs, namely Instagram feed updates and also websites that can make it easier for MSMEs to market their products and can increase consumer interest so that income will increase rapidly.

The development of communication media has led to the presence of applications to order online motorcycle taxi transportation services. The application can be easily downloaded via PlayStore or similar applications. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is to find out how business competition is between conventional ojek and online ojek business actors. In Indonesia there are several online motorcycle taxi service providers such as Grab, Gojek, and Maxim. The services provided are not only in the form of online motorcycle taxi services, but also in the form of food delivery services (grabfood), online shopping services (grabmart), package delivery (grabexpress) and other services. It is known that there are problems between online motorcycle taxis and conventional motorcycle taxis that have occurred, such as the beating by a conventional motorcycle taxi driver against a Gojek driver in Bojongsoang, Bandung. In this study, the authors used a qualitative type of research because it discussed business competition between business actors. Meanwhile, the nature of the research used is descriptive research. The research approach used by the author in this journal is included in the type of statutory approach and the Case Approach.

Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.
