Employee performance must be improved continuously. To improve employee performance, an accounting information system is needed that can assist employees in completing each job and produce financial information that is used in the company's important decision-making process. This research was conducted to determine the effect of accounting information systems on employee performance at PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk. The sample consisted of 40 employees who used an accounting information system. The analytical tools used are validity test, reliability test, Spearman rank correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The research results show that the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of internship experience on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. (2) The influence of soft skills on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. Based on the results of initial observations on 40 Management students in the class of 2018 and 2019. Of those who have carried out internships, only 42% have work readiness and 58% do not have work readiness. This can be concluded that students who do not have work readiness are influenced by the lack of work readiness that half of their work experience has. So researchers conducted this research using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is Management Students Class of 2018 & 2019, Nineteen November University, Kolaka, totaling 281 students. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 165 students. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Internship Experience variable on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.001. Meanwhile, the Soft Skill variable has a positive and significant effect on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.002.

Amanah Sentosa Tegal is a small company engaged in the distribution sector which provides snack food products. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of price, product quality and product diversity on purchasing decisions for CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The research population is infinite with a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 500 shops is taken. Data analysis techniques in this research use instrumental tests including validity and reliability, classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination test. data processing using the software program SPSS (statistical package for the social scienceb) 0.25 for windows. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 0.2646 > ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.040 <0.05. Partially, product quality variables influence purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.086 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.035 > 0.05. And product diversity variables affect purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.975 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.004 > 0.05. and the price variable is the most dominant variable y. This is evidenced by the Fcount value of 39.450 > Ftable of 2.49.

After the covid pandemic conditions, new habits and trends in society are slowly starting to change, one of which is the shift from offline to online shopping. Since the pandemic took place, people's offline purchasing power has decreased. Shops or shopping centers are empty of visitors and most prefer to shop online or online. In Indonesia, there are several marketplaces operating such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada and Bblibli. Shopee Indonesia is the Marketplace with the most visitors in the 4th quarter of 2022. With an average of 191.60 million visitors. So, currently Shopee is the most popular and visited Marketplace. As a company, Shopee uses various marketing channels to increase consumer buying interest. In this study, researchers analyzed the influence of advertising in the Shopee application, sales promotions, brand ambassadors, and service quality on consumer buying interest in the Shopee application. This quantitative study took data from 384 Shopee users who were analyzed using measurement model evaluation analysis which included validity and reliability tests, and structural model testing which included the Goodness of Fit Model and hypothesis testing. In the first stage of analysis, all variables are declared valid and reliable. Then in the second analysis stage, it shows that product advertisements in applications, sales promotions, brand ambassadors and service quality carried out by Shopee have an effect on consumer buying interest to shop on the Shopee application.

Employee performance measures the success of an organization in achieving its mission and completing a task. The work culture must be designed in such a way that it achieves the goals of the organization and at the same time realizes the individual goals of employees. Competence can affect the improvement of the performance of an employee when the employee has good competence in a professional attitude such as having a cooperative relationship with a colleague in completing a job. The research method used in this research is statistical quantitative. The population in this study is the entire employee of NISD & Partners with a total population of 36 employees. The data collection technique used is a survey method by spreading the questionnaire. The research uses data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, double linear regression test and hypothesis test. Data analysis uses the IMB program SPSS Statistic Ver. 25. The results of this study show that work culture variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

The objectives of this research are to determine the following: (1) Tangible influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (2) Reliability influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (3) Responsiveness influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (4) Assurance influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, and (5) Empathy influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction. The sample in this research has 122 respondens, which used the sampling technique known as incidental sampling. Instrumen in this research used validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. Research data analysis techniques used the Structural Equation Method Modeling (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the research, it could be conculed that while Tangible variables had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, as shown by their T-Statistic value of  3.667 and P-Values of 0.000, the Reliability variable’s impact on customer satisfaction has both positive and significant.This is shown by their T-Statistic value of 0,079 and P-Value of 0,469. With a T-Statistic value of 2.695 and P-Value of 0.004, the variable Responsiveness had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, whereas the variable assurance had a negative and negligible impact. The Empathy variable had a positive and substantial impact on Customer Satisfaction , as shown by a T-Statistic value of 1.647 and P-Values of 0.050. Customer are indicated by a T-Statistic value of 0.867 and P-Values of 0,185.

This research was conducted on Tehbotol Sosro consumers in the city of Cimahi. The purpose of this study is to determine how much the influence of brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The research methods to be used in this study are discriptive and associative methods. In this study, the unit of analysis is individuals, namely consumers of Tehbotol Sosro in the city of Cimahi. The sample in this study was 97 respondents. Sampling with certain considerations or criteria is a sampling technique used in this study. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Based on the results of the study shows that there is an influence both partially and simultaneously on exogenous variables (brand image and brand awareness) on endogenous variables (purchase decisions).

This study aims to determine how much the influence of gamification and perceived enjoyment contributes to repurchase intention both partially and simultaneously on the Shopee mobile application. The research methods used in this study are descriptive methods and associative methods. In this study, the unit of analysis is individuals, namely users of the Shopee games feature in Bandung City who use the Shopee mobile application. The sample in this study was 97 respondents. Sampling with certain considerations or criteria is a sampling technique used in this study. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. The results of the study show that gamification has a partial effect on repurchase intention. Perceived enjoyment has a partial effect on repurchase intention. Gamification and perceived enjoyment simultaneously affect the repurchase intention on the Shopee mobile application.

