The aim of this research is to provide a clear picture of the handling of criminal acts of environmental pollution in waste processing at PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo.This research uses empirical legal research methods. Empirical legal studies themselves are studies that view law as reality, including social reality, cultural reality, and empirical studies of the world. This research took place at the Environment and Forestry Service of Gorontalo Province. The results of this research show that: Handling criminal acts of environmental pollution in waste processing at PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo has not been handled properly and correctly. Good and correct handling has not been implemented due to internal factors such as communication, supervision, individual, financial and others, as well as external factors such as community factors, law enforcement, culture, advice and infrastructure. Ineffective handling can have an impact on society. Waste from processing is very dangerous when it pollutes residents' areas, the impact that can be felt by the community is contracting disease and can even cause death if it is not handled according to waste processing procedures. Law enforcement against environmental pollution which triggers criminal acts in Gorontalo Province has not been implemented properly. This is due to several factors that have not been fulfilled optimally. This can be seen from various factors such as law enforcement not being optimal in terms of a persuasive approach, inadequate facilities and infrastructure with limited human resources, as well as community habits and culture which consider environmental pollution to be a normal and common occurrence.

This material discusses the implementation of bandwidth management using Queue Tree at the Samarinda Class 1 Navigation District Head Office. The internet is identified as a basic need in the operations of this government agency, especially those related to shipping safety. This activity aims to improve work efficiency and user experience through proper bandwidth management. The solution to the problem proposed is to carry out network management at the main office of the Samarinda Class 1 Navigation District using Mikrotik. The method used has 3 stages, namely design, implementation and trial. - respectively, then at the implementation stage the procedures for implementing bandwidth management will be explained step by step. The implementation results are validated through trials using a speed tester.The results of testing and design were compared, and it was found that the average difference for downloading was 1.945 while for uploading it was 1.55.

Abstract. The baby's social emotional development must be a parent's main goal, because if social emotional development does not go well it will affect and hinder other developments such as psychomotor, emotional and other baby development. The main goal of this approach is to improve readers' comprehension and interpretation skills in the field of early childhood development. The developmental tasks of infancy throughout the life span are, learning to eat solid food, learning to walk, learning to talk, learning to control the elimination of body waste, learning sexual differences and procedures, preparing to read, and learning to distinguish right from wrong, and starting to develop conscience. The development of patterns in the changes experienced by individuals since they were still in the womb over a certain life span, namely, weight, height, physical proportions, bones, muscles and fat, body shape, teeth, nervous system, and development of the sense organs. Improving Students’ Writing Ability In The Procedure Text Using Duolingo Application At 8 Grade Students Of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. This study aims to 1) to find out the improvement of students’ writing competence in procedure text before they are taught using the Duolingo application. 2) to find out the improvement of students’ writing competence in procedure text skills after they are taught using the Duolingo application. 3) to explain the significant difference in students’ writing competence in procedure text taught before and after using Duolingo application. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research. An experimental design was applied in carrying out this study.  The researcher took two classes as samples: VIII A (experimental group) and VIII B (control group). The experimental group has been given treatment by duolingo application in procedure text. On the other hand, the control group was not assigned treatment at all. The population in this study was class VIII in the  academic year 2023/2024. This study indicated that using Duolingo Application in procedure text is an effective technique. The results of the pre-test mean scores in both classes were 66.34 for the experimental group and 66.94 for the control group. In addition, the mean post-test score of experimental group was 84.78, and the control group was 76.66. These findings were calculated using the t-test formula. The t-test > t-table, based on the test results. T-table 5% percentage is 1.670. the computation shows that 6.180 > 1.670. There is a significant difference in students using  the Duolingo application in procedure text for students of grade 8 of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. Students are interested and excited when using Duolingo Application in the learning and teaching process with the goal of developing students’ writing skills. Based on the research findings, the researcher concludes that using Duolingo Application in procedure text can help students to develop and improve students writing skills.

