The general objective of this research is to describe the phenomenon of code mixing in the student community at the Lamandau Dormitory. The specific objectives of this research are: (1) to describe the form of code-mixing at the word level in the conversations of the Lamandau dormitory student community. (2) to describe the form of code mixing at the phrase level in the conversation of the Lamandau dormitory student community. (3) to describe the form of code mixing at the clause level in the conversation of the Lamandau dormitory student community. (4) describe the implications of code mixing in learning short stories for class XI high school students. This research approach uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. The source of the data in this study was the daily conversations of the student community at the Lamandau hostel. Data analysis in this study was carried out by collecting data identifying data, classifying data, and describing data. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is code mixing at the word level in the conversation of the student community at the Lamandau hostel. (2) there is code mixing at the phrase level in the conversations of the student community at the Lamandau hostel. (3) there is code mixing at the clause level in the conversations of the student community at the Lamandau dormitory. (4) the results of this study are used in learning short stories in class XI SMA, especially competency 4.9.

The emergence of literary works is not solely written to provide entertainment to readers, but this is also a means of instilling cultural values ​​in the lives of readers. The presence of cultural values ​​in a literary work aims to provide positive values ​​in people's lives which will become a human guide in behaving. In addition, this cultural value will be a driving factor for a good way of thinking in society. This study aims to analyze cultural values ​​in one of Bernard Batubara's novels because the novel contains many life values, especially cultural values. This research is a type of library research. The data in this study is in the form of a novel entitled "Batu Manikam". The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study can be concluded that the novel "Batu Manikam" contains cultural values, namely the relationship between man and God, between man and himself, and between man and man, and between man and the environment. In this novel, the cultural values ​​that are more commonly found are cultural values ​​related to human relations with humans, including (1) ridiculing, (2) killing, (3) not having sympathy, (4) lying, (5) betrayal, (6) not holding grudges, (7) conveying the truth, and others. In addition, this study also found its implications for learning Indonesian in high school.

This study aims to describe (1) the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana (2) the implications for learning literature in high school.This study uses qualitative methods and types of library research. Qualitative research was used to describe the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana and to describe its implications for teaching literature in high school. The results of the study were 14 values of character education and 28 quotes of character education values in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye. The 14 values of character education are: (1) Religious (form: obedient to worship, always pray, be grateful, believe, put your trust in and pray). (2) Honest (form: not lying) (3) Discipline (form: not delaying work). (4) Hard Work (its form: always trying and never giving up), (5) Independent (its form: not depending on other people) (6) Creative (its form: always having ideas and ideas) (7) Democratic (its form: expressing opinions ) (8) Curiosity (its form: curiosity), (9) Friendly (its form: always doing work together), (10) Peace-loving (its form: not wanting to fight), (11) Caring for the environment (its form : environmental cleanliness and natural preservation), (12) Social care (its form: helping others and social service). (13) Likes to read (form: likes to read) (14) Responsibility (form: obligation that must be carried out. The most dominant character education value in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye is the value of social care character education, and curiosity From the results of the analysis of the 28 values of character education in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana, it can be implicated in teaching literature in class XI high school, according to KD 3.20 analyzing the messages from the two fiction books (novels and poetry) that have been read. , students can learn the value of character education.Students can also find the value of character education in novel.

The general research objective is to obtain an overview of the value of struggle in a film and to find out its implications for drama learning for Grade VIII students of junior high school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, in which the researcher records carefully and carefully the data in the form of words, sentences, pictures, and videos..Researchers found 40 values ​​of struggle in the film Memorization of Shalat Delisa and have described their implications for drama learning for class VIII students.  The value of the struggle that was found the most was the value of the struggle for patience consisting of 19 data and the value of the struggle for the unyielding spirit consisting of 11 data, while the least was the value of the struggle for cooperation consisting of 5 data and the value of the struggle for mutual help consisting of 5 data. The film Memorization of the Delisa Prayer provides many descriptions of the value of struggle that can be presented as examples for students at school.

This research discusses sexual violence against the main female character in the novel Mayday Mayday by Laili Muttamimah. Therefore, this study aims to describe: (1) the form of sexual violence experienced by the female protagonist in the novel Mayday Mayday, (2) the implications for learning to identify novels for grade XI high school students.This research uses a qualitative approach. The data source of this research is the novel Mayday Mayday. The object of this research is all forms of sexual violence experienced by the main female character in the novel Mayday Mayday. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The forms of sexual violence contained in the novel Mayday Mayday are physical sexual harassment, non-physical sexual harassment, rape, sexual torture, and discrimination of the victim's gender identity. The results of this study are used in short story learning for grade XI high school students, in accordance with KD 3.6 analyzing the message of the novel fiction book read by understanding the content of the message conveyed by the author aims to develop reasoning skills.

