Forced marriage of child victims of rape is a phenomenon that places children in a position of double victimization, both as victims of sexual crimes and as subjects who lose their human rights to determine their future freely and with dignity. This research aims to examine forced marriage in the framework of sexual violence against children from the perspective of criminal law and human rights. In its approach, this research uses a normative juridical method with a statutory approach, conceptual approach, comparative approach, and case approach. The results show that forced marriage not only violates children's rights to protection from sexual violence as stipulated in Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence, but also violates the principles of non-discrimination, the best interests of the child, and the right to physical and psychological integrity as guaranteed in the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) and other international human rights instruments. This research emphasizes the importance of legal recognition of forced marriage as a form of sexual violence and the need for a comprehensive policy in the handling and recovery of child victims.

The phenomenon of the Facebook group "Fantasi Sedarah" which was revealed in May 2025 has shaken Indonesian society and sparked deep concern, this case involving thousands of members revealed a network of sexual predators and pedophiles who use digital space as a place to share explicit content about incest and sexual violence against children. This study aims to analyze the responsiveness of public service officials in handling the case. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study method to analyze the complexity of the problem. The results of the study show that the response of various public service agencies such as the Police, Komdigi, KPAI, and the Ministry of PPPA demonstrate the state's commitment to implementing the welfare state principle in the context of digital security. However, handling is still hampered by various structural and operational obstacles. Limited human resources who have expertise in the field of cybercrime, technical capacity that is not yet optimal in dealing with rapid technological developments, and the complexity of digital regulations that still require harmonization between regulations are the main challenges in law enforcement. The research findings emphasize the urgency of strengthening structural coordination between institutions through the establishment of more solid cooperation protocols, increasing community digital literacy, and developing innovative surveillance technology that can proactively identify and counter dangerous content. Strategic recommendations include implementing periodic evaluations of the digital legal system to ensure responsiveness to technological developments, empowerment, and strengthening institutional capacity in dealing with cybercrime.

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) abroad often face various social, legal, and cultural challenges that can increase their vulnerability in everyday life. One effort to minimize these vulnerabilities is through the establishment of regional community organizations as a platform for solidarity, advocacy, and cultural identity preservation. This community service activity aims to assist in the formation of the Ikatan Warga Ponorogo di Hong Kong (IWPH) — an association of PMI from Ponorogo working in Hong Kong. The methods employed include community needs assessment, facilitation of organizational meetings, formulation of organizational statutes and bylaws, and basic community-based advocacy training. The results of this activity showed high enthusiasm among PMI from Ponorogo to participate in this community as a forum for sharing information, social protection, and preserving regional cultural traditions abroad. Moreover, IWPH has begun to actively voice issues faced by PMI, such as overcharging, gender-based violence, and unclear employment contracts. The establishment of IWPH is expected to serve as a model for strengthening social networks and advocacy based on regional community groups, enhancing the bargaining power of Indonesian migrant workers abroad. This activity also reflects the contribution of higher education institutions in supporting the protection and empowerment of Indonesian migrant workers in various destination countries.

This research examines the criminal liability of debt collectors involved in forcibly seizing motorized vehicles from consumers. Such actions, often conducted by third parties representing finance companies, frequently occur without proper legal procedures and involve violence, coercion, or violations of consumer rights. The study responds to ongoing incidents where debt collectors act with force, while legal enforcement remains insufficient. Utilizing an empirical normative legal approach, the study combines a review of relevant laws—such as the Criminal Code (KUHP), Consumer Protection Law, and Financial Services Authority regulations with field research, including interviews with victims and observations in Kayubulan Village, Limboto Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency. The findings reveal that debt collectors who repossess vehicles without official documentation, prior notification, or through intimidation may be committing criminal acts under Article 368 of the KUHP (extortion) and Article 335 (unpleasant acts). These actions clearly conflict with legal norms and consumer protection principles. The study recommends that finance institutions strengthen oversight of third-party collectors and ensure all collection activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Additionally, raising public legal awareness is essential, particularly regarding consumer rights and available legal remedies against coercion or unlawful conduct during debt collection. This dual strategy enhancing institutional accountability and empowering consumers aims to bridge the gap between law and practice, ensuring justice and legal protection in financial transactions.

The phenomenon of victim blaming remains a serious issue in various cases of violence, including family conflicts. Children who experience physical, psychological, or neglect-related abuse often face not only violence but also social stigma that blames them for their circumstances. From a victimology perspective, victim blaming against children in family conflicts occurs due to factors such as patriarchal culture, power imbalances within the family, and a lack of legal awareness regarding children's rights. This study employs a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach to examine the phenomenon of victim blaming against children in family conflicts based on victimology theory. The findings reveal that victim blaming in family conflicts manifests in various forms, including justification of violence against children, minimization of the harm caused, and denial of the perpetrator's role. The psychological and social impacts of this phenomenon are extensive, leading to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and difficulties in forming healthy social relationships. To address this issue, active involvement from families, educational institutions, and child protection organizations is crucial in providing education and advocacy for children's rights. Additionally, victimology perspectives can be utilized to develop policies that support victims, prevent the recurrence of family violence, and minimize the practice of victim blaming against children.

