Health workers have an important role to improve the maximum quality of health services to the community. It is also necessary for health workers to consider balanced work, one of which is the management of work life balance (WLB). Work Life Balance as an individual's ability to balance his responsibilities at work and things that are not related to work. The purpose of this theoretical study is to find out the management of work life balance in health workers in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. It then learns more about a subject in theory or research and helps readers understand it better and with implications. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed and presented in narrative form in the form of diagrams or schematics whose contents discuss the results of the research analyzed from some of the literature. The result of this theoretical study is to arrange plans and schedules, control unnecessary things, filter between professional and personal, prevent burn out, and increase job attendance. It can be concluded that work life balance or balance of time in the context of working in a hospital, namely as health workers have the ability to balance between the time we provide as a professional in the workplace and the time we provide as a person outside where we work. Health workers who have a good work-life balance, then a person can be more productive and efficient at work. This also supports increasing satisfaction in doing work. It is hoped that the hospital and health workers will always conduct training to support increasing the professionalism of health workers and balancing their responsibilities at work and those that are not related to work. In addition, as a professionalism and performance appraisal that is assessed in terms of punctuality, discipline and altruism.

The global era with the rapid and great advancement of information system technology, challenges teachers to have the ability to adapt themselves by improving scientific abilities and cutting-edge skills. But the most important thing is the ability to nurture students by sticking to sharia 'and can make them as noble ethical people. Efforts to strengthen tarbiyah and teacher training in Islamic educational institutions must make maximum efforts so that digital technology tools do not lull and deprive students of the right to get full control of teachers. This is the main mission of Islamic educational institutions so that the development of intelligent ethical humans can be reached by Islamic educational institutions. The three strategies that researchers offer in an effort to strengthen the conception of tarbiyah and teacher training in him and apply it to teacher professional performance activities are: (1) Understand and realize the achievement of tarbiyah and teacher goals; (2) Understand and apply the types of education and teaching; (3) Development of teacher soft skills so that they can become role models for students.

This study aims to analyze the effect of independence, professionalism, and time budget pressure on the quality of audits of local government financial reports (LKPD) at the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) DIY Representative. This research is included in the quantitative research. The statistical method used to find the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Collecting data in this study by distributing research questionnaires to auditors who work at the BPK RI DIY Representative by using the total sampling formula. Later on, the results from hypothesis testing show that independence has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD examination, the independent variable of professionalism shows a significant positive effect on the quality of LKPD examination, and the dependent variable has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD examination.

    This study seeks to provide argumentative information regarding the reality of obstacles, challenges, strategies, and efforts in shaping the character of bureaucrats who have good morals, as well as to rationalize the importance of using technology, information, and communication in public services. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach with literature study methods, data analysis, namely, reduction, display, and verification or conclusion. The results of the research are: 1) dynamic and complex obstacles and challenges, leading to the reality of bureaucratic competence, mental distortion of serving , the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as well as legal certainty, 2) strategies and efforts in shaping the character of moral, capable bureaucrats through education and training, increasing technology literacy, supervision programs, and policies on welfare, 3) in the modern era, the bureaucracy needs to optimize technological progress , information and communication, to be effective and efficient, to be agile and professional. So that the formation of bureaucrats with character is an alternative solution in overcoming the stigma and stereotypes about the world of bureaucracy which is seen as rigid, conventional, procedural and pragmatic, so that it turns into world-class governance and public services.

The method or strategy in the learning process is something that is important to support the success of learning objectives. Some educational institutions still apply the classical learning model so that educators feel they are still in a comfortable condition in carrying out the learning process. Meanwhile, nowadays the demands of the curriculum and the development of science and technology greatly affect the learning process. Educators should use learning models that make students more creative, think critically, be active and be able to develop ideas in their own way. This of course can improve student learning outcomes. As for the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Active learning model applied at MTs Khoirotul Islamiyah, Pematangsintar City, is manifested in several components that influence each other, namely learning objectives, selection of learning methods and media that are appropriate to the content/subject matter as well as teachers and students. These components are designed so that in practice students are more active in learning. This strategy is applied to make it easy for students to know, understand, appreciate, and apply the material conveyed by the teacher in student life, so that the goals of studying economics can be realized. There are two supporting factors for the implementation of Active learning in Economics learning including; teacher professionalism, facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, there are two factors that hinder the realization of Active learning strategies in Economics learning, namely: the teacher's lack of preparation in planning learning scenarios and the lack of student motivation due to different backgrounds, such as the social environment, cultural environment, learning styles, economic conditions and level of intelligence.

