This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and influential factors in the application of technology-based attendance in supporting the work discipline of Civil Servants in Riau Islands. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the application of technology-based attendance application innovation has significant effectiveness in improving the work discipline of Civil Servants. With the technology-based attendance application, the attendance process becomes more efficient and accurate. Employees can perform attendance quickly and easily through electronic devices such as smartphones or computers, without the need to use manual attendance that is prone to manipulation. In addition, factors that influence the effectiveness of technology-based attendance application implementation include management support, employee training, and employee awareness of the importance of work discipline. Strong management support in implementing and supervising the use of technology-based attendance applications is an important factor in successful implementation. Employee training in the use of the application is also key to ensuring proper and effective use. In addition, employee awareness of the importance of work discipline also plays a role in the successful implementation of this innovation.  This research makes an important contribution to understanding the effectiveness of technology-based attendance application innovations in improving the work discipline of civil servants. The implication of this research is the importance of developing and implementing technological innovation in improving work efficiency and effectiveness in the public sector.

In today's digital era, most people use smartphones for various purposes. In the laboratory field,  as an innovation in laboratory examinations, and as a form of community service to promote healthy living and change people's lifestyles, medical laboratory technicians play a role in creating medical record applications. The development of this application is based on the fact that patients often forget about the examinations they have undergone, making it difficult to accurately record medical history. The examinations conducted on patients are a benchmark for lifestyle patterns that should be carefully considered by patients. This attention begins with the periodic recording of health history, which should be done to anticipate spikes or abnormalities in the body's condition. The application system, created through a semi-automatic method for recording and reminding examinations, is able to minimize errors or inaccuracies in the examination results in the history, thus facilitating self-control of both lifestyle, examinations, and health. Medical record application software can provide health data from previous laboratory examinations and can provide reminders for the next scheduled examination."

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for infinix smarthphone products in Shopee e-commerce, with a case study of the Isola urban community in Bandung. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that price and price significantly influenced the decision to purchase infinix smarthphone products in Shopee e-commerce. Price makes a greater contribution than product quality in influencing purchasing decisions. This research is expected to provide benefits for e-commerce businesses in increasing competitive pricing and product quality to increase consumer purchasing decisions.

The community has the right to get a clean, beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment; get cleaning services; utilizing and processing waste; actively participate in waste management activities; and obtain information from local governments and/or other parties that are directly related to the sustainability of life related to waste. This right has direct implications for the community's obligations regarding the management of household waste and/or similar household waste by being obliged to reduce and/or handle waste in an environmentally sound manner. Unfortunately, the handling of environmentally sound waste has not gone well due to inadequate facilities, enforcement of regulations, and low awareness of the community itself. PT. Wahana Anugerah Energi has developed a waste collection and transportation system using a smartphone application called Rapel. Rapel campaigns for sustainable waste management in households. Currently, Rapel provides garbage pick-up services, especially for recycled waste. However, the problems faced include: wide community reach but with Human Resources (HR) PT. The Wahana Anugerah Energi (Rapel Surakarta) is limited, facilities and infrastructure for the ongoing development of understanding of waste management for the community are not sufficient, the application of Rapel is not yet known by the people of Surakarta. overcome, the lack of public awareness of Surakarta City regarding waste management, lack of cooperation and coordination with agencies related to waste problems so that Rapel technology has not received public knowledge, Surakarta people do not know about data integration related to environmental information. From this problem, we  design a social marketing communication program so that Rapel Indonesia's goal of encouraging people to sort household waste can be achieved. To achieve this, we design a waste sorting workshop by presenting credible sources such as Lyfe With Less Representative and Rapel Indonesia Manager. The objectives to be achieved in this activity are: To train Mojogedang Village PKK members to master marketing techniques through social media and internet networks by creating interesting content with digital marketing facilities so that they can generate significant income to improve the family economy in Mojogedang Village as a supporting area for Tourism Village in Mojogedang District. The approach technique is carried out using seminar methods and simulations directly utilizing the laptop and smartphone of each participant. With this dedication, Mojogedang Village PKK members can open their minds to competition, quality products, and the correct production process and develop themselves through digital marketing training, to improve economic welfare in the future.  Learning media is one aspect of increasing the success of learning. Using creative and interesting learning media will certainly make it easier for students to accept lessons. Kahoot! is a learning media in the form of a game that can be accessed on the website. The purpose of this outreach is to see whether the learning media Kahoot! useful for increasing students' interest in adding vocabulary. The methods used in carrying out this socialization are lecture methods, application use demos and question and answer sessions. The series of socialization activities include: (1) Students do practice questions regarding vocabulary manually (without game teaching media) (2) Then go to the step of providing an explanation about the Kahoot! learning application! (3) During this explanation session students will be explained the steps for using the Kahoot! application, (4) Followed by a question and answer session, (5) After the question and answer session several students are selected to come forward to try the Kahoot! (6) Students download the Kahoot! on their smartphone/laptop and work on the questions given. (7) Students do practice questions regarding vocabulary in the Kahoot! application. This socialization was carried out at the Pekanbaru Professional Development Vocational School. The subjects of this socialization are students of class X Tourism Travel Business with a learning time of 2 hours.

