The purpose of this research is to describe (1) the types of metaphors found in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi, and (2) the functions of metaphors in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data source for this research is the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi, which consists of the songs titled "Nyala," "1-2-Cha-Cha," "Malam-Malam Ubud," "Di Timur," "Melebur Semesta," "Kultusan," "Ikat Aku di Tulang Belikatmu," "Amin Paling Serius," "Dalam Diam," and "Jelita." The data in this study are the types and functions of metaphors found in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi, in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences that are present in the lines and stanzas of the lyrics related to the types and functions of metaphors. The data collection technique used in this research is literature review, observation, note-taking, and data cards. The data analysis is done using qualitative content analysis. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that there are types and functions of metaphors used by the songwriter in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi. The types of metaphors found in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi include anthropomorphic metaphors, synesthetic metaphors, abstract metaphors, and bestial metaphors. The functions of metaphors found in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi include informational function, expressive function, directive function, and phatic function. The most abundant data are found in the category of abstract metaphors and informational function of metaphors, while the least amount of data are found in the category of bestial metaphors and expressive function of metaphors.

Hypertension is an increasingly important medical and public health problem. Prevention and management of hypertension is a major public health challenge. Many cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, and hypertension can be prevented by implementing medication through routine control and realizing the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The method used is to provide education and demonstration of non-pharmacological therapy about melon juice. Melon juice therapy can be used as an alternative therapy in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients. which is easy and cheap without compromising the benefits of pharmacological drugs applied by medical personnel. The content of melon fruit contains a lot of Potassium which functions to lower blood pressure because it can cause vasodilation, dilate blood vessels, so that blood pressure can decrease. Community service activities are aimed at all residents in order to increase knowledge about non-pharmacological therapies that are relatively safe from side effects.  

The purpose of this research is to describe the forms and functions of directive speech acts contained in the film "Nanti Kita Cerita tentang Hari Ini" directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko, and to utilize the results of the research as teaching materials for persuasion texts for grade VIII junior high school (SMP). This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data in this study are sentences containing elements of directive speech acts in the film "Later We Tell About Today". The data collection technique was carried out by reading, observing, and note-taking techniques. The instrument used is documentation. The results of the study found several types of directive speech acts divided into the function of commanding 1 utterance, the function of ordering 1 utterance, the function of requiring 1 utterance, the function of crossing 1 utterance. the function of requesting 1 utterance, the function of offering 1 utterance. The third is the form of a directive speech act of invitation which is divided into the function of inviting 1 speech, the function of urging 1 utterance. The fourth is the form of directive speech act of advice which is divided into the function of advising 1 utterance, the function of suggesting 1 utterance, the function appeals to 1 speech, the function calls for 1 utterance, the function remembers 1 utterance. The fifth is the form of directive criticism which is divided into 1 speech reprimanding function, 1 utterance satirical function, 1 utterance scolding function. The sixth form of directive prohibition which is divided into prohibiting functions 1 speech, function prevents 1 speech. The findings of this study were then incorporated into a lesson plan for teaching persuasive writing to eighth graders in junior high school, this was done because the aim of persuasive writing or dialogue is to get the audience to act in the way the writer or speaker wants them to. The linguistic characteristics of persuasive texts are related to the form and function of directive speech acts, which aim to convince the speech partner or listener to act according to the intent intended by the speaker. The purpose of preparing teaching materials in the form of handouts is to simplify subjects to make them easier during the learning process, and to arrange materials in a practical and interesting way for students. Data from the analysis of the form and function of directive speech acts in the film "Next We Tell About Today" informs the preparation of persuasive text teaching materials, which also take Basic Competence (KD) of the applicable Indonesian language curriculum and Competency Achievement Indicators (GPA).

PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture is a company engaged in the production of furniture such as doors, tables, chairs, cabinets, bookcases and other interior equipment. As one of the companies that have succeeded in producing finished goods in large quantities, PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture relies on the help of an electric motor at every stage of its production, including one of the wood pellet production machines, namely the biofuel pelletizer molding machine which has four different types of motors. In order to work optimally, electric motors need a protection system that can protect them from threats. In this study, the protection system used is Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) which functions as an overload controller so that the electric motor is not easily burned or damaged. In this case, the TOR must be adjusted according to the capacity of each induction motor so that when an overload occurs, the TOR will automatically cut off the current flowing in the motor so that damage can be avoided. The TOR trip standards in this study uses the NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association) standard with the method used, namely Research and Development (R&D) where this method is carried out to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The data collection was obtained through journals and books.

