In the era of rapid digital transformation, social media platforms have become dominant tools for communication, marketing, and consumer interaction. Among these, TikTok has emerged as one of the most influential spaces for creative digital promotion, particularly for small businesses and creative industries. This study explores @dyputustudio’s utilization of TikTok as a promotional medium for its self-photo studio services, focusing on how the platform is used to build interactions and relationships with consumers. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, emphasizing observation, interviews, and documentation analysis to understand Dyputu Studio’s promotional strategies and audience engagement patterns. Findings reveal that TikTok functions not only as a promotional channel but also as a space of social interaction and digital community formation between the studio and its consumers. The platform’s interactivity, algorithmic visibility, and audio- visual creativity enable Dyputu Studio to effectively showcase its self-photo studio services, stimulate audience participation, and cultivate brand loyalty. This study demonstrates that digital communication on TikTok aligns with Pierre Lévy’s New Media Theory, which highlights interactivity, hypertextuality, and networking as key dimensions of modern media engagement. Through consistent content creation, responsive communication, and trend adaptation, Dyputu Studio successfully transforms social media presence into a form of digital relationship marketing. The study contributes to the understanding of how small creative businesses can leverage social media to achieve marketing and communicative goals in the digital era.

This study examines how women entrepreneurs in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative economy sector leverage digital technology to strengthen their roles in the urban tourism ecosystem. Using a qualitative approach supported by secondary data and non-intervention observations over six months in South Jakarta, the study analyzes the dynamics of digital adoption, the cultural value of creative products, and structural barriers affecting women's entrepreneurial experiences. The findings reveal that digital utilization is most prominent on easily accessible platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, while the use of more complex tools, such as marketplaces, websites, and analytics, remains limited. Women’s creative products, in subsectors like culinary, crafts, fashion, and others, prove to enrich the tourism experience and reinforce the city's destination identity. However, low digital literacy, minimal mentoring, and weak integration into the formal tourism supply chain hinder the optimization of these potentials. Additionally, the digital adoption patterns found support the Technology Acceptance Model's explanation that the perceived ease of use is a key factor in early technology adoption. This study fills an important gap in the literature by linking gender issues, digital transformation, the creative economy, and urban tourism within a unified framework. The research emphasizes the importance of strengthening digital capabilities and structured collaboration between women-led MSMEs and tourism stakeholders to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of destinations.

Abstract. This study examines the impact of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Toko Batik Katura, Cirebon Regency, aiming to provide relevant strategies to enhance customer loyalty. An explanatory research method was employed to explain the causal relationship between product quality, price, and consumer satisfaction variables. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, questionnaires using a Likert scale, and documentation, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that product quality and price significantly influence consumer satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9938 and a determination coefficient of 98.76%. This study recommends product innovation development, flexible pricing strategies, service quality improvements, and the utilization of digital platforms as part of a modern marketing approach. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Toko Batik Katura, Kabupaten Cirebon, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan strategi yang relevan guna meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode explanatory research digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan kepuasan konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, kuesioner dengan skala Likert, dan dokumentasi, melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga secara signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,9938 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 98,76%. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan inovasi produk, strategi harga yang fleksibel, peningkatan kualitas layanan, serta pemanfaatan platform digital sebagai bagian dari pendekatan pemasaran modern. This study examines the role of social media in increasing consumer purchase interest in Skintific products in Indonesia, particularly in the beauty package category. Skintific successfully dominated the market by achieving sales of over IDR 70 billion in the first quarter of 2024. This success was largely driven by the effective use of digital marketing strategies on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. These strategies involved creating relevant content, collaborating with influencers, and engaging directly with the audience to strengthen brand image. The findings indicate that the brand image built through social media significantly contributes to increased purchase interest and consumer loyalty. The highest sales were recorded in the 5-piece beauty package variant, highlighting consumer preference for comprehensive product offerings. Based on the study, social media is proven to be an effective channel for building a positive brand image and influencing consumer purchasing decisions in the beauty industry.

