This article examines Christian epistemology in the context of theological education by highlighting the integration of divine revelation, human rationality, and theological formation processes in a global era characterized by pluralism, digitalization, and a crisis of truth authority. The main problem raised is the epistemological fragmentation in modern theological education that tends to separate revelation from rationality, thus impacting the weakness of faith formation and theological integrity. This study aims to formulate an integrative model of Christian epistemology that can address these challenges. The method used is a qualitative approach with a systematic literature study of classical and contemporary theological sources, as well as a conceptual analysis of Christian epistemological paradigms. The results show that the integration of revelation, reason, and faith experience produces a holistic epistemological model that not only strengthens theological foundations but also shapes students' spiritual character in a transformative manner. The main synthesis of this study is the Epistemological Theological Integration Framework (ETIF) model, which emphasizes that theological truth must be understood as a unity between biblical authority, rational reflection, and the practice of faith. In conclusion, an integrated Christian epistemology can serve as a solid foundation for theological education in facing global challenges and shaping a generation of contextual, reflective, and spiritual theologians.

This study aimsmto examineiin depthvthe perspective of information technology law and human rights on the phenomenon of political buzzers on social media within the context of digital development in the era of globalization. This research is motivated by the rapid advancement of information technology, which has brought significant changes in various aspects of society, including the political sphere that increasingly utilizes social media as a means of communication and information dissemination. The phenomenon of political buzzers has become a controversial issue, particularly during election periods, as it is often associated with the spread of inaccurate information, defamation, hate speech, and the manipulation of public opinion that may harm society and disrupt social stability. This study employs a normative legal research method using statutory and conceptual approaches. The results indicate that political buzzers generally operate under the justification of freedom of expression as part of human rights. However, such freedom is not absolute and must be limited to prevent violations of others' rights and to maintain public order. In this regard, information technology law in Indonesia, particularly through regulations governing digital activities, plays an important role in controlling deviant buzzer practices. Nevertheless, the absence of specific regulations explicitly governing political buzzers has resulted in less optimal law enforcement. Therefore, strengthening regulations and increasing public awareness in the wise use of social media are necessary to create a healthy, responsible, and sustainable digital ecosystem.

This study examines the concept of God’s holiness in Leviticus 10:1–7 through an exegetical approach to the event of the “strange fire” offered by Nadab and Abihu. The background of this research lies in the need to rediscover the true meaning of God’s holiness, which is often misunderstood in contemporary worship practices. The purpose of this study is to explore the theological meaning of the passage and its implications for faith and worship. The research uses a qualitative method based on literature study, focusing on historical, literary, and thematic analysis of the biblical text. The findings reveal that God’s holiness in this passage is absolute and cannot be violated without serious consequences. The action of Nadab and Abihu in offering unauthorized fire shows that worship is not only about sincere intention but also about obedience to God’s commands. The immediate divine judgment highlights that God’s holiness demands total reverence. Furthermore, this event serves as a warning for the community to maintain holiness in worship. In conclusion, God’s holiness in Leviticus 10:1–7 is radical and requires complete obedience from humanity. The implication of this study is the importance of cultivating reverence, discipline, and obedience in worship, ensuring that faith practices are aligned with God’s will rather than human preference.

This study aims to analyze the regulatory characteristics of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 77 of 2020 as a technical guideline for regional financial management, particularly in examining the tension between its normative nature and mandatory provisions, as well as their implications for regional financial governance. The research employs a normative juridical approach, utilizing both statute and conceptual approaches, complemented by a critical analysis of the regulation’s implementation. The findings indicate that, formally, Regulation No. 77 of 2020 is normative in nature as a guideline; however, in practice, it contains numerous mandatory provisions that bind local governments. These mandatory elements have been shown to enhance accountability and transparency through the standardization of procedures, reporting obligations, and strict supervisory mechanisms. On the other hand, the dominance of detailed rules tends to create policy rigidity, increase administrative burdens, and reduce the flexibility and discretion of local governments in adapting policies to local needs. Furthermore, the study identifies a phenomenon of formalistic or ritualistic compliance, which risks producing symbolic accountability without improving the quality of public services. The effectiveness of the regulation’s implementation is also influenced by disparities in human resource capacity, information systems, and regional fiscal capabilities. Therefore, a balance between mandatory approaches and normative flexibility is necessary to ensure that regional financial governance operates effectively, adaptively, and in accordance with the principles of good governance.

This article examines Romans 14:7-9 as a foundational biblical text for the concept of life ownership in New Testament ethics. Using a historical-exegetical and theological-systematic approach, it demonstrates that the passage clearly declares that neither life nor death belongs to the individual believer. Both are to be lived and died “to the Lord,” affirming that Christians are ultimately the possession of Christ as Kyrios. This theocentric view directly challenges the modern secular principle of radical patient autonomy that underpins euthanasia and physician-assisted suicide. The study provides a detailed exegesis of Romans 14:7-9 in its literary and historical context, explores parallel New Testament texts on life ownership, and discusses its ethical implications for contemporary medical practice. It argues that Romans 14:7-9 offers strong biblical grounds for rejecting active euthanasia while supporting compassionate palliative care that honors human dignity until natural death. In the Indonesian context, where euthanasia is legally prohibited, this perspective provides a robust theological foundation for Christian bioethics and public policy. A truly good death, according to the New Testament, is one that occurs in submission to the sovereignty of the risen Lord.