Abstract The role of teacher comunication is very important in the learning process, with technology tahers are required to be able to integrate technology in distance learning but also implement teacher communication strategies as the biggest connector in the effectiveness of distance learning. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely by analyzing and describing the problems found. This research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Secondary data was obtained from books, previous research, and articles related to research related to archival systems. The samples from this research were Tutorping employees of the Indonesian National Resilience Institute. Researchers also used data collection techniques in the form of surveys sent to 20 employees. In companies and institutions, the archival system is planning, supervising, training, organizing, developing, and managerial activities oriented towards the creation, maintenance, use, and depreciation of archives. This research aims to determine the archiving system at Tutorping, the Indonesian National Resilience Institute. The results of this research show that the majority of employees stated that they had implemented the archiving system well, and the archival storage system had been carried out by the needs of the activities that had been determined, but the space and space were inadequate so that the records piled up, but within a certain period they were destroyed following procedures. In the context of effectiveness, a good level of understanding of the archive system can create improvements in employee work. This research provides insight for employees into the importance of understanding the archive system within the institution. In this way, there will be an improvement in the archive system in the institution as a whole.  

Research on public services in Batam City has been carried out with various focuses and approaches. Research conducted at the Batam City Public Service Mall aims to analyze the level of satisfaction with public services with changes to the business licensing regulatory system. The research results show that the majority of people express satisfaction with the services provided by the Batam City Public Service Mall, however there are improvements that need to be made, especially regarding understanding the procedures for processing business permits. Apart from that, other research highlights the influence of service quality and facilities on Batam City Government customer satisfaction at Public Service Malls. The results of this research provide an understanding of the importance of service quality and facilities in influencing customer satisfaction Apart from that, the implementation of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic in Batam City is also the focus of research. This research highlights the challenges in running public services according to the minimum standards that apply during the pandemic. The research results show that the implementation of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic is still not running effectively and efficiently From these various studies, it can be concluded that public services in Batam City are an important topic to evaluate and improve, especially in terms of customer satisfaction, the influence of service quality and facilities, as well as challenges in providing public services during pandemic conditions.

The public's lack of understanding of the benefits of vehicle testing and driving safety can have serious impacts on road safety and the environment. Many vehicle owners do not realize that vehicle testing is not only a legal obligation, but is also a preventive step that can reduce the risk of accidents and extend the service life of the vehicle. Efforts to increase public awareness need serious attention from the government, educational institutions and non-governmental organizations. The aim of this writing is to raise public awareness about motor vehicle testing. The method used in this research is Literature Review. The literature review method is a description of theories, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to serve as a basis for research activities. Literature reviews contain reviews, summaries and the author's thoughts about several library sources (articles, books, slides, information from the internet, etc.) about the topic being discussed. The research results show that by exploring the causes and consequences of this lack of awareness, strategic steps can be taken to increase public understanding and compliance with vehicle testing procedures. The government, educational institutions and other related parties need to work together to create a safer and more sustainable environment on Indonesian roads. In this context, education and outreach are the main keys to changing society's paradigm regarding the importance of motor vehicle testing.

This research aimed to assess the alignment of the accounting practices at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah in Koto Lubuk Village, Jambi, with the generally accepted accounting principles. The data for this study were gathered from both primary and secondary sources, utilizing techniques such as interviews and documentation. The findings revealed that Madrasah X in Jambi City employed accounting procedures that included daily cash books, ledgers, income statements, balance sheets, and a list of fixed assets. However, the institution did not record depreciation for fixed assets at the end of the period and failed to prepare financial statements as per SFAS ETAP, which includes activity reports, financial position statements, cash flow statements, and notes to the financial statements. In conclusion, the application of accounting practices in X Jambi City, was found not to align with the generally accepted accounting principles.

The implementation of providing death insurance to heirs is aimed at seeing how the procedures used by BPJS employment support the progress of social welfare..This research includes an analysis of the stages, requirements and obstacles faced by heirs in processing death insurance claims. The results of the research provide support for the sustainability of the death insurance program provided by the government, especially at the BPJS Employment Sei Rampah branch. The method used in this article is an empirical juridical research method using qualitative analysis.