This study focuses on black-box testing of JivaJoy software, an online product stock management and ordering system. The primary goal of this research is to evaluate the functionality and performance of the system's key features, including profile management, CRUD operations for admin and customer accounts, product stock management, shopping cart, order management, and AI counseling. Black-box testing was applied to assess whether these features meet expected operational standards and user requirements without considering the internal code structure. The test results indicate that most features function as expected. However, some issues were identified related to input validation, particularly with email format, phone number length, file uploads, and product stock management. Additionally, the order management and AI counseling features showed deficiencies in error handling and input validation. Based on these findings, the study recommends improvements in input validation, product stock management, shopping cart functionality, and AI counseling systems to enhance the reliability and performance of the JivaJoy platform. These enhancements are essential to deliver more efficient, secure, and optimal services, ensuring better user experiences and customer satisfaction.

Social media is the main source of information. However, it can also serve as a platform for spreading hoaxes that threaten digital literacy in society. Therefore, an effective da'wah strategy is needed to counter hoaxes, especially among students of the Faculty of Da'wah at IAI Al-Zaytun Indonesia. Students play a key role in understanding and spreading the values of truth and increasing digital literacy in society. This study aims to explore what actions are being taken and the da'wah strategies employed by the students of the Faculty of Da'wah, IAI AL-AZIS, Class VIII. The research method is qualitative, using a case study approach. The data collected for this study came from observations and interviews with students of the Faculty of Da'wah, IAI AL-AZIS, Class VIII. The study results indicate that students of the Faculty of Da'wah, IAI AL-AZIS, Class VIII, have a crucial role in tackling the spread of hoaxes on social media. They adopt several strategies, such as verifying information (tabayyun), ignoring dubious news, reporting accounts spreading hoaxes, and engaging in healthy debates to provide clarification. Most students don't pay much attention to hoaxes, but a small portion are actively involved in countering their spread. This highlights that students from the Faculty of Da'wah are both proactive and responsive in ensuring the accuracy of information and reducing the harmful effects of hoaxes.

Learning mathematics in the technological era presents new challenges. The learning process has undergone a transformation towards digitalization. One form of innovation is the utilization of technological media such as Google Sites to assist students in learning mathematics. This research discusses the transformation of developing interactive teaching materials in learning mathematics for grade 5 elementary school students through the Google Sites platform. As a learning tool, Google Sites allows teachers to design more interesting and interactive teaching materials with the integration of text, images, videos, and animations. This research uses the literature study method to explore the potential of technology-based media in improving the quality of mathematics learning. The results of the study show that the use of Google Sites can improve students' understanding of the material, learning outcomes, as well as their active involvement in the learning process. In addition, the flexibility of access and cloud-based features make it easier for students and teachers to support distance learning or blended learning. Thus, this study confirms the importance of technological innovation in mathematics learning to improve the quality of basic education.

Using a qualitative research methodology, this study investigated the concept og self-recognition. The aim of the research was to understand how people can use the principles of Human Design to see discover on one’s life experiences, social interactions, and cultural context cal help them understand themlelves better. Important insights into human-based therapies and self-development are given in this classyvoices podcast. A system that combines elements of astrology, genetics, kabbalah, and the I Ching to provide insight into one’s personality and potential is known as a Human Design. According to research, people who have a good understanding of themselves tend to be better at managing their emotions dealing with stress, and living a more genuine life.

Community service activities are carried out in two locations of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), namely Slanden Banjaroyo Chocolate Cocoa Park and Bas and Reng Wonosobo Buffet. This activity aims to examine the use of digital marketing to increase sales. In the era of digitalization, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) must adapt to changes in consumer behavior who are more likely to use digital platforms. In reality, MSME actors focus more on business income, but less on the use of digital marketing in expanding public reach. Chocolate Cocoa Park and Bas and Reng Buffet face obstacles in product marketing and the lack of product brand identity. In this community service activity, the author supports MSME actors to increase promotional activities through social media and the creation of logos and brochures on the Canva application. The results achieved after this activity was carried out was an increase in the understanding of business actors in applying digital media to market products and business actors already have a product brand identity.

