Literacy is an activity to increase knowledge. The lack of motivation of the community and the younger generation to visit the library, the lack of available reading materials, the low awareness of the importance of reading, and the lack of facilities and infrastructure provided are still problems for the government in improving literacy. The purpose of the study was to find out how Policy Implementation Improves Young Generation Literacy in South Tangerang City. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of this study refer to the theory of Varn Metter and Carl Varn Horn in agustino (2008: 142) which includes the following aspects: 1) Size and purpose of policy, 2) Resources, 3) Characteristics of implementing agents, 4) Attitudes or tendencies of implementers, 5) Communication between organizations and activities of implementers, 6) social, economic, and political environment. The research found that although the Library and Archives Office has shown a fairly good performance overall, there is still room for improvement because there are still some obstacles as already mentioned.

It is very important to instill state defense awareness to all citizens, especially the millennial generation as they are the successors and inheritors of the continuity of the life of the nation and state. This will help defend the country from internal and external threats, both military and non-military. Education is crucial in state defense as it helps the younger generation understand the history, principles and commitment to protect the country's sovereignty. Through education, students can understand the importance of maintaining national unity and integrity and become development actors that benefit the community and the country. The research that will be used in this paper is normative research with a perspective approach through ideology, laws, and phenomena. The purpose of this paper is to determine the extent to which formal education in Indonesia contributes to shaping state defense awareness among the younger generation, investigate the factors that influence understanding and awareness of state defense, analyze the implementation of the national education curriculum, provide recommendations for improving the education system. The benefit of this paper is to provide in-depth insight into the role of education in shaping a strong understanding of the concept of state defense among the younger generation.

Children are an asset of the nation that needs to be well prepared, because the future of this country or nation is determined by the child or the young generation. Given this, then the legal protection of children is very important to do. Areas that need protection for children are religious, health, education, social and special fields. In order to realize or realize the protection of children, the Indonesian Child Protection Commission was established. The aim of this research is to examine how the literature on Pancasila values has developed in the era of globalization. By conducting a literature review and looking at 17 journal articles released between 2019 and 2023. This research aims to convey knowledge or understanding about the application of Pancasila values to the lives of the younger generation in the current era of globalization which has resulted in some people forgetting these values. -value itself. This research shows that most Indonesian people do not apply Pancasila values in their daily lives and the same goes for social life in the era of globalization. This research can be used as a basis for further research in this area and can help increase the awareness of Indonesia's young generation towards the values of Pancasila. Future research could expand the scope and duration of the study, as well as improve the analysis to pinpoint patterns and modifications that need to be considered.

Acts of violence against children in schools deserve the attention of the Indonesian Child Welfare Commission. The current situation creates a context that needs further attention for legal defense in which children are targets of cruelty in schools, as everyone knows that educational institutions are a place where the young generation is educated to become educated adults for the next generation. The role of the teacher is as a parent at school, sharing good and correct knowledge and enlightenment, not being used as a bully to students at school. The main issue discussed first is what factors cause the many incidents of injustice towards the younger generation in educational institutions in Indonesia at this time and the steps taken by KPAI towards children in Indonesia as they exist. In the article, the method of study used is theoretical study by applying the document collection method, namely library research or book study. It is hoped that the results of this study will invite elements including teachers, parents and students to involve schools in monitoring their students and taking part in the role that educational institutions can use to provide an umbrella for their students when carrying out the role of teachers as moral shapers. Teachers who are devoted to the Creator, share the most important encouragement and passion with parents at home to teach children to think positively about the injustice that befalls them.

In the era of globalization, the views of Indonesian people towards the rise of the LGBT phenomenon have become complex, considering that Indonesia is thick with religious and cultural values. Although the country adheres to human rights principles, an understanding of religious norms is often a filter for views on sexual diversity. Especially among the younger generation, there is significant disagreement on whether the rise of LGBT is in accordance with the ideals of Pancasila as the basis of the state. On the one hand, there are groups that support LGBT rights as a form of respect for human rights, while on the other hand, there are concerns that this phenomenon is not in line with the values of Pancasila which emphasizes unity and unity in diversity. Further research needs to be done to understand more deeply how the views of Indonesian people, especially the younger generation, towards the LGBT phenomenon in the context of the globalization era.  The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply and describe the community's views on the current rise of LGBT which can trigger the destruction of the morals of the Indonesian nation. The theory used in this study is the theory of people's views through observations by interviewing several communities and conducting online surveys.  