This article discusses innovations in cash waqf management through the integration of digital technology with the SatuWakaf.id platform developed by the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI). The urgency of this research is driven by the need for a transformation in waqf governance to optimize the potential of the Sharia economy in the era of disruption. This study employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach to examine the role of digitalization in enhancing efficiency, transparency, and public participation in waqf. The findings indicate that digital waqf provides ease of access, transaction flexibility, and transparency through a real-time reporting system that is accountably accessible to donors (wakif). Furthermore, the integration of technologies such as QRIS, e-wallets, and internet-based systems effectively addresses various constraints of conventional waqf management, including limited reach and complex administration. However, significant challenges remain, such as low public literacy, limited technological competence among waqf managers (nazir), and cyber security risks surrounding digital transactions. Consequently, the optimization of digital waqf requires strong synergy between human resource development, adaptive regulatory strengthening, and the development of inclusive technological infrastructure to ensure that national waqf potential is fully utilized for the welfare of the community.

Human Trafficking (TPPO) has undergone a significant transformation in its modus operandi alongside the massive use of information technology, giving rise to the phenomenon of cyber-recruitment within the online scam industry. This study aims to analyze the juridical construction of the criminal elements in the cyber-recruitment modus operandi based on Law Number 21 of 2007, and to evaluate the potential disharmony of norms between the TPPO regulation and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) regarding the regulation of digital evidence. The research method employed is normative legal research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results indicate that, dogmatically, the elements of TPPO—comprising the process of virtual recruitment, the means of fraudulent job promises, and the purpose of digital forced labor exploitation—under Law No. 21 of 2007 remain relevant for prosecuting cyber-recruitment perpetrators, although it demands a broader legal interpretation of cyberspace realities. However, legal certainty issues were found due to the lack of synchronicity in the regulation of digital evidence, where differences in procedures and qualifications exist between electronic evidence in the TPPO Law and the evidentiary standards in the UU ITE, which are volatile in nature. The implications of this research conclude the need for regulatory synchronization through the establishment of technical guidelines for handling TPPO-specific electronic evidence to provide a solid legal foundation for law enforcement agencies. This step is crucial to overcome cross-border jurisdictional obstacles and to ensure substantive justice and comprehensive protection of victims' rights in the digital era.

The rapid proliferation of learning analytics, business intelligence (BI), artificial intelligence (AI), and generative AI (GenAI) has significantly expanded universities’ ability to collect, integrate, analyze, and operationalize institutional data. However, despite advances in predictive analytics, dashboards, and AI-driven systems, the translation of analytical outputs into consistent and accountable institutional decision-making remains uneven. This systematic literature review synthesizes contemporary research on analytics-enabled decision-making in higher education with the aim of moving beyond dashboard-centric perspectives toward a socio-technical and computing-oriented understanding of how data are transformed into institutional actions and outcomes. Guided by the PRISMA framework, the review synthesizes evidence across four interconnected dimensions: data ecosystems and learning analytics foundations; analytics capability, BI adoption, and digital readiness; AI and advanced analytics for decision support; and human-in-the-loop (HITL) decision routines and institutional outcomes. The findings show that predictive performance and analytical sophistication alone do not guarantee decision value. Instead, effective analytics-enabled decision-making depends on interoperable data ecosystems, organizational analytics capability, governance mechanisms, explainability, and sustained human oversight. Based on these findings, this review contributes a computing-oriented decision-intelligence framework that conceptualizes analytics-enabled decision-making as an end-to-end socio-technical pipeline linking heterogeneous data acquisition, integration, feature construction, analytical modeling, explainability, human validation, governance, and feedback-based refinement. By integrating learning analytics, BI, AI, GenAI, and HITL mechanisms within a unified framework, the review clarifies how universities can move beyond dashboard-based reporting toward accountable, adaptive, and institutionally actionable decision-support infrastructures.

This final project was an audiovisual feature video that explored the issue of uncertainty among informal sector workers, particularly porters at train stations. The work was motivated by the limited representation of porters, despite their important role in supporting transportation services. This report aimed to explain the application of the three-act structure in scriptwriting, consisting of Act I (Set Up), Act II (Confrontation), and Act III (Resolution). The production process included pre-production, production, and post-production stages, with scriptwriting as the main focus in constructing a structured narrative. In Act I, the work introduced the station environment and the porter profession to build audience understanding. Act II developed the conflict through the portrayal of job uncertainty, income instability, and the daily life of the main subject. Act III presented a reflective conclusion through multiple perspectives and symbolic visuals. The result showed that the three-act structure effectively created a systematic narrative flow and strengthened message delivery. In conclusion, the human-interest approach combined with observational visuals effectively conveyed social realities and fostered audience empathy toward informal workers.

Mergers and acquisitions have served as a primary strategy for global banking consolidation over the past three decades, including in Indonesia, which is currently undergoing one of its most massive consolidation waves—one notable example being the emergence of Bank Syariah Indonesia. This article aims to provide a narrative review of the literature on the operational impacts of mergers on bank performance, with a particular focus on implications for the Indonesian context. Based on a systematic search of the Scopus database, 52 peer-reviewed articles published between 2000 and 2025 were analyzed using a narrative thematic synthesis approach. Five main themes were identified: cost efficiency, service quality, risk management, human resource and cultural integration, and information systems and technology integration. The key findings indicate that although 73.1% of studies report post-merger improvements in cost efficiency, these benefits are highly contingent upon the quality of post-merger integration especially in the areas of human resources, organizational culture, and information technology with IT integration failure rates reaching as high as 75%. Domestic mergers consistently achieve efficiency gains more rapidly than cross-border mergers, whereas risk implications depend heavily on the type of merger and the quality of integration. Policy implications include the need for the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) to monitor post-merger integration quality, provide integration guidelines for smaller banks, take into account the specific characteristics of Islamic banks, and ensure a streamlined, non-burdensome licensing process. Further research particularly empirical studies on banking mergers in Indonesia—is urgently needed to test the generalizability of global findings to the local context.
