The waste problem in Karanglewas Village, Kutasari District, Purbalingga Regency, continues to increase alongside agricultural, trade, and MSME activities, while the management system remains conventional, without sorting, resulting in environmental pollution and limited landfill capacity. This community service program aims to implement the Integrated Independent Waste Sorting and Processing Tool (PLASMA-T) as an innovative solution that processes organic waste into compost and melts plastic waste into paving blocks that are useful and economical. The activities are carried out in stages, including problem identification, socialization, technical training, operational trials, evaluation of results, and the handover of the equipment to the Mitra Sejahtera TPS, with ongoing assistance so that the community can operate the equipment independently. The expected outcomes include a reduction in waste volume at the TPS, increased community awareness and skills in waste management, and the creation of new business opportunities through compost and paving block products. Thus, this program not only addresses environmental issues but also strengthens the village's circular economy and has the potential to serve as a model for other regions.

This study identified the use of abbreviations in Medical Treatment Consent Forms (SPTK) at X Hospital Indonesia. A quantitative cross-sectional descriptive approach was applied to 76 SPTKs in September 2024, and questionnaires were administered to 30 patient-responsible physicians (DPJP). The results showed that 75% of SPTKs contained abbreviations, even though 97% of respondents understood the risk of miscommunication to patient safety. The state of the art includes accreditation standards that prohibit the use of abbreviations in informed consent, with global orthopedic studies reporting a decrease from 54% to 22% after educational interventions, as well as Indonesian regulations, namely Peraturan Mentri Kesehatan (Permenkes) Republik Indonesia No. 24/2022, which emphasizes that medical records must be complete. The novelty lies in the first empirical analysis in Indonesian hospitals to reveal the disparity between high physician knowledge and low documentation compliance, contributing to the development of evidence-based monitoring for patient safety. These findings support recommendations for daily review of SPTK, ongoing socialization, and integration of digital checklists to reduce medical errors.

This qualitative inquiry examines the deliberate operational timing adopted by street vendors selling martabak, a popular Indonesian snack, exploring why nocturnal hours are strategically favored over daytime. The research methodology combined in-depth interviews with ten vendors operating in urban centers like Jakarta and Bandung with a consumer survey of one hundred respondents. Analysis of the collected data identifies a dual strategic foundation. From a demand perspective, night-time aligns with consumer psychology, fostering a leisurely atmosphere conducive to social snacking and impulsive purchases. On the supply side, vendors benefit from diminished direct competition, reduced operational overheads, and tapping into peak demand for evening treats. This synergy effectively cements martabak’s market identity as a beloved night-time culinary ritual linked to socialization. Consequently, the study posits that this chrono-marketing approach represents a savvy adaptation to local socio-economic rhythms. The insights derived provide a framework for micro-entrepreneurs to optimize service timing, aligning business operations with ingrained cultural consumption cycles to enhance sustainability and customer loyalty.

This student aims to determine how BPNT contributes community in Sipatana District, Gorontalo City. Method used is qualitative findings show that the implementation of BPNT in Sipatana District, particularly in Molosipat U and Tanggikiki sub-districts, has been carried out in accordance with the statutory regulations of 2019 regarding the indicators of power distribution and actor strategies, without any personal intervention in determining beneficiary eligibility. Regarding the characteristics of the implementing institutions, coordination among agencies from the district level to RT/RW has run well and has been conducted transparently and participatively to ensure that the assistance is well-targeted. However, on the indicators of implementer compliance and responsiveness, several obstacles are still found such as delays in disbursement, a lack of direct socialization to the community, and slow responses from the sub-district office in handling complaints from beneficiary families (KPM). These conditions lead to a lack of optimal understanding among beneficiaries regarding the mechanism of aid distribution. Additionally, the impact of BPNT on improving beneficiary welfare remains consumptive in nature and has not fully encouraged economic independence among poor households. Therefore, improvements in service effectiveness, two-way communication, and periodic evaluation are required to enhance BPNT’s contribution in reducing poverty rates and achieving sustainable community welfare.

Social emotional development in early childhood is an important foundation for children's psychological and social functioning in later stages of development. This process is greatly influenced by the quality of interactions within the family environment, including the level and quality of the father's involvement in parenting. Although various studies show that fathers play a significant role in shaping children's emotional regulation, independence, and social competence, studies that systematically integrate the role of fathers within the framework of psychosocial and sociocultural development theory are still relatively limited. This study aims to critically analyze the role of fathers in shaping the emotions and socialization of early childhood based on the perspectives of Erik Erikson's psychosocial development theory and Lev Vygotsky's sociocultural theory. This study uses a qualitative approach with a Literature Study Review (LSR) method of reputable national and international journal articles, academic books, and scientific proceedings published in the period 2020–2025. The data were analyzed through thematic synthesis and conceptual analysis. The results of the study show that consistent, responsive, and supportive father involvement contributes significantly to the development of emotional regulation, self-confidence, social initiative, and adaptive social interaction skills in children. These findings confirm the relevance of Erikson and Vygotsky's theories and provide theoretical and practical implications for the development of family parenting patterns and early childhood education policies that encourage optimal father involvement.
