Work-life balance is a condition where an individual is able to maintain a balance between the world of work and personal life in a sustainable manner. This balance is something that is expected by every employee, including non-managerial employees of the HCGA division of PT XYZ. The main objective of this study is to determine the achievement of employee work-life balance as reviewed from three aspects, namely time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance. In addition, this study also identifies factors that support and inhibit the achievement of work-life balance in employees. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems that arise. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. The results of the study indicate that not all employees are able to achieve optimal work-life balance. Some employees, especially those from the recruitment and general affairs departments, feel that they have a good work-life balance thanks to work flexibility and the ability to manage time. However, employees from the people development and administration departments of HCGA actually experience difficulties due to excessive workload, additional tasks outside of their job descriptions, and lack of team management from superiors. The support of coworkers who help each other and create a supportive work environment is one of the main supporting factors in achieving work-life balance. On the other hand, work pressure outside of working hours and ineffective communication are obstacles that are often faced. This study only uses one variable so that it cannot fully describe the relationship with other aspects such as work stress or job satisfaction. Therefore, further research is recommended to explore more variables in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of work-life balance in the work environment.

With the physical development of cities and industrial areas, as well as the development of transportation facilities, air quality also experiences changes in the composition of the atmosphere compared to normal conditions, which is characterized by the entry of polluting materials. Gasses and small particles/aerosols enter the air in constant quantities over long periods of time and affect not only human life but also animal and plant life. Currently, the development of electric vehicles in urban areas such as Indonesia and the Special Capital Region (DKJ) of course causes problems in the transportation system, also causes damage to common land by various interests and disrupts the existing air quality and also affects the atmosphere when pollution occurs.  Transportation is the largest contributor to air pollution, namely around 85%, because transportation is a proven source of emissions. Therefore, law enforcement efforts to improve the transportation sector without ignoring other sectors, including strategic actions, must be prioritized.  The number of buses and trains has also increased.  It will also control the number of private cars and improve much of the public transportation system.

Government digitalization in Indonesia is considered a solution to increase the efficiency of public services, but challenges such as uneven development and limited human resources need to be overcome. Meanwhile, the plan to move the capital city by the Jokowi government and Prabowo's support shows a commitment to infrastructure development, but requires careful planning and serious handling of social, economic and environmental impacts. The maneuvers used by Prabowo emphasize strategic infrastructure development and improving the quality of human resources, while Gibran focuses on local economic empowerment and economic independence.

This study aims to analyze the challenges and development strategies of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) located in low-income areas in Indonesia. MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, but in areas with low income levels, MSMEs face various constraints, such as difficulties in accessing adequate capital, technology, and management skills. To conduct this study, the researchers used a qualitative approach by collecting data from various sources of relevant scientific literature. The results showed that MSMEs in low-income settings face several key constraints, including difficulty accessing formal sources of financing, limited use of information technology, and low implementation of good business management practices, such as in marketing and financial record-keeping. To be able to develop MSMEs in low-income environments, comprehensive efforts are needed, such as facilitating MSME access to official funding sources, providing training and assistance in the use of information technology, and improving MSME skills in implementing good business management practices. In addition, the availability of skilled human resources, as well as innovation and creativity are also important factors in supporting the growth of MSMEs in low-income areas. Sand is the main commodity of the Gondoruso community, almost all levels of society feel the impact of the presence of sand mining. From sand, it can form a network ecosystem for local residents' livelihoods. Based on this phenomenon, researchers conducted an analysis using Max Weber's concept of Protestant Ethics and McLeland's need for achievement. Weber stated that the Protestant Ethics was the forerunner to the birth of the spirit of capitalism which brought human civilization to become the creature of capital it is today. This is in line with the thoughts of Mc Cleland who stated that to achieve progress in civilization, you need encouragement to achieve your goals. The need for achievement makes humans move to realize the progress of their civilization. This encouragement encourages people to think more rationally, ultimately encouraging capitalization to maximize existing potential. This research uses qualitative methods with an ethnographic approach. This is in line with analysis that attempts to describe and explain the reality that exists within a society.
