Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an important stage in children's development that has a long-term impact on their future. Therefore, the quality of education at an early age must be a top priority. One way to improve the quality of PAUD is through strengthening the capacity of educators. Competent and empowered educators can create a conducive learning environment and support children's holistic development. This article examines the importance of strengthening the capacity of PAUD educators in realizing quality education in a holistic and integrative manner. Strengthening the capacity of PAUD educators involves providing the training, resources and support necessary to increase the competency and professionalism of educators. Educators equipped with the right knowledge and skills can better implement an integrative holistic approach. This means that educators are able to integrate various aspects of children's development, including physical, cognitive, emotional, social and moral, in daily learning activities. Children also get a more comprehensive and balanced learning experience, which supports their optimal development.  

Learning materials are not merely tools, but rather as the main source that provides important substance for learning. This concept is enriched by the view that learning materials are not only physical materials, but also something that carries meaningful messages to achieve teaching goals. Learning material on prayer jurisprudence, it can be seen that there is a gap in the approach which is still focused on declarative and procedural aspects. These materials do not yet reflect comprehensive Islamic education that can penetrate the emotional and spiritual dimensions. Therefore, there is a need to develop more meaningful prayer fiqh material by combining emotional and spiritual values ​​as additional material to support the goals of Islamic education that are in accordance with the principles of Islamic education. religious principles and Education laws. The emotional and spiritual intelligence material is prepared first according to the content of prayer jurisprudence. Ari Ginanjar's ESQ concept can be used as the main reference for this preparation. The results of the preparation are combined with existing prayer jurisprudence material. The results of this combination are then said to be the development of teaching materials, for example; The material on prayer intentions is given additional material on spiritual emotional intelligence which explains that intention contains the meaning that "Integrity is sincerity, honesty and commitment that grows from the impulse of one's conscience, not influenced by other factors". After the development of the teaching materials was ready, inquiry, contextual and expository learning strategies were chosen as relatively easier strategies in interpreting prayer fikh material based on the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence material.

Factors causing low reading knowledge among students at SD Yayasan Duta Harapan Bukit Sion Medan include the social, economic and educational conditions of the school environment. Factors such as limited access to various reading materials, lack of family support for reading habits, and uninteresting learning methods may be the main causes. In addition, students' intrinsic factors such as lack of interest in reading and undeveloped reading skills also need to be considered. This research is important in identifying the problems and developing appropriate strategies to improve reading skills in the school. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause low reading knowledge at SD Yayasan Duta Harapan Bukit Sion. This method uses a qualitative approach, where data is collected through interviews with teachers and students. The results showed that some of the factors causing students' low reading skills are laziness, physical or psychological disorders, lack of interest and the use of technology. Teachers play an important role in preparing interesting lesson plans, providing special support and using technology. Literacy in schools helps improve students' interest and reading skills through habituation, development and gradual learning. The implications of the findings highlight the need for collaborative efforts between schools and parents to improve reading skills in schools.

Bullying in elementary schools has become an increasingly serious problem in recent years. Bullying behaviors, such as physical, verbal and psychological abuse, can have a significant negative impact on children's development. This study aims to identify the factors that cause bullying in elementary schools and evaluate effective prevention and treatment strategies. The research method used is library research, which is a research method by collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literatures related to the research. The results showed that the factors causing bullying in elementary schools include: lack of supervision and intervention from the school, peer influence, and unfavorable family conditions. To overcome the problem of bullying, a comprehensive effort is needed that involves all elements of the school, family and community. Some recommended strategies are: increasing the capacity of teachers in handling bullying cases, developing anti-bullying programs that are integrated in the school curriculum, and empowering parents and communities to play an active role in preventing and dealing with bullying.

Digital transformation has become an important issue in the financial industry, including Islamic banking in the current digital era. The development of digital technology has affected the way Islamic banks provide services to customers, allowing them to reach more customers in various locations without being limited by physical offices. Digital banking services developed using digital technology provide convenience, speed, and security in transactions to customers. This study aims to examine the influence of digital technology in the development of Islamic banking services. The money research method used is a literature study by analyzing various literature sources. The results show that digital transformation in Islamic banking has a significant impact, including increased efficiency, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Drug use is a serious problem that not only impacts individuals personally, but also disrupts social stability and the welfare of society at large. This does not only happen in certain circles, but reaches various levels of society, including teenagers and youth. Factors such as a lack of understanding of the risks, environmental stress, and a lack of social support contribute to worsening the situation. This research aims to analyze the background, causal factors, impacts, and efforts to prevent drug abuse using a theologically based contextual approach. In this research, a qualitative descriptive method was applied by analyzing various literature references. Findings show that drug abuse has a detrimental impact on individuals' physical and mental health, affects social stability, and threatens the future of young people. Prevention efforts involving the role of parents, educational institutions, society and religion are crucial in overcoming this problem. A theologically based contextual approach is also proposed as a strategy that can strengthen understanding of the dangers of drugs and encourage individuals to take a wiser attitude in dealing with them. Thus, this research contributes to increasing understanding of the complexity of drug abuse problems and assists in the development of more effective prevention strategies.