Competency/ability of Human Resources is also important in supporting the achievements and goals of the organization, in facing the rapid development of technology, organizations can no longer stand idly by, they will be crushed by the times, in the current era it could be said that people or organizations cannot sleep. amidst the hustle and bustle of development in all fields, the availability of highly skilled human resources is very necessary, the era of one-touch one service requires the ability to manage well, continuously, and consistently. To produce good human resources, implementing the 12-Year Compulsory Education program or graduating from high school is one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of human resources that are more qualified and competitive. Through this program, it is also hoped that it will be able to become a solution in reducing unemployment rates, reducing school dropout rates, and increasing the abilities of the young generation who are ready and able to compete globally. The method used in this service is public speaking assistance and the formation of youth organizations. The results of this research show that teenagers from SMP 4 Kutacane already understand: exploring self-potential, step-by-step building self-confidence, public speaking, character education, and organizing. Apart from that, there are changes and increases in knowledge and the addition of teenagers in organizations, and they tend to have the courage to express opinions in public, with public speaking training

This research tries to analyze the opportunities and challenges of Indonesian as a world language based on the perspective of the younger generation in the era of globalization. The aim is to provide deep insight into how Indonesian can maintain its relevance in the era of globalization. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of filling out a questionnaire consisting of 6 questions. The results of the research from 56 informants show that the young generation of Indonesia has a crucial role in maintaining and advancing Indonesian as a world language. Technology and social media are considered as effective tools in popularizing this language at the global level.

The Real Working Lecture (KKN) is a vehicle for the application and development of knowledge, which is carried out off campus in certain time, work mechanism, and requirements. KKN implemented by universities is an effort to increase the content and weight of education for students and to get greater added value to higher education. Through community service activities in Lalang Village, there will be synergy between universities and the community. The purpose of this KKN acticity is to provide an understanding to the local community about the importance of health for young generation, specifically for their babies. Frequently, stunting become a massive issues for babies in this village. The service is carried out through educational workshops, seminars, teaching, and discussions. The result of this dedication provide an overview of how importance for a mother and their kids to mantaian what they eat and how to have a healhty live due to stunting issues.

Entrepreneurship in the digital era has become a fundamental cornerstone in facing rapid global changes. The purpose of this study visit program is to fortify students' mindsets in cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit. Moreover, this program prepares the emerging young generation to be self-reliant, possessing the mental readiness and cognitive framework necessary to skillfully merge entrepreneurial competencies with technology insights in the digital age. Research outcomes indicate that through the study visit program, students can broaden their perspectives on entrepreneurship in the digital era. Additionally, from these activities, students can correlate theoretical concepts with real-world practices in the realm of digital business, thereby enabling educational institutions to enhance their graduates into relevant entrepreneurs aligned with the demands of the time.

Content creator training conducted by the Indonesian Business Polytechnic in collaboration with the Simarmata Young Generation to increase young people's creativity. This activity aims to increase young people's knowledge of using social media to get various benefits. Activities are carried out in workshops accompanied by practices using Instagram and TikTok media as content media. Seventy youth participants from Pematang Siantar attended the action. The training continued enthusiastically because the speaker is an activist content creator on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. After the activity, an activity survey showed that 98% of the participants were very interested in the material presented and gained new knowledge about using social media for more positive things.

The purpose of this article is to reveal the optimization of Captain Tsubasa's dream for Japanese football on the spectrum of Islamic education, by unraveling how far the influence of the animated film Captain Tsubasa in whipping up the fighting spirit of the young generation of Japan, then contextualizing it in Islamic education, where problems have not been encountered before. This research is a qualitative descriptive, with the data collection technique using the polegulation, and analyzed inductively. Problems are analyzed with Max Weber's work ethic theory. The results of the study concluded: that Captain Tsubasa's dream in his animated film is able to be a motivator, especially for the young generation in Japan in terms of football so that in the future the National Team is able to win the Asian Cup and consistently participate in the World Cup. In the context of Islamic education, a Muslim must have a work ethic, namely a personality attitude that gives birth to a very deep belief that work is not only to glorify oneself, to show humanity, but as a form of manifestation of good deeds. This work ethic is well practiced in people's lives so that Muslims become strong as a community, so this research recommends that this work ethic be a way of life within the framework of nation and religion.  