Digitalization is the main pillar of change in various aspects of life, including education and social interaction. Balai Diklat Keagamaan Palembang has adopted digital transformation through the development of eL TV, a digital learning platform. This research aims to analyze the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) on the eL TV website of the Palembang Religious Education and Training Center from an anthropological perspective using the Design Thinking method. This approach integrates aspects of culture, habits, and user behavior to create socially and contextually relevant designs. The research stages include Empathize through observations and interviews to understand user needs, Define to identify key problems, Ideate to generate creative solutions, Prototype to build an initial design that is responsive to local values, and Test to measure the effectiveness of the new design. This research concludes that an anthropological approach to UI/UX design through the Design Thinking method can increase user relevance and satisfaction with the eL TV website, while encouraging the use of technology that is more inclusive and oriented to the needs of local communities.

The phenomenon of increasing use of online games among teenagers in Pebenaan Village, Indragiri Hilir Regency, shows a shift in communication patterns from the real world to the virtual world. Online games no longer only serve as entertainment, but also become a significant space for social communication. This research aims to identify teenagers' motives for using online games as a communication medium, understand the communication process that occurs, and evaluate its impact on their social behavior. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The research informants were teenagers aged 13–19 years who actively played online games in Pebenaan Village. The research results show that the main motives of teenagers include entertainment, escape from boredom, social acceptance, and expanding friendship networks. The communication process in online games occurs through text chat, voice chat, and symbols such as emotes, which allows spontaneous and flexible interaction. Positive impacts include increasing collaboration skills and expanding social networks, while negative impacts include decreasing the intensity of real-world interactions and the use of abusive language. This research concludes that online games offer opportunities and challenges for teenagers' communication patterns, so wise management is needed to exploit their positive potential without ignoring the risks that may arise.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application. With the increasing use of e-commerce platforms, understanding the factors that influence consumer satisfaction and decisions is very important. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The study population consisted of Shopee users who had made purchases, with a sample of 300 respondents taken through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of questions about product quality, reviews, prices, and purchasing decisions. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression to test the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a T-statistics value of 6.154. In addition, the promotion variable also contributed significantly to purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that improving product quality can increase consumer purchasing interest and purchasing decisions on Shopee. This study suggests that Shopee focus on improving product quality and promotional strategies to attract more customers and increase user satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the impact of visual content on Instagram on users’ psychological well-being, focusing on body image, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), and life satisfaction. As Instagram usage increases, more users are exposed to visual content promoting certain beauty standards and ideal lifestyles that are often unattainable for many. This exposure drives social comparison and FoMO, triggering various adverse effects on psychological well-being, such as low self-confidence, anxiety, and dissatisfaction with oneself. This research employed survey methods and a literature review from relevant prior studies. Findings indicate that exposure to idealized visual content on Instagram significantly intensifies body image dissatisfaction and personal insecurity. On the other hand, findings also suggest that educational and inspirational content on Instagram has the potential to support psychological well-being, though its accessibility and popularity are often overshadowed by entertainment and lifestyle content. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for users to be more selective in their content consumption and the platform’s role in promoting positive content that supports psychological well-being. The rapid development of technology and social media has led to an increase in online gambling activities, with promotional advertisements on social media and streamer donation platforms serving as one of the main contributing factors. This study aims to analyze the impact of these advertisements on the rise of online gambling activities, with a legal perspective based on Article 27 Paragraph 2 of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. This research employs a descriptive-analytical approach through regulatory analysis and case studies. The results indicate that the presence of online gambling advertisements on digital platforms violates existing legal provisions and has potential social impacts.

Structured and efficient inventory management is very important for cooperatives, which have special operational and logistical needs. This study aims to develop a web-based inventory system and also develop it into a mobile application that is able to support real-time stock and asset management, using Javascript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and implemented on the XAMPP platform with phpMyAdmin support. This system is designed to record and monitor goods accurately, optimize the flow of goods in and out, and provide automatic inventory reports. The waterfall approach is applied in the development of this system, starting from needs analysis, design, implementation, to testing. The results of the study show that this system has succeeded in increasing the accuracy of recording goods, accelerating the decision-making process through data-based reports, and reducing manual errors that often occur in inventory management. This system not only supports operational transparency, but also helps a cooperative in achieving logistical efficiency and resource optimization.