The use of smartphones nowadays is increasingly rapid, even teenagers cannot be separated from using these smartphones, but several conditions cause dependence, especially on the internet network, which ultimately gives rise to incidents of nomophobia or conditions of anxiety, fear and even stress and depression in a person, which is caused by the absence of or being away from the internet network on a cellphone and this is considered a modern phobia resulting from individual interactions with information and communication technology, especially smartphones. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between self-esteem and the incidence of nomophobia in early adolescents at SMP Barunawati 1 Petamburan, West Jakarta. This type of research is non-experimental quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling used proportional stratified random sampling and purposive sampling techniques to obtain a sample of 76 students with research instruments in the form of the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and Nomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q) questionnaires. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation Product Moment. The results of the research showed that the majority of early adolescents had high self-esteem (71.1%), and the majority of early adolescents had moderate nomophobia (65.8%) and there was a relationship between self-esteem and nomophobia in early adolescents at SMP Barunawati 1 Petamburan, West Jakarta and grades. p value 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of this research, it is hoped that research sites can provide counseling or health education about the impacts of excessive smartphone use.

This article aims to understand the impact of gadget use on  childhood as well as implement  solutions on the impact of gadget use on  childhood. This gadget is a medium  used as a  modern communication tool. Gadgets make human communication easier. Today, communication has become more advanced with the advent of gadgets. Among them, 4,444 are smartphones such as iPhones, Androids and laptops. In preschool psychology, development refers to children from 0 to 6 years old. The research method used is literary research. Results show that amenities impact  social development in young children. Excessive use of gadgets harms children's social and emotional development. Harmful effects of electronic device use on children include isolation, sleep disturbances, loneliness, violent behavior, reduced creativity and threats of cyberbullying. Solution to device use in  childhood by limiting device use, supervising children's screen time with parents who play a crucial role, and providing a schedule timely  when children play with devices, so that devices do not hinder young children's social development.

The research results show that Tari Rampak Sapinggan is one of the Creative Dances developed based on the basic movements of dance and Minang silek movements Tari Rampak Sapinggan is a non-representational dance, which means it does not depict anything Tari Rampak Sapinggan has a sequence of movements that starts from: sambah movement, tapuak galembong, ayun babuai, maarak or manjapuik, sanduak mancukam, lenggok baayun, baganjua maju, bajombo-jombo, basiang tagak, kibeh, baganjua suruik batanam, salingkuang korong, mambori sambah The number of dancers is 5 or odd, the floor pattern uses straight and curved lines The accompanying music uses traditional Minangkabau music such as Gandang, Talempong, and Sarunai Makeup uses beautiful makeup for women and handsome makeup for men Men's costumes wear rang mudo shirts, destar, galembong, and sasampiang, while women wear kurung clothes, songket skirts.