The results of this study are, where the use of e-money in Indonesia in particular already has a clear license in daily transactions as this goes on, students begin to switch from physical money to digital money (e-money) with the convenience that is highlighted. However, behind this convenience there are problems such as the emergence of consumerism and social class recognition. The data analysis method used is using a qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the existing purchase accounting information system at "Koperasi Karya Pertamina". The research method used is a case study using descriptive analysis in answering objectives. The results showed that the purchase SIA carried out at this company still had many weaknesses, including the division of tasks in accordance with the existing organizational structure was uneven, there were duplicate functions in several sections, there were two sections with the same authority and duties but in the organizational structure they were separated. In addition, the documents used still have deficiencies related to internal control that must be carried out. Therefore, this research provides several solutions to overcome the problems faced, namely, improving the organizational structure both in terms of naming, division of tasks, and combining two sections that have the same function, as well as improving the documents used.

Human resources is the prime mover in a company, so it is important for companies to create something that could encourage each of its employees to produce achievements in their work. The purpose of this study was to determine training and motivation on employee performance. The method used in this study is using qualitative methods. Training functions is to provide opportunities for employees to increase their knowledge and insight so it can increase their work productivity and develop themselves, as well as contribute to the progress of the company in order to achieve the results set by the company. Training contributes positively to employee performance. Motivational factors play an important role in increasing employee productivity. More attention is needed on the selected training methods, facilities, equipment and the ability of the instructors to deliver training materials. An appeal to companies to be able to provide encouragement, encouragement, appreciation to employees who excel in order to increase employee motivation to complete the job as well.

COVID-19 containment apps have raised a new hope in dealing with COVID-19 in various countries.  Automatic contact tracing capabilities combined with various other transmission prevention functions have yielded favorable outcomes in controlling outbreaks.  Although its nature seems promising, the use of this type of application also saves the potential for human rights violations.  The risk is related to the increasingly widespread functionality of the application, the restrictions of personal freedom, the potential breach of privacy, and the possibility of marginalizing people who cannot access the application.  This paper describes how this application works in general, how it can affect respect for human rights, and then analyzes incidents that have the potential to violate human rights related to the use of the application to further provide some potential solutions on how the application can still be utilized with a minimum threat to  individual rights.

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a regulator of the money management sector, especially the financial sector, must adequately equip its capabilities to properly implement and support financial management sector activities. economic growth. OJK has a position in managing Islamic banks. The description of Islamic commercial banks is very important because they are only marginal in accelerating the development of the financial economy, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Financial Authority carries out the functions, duties, authority to regulate and control activities in the financial sector in an integrated, independent and responsible manner, particularly in the world of banking. The problems of this research are: First, how independent is the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Second, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Third, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in consumer protection and consumer investigations? The type of research method is normative law and the type of research is descriptive. In conclusion: First, other parties do not interfere with the independence of OJK in its regulation and are found to be inseparable from government interference. Such deals can lead to government intervention. Second, the role of OJK in regulating and supervising banks related to the regulation and supervision of micro stability is very broad. Third, OJK's role in consumer protection is to inform and educate the public about the good quality of the financial sector, its services and products. Stop if it can harm consumers. Adolescence is a period of human development. Reproductive health in Indonesia which is prioritized only includes four components/programs, namely: maternal and newborn health, family planning, adolescent reproductive health, as well as prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) including HIV/AIDS. The community service that we will carry out refers to the adolescent reproductive health program. Adolescent Reproductive Health is a healthy condition that concerns the reproductive systems, functions and processes of adolescents. The definition of health here does not merely mean being free from disease or free from disability but also being mentally and socially and culturally healthy. Adolescents need to know about reproductive health in order to have correct information about the reproductive process and the various factors that surround it.  With the correct information, it is hoped that teenagers will have responsible attitudes and behavior regarding the reproductive process. Adolescent reproductive health problems apart from having a physical impact, can also affect mental and emotional health, economic conditions and social welfare in the long term. Long-term impacts not only affect the teenagers themselves, but also their families, communities and the nation in the end.