Linked to religion, religious youth, in this case Buddhist youth in Temanggung Regency, seem to be trying to actualize the urge to organize into the experience of religious values ​​and humility. This organization was founded on April 10 2016. They call themselves the Temanggung-Kendal-Semarang Buddhist Youth. The Buddhist youth of Temanggung is an inseparable part of the younger generation in Indonesia in general. The younger generation is currently developing themselves as well as a potential resource for progress for the nation and state which is embodied by motivation, morality and spiritual religious values.  

Pancasila as the state ideology is a role model for the Indonesian people in carrying out the life of the nation and state. The purpose of this writing is to find out how far the knowledge of Pancasila values ​​and views on Pancasila values ​​are. The method used is a qualitative approach. From this research it results that the views or opinions given can be concluded that Pancasila is very important as the goal of life for the nation and state. Pancasila is also the goal of the nation's life which is a guide for the good and bad of life in the present.

Globalization is one of the changes in the pattern of life in a group of individuals or a society that has headed towards modernization. This era of globalization will certainly result in people who tend to choose new cultures that are fresher and simpler, causing local culture to begin to erode and be forgotten and even a shift in values from the local culture. This is one of the factors that causes local culture to be abandoned and also forgotten nowadays. The absence or reduction of the younger generation who are successors and inheritors of local culture and wisdom has made interest in learning and getting to know one's own culture begin to fade. Today's young generation has neither the effort nor the interest to preserve local culture or local culture which is Indonesia's wealth in this era of globalization. The research method used is a qualitative method with literature study techniques in data collection. Based on the narrative from Malinowski, cultures that are in a higher caste and are active will have a great influence on cultures that are lower and tend to be passive. And this influence can occur in cultural contact. This theory is clearly visible in the current era of globalization. This can be seen from the shift in Indonesian cultural values which have begun to lean towards the west with the rapid flow of incoming information. This is of course a force that can influence people's thinking. In order to overcome this, it certainly requires awareness of the importance of local culture as identity and also national identity. It is the obligation of every society to preserve and also maintain culture with the help of the younger generation as heirs to that culture.

High school students are the young generation who have the potential and have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the nation and the nation. To support their ability to compete in today's era, high school students are required to have self-confidence, be able to communicate politely, and be polite as part of public speaking. If you do not have the ability to communicate in public appropriately due to a lack of self-confidence, then the interaction cannot run smoothly. Therefore, to provide understanding, public speaking training is held using the CCP (Confident, Content and Performance) method. This dedication activity was a collaboration between the lecturer who held the tridharma activities of higher education and the UPTD SMAN 13 Maros which is located in Pucak Village. By using the practice method which begins with increasing self-confidence, followed by creating content and finally preparing for a live performance. the enthusiasm of the participants was very high, various questions were asked during the discussion so that this activity could provide training in the development of public speaking presentation skills

Bahaya narkoba dan penyakit HIV/AIDS merupakan hal yang sangat nyata dimana ini sangat meresahkan kalangan termasuk guru atau dosen dari instansi pendidikan. Banyak anak muda yang menjdai korban dan bila dibiarkan maka akan merusak generasi muda yang pastinya akan mengancam kehidupan bangsa kedepannya. Pencegahan perlu dilakukan. Pengaruh penggunaan zat terlarang tersebut dapat memberbahayakan penggunanya baik bagi kesehatan tubuh maupun karater dan mental. Bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Perlu adanya upaya mencari tahu mengapa penggunaan narkoba justru banyak dikalangan generasi muda dan upaya mencegah generasi muda agar tidak terjangkit penyakit HIV/AIDS. Untuk itulah artikel ini disusun dengan harapan dapat menjadi pendorong banyak pihak untuk melakukan upaya pencegahan penggunaan narkoba dan penyakit HIV melalui sosialisasi di kalangan generasi muda.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membentuk karakter generasi cerdas melalui pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan, wawancara, kajian pustaka dan dokumentasi. Kajian ini mengkaji upaya yang telah dilakukan guru pendidikan Pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda yang pintar, peran dan kendala positifnya. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa generasi penerus mampu menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan menunjukkan perilaku karakter dalam lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Membangun Karakter, Generasi Pintar ABSTRACT This research was conducted to form the character of the intelligent generation through learning Pancasila and citizenship education. This study uses a descriptive method approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews, literature review and documentation. This study examines the efforts that have been made by Pancasila and citizenship education teachers in shaping the character of the smart young generation, their roles and positive constraints.
