Prosiding Seminar Nasional Ilmu Teknik 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Teknik Indonesia

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Indonesia and globally, necessitating an early screening system that is both accurate and clinically trustworthy. Although XGBoost demonstrates high predictive performance, its black-box nature undermines clinical trust, while low recall risks missed diagnosis an unacceptable consequence in population screening, especially in middle-income countries with limited healthcare resources. This study aims to develop a sensitive, transparent, and implementation-ready heart disease screening framework through the integration of SHAP-based Explainable AI. The CDC's Indicators of Heart Disease dataset (319,795 samples) was processed according to WHO/CDC standards, followed by class imbalance handling, hyperparameter optimization using RandomizedSearchCV, evaluation based on metrics sensitive to minority classes (AUC, recall, F1-score, AUC-PR), and threshold tuning to maximize recall. The baseline model showed a very low recall of 12.18%. After optimization and threshold tuning at 0.10, the model achieved recall >96% (96.79%) with a G-mean of 0.7477, supported by SHAP interpretation stability and the ability to capture non-linear interactions between advanced age (AgeCategory_WHO) and poor general health (GenHealth). SHAP analysis confirmed the alignment of dominant features with medical evidence, and its visualizations provide transparent explanations for healthcare professionals indicating its potential implementation as an interpretable clinical decision support system.

Gethsemane Salatiga website using Jakob Nielsen’s heuristic evaluation method combined with a triangulation approach. The evaluation involved 20 respondents, consisting of 7 UI/UX experts and 13 general users and guests, who assessed the website based on Nielsen’s ten heuristic principles, including visibility of system status, match between system and the real world, user control and freedom, consistency and standards, error prevention, recognition rather than recall, flexibility and efficiency of use, aesthetic and minimalist design, error recovery, and help and documentation. To minimize potential bias, the study integrated heuristic evaluation with user context analysis and empirical validation through usability testing, thereby providing a more comprehensive assessment. The results indicate that the overall UI/UX quality of the website is relatively good, with average scores ranging from 3 to 4 on a 5-point scale. Most identified issues fall within minor to moderate severity levels, with no critical problems affecting core functionalities. Consistency and standards received the highest average score (4.0), while alignment with user expectations and visual comfort still need improvement. Recommendations include enhancing system feedback, strengthening error prevention mechanisms, and improving help and documentation features. The differences in assessments between expert and non-expert respondents highlight the importance of professional evaluation in identifying usability issues. This study contributes to the refinement of a more reliable and contextually relevant UI/UX evaluation framework, particularly within the hospitality and tourism sector.

In today's digital era, social media has become an integral part of everyday life, especially for younger generations such as students. Platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook facilitate fast and interactive communication, but often encourage the use of informal language such as abbreviations or emojis. This contrasts with the demands of the academic world. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media use on students' language styles in the academic world. The research method used was quantitative, namely observation. Observations were conducted to determine students' communication patterns on digital platforms (such as class WhatsApp group chats and comments on social media). The results showed a strong tendency to use slang, non-standard abbreviations, and code-mixing, carried over from social media habits into formal academic contexts. This phenomenon has contributed to the erosion of the boundaries between informal and formal language styles among students. This study concludes the need to strengthen formal language literacy to maintain professional communication in the academic world.

This article examines how meritocracy is institutionalized within the public administration systems of Indonesia and Singapore and how it affects public service quality. Using a descriptive–comparative library research design, the analysis focuses on four dimensions: bureaucratic structure, governing system and political influence, administrative reform and merit mechanisms, and implications for service delivery. The findings indicate that Indonesia’s bureaucracy remains highly hierarchical and decentralized, creating uneven institutional capacity and allowing electoral–political dynamics to influence appointments and rotations, which weakens consistent merit implementation. In contrast, Singapore operates a streamlined and centrally coordinated bureaucracy supported by high political stability, rigorous competency-based recruitment and promotion, transparent performance management, and competitive remuneration, enabling merit principles to be applied more consistently. These differences translate into more uniform and efficient public services in Singapore, while Indonesia continues to experience variability across regions and sectors. Strengthening merit enforcement, oversight, and professional culture is therefore crucial to improve the effectiveness and equity of public services in Indonesia.

The mental health crisis in Indonesia is increasingly alarming, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, social stigma, and unequal access to professional services. A clinical approach alone is not enough to address this complex problem. This study offers a novelty in the form of an integrative approach: revitalizing the role of families and communities based on Islamic values (rahmah, ta'awun, shabr, syura, tarbiyah ruhiyah) combined with the use of digital social communities as a medium for education, discussion, and support systems. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach, reviewing national and international literature, social support theory (Cohen & Wills, 1985), religious coping (Koenig, 2012), and Bronfenbrenner's ecological theory (1979). The results of the study show that families play a strategic role in the prevention, assistance, and referral of mental health cases, while digital communities are effective as spaces for education and emotional validation, with scalability and anonymity as their main strengths. Concrete strategies offered include family education, stigma-free campaigns on social media, spiritual care hotlines, and cross-sector collaboration. This approach is in line with the collectivist culture of Indonesian Muslim society and is more adaptive in the digital era. This research is expected to serve as a conceptual foundation for practical programs, public policy, and further research to create a more caring, stigma-free, and resilient society in the face of mental health crises.

Tri Tunggal: Jurnal Pendidikan Kristen dan Katolik 2026 Asosiasi Riset Pendidikan Agama dan Filsafat Indonesia

This study examines the paradoxical phenomenon among adolescents who actively consume mental health content on digital platforms such as Instagram and TikTok but are reluctant to utilize freely available school counseling services. The research aims to identify specific forms of stigma that hinder adolescents from utilizing school counseling services and analyze them using Erving Goffman's stigma theory. The research method employs a qualitative approach with a library research design, analyzing various scientific literature published from 2013-2025 through content analysis techniques. The research findings reveal six main forms of stigma: perception of school counselors as school police, labeling as troubled students, sign of personal weakness, doubts about confidentiality, distrust in counselor competence, and traumatic experiences. The paradox occurs because digital platforms provide anonymity that protects adolescents' virtual social identity, while face-to-face counseling services are perceived as threatening their social identity. Research implications indicate the need for transformation of school counseling services that integrate digital strategies, ongoing campaigns to change negative perceptions, and enhancement of counselor competence in understanding adolescent digital culture to reduce stigma and improve adolescent access to professional mental health services.