Kupang City is the capital of East Nusa Tenggara province which is inseparable from the case of rape of a father against a biological child. There are several cases including a minor being a victim of sexual violence. Tragically, a student of a junior high school in Kupang became a victim of rape committed by her biological father. The case of adultery committed by the father to his biological child was handled by the PPA Unit of the Kupang City Police Satreskrim in 2019. The results of this study show that (1) the causative factor for children as victims of rape by biological fathers in Kupang City is the influence of lack of religious understanding in the family environment that causes the perpetrator to commit crimes. The actions carried out by the perpetrator were carried out repeatedly without thinking about the mental and physical influence of the victim. For this reason, it is hoped that religious understanding can be applied in the family environment so that it becomes a moral benchmark for one's life as well as the cases researched by the author. (2)) The impact on children as victims of rape by biological fathers in Kupang City is the physical and social impact experienced by the victim after the incident that befell the victim. (3) Legal Protection Efforts for Children as Victims of Rape by Biological Fathers in Kupang City In particular, Indonesia has its own law regarding the protection of children, namely Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Child Protection. In Articles 81 and 82 of the Law on Child Protection, it is stipulated that the perpetrator of sexual abuse of children is sentenced to a maximum of 15 years in prison.

One of the most important preventive efforts to protect children from sexual violence is sex education. The implementation of sex education is sometimes delayed or ignored because many people still misunderstand it as a method of education about sexual behavior. The purpose of this study is to highlight the importance of providing sex education to children so that they can protect themselves from potential sexual exploitation. The approach used is a literature review of several books, scientific journals, and related policy documents. Based on the results of the study, children who do not receive sex education are more likely to experience violence, engage in inappropriate sexual behavior, and be exposed to misinformation from the media or their environment. It has been proven that appropriate sex education that is in accordance with the child's developmental stage helps children become more self-aware, understand their own body's limitations, and gain the ability to say "no" and ask for help. The conclusion of this study highlights that sex education is a form of early childhood education that involves the responsibility of parents, teachers, society, and government and does not explicitly teach sexual activity. The implications of this study indicate that integrated sex education from an early age can be a national strategy in preventing sexual violence against children.

The cases of child sexual exploitation continue to rise in Indonesia. However, the legal system has yet to provide legal certainty for children as victims. This study aims to examine the positive legal framework regarding the protection of child victims of sexual exploitation, assess its implementation in providing legal certainty, and offer an ideal concept of legal protection for the future. The method used is normative juridical with statutory, case, and conceptual approaches. The results show that although legal instruments such as the Child Protection Law, the Sexual Violence Crime Law, and regulations related to restitution are in place, their implementation remains ineffective. Restitution rights are often not pursued due to victims’ lack of awareness and weaknesses in the legal system. This study recommends that restitution be granted automatically and that the role of law enforcement be strengthened to ensure the protection of children's rights.

This article explores theological perspectives on the resurrection of Christ that still feature wounds as a meaningful way to understand and heal trauma. The wounds of Christ that remain after his resurrection are a sign of hope, healing, and reconciliation. In a digital age filled with violence and trauma, the meaning of the resurrection of the body conveys the message that wounds are not the end of everything, but rather part of a holistic healing process both physically, mentally, and spiritually. The incarnation and solidarity of God through the suffering of Christ show that God is present in human grief. The community of faith and pastoral care also have a crucial role in addressing those who have experienced trauma. With a holistic approach that combines body, soul, and spirit, the resurrected body of Christ becomes an example of healing and a source of strength for wounded individuals.

Sexual education for children, especially girls, is an important aspect in efforts to protect themselves from social risks such as harassment, violence, and exploitation. This article aims to examine the urgency of integrating sexual education into the basic education system as a strategic preventive measure. The method used is library research by reviewing various scientific literature, reference books, and education policy documents. The results of the study show that many parents still have a wrong understanding of sexual education, so discussions about the body, privacy, and social boundaries are often avoided. In fact, sexual education that is delivered appropriately according to the stages of child development can increase self-awareness, build self-confidence, and strengthen children's communication skills in dealing with risky social situations. Schools have a strategic role as a safe and conducive educational environment in introducing the concept of sexuality in a healthy and responsible manner. Therefore, sexual education should be an integral part of the national curriculum in order to support optimal child growth and development and protect them from various forms of violence.

Through a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, this study analyzes how digital media such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok act as a means of transmitting traditional cultural values. The results show that technology facilitates the dissemination of Siri' na Pacce values in a broader and more engaging way for generation Z, while transforming cultural understanding from what was previously perceived as a culture of violence to civilized values. This research concludes that there is a need for synergy between digital technology, family and educational institutions to ensure that Generation Z does not only know the value of Siri' na Pacce superficially, but is able to internalize and implement it in daily life according to the context of the times.