The Wedding Agreement novel by Mia Chuz is a form of written literature containing code-mixed language elements. Code mixing is presented in the form of inserting English elements into Indonesian. The purpose of this study was to describe the form of linguistic elements, the causal factors and the function of mixing the English code in the novel Wedding Agreement by Mia Chuz and the implications for learning advertising texts, slogans and posters for class VIII SMP. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using content analysis techniques. The results of the study found 120 data containing the form of linguistic elements of English code mixing in the form of inserting elements in the form of words, phrases, basters, and clauses as well as 7 causal factors and 8 functions of English code mixing in Mia Chuz's novel Wedding Agreement.

This research aims to: (1) Describe the value of the character's self-sacrificing struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (2) Describe the value of the struggle for unity of the characters in the novel Step  by J.S. Khairen. (3) Describe the value of the struggle for respect for the characters in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (4) Describe the value of the character's patient struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (5) Describe the value of never giving up struggle of the characters in the novel Step  by J.S. Khairen. (6) Describe the value of the character's cooperative struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (7) Describe the implications regarding the value of the character's struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen on literature learning in high school. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used are library techniques, listening techniques and further note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique uses text analysis techniques.The results of this research show that there are values of the characters' struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen which is in accordance with Joyomartono's theory. The author found 25 data which were divided into six, namely 9 data on the value of being willing to sacrifice, 5 data on the value of unity, 2 data on the value of respect, 2 data on the value of patience, 4 data on the value of never giving up, 3 data on the value of cooperation. Apart from that, these values can be implied by studying literature in high school. Based on the 2013 curriculum in KD 3.8 interpret the author’s view of life in the novel read. and KD 4.8 Present the results of the interprestation of the author’s views both orally and in writting. The results of this study can be used as teaching material in studying literature in high school. Teaching materials can be used as a complement to the main textbook source.

The general research objective is to obtain an overview of social problems in a film and their implications for learning in high school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, in which the researcher records carefully and accurately the data in the form of words, sentences, pictures, and videos contained in the film. The use of a descriptive qualitative approach in this study aims to describe social problems such as social problems of biological factors, economic factors, psychological factors, and cultural factors in The Flu film. Researchers found 51 social problems in the film The Flu and have described their implications for drama learning in high school. The most common social problems found are social problems of biological factors consisting of 21 data, social problems of psychological factors consisting of 20 data, social problems of economic factors consisting of 5 data and social problems of cultural factors consisting of 5 data. The Flu film provides many descriptions of social problems that can be used as knowledge for students at school. Therefore, in learning drama, this film can be used as an alternative teaching material, especially in discussions about examining storylines, act by act, and conflicts in drama texts in the form of scripts or stages and presenting plays in the form of stages or scripts.

Karya sastra dapat kita jadikan wadah untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai sosial yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan kita sehari-hari. Permasalahan yang dilukiskan dalam sebuah karya sastra meliputi masalah-masalah sosial yang terjadi dalam lingkungan pengarang sebagai masyarakat sosial. Permasalahan- permasalahan tersebut dapat kita temukan di dalam sebuah karya sastra berupa novel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai sosial dalam novel Dear Nathan: Hello Salma karya Erisca Febriani dan implikasinya dalam pembelajaran teks novel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data dari penelitian ini adalah nilai-nilai sosial yang terdapat dalam novel Dear Nathan: Hello Salma Karya Erisca Febriani. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah novel Dear Nathan: Hello Salma karya Erisca Febriani. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah obsevasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan rangkaian peristiwa dalam novel Dear Nathan: Hello Salma karya Erisca Febriani sebanyak 63 peristiwa dan  peristiwa yang dianalisis sesuai dengan penelitian ini adalah 32 nilai-nilai sosial yang ditemukan dari peristiwa yang meliputi, sembilan nilai sosial cinta kasih, sembilan nilai sosial kepedulian, lima nilai sosial tanggung jawab, dan sembilan nilai sosial tolong menolong. Penelitian ini dapat diimplikasikan sebagai bahan ajar untuk materi pembelajaran teks novel di SMA sederajat.

Kejadian 12:4-9 adalah jawaban atau respon Abraham terhadap panggilan Tuhan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghimpun data bagi penulisan ini didasarkan pada penelitian perpustakaan dan metode deskriptif. Pada teks Kejadian 12 ini pemanggilan Allah kepada Abraham secara tiba tiba. Sesuai perintah ajaran kristiani sebagai seorang hamba Tuhan tentang teguran dan nasehat apa yang salah dengan segala kesabaran dan pengajaran. Berdasarkan tulisan yang diilhamkan Allah memang bermanfaat untuk mengajar, untuk menyatakan kesalahan, untuk memperbaiki kelakuan dan untuk mendidik orang dalam kebenaran.  Paulus tidak dapat menangani hal itu terus menerus, karena ia harus melanjutkan perjalanan ke Makedonia. Maka ia meninggalkan pembantunya, Timotius, di Efesus untuk mengamankan situasi di situ. Timotius mendapat tugas untuk menasehatkan yaitu bertindak dengan tegas terhadap penyeleweng-penyeleweng di bidang pengajaran. Nasehat adalah kata kerja yang memiliki arti tindakan memanggil seseorang untuk menghibur atau untuk mendamaikan. Rasul Paulus mengajarkan kepada Timotius untuk menegor dan menasehati jemaat yang dilayaninya dengan pengajaran dan penuh kesabaran. Dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode peneletian kualitatif dengan menggunakan literatur. Berdasarkan pemaparannya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan Timotius ini sangatlah baik untuk dapat digali, mulai sejak ia dibawah  naugan kepemimpinan Paulus hingga dia diangkat menjadi pemimpin. Tentu dalam hal ini, masih banyak hal yang bisa kita temukan dalam sifat-sifat atau ciri-ciri kepemimpinan Timotius yang tersurat yang ada dalam Alkitab dalam membangun jemaat di Efesus.

