Land is something that is very important for human life. From the land humans come from, on the land humans live and into the land humans will return. Ownership, control, use and utilization of land need to be regulated in such a way in national agrarian law. In particular, land rights also need to be regulated in the agrarian law. In this context, the teachings and laws in Islam as the largest religion in Indonesia also influence the conception and policies regarding land rights. In this case, the teachings contained in the verses of the Quran and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW as a source of Islamic law become the theological and philosophical basis of the substance of land rights regulated in the constitution and other laws and regulations in Indonesia.

In this research, we will explore and explain further the link of Bukhari's hadith regarding women's leadership and the provisions of Article 27 paragraph 1 of the Law on Gender Equality in Leadership Positions. This research was conducted using a multidisciplinary approach that combines textual analysis, historical-critical methods, and legal methods. The findings show that Bukhari's hadith about women's leadership needs to be understood in its socio-historical context and cannot be interpreted from the text alone. On top of that, this research found that the spirit of gender equality in Article 27 paragraph 1 of the law is in line with Islamic rules for creating a fair and beneficial system. Therefore, the reconciliation of religious values and positive legal norms regarding women's leadership can be achieved by considering the comprehensive interpretation of the Bukhari hadith and the contextual application of Law Article 27 paragraph 1. Women's leadership is an important issue that has sparked debate throughout the world, including Indonesia . This debate is rooted in the dialectic between religious values and positive legal norms. In Islamic studies, the placement of certain hadiths in the Sahih Bukhari book is often interpreted as preventing women from occupying leadership positions. On the other hand, Article 27 paragraph 1 of the Law firmly guarantees the right of every citizen to take leadership roles without gender discrimination.

Textually, Islamic inheritance law is one of the most detailed laws mentioned in the Koran, however, resolving the division of inheritance often requires repeated ijtihad by the ulama. One of the important things in the issue of inheritance is the issue of Ashabah. The results of the research concluded that the 'ashabah hadith is categorized as an authentic hadith and can be used as proof regarding the validity of the 'ashabah system in Islamic inheritance. The implementation of the 'ashabah inheritance system does not have discriminatory implications, on the contrary, it actually contains the value of distributive justice, because justice in inheritance is not always measured by the equality of designation between heirs, but is also determined by proportionality based on the size of the burden of responsibility assigned to each heir. , balance between rights and obligations and balance between what is obtained and needs and uses. This research includes a literature review, while the way it works uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this research, several Bukhori hadiths about Ashabah are included in the Ahad Gharib Muslaq Hadith category and meet the criteria for authentic hadiths that can be used as evidence. Literature review is a research technique by conducting searches regarding the concept of Islamic Education factors in terms of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. One of the educational factors reviewed from the Al-Qur'an is the human factor, which includes; can be caused by a leader, especially because of his leadership style, personnel who try to maintain rigid rules and arise because of individual personality traits, namely egoistic, temperamental, fanatical and authoritarian attitudes. Then the educational factor that is viewed from the Hadith is the parental education factor, where education in the family is the first and main education for children. Meanwhile, parents are the leaders of the family who are responsible for the safety of their children both in this world and in the afterlife, because children are not born but are born in a state of nature. So parents are obliged to educate their children. Merdeka belajar is a concept of education that gives learners the freedom to learn according to their interests, talents, and abilities. This concept is in line with the Islamic view that learning is a duty and a need for every human being. In the Qur'an, the concept of merdeka belajar can be found in several verses, such as QS Al-Alaq verse 1-5 which commands humans to read and learn. This verse shows that learning is important and must be done by every human being. In the hadith, the concept of merdeka belajar can also be found. For example, in a hadith narrated by Al-Bukhari, the Prophet Muhammad PBUH said, "Seeking knowledge is obligatory for every Muslim." This hadith shows that learning is obligatory for every Muslim, both men and women. Based on the view of the Qur'an and hadith, merdeka belajar can be interpreted as the freedom of learners to learn according to their interests, talents, and abilities. This freedom must be balanced with the responsibility of learners to study hard and achieve maximum results

In the history of Islam, there is no prohibition for women to do work outside their homes. women have great roles and responsibilities when they do activities outside the home. This is evidenced by the existence of women who participated in wars, worked as nurses, shepherds, babysitters, and many more. Although in Islam it is said that women are siblings of men and women have equality with men, this does not mean that it is used as a barrier between men and women. This research is included in the type of library research, namely understanding the hadiths that discuss women who are active outside the home, especially the hadith that says that women are aurat. When women are outside the home, they should maintain their socialization, maintain their manners, and maintain the clothes they wear so that there is no fitnah which will have a bad impact on women.

The whole series of prayer movements are arranged in a tauqifi manner taught and practiced by the Prophet SAW. There is no information found in the Prophetic traditions that explain the differences in prayer movements between men and women. In the practice that developed in the community, there was an understanding that there were differences in ruku' and prostration movements for women. Where it is understood that for women to close their hands to their limbs, the distinction appears as a transformation of understanding of the hadith which then becomes a religious practice in the community which is conveyed and taught until it is accepted by the community as a form of teaching. This will then be studied in the form of its transformation from the hadith text into practice in the community. This discussion will be examined with a literature study approach that refers to works in the field of hadith to trace the understanding that emerged in each period.  The hadith literature shows that there is a narration in the Musnad of Abu Hanifah that appeared at the beginning of the second century, which hints at a different way of praying for women by closing their limbs. This narration was not popular in the mu'tamad hadith books that appeared until the end of the third century A.H. Based on this. In the fourth century, another understanding emerged based on a narration that explains bowing and prostration in a way that is specific to women. The narration was found in Sunan Kubra al-Bayhaqy, where al-Bayhaqy was a follower of the Shafi'iyyah school of thought.  This understanding developed in the books of fiqh shafi'iyyah which were widely used in pesantren and became the understanding and practice of the majority of people who followed the Shafi'i school of thought.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the importance of prioritizing prayer compared to other activities. A hadith from Sunan Abu Dawud suggests that the Prophet did not allow prayers to be postponed because of food or other reasons. And this hadith seems to conflict with other more popular hadiths such as the authentic Bukhari hadith and the authentic Muslim hadith. In the hadith narrated, it has the same meaning, namely allowing to prioritize eating over prayer, but from the hadith of Jabir bin Abdullah, it appears to be inconsistent with other hadiths from Anas bin Malik and father. In the history of Jabir bin Abdullah, it appears that there was a prohibition on the Prophet to prioritize eating and other activities compared to others. with prayer. Meanwhile, Anas bin Malik and Aisyah are allowed to prioritize eating over praying. This research is library research. Library research is a research activity carried out by collecting data directly from libraries and books related to the problem to be researched directly. Meanwhile, the type of research used in this research is qualitative research using takhrij al-hadith, sanad criticism and hadith understanding methods. The results of this research, seen based on the analysis of the hadith writer from Jabir bin Abdullah, do not appear to be in line with other hadiths from Anas bin Malik and father. In the history of Jabir bin Abdullah, it can be seen that the Prophet's prohibition on prioritizing eating and other activities compared to prayer. Meanwhile, Anas bin Malik and Aisyah are allowed to prioritize eating over praying. The purpose of the hadith prohibiting delaying prayer is to prevent the makruh act of praying for people who are in a condition of hunger and other things because this clearly disturbs the sincerity of the heart.