This research uses a qualitative description approach, namely describing, analyzing and discussing an existing problem. Qualitative research is based on two data, namely primary and secondary. The purpose of this research is to determine the procurement of existing facilities and infrastructure at PT AMS including the procurement process, availability, and consequences made by the company in procuring facilities and infrastructure. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the facilities and infrastructure at PT AMS are sufficient to accommodate them but improvements are still needed to meet the company's operational standards. This can be overcome by adding facilities according to the company's needs without abandoning existing facility procurement procedures.  

The Lactational Amenorrhoea Method (MAL) is a type of contraception that can be relied on for six months after giving birth, the mother's fertility period has not yet returned, breastfeeding exclusively is sufficient and does not use bottles to give milk to the baby. The aim is to determine the effect of health education about the lactation amenorrhea method on the knowledge and attitudes of primiparous mothers at Teungku Peukan General Hospital in 2023.The type of research used is quantitative research. Quantitative research is a type of research that produces discoveries that can be achieved (obtained) using statistical procedures or other methods of quantification (measurement) of a set of objects which usually aim to see a picture of phenomena that occur in a certain population. The aim of the researchers was to determine the effect of health education on the knowledge and attitudes of primiparous mothers towards the lactation amenorrhea method.The chi-square value was found to be 0.03 <0.05, which means that there is an influence on the mother's knowledge of the lactation amenorrhea method at Teungku Peukan Regional Hospital in 2023.

A high turnover intention rate can hinder the achievement of company goals. Supriadi, Trang, and Rogi (2021:1217) explain that turnover intention is a situation where employees of an organization have plans to leave their jobs, or the tendency for employees to voluntarily stop working from their jobs according to their own choice. In the novel Resign by Almira Bastari tells the story of an employee who is tired of working from a company and wants to Resign from the company immediately. From the novel, the researcher aims to analyze the factors that cause the turniver intention of company employees in the novel using qualitative descriptive methods. Qualitative descriptive method is a research procedure that can produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words of people and behavior that has been observed (Moleong, 2018: 4). The results of the analysis that has been carried out by researchers found that there are 4 factors that cause turnover intention in the novel, namely workload, job satisfaction, unsupportive leadership style, and compensation. The conclusion of this study is that a company cannot run without employees, therefore to achieve the goals of the company, it is important for companies to pay attention to the condition of their employees so that employees can work as much as possible and reduce the risk of turnover intention in the company.

The aims of this study are to find out the translation procedures in the subtitle Brave movie and to find out how the translation procedures are used in English language into Indonesian language subtitle in the movie. Qualitative method is used in this study to uncover the findings using Newmark (1988) concept of translation procedures with four theory transposition, modulation, reduction and naturalization. The data used is utterance and to explain the translation procedures in translating subtitle Brave movie, the data was obtained by watching Brave movie with the source of data is by reading the subtitle Brave movie English language and Indonesian language, identify script, selecting, classifying and analyzing them based on the theories of translation procedures. The result of this research from the analysis of related data show that 173 data were collected with 95 transpositions, 38 modulations, 20 reductions, and 20 naturalizations

Ichsan Gorontalo University is one of the favorite private universities in Gorontalo province. Every year there are hundreds of registrants from various regions. The aim of the research is to provide information on registration procedures for prospective new students in a way that is interesting and easy to understand. The lack of social media for prospective new students regarding the steps that must be taken to be officially registered as students at Ichsan University Gorontalo often causes applicants to find it difficult to register. This research uses interview methods with New Student Admissions (PMB) employees, observations of prospective applicants and literature studies on books, journals and research-related literature as reference material. In making this infographic, you use a combination of various media, such as writing and images which are packaged using Adobe Illustrator software to produce a poster or banner. The results of this research are registration flow infographics in the form of posters and banners which can be disseminated online via the New Student Admissions (PMB) website and social media at Ichsan Gorontalo University and can be displayed on the Ichsan Gorontalo University campus.