RSU Haji Medan is one of the hospitals in North Sumatra Province that is still experiencing problems with service quality. Health services for patients at RSU Haji Medan are still facing problems with limited consultation time with doctors, unsatisfactory drug services, inappropriate doctor visit schedules, uncomfortable wards, and nurses who are not friendly to patients. This research is a survey with a quantitative descriptive approach that aims to explain the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at RSU Haji Medan. The population in this study were JKN inpatients at RSU Haji Medan, with a sample size of 50 people. Data were obtained through interviews using a questionnaire and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that the quality of service as measured through the aspects of physical evidence, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy affects the satisfaction of inpatients at RSU Haji Medan. It is suggested to RSU Haji Medan to improve the quality of service to patients by paying attention to the dimensions of service quality so as to increase patient satisfaction, The reliability dimension needs special attention because it is the most dominant aspect that influences patient satisfaction.

One of the problems faced by cafes is how to keep consumers satisfied and increase their level of loyalty. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction, the type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study was 480 cam cafe consumers. The sampling technique used the Solvin formula with a margin of error of 5% and obtained 218 respondents. The types of data used are secondary data and primary data. The data can be carried out using validity and reliability tests, followed by classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of this research state that the product quality and price variables have a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction. This can be seen from the results of the t test on the product quality variable, namely t count 4,470 > 1,971 t table with a significance value of 0.00 < 0, 05 and the price variable also has a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction, namely getting a calculated t value of 7,263 > 1,971 t table value with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The f test obtained a calculated f value of 44,553 and an f table value of 3.04 so that 44,553 > 3.04 concluded that product quality and price jointly influence consumer satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction is 55%

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health and the Work Environment on Employees at PT X. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach in measuring the effect of occupational safety and health and the work environment on employee performance at PT X  Jakarta. The sample technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique with a total of 35 employees. Data collection methods using observation, questionnaires and case studies. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that the t value of occupational safety and health has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of (-1.433<1.694) and sig value. 0.161>0.05 and the work environment has a positive effect and has a positive impact on employee performance (4.557<1.694) and sig value. 0.000<0.05. Simultaneously, the value of F (22.487>3.28) and sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient of determination of 0.584, it can be concluded that occupational safety and health (X1) and the work environment (X2) together have an influence of 58.4% on employee performance (Y)

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of service quality and the role of chaperones on satisfaction with the delivery of PKH assistance in Sidamulya village. For research sampling, researchers used the Slovin technique, so the sample used was 76 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using Product Moment correlation and reliability testing using Cronbach's Alpha. The classic assumption test consists of the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test consists of a partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and multiple linear regression tests.The service quality variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on community satisfaction (Y). This is indicated by the significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the t-count value of  2,224 > the t-table value of 1,665. The Chaperone's Role variable has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of beneficiaries of PKH assistance. the results of the analysis are proven by a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 and a t-count value of 5,077 > a t-table value of 1,665. Variables Influence of Public Service Quality and Companion Role have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of beneficiaries of PKH assistance. 15.810 while the F table value is 3.97, it can be seen that the calculated F value > F table, with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

This research aims to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for Scarlett Whitening Products among Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The sample used was 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques consist of validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear analysis tests, hypothesis tests, determinant coefficient tests. The results of this research show that the Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The variable that most dominantly influences purchasing decisions is the Celebrity Endorser variable and the one that has the least influence is the Brand Image variable. The dependent variable for purchasing decisions can be explained by the Celebrity Endorser variable and the remaining Brand Image is explained by other variables that were not examined in this research.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Work Discipline of Production Division Employees at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch. The population in this study were production division employees at PT. Range of Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya Branch, totaling 50 people, quantitative method with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, the test results show that simultaneously leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially, leadership style has a partially significant effect on work discipline, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee work discipline at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch.

This study aims to find out: (1) The Effect of Perceived Brand Value on Brand Loyalty in Suzuki Brand Motorcycle Users in Kolaka Regency. (2) The influence of Consumer Involvement on increasing Brand loyalty for Suzuki Brand Motorcycle Users in Kolaka Regency. This study adopts a quantitative methodology; to collect data, it makes use of observation, literature review, and questionnaire distribution. All riders of Suzuki Brand Motorcycles in Kolaka Regency make up the study's population. whereas 120 persons made up the study's sample. Testing With SPSS 25.0, this research tool does validity and reliability tests. This study employed data analysis methods, specifically, the evaluation of the measurement model (outer model) and the examination of the structural model (inner model) using Smart PLS 4.0. A t-statistic value of 6,545 with a P-Value of 0.000 and a t-statistic value of 2,375 with a P-Value of 0.019, respectively, show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable perceived brand value and brand loyalty, and between the variable consumer involvement and brand loyalty.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline and professional competence on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. The population in this study were teachers with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test it is processed to produce the regression equation as follows Y = 10.114 + 0.272X1 + 0.457X2 + e. The test results show that work discipline and professional competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. Partially Work Discipline and Professional Competence have a significant effect on Teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya with 70 employees. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The work environment partially has a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. Partial compensation has no significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT Reksagriya Antam, South Jakarta.  The method used by the author in this study is statistical quantitative method. Data collection used in this study included the distribution of questionnaires, observations and literature studies. Data processing techniques use validity test analysis, reliability test, data feasibility test (classical assumption), multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test using t and f tests.  Based on the results of simultaneous test F test of (20.336) > Ftable (3.27) proved that leadership and motivation variables together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with multiple regression equations Y = 13,660 + 0.215X1 + 0.481X2 and the value of the coefficient of determination At 0.537, it can be concluded that leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) together have an influence contribution of 53.7% on employee performance (Y).

Employee performance is crucial to the success of an organization. To improve and optimize performance, factors such as work motivation and work environment play a crucial role. The study used a total sampling technique or a saturated sample, with a total sample of 38 people from a total population of 60 people. These data were analyzed by the authors using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) application program, Version 22. Based on the results of the research, it is partially and simultaneously known that motivation and working environment have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Branch Margonda Depok.