The aim of this community service is to improve the skills of students at SMK Negeri 2 Kutacane in maximizing Media Marketplace Technology. Where these skills can provide benefits to students in improving their skills in entrepreneurship and increasing income. The problem faced by the service team is the lack of insight by students in using Marketplace Technology. Participants who took part in the activity were students and student supervisors in the school's BLUD program who were active in using their smartphones. In this digital era, all activities are online. With optimal knowledge, matters will be easier both within the school environment and outside parties. There is a lot of potential for students at school that can be promoted online. Several marketplaces can be an option according to your needs. This community service activity not only explains the material but also directly provides practice via the participants' smartphones. BLUD students must have high creativity in improving a more decent life, improving and advancing the school. Students and the local environment will experience many things if they master the use of smartphones optimally and truly according to their needs. The most important thing is that the income based on purchases will increase. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activities, both delivering material and training in the use of Marketplace Technology.

Apart from that, the increasing popularity of the Internet among the public has led to the proliferation of internet cafe businesses in several cities in Indonesia. , one of which is Medan City. Cyber ​​Net is a place that facilitates people in using the internet as a medium for playing online games as well as a medium for seeking information and learning. The aim of the research was to create a comfortable gaming place that would attract the attention of e-sports users. By using a qualitative approach, it is hoped that this research can produce a design that not only pays attention to beauty and aesthetic aspects, but also pays attention to the appropriate and comfortable position and layout.

This research aims to determine the benefits of applying financial technology to the use of BTN Syariah mobile banking for BTN Syariah customers. This writing uses a descriptive qualitative method which aims to explain and describe clearly and in detail the existence of a problem that occurred. Currently, mobile technology developments are increasing rapidly. Crompton and Burke (2018) conveyed that smartphone as one of mobile technology is is rapidly advancing. Approximately 90% of students possessed a smartphone, and a few even had multiple mobile phones. (Wong et al., 2010; Bhati & Song, 2019). This study aimed to examine how the students perceive the utilization of “Splash” as a media on learning listening skill. Splash is one of android program that developed by the English team in Stekom University. It is made for improve students’ listening skill and grammar skill. This research used quantitative descriptive. The sample consists of 50 students who taken language class. The result showed that there are positive attitudes from the students about the usage of “Splash” to improve listening skill. They can use it every time and everywhere without worried running out of internet package because this application doesn’t need internet package to use. The students also found that the content of this application is interesting. They also got post-activity activities and tasks to help them improve their skills.

Technological developments have made the mobility of people's activities more practical in meeting their financial needs. Only using a smartphone and internet network, customers can carry out banking transactions anywhere and anytime. This research discusses the development of economic digitalization in the banking sector, namely Mobile Banking technology innovation at BCA Bank. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of service satisfaction using BCA Mobile Banking (BCA Mobile). The research method used by researchers is qualitative and descriptive analysis techniques, as well as a data collection system using questionnaires. The data obtained was taken from the results of distributing questionnaires in the Bina Bangsa University Management Study Program which used BCA Mobile and a sample of 110 respondents was obtained. The results of the research show that BCA Mobile is very helpful in carrying out banking activities and the existing services have a significant influence on user satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University Management Study Program

This research aims to explain that the anomalies created by globalization are driving changes that the public in general is not aware of, where the Baduy people, especially the Outer Baduy, are starting to violate the traditions they hold. Globalization has encouraged hidden capitalism which has succeeded in breaking into the realm of daily life and activities carried out by the Outer Baduy people because the area they live in has been used as a tourist attraction and this has become an opportunity for capitalists to achieve maximum profits; by building market chains (mini markets, accommodation and other public facilities), distributing their products to the Outer Baduy community for sale, and forcing the community to integrate with modern culture such as using smartphones, modern equipment and consuming food. light. Hegemony is the reason this hidden power dynamic of capitalism persists in the lives of the Outer Baduy people, by instilling consumer values and promoting certain products as symbols of status and modernity. This research uses a qualitative analysis method which is based on objective observation; and also uses secondary data obtained through library data collection techniques. This research concludes the need to fight against the hegemony of capitalism through awareness and solidarity from traditional leaders together with the Outer Baduy community in maintaining their traditions and values so that they remain sustainable in the future.