The creation of scientific papers by teachers has an important role in professional development and improving the quality of education. However, many teachers face various challenges in producing scientific papers, such as lack of time, writing skills, and motivation. This article discusses the importance of motivating teachers to be active in scientific writing, both as a means of self-development and as a contribution to science. Through the right motivation, teachers can be more encouraged to be involved in research and writing, which in turn can increase their competence and have a positive impact for learning at school. Some strategies for motivating teachers include writing training, providing incentives, support from institutions, and establishing a scientific community that supports collaboration. By facilitating and motivating teachers in writing scientific papers, it is hoped that a stronger academic culture will be created among educators, as well as improving the overall quality of education.

This study aims to explain the importance of developing teacher professional competence as a key factor in improving student learning outcomes. In the context of education, the teacher's role is not only limited to conveying subject matter, but also involves the ability to plan, implement and evaluate the learning process. In an era of education that continues to develop, teachers must be able to face new challenges that arise, such as technological developments, curriculum changes, and the diverse needs of students. Therefore, teachers need to continue to develop their professional competence in order to meet the increasingly high demands and expectations from society, students, and the education system. The development of teacher professional competence includes various aspects, such as in-depth academic knowledge, effective teaching skills, ability to adapt to change, and a positive professional attitude. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to present a conducive learning environment, facilitate productive interactions between students, and provide constructive feedback. In this study, an analysis was conducted of various methods and strategies for developing teacher professional competence, such as training, supervision, mentoring, and collaboration between teachers. In addition, the factors that influence the success of teacher professional competence development are also discussed, including school leadership support, a conducive work environment, and teacher motivation in self-development. The results of the study show that the development of teacher professional competence has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to design interesting lessons, choose strategies that suit the needs of students, and provide effective feedback. This has a positive impact on the involvement of students in learning and increasing their academic achievement.

The purpose of having this access for healthcare workers is to understand the utilization and differentiate between applications available in hospitals that fall under internet, intranet, and extranet access. Additionally, it allows them to delve deeper into subjects in theory or research and assist readers in better understanding them, along with their implications. This article discusses the definition, differences, and examples of applications available in hospitals with internet, intranet, and extranet access.

Islamization is to make or bring something into Islam and make it Islam Beginning and several decades. Syed M. The goal and Islamization of science itself is to protect Muslims from knowledge that has been tainted and misleading, causing confusion, and there are 12 systematic steps to apply science to the implementation of science on education in Islam namely on the institutional aspect that is the institutional aspect of mu and the intention is the unification of the two educational systems, and on the aspect of kumkum namely studying kunkulam is not left to just one team, but requires ahh ahh in their field , this discussion must start from the beginning of Islamization, on the aspect of educators, namely in terms of educators being placed at the appropriate level, meaning that competent and professional they are valued as they should be. Jombang State Vocational School is a vocational education institution which is a vehicle for preparing professionals through various fields of expertise, one of which is the Culinary Department which equips students with skills, knowledge and attitudes in the field of Catering. However, in practical learning, problems were found in the form of low interest and enthusiasm for learning from students so that during practice students did not understand the material being taught. From the problems that occur, a research is carried out with the title Implementation of the Project Based Learning Learning Model on the Skills of Making Petit Fours at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang Using True Experimental Design with Pre-test Post Test Control Group Design to find out the results of the skills of making petit fours on subjects pastry and bakery products in Class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang which gives independent sample t-test results of 0.000 which means H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected so as to improve practical skills for students in developing collaboration, communication, solving and management skills supported by results. Community service activities at the Faculty of Economics, University of Surakarta (UNSA) are intended to provide practical solutions for community entrepreneurship activities. This community service activity helps solve business management problems for the community; besides that it can provide practical knowledge to the public regarding the application of accounting economics through counseling activities. The community service held by the UNSA Faculty of Economics took place in Girilayu Village, Matesih District, Karanganyar Regency. The basic problem faced by partners is business management including financial management, human resources, and marketing. The results of this UNSA Faculty of Economics community service activity can help increase the professionalism of partner businesses and are expected to stimulate the growth of new entrepreneurs.

In the current era of globalization, companies are required to improve services professionally in accordance with their respective fields. This study aims to determine the effect of customer relationship marketing (CRM) and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty at Ahass Aries Putra Dealer Bandung, Tulungagung Regency. The variables of this study are customer relationship marketing, satisfaction and loyalty. The location of this study exists on Jalan Panglima Sudirman No. 125, Genengan, Bandung, Tulungagung Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative type. The sample in this study used purposive sampling techniques which resulted in a total of 197 respondents. The analysis tool used for this study is SPSS For Windows 25. Based on tests conducted with multiple linear regression analysis, the t test shows that customer relationship marketing has a partial influence on consumer loyalty. This is shown from the value of 3.596 > from 1.97227 then, consumer satisfaction also has a partial effect on consumer loyalty as seen from the value of 11.777 > from 1.97227. Test F shows that the variables customer relationship marketing and customer satisfaction simultaneously affect consumer loyalty seen from the value of 104.22 > 1.97227.

