This research aims to investigate the accounting information system employed by the company in the procurement of raw materials. Additionally, the study evaluates the implementation of internal controls by PT Tri Sukses Prima in its raw material procurement system located in Manguharjo District, Kota Madiun. The research employs a comparative descriptive analysis method with a quali-tative approach, and data is collected through field studies using an Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ) as an analytical tool. The findings reveal that the internal control system for raw material procurement is largely in line with the internal control elements outlined by Mulyadi (2018). While PT Tri Sukses Prima effectively applies many of these control elements, there are still some areas needing improvement, such as overlapping job functions in the warehouse. Furthermore, based on the ICQ assessment, the internal control system for raw material procurement at PT Tri Sukses Prima is highly effective, with a score of 77.3%.  Interpretation of these results shows that PT Tri Sukses Prima's commitment to strengthening its internal control has produced positive results. The effectiveness of implementing the Champion method not only increases operational efficiency but also ensures integrity and ac-countability in every raw material purchasing transaction.  

One of the training programs that can increase economic income is making Aromatherapy candles, namely by utilizing used cooking oil waste, taking into account that the available resources are easy to obtain and also ingredients that can be used every day. The aim of this community service is to empower young housewives, young men and women and students around residential areas to produce Aromatherapy candle products from used cooking oil and increase community knowledge about how to make Aromatherapy candles using environmentally friendly raw materials. The method of implementing this training is a direct demonstration of aromatherapy candle making techniques using prepared materials and how to make them. The results of the training show the potential for significant social change, both in material (candle production) and non-material (change in mindset) aspects. Changes in participants' mindsets about waste and entrepreneurship reflect a transformative learning process.

Increasing the results of high quality products is one of the main objectives of production process activities carried out in a manufacturing company.  This research aims to determine the production process at PT Adi Satria Abadi. This research uses library research, also known as a literature review, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive techniques. This technique aims to analyze a problem that occurs in a study, namely PT. Adi Satria Abadi. The results of this research explain that the quality of raw materials and product quality is very important in the production process.

This research discusses the implementation of supply chain management at PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada, Mojokerto, East Java branch. This research uses a literature study analysis method or literature review with secondary data sources. This research explains the main role in supply chain management implemented by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada starts from suppliers, production processes, retail, distributors, to consumers. PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada collaborates with several local and foreign suppliers to obtain main raw materials such as skim milk powder from Australia and New Zealand, sucrose and dextrose from Cirebon, packaging materials, namely polystyrene plastic ore, from China. The production process is carried out using sophisticated high-tech machines and is carried out by competent human resources (HR) to create standardized products, distribution is carried out by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada, namely by using land and sea routes with two distribution systems, namely direct sale distribution which is carried out using backup cars to be distributed to traditional shops such as food stalls to modern shops such as supermarkets, and yakult lady, namely distribution carried out by women who has been equipped with knowledge about Yakult products to disseminate information to consumers using motorbikes or bicycles. With this distribution system, it has proven to be quite good, as proven by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada has regular consumers spread throughout almost all of Indonesia.  

In running a business there are definitely risks. Risks that arise from the internal and external environment of the business can result in the business experiencing losses. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques originating from observations and interviews with the owner of the Manju Steamed Bread business, Tuasan Branch. This research will use Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), where ERM implementation is usually implemented by identifying risks, assessing and controlling risks. Businesses that use Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) can get risks ranging from low (low), medium (medium), high (high). This research aims to identify risks that may occur in the Manju Steamed Bread business, Tuasan Branch, then create a risk matrix to determine the worst risks that must be prioritized in control. The research results show that there are operational risks, namely employees not following steaming machine operating procedures, lack of maintenance of the machine and bread steaming equipment by employees and delays in the arrival of raw materials. This risk will affect the quality of taste, service, and can result in losses due to shop closures due to delays in the arrival of raw materials, so risk management is needed which aims to reduce operational risks that may occur.  

