Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2024 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

By implementing the case tracking information system at the Special Class 1A Sidoarjo District Court, institutions can meet their demands for a fast judicial process as the world of justice continues to develop. Likewise with the case tracking information system implemented at the Special Class 1A Sidoarjo District Court. This information system is a website-based information system that can be accessed locally by internal courts. The aim of the research is to determine the level of satisfaction of SIPP users using the end-user satisfaction computing model approach which has been modified by Aggelidis & Chatzoglou and what factors of end-user computing satisfaction influence user satisfaction. The method in this research was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. The results of the research were that the level of satisfaction of SIPP users was 6% very satisfied, 81% felt satisfied, 12% felt neutral, 1% felt dissatisfied, 0% felt very dissatisfied. The results of the analysis obtained an R-square value of 79.1%, which states that information quality, system quality and support in sourcing have a positive and significant effect on overall satisfaction. Then system quality has a positive and significant effect on information quality. Then support in sourcing has a positive and significant effect on system quality

Indonesia is a country consisting of many islands and isolated areas that have not been reached. These isolated areas have not been supported by health facilities. Therefore, the prevention of disease in the area is difficult to be solved. These problems can lead to the spread of the disease becomes wider and it can increase the number of deaths and physical disabilities. The presence of a web-based geographic information systems is able to help in overcoming the spread of the disease in a particular area. The geographic information systems can be applied to mark an area in determining the points of the transmission. Using the current health facilities, the data can be performed on the information systems and to find the areas that do not have proper health facilities. Geographic information system is produce the spread of diseases that determine how the diseases spread and help the areas that do not have health facilities to receive medical countermeasures from the parties concerned. It can give welfare to people who need help to have a proper health.

Technological developments also affect Accounting Information Systems (AIS), changing the way data is processed, internal controls are implemented, and financial information is prepared. Despite initial concerns, the advancement of IT ultimately opens up new opportunities, such as computer-based information system audits, computer-based information system consulting, and web trust audits. World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

There are jobs in the warehouse that are still not optimal, one of which is managing administration and other activities related to warehouse mechanics and inventory. In the warehouse management section, employees record incoming goods, outgoing goods, and stock of goods by recording them in the inventory book, resulting in a buildup of inventory which often causes discrepancies between the release of goods and transaction funds. The research method used to solve problems is by using interviews and observation methods and for system development using the object oriented method. The results of this research produce a warehouse inventory information system that is capable of carrying out web-based warehouse recording transactions, so it is hoped that it can help with problems in PT Laz Coal's warehouse inventory.

Palembang City Research and Development Bappeda has several main tasks and is carried out by several different fields, one of which is the field of Regional Development Planning, Control & Evaluation which focuses on preparing regional development planning and budgeting, controlling through monitoring regional programs and activities, as well as carrying out evaluations. and reporting on regional development programs and activities. To carry out several main tasks in the PPEPD field, there are several work tools in the form of systems with running business processes, one of which is the Monitoring and Evaluation Information System (SI MonEv) which is used quarterly. Based on the analysis carried out at the Palembang City Research and Development Bappeda, especially in the field of PPEPD with a system that is already running to assist in carrying out tasks, there are several problems found in the process and its use, namely the inaccurate layout of the features and assets in the system interface, which causes a feeling of discomfort. in its use, and there are no features to support ease of use. Therefore, several system design efforts are needed that are able to provide solutions to problems, convenience, and refresh the existing system. This development takes the form of evaluating and designing the user interface on the system to provide refreshment to the interface and adding features to support ease of operation such as graphical data visualization to simplify the monitoring process, a search feature to simplify the process of searching for reports, notifications to provide notification of each entry of the latest report in order to avoiding missing information, and providing a deadline feature to minimize delays in the reporting process.

Every village is required to provide the best possible service to the community in the areas of writing letters, population data collection, and other needs related to village office services. The process still requires residents to come and follow the procedures to get the letter. In this case, the letter cannot be processed in one day because often the village head who is authorized to sign the letter is not there because he is on assignment out of the area. So wait for the next day or wait for a confirmation Wats app from the Kadilangon village administration department to come and pick up the letter that has been processed. This process requires more time to carry out and obtain services and documentation of letters submitted by Kadilangon village residents. The process of serving letters submitted online is to make it easier for residents in terms of the application process and for employees themselves to make the documentation and report letter process easier. The author created a community service information system in Kadilangon village. In this system, residents can apply for letter permits online. It is hoped that this will make the letter application process faster and easier because the system can be accessed from anywhere. With this community service system, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of the service process to the people of Kadilangon village.

MTs Darul Ikhlash is one of the educational institutions in South Sangatta which is equipped with various school facilities and infrastructure. Some of the data management processes for facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash still run manually and some are in the form of files, but there is no system that accommodates the facilities and infrastructure processes as a whole. So it is difficult for the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure to find out and search for data held by the school, as well as control the inventory of facilities and infrastructure, especially those in condition that can be replaced for further improvement. The aim of this research is to design and build a website-based information system for facilities and infrastructure that is used to simplify the process of collecting data on facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash so that management becomes more effective and efficient. This information system planning was created using the waterfall method. This research has produced a web-based Facilities and Infrastructure Information System for Data Collection and Loans at MTs Darul Ikhlash, which will make it easier for the school to recapitulate facility and infrastructure inventory data more quickly and accurately.