This research aims to examine community service activities in an effort to realize healthy and wise use of gadgets among children in Bandar Magodang Village, Bintang Bayu District. Stages include planning, education, training and mentoring children. The service team from the Mathematics Education Study Program, North Sumatra State Islamic University carried out outreach on 19-20 August 2023, involving 10 village children. The results include preparation, coordination with related parties, outreach materials, and implementation activities. The research also looked at the positive and negative impacts of gadget use on children's development, emphasizing the need to limit gadget use to maintain physical and mental health. The differences between men and women often lead to gender inequality, which results in stereotypes against women. The issue of the position and role of women remains an interesting subject to study. Since the establishment of Muhammadiyah, KH. Ahmad Dahlan has paid great attention to the development of women. Under the guidance of KH. Ahmad Dahlan and Nyai Walidah (the wife of KH. Ahmad Dahlan), they founded an organization named “Aisyiyah” to elevate the status and dignity of Muslim women. This research is descriptive with qualitative data support that is inductive in nature, which means the research starts from specific realities and then abstracts them into general conclusions. The data sources required for this research are found in both primary and secondary books. The results of the research show that Aisyiyah also played a role in the formation of Indonesian women's organizations by advocating for equal rights between men and women. Gender equality, as understood by Aisyiyah, is based on abilities rather than gender or physical appearance. One of Aisyiyah's concrete actions in empowering women and promoting equal rights is in the field of education. During the Dutch colonial period, women were able to receive the same level of education as men. The role of women in accessing various spaces has been realized by Aisyiyah through tangible programs that continue to this day.

In the current digital era, gadget use has become an inseparable part of everyday life, including among children. However, excessive use of gadgets can have a significant impact on children's health. This service activity aims to provide education regarding the negative impact of gadget use on children's health. Excessive use of gadgets can cause mental health and physical health problems, including disturbances in body posture and vision problems due to exposure to blue light which can affect their growth and development. Results The pre-test carried out before the educational activity resulted in only 27.5% understanding the impact of using gadgets on health, while the test carried out after the education resulted in 77.5% understanding the impact of gadgets on health. This shows an increase in understanding of 50% after it was carried out. education regarding the impact of gadget use on children's health.

The development of information and communication technology has influenced every aspect of human life. Smartphones, computers, and tablets have become everyday tools that we rely on for various purposes. However, the high dependence on digital devices also brings new challenges, including negative impacts on physical and mental health, particularly eye health. This research aims to educate 5th grade elementary school students about the importance of maintaining eye health in the digital age through the method of socialization. The research method involves socializing with 5th grade students using educational materials tailored to the children's level of understanding. The socialization activities include interactive presentations, question and answer sessions, and demonstrations of simple eye exercises. After participating in the socialization, students showed a significant increase in understanding regarding the negative impacts of excessive digital device use on eye health. The results of this research highlight the importance of ongoing educational programs and collaboration between various parties to create a healthier digital environment and support eye wellness for all users.

The nutritional status of children under the age of five is an important indicator of health, as young children are a vulnerable group to nutritional health. A literature review is an approach in a traditionally conducted literature review with the aim of collecting and critically evaluating various reference sources related to the topic being discussed. Every child needs physical activity for their physical development later on, the factors that affect physical development in children are gross motor physical development where children are not yet able to perform body movement activities in coordination, lack of body flexibility and balance in the strength of the child's leg muscles. Children's motor development can be said to be mature if children have body skills and a healthy way of life, with this can support strong, healthy and skillful physical growth. The form of activities that can develop gross motor skills in children is to invite children to exercise one of them with this rhythmic gymnastics, with this the child can freely move all his limbs.