In the current era of technological development, the application of conventional biotechnology can be seen in making tempeh, the manufacturing process of which uses fermented soybeans as raw materials with the help of microorganisms in the form of yeast. This tempe making training activity was held on April 20 2024 at Johar Market with a total of 29 participants. The method used in this training is to use the method of explaining the material and practicing directly. Based on the results of the training activities, there was an increase in participants' knowledge and abilities, this increase could be seen when the results of the questionnaire were distributed before and after the training was carried out. All participants know that tempeh is one of the foods most liked by the majority of Indonesian people. The speaker provided knowledge and experience regarding tempeh processing, when the participants already understood about tempeh processing, after that they carried out direct practice, up to the washing stage and entered the manufacturing stage. In this training, participants understand that tempeh has a fairly high source of vegetable protein and this training provides benefits and increases interest in opening up tempeh business opportunities.

UMKM sector during the Covid-19 pandemic has had various problems. Such as, decreased sales, capital, hampered distribution, difficulties with raw materials. UMKM players have also changed their marketing orientation due to the pandemic, many UMKM players have switched to online trading to increase sales but this is not supported by the ability of UMKM players who tend to be low in using technology. This service aims to provide understanding and skills for UMKM in KHADIJAH SOUVENIR Samarinda regarding the use of social media as an effective and efficient means of product sales/promotion as a means of selling products. This activity uses a contextual approach method, namely providing theoretical material first and directly uploading products produced by KHADIJAH SOUVENIR UMKM actors. The result of this activity is the partners' understanding of marketing via social media; able to create promotions via social media independently.

Tounwawan Village is a village in Moa District, Southwest Maluku Regency which has a very large land carrying capacity. This area is one of the areas that has a large population of buffalo livestock and is very suitable for developing buffalo livestock which can provide good profits for breeders if maintenance and feed management are good. However, the potential in this area has not been explored optimally due to the low knowledge of breeders regarding feed technology innovation in livestock development. This socialization aims to 1. increase the knowledge and skills of breeders on how to raise livestock well and profitably, 2. Utilize forage and local raw materials as complete feed for buffalo 3. Increase the knowledge and skills of breeders in making commolyte feed, and 4. Increase knowledge and farmer skills in ration formulation. Activity methods include socialization, demonstrations and training in feed making. The target of the socialization was breeders in Tounwawan village, Moa subdistrict, Southwest Maluku Regency. After delivering the socialization material, it was followed by questions and answers. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that this socialization was successful in transferring knowledge and skills to breeders in making complete feed.

It is necessary to know the strategy for developing the copra agroindustry in Mamala Village. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The analysis tool us is the SWOT matrix. The results of the research show that the strategy used is to locate the copra industry close to the farmers' location so that there is cooperation between the industry and local farmers and it makes it easier for farmers to sell coconuts to the industry because the distance is quite close. The copra quality is good so it creates demand. there is always copra on the market, the availability of capital to buy coconut raw materials so that there is always coconut raw material to be produced into copra, the industry has a skilled workforce so that the potential for long-term copra products is quite good, even though the equipment technology for processing copra is still simple does not affect the long-term potential of copra products, having a small number of workers does not hinder the copra production process so that there is always a demand for copra in the market, the influence of uncertain market prices does not affect the good quality of copra, the existence of climate change on copra production is minimized because the availability of skilled workers in processing copra, having a small number of workers does not affect market access in selling copra products.

This study uses the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to identify failure modes, Logic Tree Analysis (LTA) to determine the consequences of failure arising from failure modes and determine effective preventive maintenance policies for each machine. For the production quality control section, the Statistical Processing Control (SPC) method is used to analyze product defects to determine whether product defects are still within controllable limits or not. While the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method is used to determine the failure mode in sugar production. For the quality control section on raw materials using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Re-Order Point (ROP), Safety Stock (SS), and Total Inventory Cost (TIC) methods. The conclusion of this study is regarding the results of the analysis and calculations carried out with several settlement methods and there are several causes of production defects from 5 factors, such as: human factors, work methods, environment, raw materials and machines used. And provide solutions to companies in order to reduce defects by controlling product quality.    

