This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing through Instagram on purchasing decisions at UMKM Jamu Bu Bekti in Karawang Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who have seen or purchased the products. The data analysis technique applied is regression analysis to examine the relationship between marketing content and promotional variables on consumer purchasing decisions. The results show that marketing content shared on Instagram does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, the content is considered quite attractive, informative, and helpful in providing product information to consumers. On the other hand, promotion has a positive and significant impact on increasing consumer interest and encouraging purchasing decisions. This indicates that consumers are more responsive to promotional strategies such as discounts, bonuses, or special offers rather than relying solely on content quality. These findings suggest that promotional strategies play a crucial role in digital marketing, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Therefore, business owners are advised to focus more on creating attractive, creative, and targeted promotional activities on social media to boost sales. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more effective, efficient, and sustainable digital marketing strategies for SMEs in the future.

This study aims to analyze the criminalization of juvenile victims of drug abuse from a victimology perspective in Indonesia. The research method used is normative legal research with a descriptive approach, conducted through library research on primary and secondary legal materials. The results show that in law enforcement practices, juveniles involved in drug abuse are often treated as offenders and processed through the criminal justice system. A case study in Surabaya reveals that juveniles who should have been recommended for rehabilitation were instead sentenced to imprisonment. From a criminological perspective, juvenile involvement is influenced by environmental factors, peer pressure, and weak family supervision. In the victimological perspective, these juveniles should be viewed as victims who require protection and rehabilitation. Therefore, a paradigm shift in the criminal justice system is needed, emphasizing a rehabilitative approach and legal protection for juveniles. This approach can reduce stigma and support a more effective rehabilitation process, with the hope of helping children's psychological and social recovery.

Public companies must maintain sustainability, as it is related to their value. A company's value can be measured by its share price; a higher market price indicates a company's financial performance and investment returns for investors. A phenomenon has been observed in the consumer non-cyclical sector, which experienced declines and fluctuations in value from 2020 to 2024. This phenomenon indicates that falling share prices lead to a decline in company value. This study aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility, Tax Avoidance, and Dividend Policy on Company Value in companies in the Consumer Non-Cyclical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2024 period. The study sample consisted of 10 companies with 50 data observations selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression with the help of EViews 12 software. The results of the study indicate that (1) Corporate Social Responsibility, Tax Avoidance, and Dividend Policy as a whole have an effect on Company Value, (2) Corporate Social Responsibility partially has no effect on Company Value, (3) Tax Avoidance partially has no effect on Company Value, (4) Dividend Policy partially has no effect on Company Value. These findings prove that Corporate Social Responsibility, Tax Avoidance, and Dividend Policy together are able to influence company value, even though each variable does not have an effect on company value.

The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving teachers/ustadz, parents, and students as data sources. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, with its validity tested through source triangulation. The results show that the role of parents is crucial in enhancing children's learning motivation, both as educators, motivators, facilitators, and role models. Active parental involvement has proven to improve discipline, enthusiasm for learning, and children's achievements in reading and writing the Qur'an. On the other hand, a lack of parental involvement negatively affects children's motivation and abilities. The motivation provided by parents helps in the smooth reading of the Qur'an, understanding tajwid, and writing hijaiyah letters. In conclusion, the success of BTA learning is not only dependent on the process at TPQ but is also influenced by parental involvement at home. The synergy between the family and educational institutions is crucial in improving the quality of Qur'an learning and shaping a morally upright generation.

This is a worrying issue in the digital age and has been shown to significantly contribute to low student academic achievement. This research aims to examine the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) services in addressing social media addiction in students with low academic achievement. The method used in this research is library research with a qualitative approach through content analysis and literature synthesis techniques sourced from various scientific references published between 2020 and 2025. The results show that students addicted to social media have low self-control, resulting in academic procrastination and a consistent decline in learning achievement. GC services have proven to play a strategic role through preventive, curative, and developmental functions implemented through classical guidance, individual counseling, and group counseling. The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach and self-management technique have proven most effective in helping students reduce social media addiction and improve learning discipline. However, the effectiveness of GC services is still constrained by the non-ideal ratio of counseling teachers, the lack of digital literacy-based GC programs, and students' negative stigma toward counseling services. This study recommends developing GC programs specifically designed to address digital addiction by involving the entire school ecosystem consistently.
