Naturally, a mother hen incubates her eggs until they hatch completely. However, the success rate of natural hatching is low, and hatching can be completed with a maximum of 10 eggs. Chicken farming, more specifically the chicken egg hatching system, breeders usually use an incubator for the process of hatching chicken eggs. In the incubator, there is a lamp that has been provided which is used for the process of warming the eggs so that the eggs can hatch properly and of good quality with incandescent lamps. In general, the process of hatching eggs often encounters problems or obstacles. The obstacle that is often experienced when hatching chicken eggs is that the incubator only uses incandescent lights. Therefore, to avoid this problem, a microcontroller was designed to overcome this problem. This tool is a combination of a microcontroller with an Arduino-based temperature and humidity sensor. With this tool, after the eggs hatch, when the lights are off, the sensor can read the output in the form of the incubator temperature, which is detected by the Arduino serial display. Design methods and experimental methods were used in this research. Tool testing is divided into three types, namely temperature testing, humidity testing and egg load testing. Broiler chickens are livestock whose growth is influenced by environmental temperature. The temperature of the chicken coop that is not suitable can affect the decrease in productivity and cause death in broiler chickens, so that the temperature setting of the cage must be considered. The design of this temperature and humidity monitoring system uses a nodemcu ESP8266 microcontroller and an arduino uno. If the measured temperature exceeds the set temperature limit, the system will send an SMS to the smartphone so that the cage officer can take appropriate action.

This problem certainly requires a solution that can help monitor soil moisture as well as control water pumps. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya kebutuhan para peternak akan adanya sistem pemantauan gas berbahaya untuk kandang peternakan ayam. Setiap harinya ayam mengeluarkan kotoran 0.1 kg/hari untuk setiap satu ekor ayam yang jika menumpuk dan tidak didaur ulang akan menyebabkan polusi udara, serta terbentuknya gas berbahaya yaitu amonia dan metana. Gas amonia yang berlebihan dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan ayam dan juga manusia di sekitarnya. Sedangkan gas metana dapat mencemari udara serta merupakan salah satu gas rumah kaca. Dengan kondisi tersebut diperlukan sistem monitoring kondisi udara agar tidak kadar kedua gas berbahaya tersebut tidak berlebihan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pemantauan gas berbahaya  tersebut menggunakan sensor dan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Tujuannya agar peternak dapat melakukan pemantauan dari jarak jauh dengan menggunakan perangkat smart phone. Perangkat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensor MQ-4 untuk deteksi metana, sensor MQ-135 untuk deteksi amonia dan ESP8266 sebagai microcontroller untuk perangkat IoT. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu peternak untuk menjaga kualitas udara di lingkungan kandang peternakan ayam yang dikelolanya.

Solar energy is a potential solution to meet the electricity needs of TNI AD posts and bases in border areas. However, conventional solar energy systems have limited efficiency because they can only absorb sunlight from one direction. The efficiency of solar energy systems can be improved by using a dual-axis tracking system equipped with a LDR sensor. The LDR sensor is used to detect the direction of sunlight. The change in the LDR sensor resistance due to the change in the intensity of light that hits it is then processed by a microcontroller to move the solar panel in the appropriate direction. Based on the results of testing, the dual-axis tracking system with an LDR sensor significantly increases the power generated compared to conventional solar energy systems. At the peak of performance during dynamic testing at 12:00 pm, the total power reached 2,196 W, while the static test reached a total power of 1,311 W. Therefore, the dual-axis tracking system with an LDR sensor can be a more optimal choice to improve the performance and efficiency of solar energy systems in generating electricity at TNI AD posts and bases in border areas.

As the main road that connects one region to another, damaged roads is a complex problem and causes huge losses, especially for road users. Therefore, in this study will be designed a system for measuring the volume of damage road surface by using ultrasonic sensors. This system uses ATMega 328 microcontroller interface and applications are made from Visual Basic 6. From this study, we got the best measurements results of road surface damage volume in a short time and the data stored on the pc directly get in Microsoft Excel format.