Bedhag Kopi is an MSME that enables local products to compete at the global level. Bedhag Kopi is a coffee shop and roaster owned by Mr. Donny Agustinus Waluyo, SE. Bedhag Kopi not only focuses on coffee production, but also builds an integrated system from upstream to downstream, starting from opening a small shop with a local Jember coffee menu, a coffee production house, to becoming a Course and Training Institute (LKP) in the coffee sector. The aim of this research is to analyze aspects of business feasibility in Bedhag Kopi, Jember Regency. The research method in solving this research problem uses descriptive qualitative. This research was written using library research and field research designs. This research uses primary data sources, namely data obtained directly by researchers as research objects. Based on the results of the discussions explained, this business has met the requirements needed to operate, the location and production process have met strategic standards, but there is a need to ensure consistent availability of raw materials. The strategies implemented are quite diverse and focus on local markets, so as to improve product and service quality.

So as to obtain the optimal amount of inventory in each order, the total cost incurred and the reorder point value for each raw material of the XYZ company.

The multi-stage production process does not rule out the possibility of irregularities that could cause the product to no longer meet the quality standards we set. In general, business units have a profit goal for business sustainability, by seeking efficiency in operations in order to obtain profitable profits. Analysis of the data shows the difference between corporate policy and the results of the EOQ method. The company usually orders 25 kg of raw materials with a frequency of 120 times per year. However, the EOQ method recommends ordering 144 kg with a frequency of 36 times per year. In addition, there is a significant difference in the total cost of supplies, which is IDR 30,900,000 according to company policy and IDR 10,392,000 according to EOQ method. This study aims to analyze strategies in raw material supply as an effort for supply chain efficiency. Using the Economic Orders Quantity (EOQ) method Reduce storage costs, save space on both storage and workspaces, resolve problems and reduce the risk that raw material supplies may pose.  

Furniture raw materials are still a major challenge in the industry, in line with the wishes of consumers to get good quality raw materials and soaring export demand, so there is a need for a control process to monitor the value of products using forecasting. The purpose of this study was to predict gross domestic product in the furniture industry in Indonesia in 2022. This study used secondary data on the quarterly trend of gross domestic product in the furniture industry in Indonesia 2010-2021 taken from the research industry data processed by BPS and Bank Indonesia, The method used is Double Exponential Smoothing-Holt. The results of the calculation using the double exponential smoothing-holt method obtained a value of α of 0.658 and β of 0.008 where the forecasting results for the 2022 period, namely the 1 quarter of 7.602 billion rupiah, quarter 2 of 7.676 billion rupiah, quarter 3 of 7.749 billion rupiah, and quarter 4 of 7.822 billion rupiah. Where the MAPE value is 0.737% which means forecasting has very good results.

Thus, legal protection of traditional medicines from the perspective of health law and intellectual property law becomes very important. The research method used in this research is a normative research method which is conceptualized in legislation or conceptualized as norms or rules that serve as the basis for human behavior. The aim of this research is to analyze the legal protection of traditional medicines from the perspective of health law and intellectual property law in Indonesia. The results of this research concluded that related to traditional medicine, Law no. 17 of 2023 does not explicitly mention it as a traditional medicine. However, the definition of traditional medicine is equated with the term "Natural Medicine." In Article 321 paragraph (1), natural medicines are divided into several categories, including herbal medicines, standardized herbal medicines, phytopharmaca, and other natural medicines. Legal protection for traditional medicines or natural medicines is regulated in Articles 324-325 of Law no. 17 of 2023 concerning Health. On the other hand, in the context of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), legal protection for traditional medicines is included in the patent system, as regulated in Article 26 of Law Number 13 of 2016 concerning Patents.