The aims of this research are 1.  to find out environmental management policies in Indonesia in general; 2.  know the environmental management policies in Tulungagung Regency; 3. knowing environmental problems in Tulungagung Regency; and 4.  knowing the role of the community in maintaining, protecting, and preserving the environment. This study uses a qualitative approach to content analysis, using the literature study method. Sources of data used, namely articles, journals, research reports, and other sources that have a good reputation. The results of this study indicate that environmental problems in Tulungagung Regency are increasing pollution and increasing the volume of waste. Apart from referring to Law Number 32 of 2009, the local government also has a regional regulation, namely the Tulungagung Regency Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2018 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. The Tulungagung Regency environmental management strategy focuses on environmental functions, especially controlling environmental impacts by preventing, restoring environmental damage and pollution in the framework of achieving environmental goals of sustainable and environmentally sound regional development.

This study was conducted because several problems were identified where supervision carried out by the leadership was still not optimal. This is evidenced by the existence of violations committed by both those being supervised and those supervising. In addition, slightly loose supervision does not rule out the possibility of violations of the main duties and functions of inspectorate employees. Employee work motivation still fluctuates in the sense that it is not optimal. This can be seen from the attendance records and completion of work targets that are not in accordance with the time that has been determined. The aim is to determine the effect of leadership supervision and work motivation on the performance of inspectorate employees in Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. Supervision of the leadership of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between leadership supervision and employee performance. The calculation results show that leadership supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work motivation of Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate employees tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. The Ciptaker Law functions to increase investment and create new jobs, but is controversial because of workers' rights. Analysis of the relationship between the Ciptaker Law and employee welfare needs to pay attention to the concept of Competency-Based Employment, which allows companies to appoint and terminate employment based on employee capabilities and performance. However, this threatens the rights of employees, especially regarding termination and wages. The Ciptaker Law also expands the types of work for foreign workers in Indonesia. Even though it can increase investment and create jobs, the Ciptaker Law has the potential to reduce employee wages and make it easier for companies to terminate employment. The implementation of the Ciptaker Law needs to be closely monitored and evaluate especially in terms of protecting employee rights so that this Law can improve welfare and decent employment opportunities. This research examines the economic thought of Ibn Taymiyyah, a prominent scholar from the 13th to early 14th century, focusing on his concepts of market mechanisms, just price, and the role of government in the economy. Using a qualitative method with a historical approach, this study analyzes Ibn Taymiyyah's works and related secondary literature. The results show that Ibn Taymiyyah had a deep understanding of market functions and price determination through the interaction of supply and demand. He viewed the market as a natural system to meet human needs but also recognized the necessity of government intervention in certain situations to ensure justice and social welfare. Ibn Taymiyyah also emphasized the importance of business ethics and fair competition while opposing monopolistic practices and hoarding of goods. Ibn Taymiyyah's economic thoughts are relevant not only in the historical context but also in providing moral and ethical guidance for contemporary economic practices.

Libraries play an important role in determining how the academic climate in schools is formed. To maximize scientific activities, the library is organized as a hierarchical system with many purposes and functions. The main reason why the goals and functions of libraries cannot be implemented effectively is because most of the school libraries in Indonesia currently do not meet the demands, both in terms of convenience and selection of library materials. Therefore, steps must be taken to restore proper library operations. The impact of better library services on the reading interest of SMP Kartini Taman students was one of the topics raised. This project is just one of many that Kampus Merdeka is undertaking as part of the Teaching Campus initiative. The service period in 2023 lasts from February 20 to June 16. Serving at the Junior High School which is located on Jl. Ki Suryo Jati Utara, Kedungturi Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency, is the responsibility of our team. Through the implementation of school library management reform initiatives, this program seeks to restore the function of the school library in accordance with its vision and mission. The planning stage (Planning), the organizing stage (Organizing), the implementation stage (Actuating), and the control stage are the first steps in improving the administrative services of the implemented school library. Collecting data in this service is carried out using a qualitative descriptive methodology which includes interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the initiatives made and the findings, the children's enthusiasm for reading in class increased. Thus, efforts to improve library services are ensured to be successful and right on target.