Village development is an important part of efforts to improve the quality of life of urban communities. This research examines the role of public administration and public communication in building collaboration between community groups and the government in sub-district development. This research is very important because the success of sub-district development is very dependent on collaborative relationships between the government and community groups. The aim is not only to find things that influence this cooperation, but also to show useful methods for increasing community participation in sub-district development. This research uses a qualitative approach that collects data through participant observation, document analysis, and in-depth interviews. This research includes searching for data information through relevant officials or a team of facilitators on community empowerment activities in physical and non-physical work, examining policies and regulations related to community empowerment, and direct observation of Mulya Abadi Pokmas activities in Bendogerit Village, Blitar City. Next, the data was analyzed using a thematic approach to find patterns and themes in public communication, public administration, and collaboration between society and government. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of the dynamics of collaboration in village development between government groups and communities. Intended outcomes also include policy suggestions for increasing the effectiveness of collaboration, practical guidance for building strong relationships between government and community groups, and theoretical contributions to improve our understanding of public administration and public communication.

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that has a serious impact on children's physical and cognitive development, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This condition is caused by various factors, including poverty, lack of access to nutritious food, poor sanitation, and minimal public knowledge about nutrition and health. Intervention in Eka Mulya Village, East Mesuji District, through socialization activities for preventing and handling stunting has succeeded in increasing public understanding and awareness of the importance of balanced nutrition and good health practices. This program has shown positive results in reducing stunting rates, however, challenges in the sustainability of education programs and monitoring the implementation of health practices still need to be addressed. Therefore, strong commitment and cooperation is needed from all parties to ensure the sustainability of this program and create a significant long-term impact in efforts to improve the quality of human resources and development in the future.

The integration of metaverse technology in employee training has the potential to significantly enhance digital skills, collaboration, and overall learning outcomes in virtual workspaces. This study explores the effectiveness of metaverse-based training compared to traditional methods, focusing on participant engagement, learning retention, and practical application in immersive virtual environments. The results indicate that metaverse technology leads to increased participant engagement, offering real-time communication, interactive simulations, and realistic task scenarios that foster deeper involvement and better skill acquisition. Additionally, the immersive nature of metaverse platforms improves learning effectiveness, especially for high-risk tasks such as medical procedures and technical skills that benefit from hands-on experience. However, challenges such as technological barriers, infrastructure limitations, and initial resistance from employees were identified, requiring organizations to provide adequate support and training for smooth adoption. While the upfront costs of developing and maintaining metaverse training platforms are significant, the long-term benefits—such as scalability, reduced need for physical resources, and enhanced training outcomes—outweigh these initial investments. Organizations looking to implement metaverse-based training solutions should carefully consider the required technological infrastructure, support for employees, and privacy concerns. Future research should explore advancements in metaverse technology, including AI integration, and investigate the broader adoption of these technologies across various industries, focusing on overcoming adoption barriers and measuring their long-term impact on workforce development.

Young Catholics have an important role to play in the Church as the next generation and agents of change. The Church is expected to give attention and care in the apostolic task so that young people can live their faith. Liturgy as a work or service for the nation and a celebration of the mystery of salvation from God through Jesus Christ, plays an important role in shaping the faith and positive values of young people. This study aims to find out the participation of Catholic Youth in liturgical duties at St. Joseph's Church Stasi Lubuk Mantuk and identify the factors that cause their lack of participation. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the implementation of prophetics in higher education institutions. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that the importance of education is found in various Islamic literature, especially in the Qur'an as a guide for humans in implementing life and life. The implementation of prophetic in higher education is carried out through a program of instilling character values ​​and developing a grand design for character education adapted to the vision and mission of higher education. Character configuration in the context of the totality of psychological and socio-cultural processes can be grouped into: spiritual and emotional development, intellectual development, physical and kinesthetic development, and affective exercise. and creativity development). The development of education implementation based on prophetic values ​​in higher education is carried out in an integrated manner through three channels, namely: integration in learning, management of departments and study programs, as well as student activities. The steps include design, implementation, evaluation and follow-up which will be developed and implemented in the development of the higher education institution concerned itself.

This education can be conducted through various pathways, including formal, informal, and non-formal, with one form being the Integrated Early Childhood Education (IECE) program. The collage method serves as an effective approach to enhance children's fine motor skills, optimally implemented in several IECE institutions like RA Yaa Bunayya in Mompang Julu Village. Qualitative methods are employed in this research, utilizing triangulation data collection techniques comprising observation, interviews, and documentation. Collage activities at RA Yaa Bunayya are planned according to the children's needs, utilizing safe and diverse natural materials, providing valuable experiences for children to explore textures and shapes. Collage activities also offer advantages in improving concentration, recognizing colors, and identifying shapes, which are crucial aspects of children's development.

This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with interview and observation techniques as well as literature study by searching for various references from various literature, analyzing theories, comparing with field facts and drawing conclusions. The implication of this research is the importance of problem analysis before expressing an opinion based on a developmental psychology view.