Technology has the potential to be employed within the realm of electronics and informatics, particularly for the purpose of securing household doors using a smartphone through an internet connection. The Internet of Things (IoT) embodies a concept where internet-enabled devices can communicate with each other and their surrounding objects. This endeavor seeks to create a prototype using key components, including NodeMCU Esp8266, Servo Motor, and Fingerprint Module, with the ultimate goal of simplifying daily tasks and alleviating concerns about leaving the door unlocked upon leaving the house. The mechanism of this device entails utilizing a smartphone app to establish an internet connection, enabling users to seamlessly close and lock their house door. The underlying intention behind developing this tool is to provide assistance in managing both indoor and outdoor activities, addressing the issue of inadvertently leaving the door unlocked, and substituting traditional door locks with fingerprint recognition. By employing this innovation, individuals can conveniently regulate their house door via smartphone, saving time and effort and seamlessly integrating it into their daily routines.

Honey is a natural liquid that contains a lot of sugar produced by bees (genus Apis) from flower nectar and has a sweet taste. Honey contains a multitude of benefits that are good for the body, including being a source of nutrients, improving body metabolism, anti-bacterial, and others. The purpose of designing the Honey Harvest Monitoring System with ARDUINO-based IOT is to help breeders maximize honey harvesting results. This study aims to design an intelligent system for controlling the temperature in bee hives, humidity in bee hives, and monitoring honey yields, measuring the temperature and humidity of the storage room using DHT 11 sensors, and monitoring honey harvest time using Load Cell sensors. The temperature and humidity controller in the cage uses a blower/fan. Sensor data will be processed using the Wemos D1 R1 microcontroller and then sent to an Android application via the internet network using a real-time Firebase database so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime. In everyday life, trucks are used to transport goods. Not infrequently seen a lot of use of trucks that exceed the carrying capacity. Accidents on the highway include the impact caused by trucks that are overloaded or overloaded. The purpose of this study is to reduce the risk of accidents due to overloading or overloading. The truck load monitoring system aims to make it easier for truck users to see the truck load weight directly through a smartphone with an application. In addition, users can also see the excess weight of the load and there is an overweight indicator in the form of a buzzer. With this system, users can reduce the risk of accidents on their vehicles. This system consists of a load cell sensor and HX711 module as a weight detector, NodeMCU as a microcontroller and data transmission, firebase as a database, and android studio as a container for creating applications. Payload weight data can be monitored remotely or close according to the principles of the Internet of Things (IoT). The results of this study indicate that the system works well with the sensor accuracy level on the prototype truck 1 and truck prototype 2 above 95%. Writing data on firebase, reading firebase through the application and testing the buzzer has a 100% success rate percentage. There is no diference transmission delay between serial monitor and firebase.

In this final project the author discusses the problem entitled "Design of Smoke Detector and Room Temperature of SAP ERP Server at PT Apac Inti Corpora". This design aims to support the improvement of the security system in the server room with smoke and temperature detectors and microcontroller-based automatic countermeasures. Against the background of problems with sensors and countermeasures systems in the server room and lack of insight into sensor installation. This tool uses a gas sensor MQ-2 as a smoke detector, a DHT-11 sensor as a temperature detector, Arduino as a microcontroller that controls I/O, buzzer and LED as an alarm, a fan as a temperature controller, and an LCD to display conditions in the room. The output of the MQ-2 and DHT-11 sensors will be processed in a programmed microcontroller so that it can display conditions on the LCD. This tool will turn on the alarm and fan if smoke and high temperature are detected at the specified conditions.

Stroke is the number one cause of disability and the second cause of death in the world. Blood flow that is not smooth in stroke patients causes hemodynamic disorders including changes in the value of oxygen saturation in the blood (SpO2) which can interfere with the function of internal organs including the heart due to lack of oxygen intake. So we need a system to monitor the oxygen saturation value which can be used as an early indicator in recognizing stroke patients. This system uses detection of two sensors to measure oxygen saturation in the blood, a microcontroller to process data, a monitor to display data, a buzzer as a warning of the lower limit of measurement and a micro sd card module to store measurement data that has been running. Parameters displayed include the date of measurement, patient ID, SpO2-1, SpO2-2, last SpO2-1 and last SpO2-2. This system will measure and display the SpO2 value of both right and left arms simultaneously. Stroke patients who experience muscle weakness in one hand may experience different values with a hand that does not experience muscle weakness. This study aims to develop an SpO2 monitoring system that will be used to detect stroke patients with non-invasive methods. The results show that the system has been developed and can be used to measure the patient's SpO2 from both hands simultaneously with a measurement error rate of ±2% for each sensor from standard medical equipment.