This study aims to analyze the orientation strategy of the Surabaya city manufacturing industry. The method usedin this research is descriptive qualitative method. Source of data usedderived from secondary data through literature review or what is called a studyliterature collected by the researchers themselves through websites, journals, bulletins, for example taken from the Statistics Agency, company or organizational documents, newspapers and magazines, or other publications. Currently the manufacturing industry in Surabaya continues to experience increased productivity and business expansion after experiencing a decline due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This increase is inseparable from the increasing demand for an increasingly varied market, which has become a driving force for business players to grow and meet market needs. This is what is used in the manufacturing industry, namely market orientation, which includes customer orientation, competitor orientation, coordination between functions, and technology orientation. When a company is market oriented, it shows that the company pays attention to its consumers. Market orientation can be seen from customer orientation and competitor orientation. Customer orientation by researchers is placed as the highest priority in terms of providing superior values to customers.  

This study aims to find out perspectives on the role and authority of the Financial Services Authority in bankruptcy cases at insurance companies in Indonesia. OJK is an independent body that is free from government interference in its duties, functions and authority to supervise, inspect and conduct investigations in the financial services sector so as to create a good national economy. Within the scope of supervision in the insurance sector, the Financial Services Authority has the authority relating to submitting bankruptcy declaration requests to insurance companies in order to protect the interests of insurance policy holders. Arrangements regarding the authority of the Financial Services Authority in submitting requests for bankruptcy statements against insurance companies are regulated in Law no. 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using secondary data obtained through library research. The role of the Financial Services Authority in the bankruptcy of an insurance company is to oversee the course of the insurance company's bankruptcy until liquidation and to ensure that the insurance company has paid all its obligations to creditors.

 Leadership (leadearship) is a process of influence between individuals or between people in a particular situation, through directed communication activities to achieve a certain goal. Effective leadership will only be realized if an organization is run according to its structure and function. The purpose of this research study is to answer; Definition of leadership? What is the structure and function of leadership at GKPI Pagar Banyan? Is the leadership structure and function at GKPI running well? This study used a qualitative method with a library research approach and interviews.  

The dominant problem that requires special attention in the elderly is a decrease in health and a problem of poor nutritional intake which can be caused by a lack of knowledge or due to decreased functions of the digestive organs due to the aging process. Bivariate data analysis was used to see the significance of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable which was carried out using the Chi-square (x^2) statistical test. If Ρ=(0.05) > Chi-Square results then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning there is no relationship between the research results and theory. The results of the analysis showed that of the 36 respondents the majority had insufficient knowledge about a healthy diet as many as 18 respondents (50.0%), respondents who had sufficient knowledge about a healthy diet as many as 17 respondents (47.2%) and respondents who had good knowledge about diet healthy as much as 1 respondent (2.8%). The research obtained in Sumber Mufakat Village, Kabanjahe District, shows that the majority are elderly (60-74) as many as 20 respondents (55.6%), the majority have basic education (SD-SMP) as many as 33 respondents (91.66%) , the majority worked as farmers as many as 31 respondents (86.11%), the majority received information from health workers as many as 22 respondents (61.1%), the majority had less knowledge as many as 18 respondents (50.0%) and the majority had a positive attitude as many as 20 respondents (55.6%), where the level of education greatly influences a person's level of knowledge. This shows that the higher a person's level of education, the higher their level of knowledge. The majority of elderly people have less knowledge about a healthy diet, as many as 18 respondents (50.0%). preventing diabetes mellitus where the better the knowledge of the elderly, the better the attitude of the elderly in preventing diabetes mellitus in Sumber Mufakat Village, Kabanjahe District, 2018 with a p value = 0.00.    

Writing This article tries to explain the main tasks and functions of educator management which are part of national education standards. This research is applying a qualitative descriptive method with the type of research used, namely the study of literature from various sources such as books and journals. The research findings show that the management of the duties and functions of educators and education staff is carried out in accordance with statutory regulations with the aim of increasing national education standards, advancing science, technology and the arts, as well as providing physical education for the local population. Six elements make up the implementation of the responsibilities and functions of educators and education management: planning, recruitment, placement, coaching, employment and evaluation. Management functions and tasks are useful for schools in overcoming the shortage of teachers and education personnel through recruitment. Individual learning, training and further education are also used in construction and development; both are run by working groups of instructors, schools, and the education office.