Innovation in sharia-based financial technology (sharia fintech) provides solutions to challenges in the microfinance sector, especially for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who have difficulty accessing conventional financial services. This study aims to analyze the role of sharia fintech in microfinance and its impact on economic empowerment. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis through literature studies, which includes a review of sharia fintech platforms operating in Indonesia. The results of the study show that sharia fintech has succeeded in providing easier and more transparent access to financing for MSMEs with the principle of risk sharing, which supports financial inclusion. Sharia fintech also increases the competitiveness of MSMEs and encourages economic growth. However, challenges related to regulation, financial literacy, and data security still need to be overcome to maximize the potential of sharia fintech. This study concludes that sharia fintech is an effective digital solution in supporting economic empowerment in Indonesia.

Social media has become an integral part of the modern era, characterized by the use of the internet in daily life, with one of the most popular platforms being Instagram. Currently, the rise of Instagram content about beauty, known as beauty vlogs, has captured the attention of women, encouraging them to enhance their appearance. Abel Cantika is one of the beauty vloggers in Indonesia who consistently shares posts in the form of make-up tutorials, beauty product reviews, tips and tricks, and so on. The content presented by beauty vloggers, including Abel Cantika, certainly has an influence on changing behaviors and perspectives, as women often want to look stunning at all times. Therefore, it is not surprising that cosmetics can be seen as an essential means to enhance one's appearance. This research aims to determine whether the content of beauty vlogger Abel Cantika on Instagram has an influence on the imitation behavior of Inter Studi female students and to what extent this influence exists. The method used in this research is a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. Using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study consists of female students of Communication Science at STIKOM Inter Studi from the class of 2020 to 2022, with a sample size of 50 respondents. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 26.0. The research results indicate a positive and significant influence of media exposure on brand image, with a moderate effect size.

The application of digital marketing in the business world requires diverse skills, one of which is the ability to process visual content, such as photography, to make published products more appealing. This need arises because, in the current era of digital technological advancement, people tend to engage in buying and selling activities through online platforms. Consumers are more likely to be attracted to a product if its visual content is presented in a creative and engaging manner. This mentoring program aims to enhance participant’s skills in transforming products into visual content with creative and unique value. The program employs direct mentoring and hands-on practice, following the delivery of foundational photography theory to the trainees. Participants are divided into six groups, each assigned different tasks and photo concepts. This approach encourages teamwork among students in the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting program. In photography, producing a compelling work requires thorough preparation and a well-thought-out concept to ensure a smooth process and satisfactory results. The outcome of this program demonstrates that students have comprehended the materials provided by the mentors. This is evidenced by active interactions among participants discussing concepts, composition, proper photography techniques, lighting application, shooting angles, and other related aspects.

This research focuses on evaluating the Combox web application, a digital tool designed to help Food and Beverage (F&B) business owners strengthen their online presence. The analysis was carried out through Black Box Testing, specifically using the Equivalence Partitioning method, to assess core functionalities like login, logout, product management, and pagination. The findings reveal that while most features function as intended, there are issues with product addition and editing, as well as pagination when no data is available. These results highlight areas that need refinement to improve the application’s reliability and user experience. In summary, this research supports the advancement of a digital platform that enables F&B businesses to harness technology effectively in today’s competitive landscape.

Digital literacy is an essential skill in the digital era, especially for the younger generation who are starting to actively engage in entrepreneurship through online platforms. However, students' understanding of online ethics and legal frameworks such as the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (UU ITE) is still limited. This community service activity aims to improve the digital literacy of Dian Andalas Padang High School students, with a focus on online ethics in law-based digital business. The methods used include interactive lectures, group discussions, and case simulations to provide a deep and applicative understanding. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding of digital literacy and the implementation of the ITE Law. Case discussions and simulations help students identify common violations of the law in online businesses, such as fraud and the spread of false information, and understand how to prevent them. The positive response from students and teachers emphasized the importance of this activity in equipping the younger generation with ethical and law-abiding digital skills, while encouraging schools to integrate law-based digital literacy into the curriculum.