Social media (social media) has now become a part of the life of Indonesian people who are very phenomenal. Various kinds of advantages and conveniences are offered to interact with everyone both in terms of business even from various circles. Not only that, with the development of internet use and communication technology devices such as smartphones that are increasingly advanced, it has become one of the drivers of the growth of new networking sites that offer friends and information online. Social media has also become the backbone as a means of communication in this digital century. This study aims to determine students' perceptions about the extent of the use of social media in helping them learn English. English that is expected to be understood and learned is English in hospitality and also in advertising language. This research is important to find out how students perceive the effectiveness of using social media to support their learning and understanding and creativity in the field of English for Hospitality and in compiling advertising language. A total of 50 students from the English Literature study program of Udayana University will be used as data sources in conducting this research. This research will use qualitative methods with a case study design. The use of questionnaires as well as semi-structured interviews will be carried out in collecting data. In analyzing the data will use a basic statistical model of the results of questionnaires on students. Meanwhile, the results of the interview data will be analyzed with the Flow model from Miles and Huberman.

Financial management is very crucial in practice, both personal and business financial management. This is very important, especially for MSMEs, because poor financial management will have an impact on bookkeeping and make income and expenses confusing, especially if the business being run has started to increase in sales. Financial recording is an important thing but is often underestimated even though there are many benefits that entrepreneurs get by recording financial reports. There are many reasons why a business has not recorded financial reports properly, such as a lack of insight into what it is like to make or record its own financial reports and there are no resources that can handle it, as is also felt by the entrepreneur who owns the Tunas Sari semprong located in Rengasdengklok-Karawang. Starting from this, in this community service, we aim to provide basic training in simple financial recording to improve the performance of entrepreneurs' businesses. Apart from the manual, we also provide understanding in operating financial records using a digital application in the form of BukuKas which can be installed on business people's smartphones. This makes it easier for entrepreneurs to operate financial reports. With knowledge of financial reports, we can easily find out our income and expenses and can be used as evaluation material in improving business performance and developing the business we own. From the results of this training, it is hoped that entrepreneurs will be able to record simple financial reports and be able to operate the BukuKas application to make recording easier.

Opening an online account is a banking service provided by the bank to make it easier for customers who want to open an account at a bank. However, in operation, there are also those who experience problems opening online accounts. The purpose of this research is to determine the decision-making process of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Simpang Limun in resolving the opening of online accounts for problematic customers. The matters described include the factors causing online account openings, the bank's decision-making mechanism in resolving problematic online account openings. This research uses qualitative methods while the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that to overcome problems in opening online accounts for customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Simpang Limun by authorizing the customer's account through the bank supervisor. Before opening an online account, customers should pay attention to the condition, both of the smartphone used and the data that will be used registered.

The development of digital services cannot be separated from users' habits in using smartphones and the affordability of internet access. Smartphone users want services that can carry out various activities easily, including telecommunications. This opportunity was captured by telecommunications companies by creating provider applications for smartphones. In connection with this, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkomsel) launched a new provider product called by.U. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence user satisfaction with the by.U application based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model from William J. Doll & Gholamreza Torkzadeh (1988) with six variables consisting of content, accuracy, format , ease of use, timeliness, and satisfaction. This research used simple random sampling with a total of 60 respondents who were residents of the city of Surabaya who used the by.U application. The research results show that the variables of content and timeliness have a direct effect on satisfaction. Meanwhile, the variables accuracy, format and ease of use have a positive but not significant effect on satisfaction. Timeliness is the factor that has the most influence on satisfaction seen from the results of hypothesis testing which produces the largest path coefficient value, which is 0.268.