This research text the novel Rasa by Tere Liye as the basic reference of the research. The problems studied in this study are related to the figurative language style found in the novel Rasa by Tere Liye. This study aims to (1) describes the style of figurative language contained in the novel Rasa by Tere Liye and (2) describe the implicit figurative language style in Tere Liye's novel Rasa towards novel learning texts in senior high schools. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method through content analysis approach. The resulting data is in the form of words in quotations. The data found in this study are in the form of phrases, clauses and sentences that contain elements of figurative language in the novel Rasa by Tere Liye. The author's most dominant style of language used is personification of 25 quotations. The results of the analysis of figurative language style are implied in learning Indonesian in the 2013 curriculum in senior high schools

Realitas kenakalan remaja tealah merambah sampai di pedesaan, maka perlu langakah strategis menggerakan remaja lokal untuk menyadari betapa bahaya dampak dari perilaku tersebut. Artikel bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang kegiatan pendampingan dan sosialisasi pemahaman bahaya kenakalan remaja melalui Forum Anak Kreatif Wonosobo (Forkos) di Desa Pakuncen Kecamatan Selomerto. Metode pendampingan sosialisasi ini melalui empat langkah, yaitu koordinasi, sosialisasi, tindak lanjut dan evaluasi. Kesimpulan bahwa, 1) kegiatan sosialisasi  bahaya kenakalan remaja sangat bermanfaat dimana pada awalnya mereka tidak memahami secara factual dampaknya. Hal ini memberi sumbangsih pemahaman pentingnya pola hidup sehat, menjauhi perilku menyimpang mengingat dampaknya sistemik bagi  kehidupannya, 2) kegiatan tindak lanjut berupa pembentukan kelompok FGD diperlukan guna pemahaman di atas meluas pada lingkungan bergaul mereka. Kesimpulan memfokuskan pembaca pada hasil penting dan bagaimana mereka mengisi kesenjangan penelitian, kebaruan penelitian dan kontribusinya serta implikasinya pada area studi yang lebih luas.

Konsep mengerjakan keselamatan itu sangatlah penting karena mengerjakan keselamatan dengan takut dan gentar itu berarti orang percaya lagi menghidupi iman, berjalan sebagai seorang pengikut Kristus, hidup sebagai seorang murid Kristus. Dan berbicara mengenai keselamatan, maka keselamatan merupakan inti berita injil. Karena keselamatan itu adalah anugerah Allah tanpa anugerah Allah maka manusia tidak akan mendapat keselamatan. Keselamatan mencakup seluruh aspek kehidupan kristiani, baik hubungan dengan Allah, maupun dalam hubungan dengan sesama manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah setiap orang percaya harus mengerjakan keselamatan selama di dunia ini supaya mendapatkan kehidupan yang kekal. Peneliti menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini ialah mengerjakan keselamatan bukan kehendak orang percaya tetapi berdasarkan anugerah dan kehendak-Nya. Kesimpulan: keselamatan kekal mutlak dianugerahkan oleh Yesus Kristus kepada orang percaya yang terus-menerus setia melakukan perintah-Nya sampai mati. Mengerjakan keselamatan sebagai bukti cinta kasih orang percaya kepada Kristus Yesus.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk tindak tutur asertif  dan mendeskripsikan fungsi tindak tutur asertif yang terdapat dalam novel Ancika: Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 karya Pidi Baiq. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode secara deskrptif berupa tindak tutur asertif pada kalimat percakapan antar tokoh di dalam novel Ancika: Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 karya Pidi Baiq. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel berjudul Ancika: Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 karya Pidi Baiq. Teknik pengumpulan data penenlitian ini melalui studi telaah dokumen dengan teknik observasi dan teknik catat. Teknik pengabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uraian rinci. Teknik penganalisisan data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu identifikasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur asertif di dalam novel Ancika: Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 karya Pidi Baiq. Pertama, bentuk tindak tutur asertif di dalam novel Ancika: Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 karya Pidi Baiq, yakni tindak tutur asertif menyatakan, menyarankan, membanggakan, mengeluh, menuntut, melaporkan. Kedua, fungsi tindak tutur asertif yang terdapat dalam novel Ancika: Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 karya Pidi Baiq, yaitu fungsi kompetitif, konvival, kolaboratif, konfliktif.