An Accounting Information System (AIS) for inventory of consumable goods is important in inventory management, transaction recording and financial reporting. A consumables inventory AIS helps in monitoring stock, calculating inventory costs, and ensuring proper accountability within the company. The problems that occur in the inventory recording system for consumable goods, namely that the recording that is still being carried out is not in accordance with applicable accounting so that the physical entry and exit of goods cannot be known periodically and there is no SIA for the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research aims to create a Web-based SIA for inventory of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research method uses the case study method. The results of the research found that web-based AIS for managing supplies of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit runs more effectively and efficiently. The process of recording cash receipts and disbursements is an important part of financial management of an entity, be it a business, organization or individual. The aim of this research is to create an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at UD. Berkat Berkawan by creating a web-based cash receipt and disbursement application program. This research method uses a study method with an approach used to understand and analyze how an accounting information system operates in a business or organizational context. The results of this research can be used to facilitate UD. The internet has been a highly influential phenomenon in recent times, impacting technological advancements and various fields of knowledge. Internet development also directly affects the growth of websites. Initially, websites were not very popular due to limited services. However, they are now widely used and offer various services, such as news portals, email providers, and social media platforms. The use of computerized systems becomes more convenient when integrated with information systems based on websites, offering a user-friendly interface for data input and accuracy. In the current internet era, websites are essential for both government and private institutions, providing information to the public without constraints of distance and time. The Sukalaba Village Government Office, located in the Gunungsari subdistrict, is a government institution that serves the community. However, it faces challenges in its services, primarily related to the lack of easy access for the public to obtain information. This research aims to systematically and structurally develop the Sukalaba Village Government Service website. The process involves needs analysis, planning, content development, website design, implementation and testing, training, and launching. Through this approach, it is expected that the website will enhance service quality and increase transparency of information for the community. The website is expected to be an effective platform for the public to access essential information about their village and participate in its development. The creation of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has successfully improved service quality and information availability for the community. The interactive and responsive design ensures easy access to information through various devices. With the website's launch, the community now enjoys fast and convenient access to relevant village-related information, encouraging greater transparency and community participation in the development process. In conclusion, the development of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has significantly improved service quality and information transparency for the community, benefiting both the village government and its residents.

Usaha Maju is a private company engaged in trading. This company has been around for a long time in Gempolsewu Dk Tegal Kapang District, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, which is adjacent to TPI Tawang. Usaha Maju does not yet have an information system to assist companies in recording financial statements and merchandise inventory. In managing the old report data, it is still done manually, namely using a notebook in recording the data. data processing is carried out twice, namely when purchasing goods and at the time of sale, resulting in less effectiveness in bookkeeping and financial reporting in the company. Recording of inventory financial reports is still often the difference between the financial statements of purchases and sales. With the problems and background above, the authors finish by implementing the "Inventory Information System Using the Web-Based Fifo Method at PT. Forward Enterprises” in order to facilitate the company in recording the Financial Statements of inventory and also improve companies in the field of Technology. This application uses sublime text 3 software as a text editor and MySQL database.

Web-based information systems are in high demand in various circles of society, including in the world of non-computer education, where the written examination system commonly used in education often has many obstacles. Factors must also be considered when evaluating written tests, as many participants may avoid writing notes on cards and waste paper and ink to ask and repeat questions, including negative factors in written tests, so this study aims to do so. a database-based online exam system that educational institutions can use to convert existing written exams into an online exam system. Therefore, with the rapid development of information technology, it is necessary to design and build an online examination system based on Data Warehouse to replace the manual written examination system and facilitate the work of the teacher in SMP Negeri 5 Medan. Primary schools enter question data into the system and can minimize the operational costs of passing exams, and the system can also store data more securely in its data warehouse, i.e. teacher information, basic information, student information. subject information, value information and question information. The method is Data Warehouse, software procedures and Waterfall model. The survey respondents were 150 students from SMP Negeri 5 Medan, a total of 150 students. This online exam system was created using PHP programming language, MySQL database and XAMPP web server

Digitizing Islamic boarding schools in Era Society 5.0 is an opportunity as well as a challenge for all Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, apart from branding for their Islamic boarding schools, digitizing Islamic boarding schools also aims to inform the public that education is important. One of them is education at Islamic boarding schools as one of the printers of superior generations, especially in the fields of religion, self-reliance, manners, and social life. This study aims to describe the importance of digitizing education at the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic Boarding School in the Era of Society 5.0. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach using descriptive analytic methods and included in field research. In Era Society 5.0, digital-based Islamic boarding school education is urgently needed, especially at the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic Boarding School, which is still in the process of digital literacy. As for some of the efforts that have been made by the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic Boarding School in digitizing, among others, by not conducting digital literacy training for students through graphic design courses so that students have IT competencies needed by the world of work and society, providing a computer laboratory with internet access for finding sources and references. religious and general knowledge that is difficult to access directly, and the use of websites and social media as a means of branding, dissemination of pesantren information dissemination, as well as pesantren administrative needs. Meanwhile, the challenges faced by the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic boarding school are more in the unavailability of a special team of operators who are technically in charge both in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating related to the pesantren's website and social media. In addition, the maintenance of digital systems and devices that are used for digitalization is not yet optimal.

The general reality that occurred in the budget realization and performance reporting system in Central Lombok Regency before E-Monev was put into practice was that the process was very slow, complicated, and very convoluted, not infrequently even very tiring. Reports that should be done in one day may take one week, two weeks or even one month. To expedite the reporting or monitoring process, Bureaucratic Reform (RB) efforts were made by developing online-based systems and applications called E-Monev. E-Monev is an instrument for monitoring, evaluating and controlling budget realization and performance which is used to collect data and information on monitoring results. This web-based application makes it very easy for employees to record budget realization and performance while in the office, such as filling in and changing work plans, filling out sub-activities, and there are other forms provided for reporting according to their respective duties and roles. What is expected from this web-based application is that employees can use the application as well as possible and can facilitate work and help company performance, especially in the field of Human Resources, to be faster, better and more practical.