Teacher professional competence is very important because it is something that every teacher must have to make quality and carry out the duties of an educator properly. One way to make the competence of a teacher or an educator is by coaching. The development of this competency is very important and needs to be done for a teacher or an educator to make it more effective and efficient in the application of teaching. Descriptive qualitative research method is the method used in this study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the teacher professional competence development program at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School was quite good including: MGMP, Taftisy I'dad, Kamisan, Ta'hil, In House Training and Khutbatul 'Arsy, Teacher Supervision (Supervision) and Appreciation (Motivation). From the results of this study, the authors recommend that Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School educational institutions should further improve teacher professional competency development. Based on the results of the research and discussion carried out at SMAIT AT-Taisiriyah Cijengkol, Caringin District, Sukabumi Regency, visionary leadership is characterized by having the ability to make clear plans to achieve success. . With the formulation of a vision that can foster creativity, togetherness in professional development. The principal at SMAT At-Taisiriyah tries to provide motivation and provide good role models in the school environment. The Supporting Factors a) The high sense of togetherness and kinship that is intertwined in the school environment. b) Providing incentives/rewards and awards for educators who carry out their duties very well, and Inhibiting Factors a) The existence of honorary teachers, this has an effect on the low income of honorary teachers. So that it affects the teacher's performance, not optimal in providing the best service for the school

The provision of nutrition education and healthy food for pregnant women and toddlers is crucial in promoting maternal and child health. This project aims to implement a nutrition education program at the Kemuning 2 Keturen Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) to improve the nutritional knowledge and practices of pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers. The project will involve a series of educational sessions conducted by healthcare professionals and trained volunteers. The sessions will cover topics such as the importance of balanced nutrition during pregnancy, appropriate complementary feeding for infants and young children, and the selection of nutritious foods. Visual aids, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations will be used to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, a nutritious food distribution program will be implemented to provide pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers with access to healthy and affordable food options. Local partnerships will be established with farmers, suppliers, and community organizations to ensure the availability of fresh and nutritious ingredients. The project's success will be evaluated by assessing the participants' knowledge and practices related to maternal and child nutrition before and after the intervention. Feedback from participants and healthcare providers will also be gathered to assess the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. By providing nutrition education and access to healthy food, this project aims to empower pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers in making informed choices regarding their own and their children's nutrition. Ultimately, it is expected to contribute to improved maternal and child health outcomes in the Kemuning 2 Keturen community.

The Code of Ethics is very important for the professionalism of an PAK teacher in carrying out the learning process and advancing the world of education. The quality of a student in the world of education is very dependent on the quality of a teacher. Therefore, a PAK teacher who is professional should have competence in accordance with national education standards so that he can carry out his duties and roles with good competency standards, which results in students becoming knowledgeale human beings and possessing skills. Not only that, before educating a PAK teacher, he must be equipped with the values of truth that are in accordance with god’s word. Being a teacher is not only as a teacher but as a guide for the character of students to become characters that are pleasing to the lord jesus. A PAK teacher before educating is able to study the teachers code of ethics well according to a Biblical perspective. If an PAK teacher can master and understand the correct code of ethics then in every teaching and guidance that is done to students it can run according to the truth of God’s Word.

Guru bimbingan dan konseling idealnya dilaksanakan oleh seorang professional yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan bimbingan dan konseling. Akan tetapi pada kenyataan, masih banyak dibeberapa sekolah pada khususnya, guru bimbingan dan konseling berlatar belakang pendidikan non bimbingan dan konseling. Hal ini merupakan imbas dari kurangnya pasokan guru bimbingan dan konseling ke tiap-tiap jenjang pendidikan. Pemahaman akan pentingnya peran guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dengan mengisi kekosongan posisi tersebut dengan guru mata pelajaran lain tentu akan menjadi kurang efektif dalam pelaksanaan layanannya dan cenderung mengarah pada tugas yang seharusnya tidak dilakukan oleh bimbingan dan konseling. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui, dan memahami tentang kode etik konseling, serta bagaiamana penerapan kode etika etik konseling selama memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling terhadap konselinya

Human resource management (HR) has a very important role in managing human capital and talent management in organizations. The presence of qualified and professional human resources can become strategic players in achieving organizational goals and improving individual and collective performance. This study aims to examine the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management and talent management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Respondents to this study were HR managers, employees and team leaders working in various companies in the private sector. The collected data were then analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management includes the process of recruitment, selection and appropriate placement, competence development, performance management, as well as coaching and fair rewards. Good human resources can help organizations manage human capital effectively, increase productivity, and build a positive organizational culture. In addition, the function of HR as a strategic player in talent management involves identifying and developing individual potential, creating clear career paths, managing knowledge and experience, and leadership development programs. Human resources who are able to manage and utilize existing talent will help the organization face the challenges of intense competition and ensure long-term sustainability.