Home security system is a term to describe a system of protection for residents in the environment and its surroundings from the interference of crime. A house has been equipped with high technology and can be connected to the security equipment in the house. Home security is made in order to create security, comfort and safety for residents of the house and can maintain the security of the environment without monitoring. Home security can be operated via a microcontroller and a mobile device. Home security in Indonesia is currently classified as very important, this is because the crime rate is increasing every year. The development of home security has been carried out using various existing technologies, such as the nodemcu microcontroller, which is a hardware platform intended to create prototypes of interactive electronic equipment based on flexible and easy-to-use hardware and software. This research was conducted to produce a simple home security system by utilizing nodemcu technology and a combination of sensors and an ESP32 cam as a medium to be able to run sensors and home security cameras. This research was conducted by conducting a literature study, exploring the technologies used, as well as the concept of mobile-based software development. The next step is to define requirements, analysis, design, and implementation (programming and testing the system that has been built).

The infrared detector (or IR detector) is an optoelectronic component and represents the core element of gas analyzers, flame sensors, devices of spectral analysis, as well as non-contact temperature measurement. pyroelectric infrared detectors work with  stabilization time  in a wide operating temperature range (-55 ... 85) °C, capable of measuring the slightest amounts of infrared radiation (as little as a fraction of a nW) with wavelengths between 1 µm and > 25 µm. The difference of the good pyroelectric or No good (NG) devices shown by graph of voltage offset operating that can check by manual using Digital Multi Meter or semi auto by using microcontroller One of importance measuring of IRD sensors  is Offset Voltage, stabilization of offset voltage indicate the sensor is stable with certain level value. Stabilization value measurement during measuring time means the average value not so much different with fluctuation value.  10 bit ADC on Atmega 328 that main microcontroller on Arduino Uno is capable to measure the Offset Voltage of IRD sensor and check the measurement values is within specification of IRD sensor.

The purpose of this thesis is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in controlling electrical appliances, including turning on or off lights at home and controlling other electrical appliances. The method used in making the Design of Control System for Electrical Equipment Using Bluetooth Based on the Atmega 328 Microcontroller is a prototype. This research method consists of several stages, library research, analytical methods, design and implementation methods. The results achieved are reducing the number of fires due to electrical short circuits and increasing aspects of comfort and convenience for users as well as people with disabilities and the elderly, who find it difficult to stand or to reach lights and the implementation of infrastructure devices, where a series of these tools can work after bluetooth devices are available in the community. android smartphones. connected to the bluetooth module connected to the arduino microcontroller. Basically, using the principle of this tool, the user must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The measurement of human body sensors is a very significant difference even though it is applied to the same human body, this is due to several factors. This research analyzes the measurement results of the human body temperature sensor. This study aims to determine an effective and efficient human body temperature sensor. The process of measuring human body temperature uses a microcontroller-based temperature sensor. After the results of temperature measurements using different temperature sensors are obtained, the measurement results are analyzed and compared to obtain an effective and efficient temperature sensor. Based on the analysis, the results of measuring human body temperature using a thermal camera are an effective and efficient sensor.

For blind people, assistive devices to carry out daily activities are needed. If you don't use assistive devices, blind people will experience difficulties when carrying out daily activities such as reaching the obstacles that are near them. In designing the system using the Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller board as a controller, five ultrasonic proximity sensors to determine the distance and position from the user to the front and lower obstacles. In addition, the MP3 module and headseat are used as a marker for sound in the form of sound when detecting an object and the SIM800L module is used to send SMS and the GPS module is used to determine coordinates. The validation test shows the value of 31.5 is between 31- 40 which means that it is located in a Very Good (Valid) value.
