The importance of K3 aspects in docking activities not only includes individual safety, but also has a direct impact on productivity and operational continuity. Accidents or incidents that occur during the docking process can not only threaten the lives and health of workers, but can also cause detrimental environmental impacts and hinder the smooth running of the supply chain. The HIRARC method allows identifying various potential hazards that may be associated with an activity or work environment. This approach involves data collection, situational analysis, and determining appropriate mitigation measures. From the results of the identification carried out during ship docking activities at PT. Pelindo Marine Service has 14 activities that have potential danger. With 4 activities that have very low risk, namely maintenance and repair activities in the engine room, ship maintenance in closed rooms, maintenance and repairs in the electrical room, and manual lifting of heavy materials. Then there are 5 activities with low risk, including welding process activities in open spaces, carrying out repair work at height, operating cranes, cleaning ship rooms, and plate cutting (LPG gas cutting) and material grinding processes. 3 activities with medium/medium risk, namely working around waters, working/standing around ships, and stuffing/stripping activities. And there is 1 activity with high risk, namely the ship maintenance process using the welding process in a closed space and 1 activity with very high risk, namely the activity of filling gas cylinders (for cutting and welding equipment). The risks faced include slipping, falling, scratches, shortness of breath, weakness, eye irritation, injuries, minor injuries, serious injuries, sprains, burns, fractures, electrocution and others. And the efforts made to control the risks above include using Personal Protective Equipment with discipline, working according to SOPs, installing K3 signs, providing fire extinguishers, regular inspections and implementing a good ventilation system. Based on the results of risk identification in ship docking activities at PT. Pelindo Marine Services. The importance of effective and continuous implementation of K3 in ship docking activities, in order to maintain the safety, health and welfare of workers and minimize negative impacts on company operations

HIRARC is a document that contains hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control in order to reduce the occurrence of occupational safety and health disturbances. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research aims to explain the value of the risks contained in each work area by describing the work safety analysis process by determining the level of likelihood and severity of each risk. Based on interviews and observations conducted by researchers in the Boiler section of PLTU Nii Tanasa Kendari, there are several potential dangers ranging from physical, mechanical, chemical, electrical, to ergonomic dangers. The results of the analysis of potential hazards show a low risk of 9 types of danger, a moderate risk of 7 types of danger, a high risk of 8 types of danger.The controls used are technical engineering such as providing fire extinguishers and first aid kits, installing handrails and guardrails to anticipate falls from heights, and providing insulation and dampening for equipment that is at high risk of causing work accidents. Administrative controls such as providing work instructions and SOPs, cleaning work environment areas and using PPE.

PG XYZ is a company part of agribusiness which operates in the sugar cane agroindustry in the Sidoarjo area. PT. PG XYZ is trying to minimize the stopping hours for each mill for six months. With the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) analysis method, the causes and effects can be identified and minimized so that the company gets maximum profits in an efficient time. The sugar cane milling activity is an important part of the company's production system and has risks that have a very large impact and often occur when milling machines stop working. This is due to factors that influence the milling machine. Based on the research results, it was found that PT. PG XYZ, the biggest thing that happened and had a lot of weight was the root causes that had an impact on the machine, namely the drive engine protection device didn't work, the limit switch didn't work, the backup device was damaged, the electric motor caught fire, the oil cylinder leaked, the gearbox shaft broke. Meanwhile, for the weighting of the solution. PT. PG XYZ doubles the driving machine as a double drive, upgrades the driving machine, buys a bigger chain, adds human resources, makes spare tools. With this weighting, it is hoped that we can control stopping hours based on problem data and the most effective solutions and industrial activities run well and produce the best quality.

Setiap pemilik rumah atau ruangan seringkali mengalami kelalaian ketika meninggalkan rumah atau ruangan. Salah satu kelalaian yang sering terjadi yaitu pintu yang belum terkunci. Penggunaan anak kunci untuk saat ini sangat mudah dirusak oleh pelaku kejahatan karena anak kunci yang digunakan masih kurang efektif dan mudah terjadi kehilangan saat pemakaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna dalam mengatasi kelalaian terhadap penguncian pintu apakah kondisi pintu sudah terkunci atau belum dari jarak dekat maupun jauh melalui smartphone. Prototipe ini dibangun dengan metode Prototyping dan diprogram agar dapat dikontrol menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP8266 berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dilengkapi dengan komponen MC-38 Magnetic sensor, motor servo SG90, buzzer, RFID, dan kunci gerendel dengan terhubung pada penyimpanan Supabase dan Firebase yang nantinya akan ditampilkan pada aplikasi smartphone yang dibuat menggunakan Flutter. Prototipe ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik ketika melakukan penguncian dengan kunci gerendel pada pintu baik secara jarak jauh mapun dekat serta mendeteksi kondisi pintu yang terbuka atau tertutup dengan menyalakan buzzer dan mengirimkan data log juga notifikasi pada aplikasi smartphone. Hasil dari prototipe ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi pelaku kejahatan yang menyusup ke rumah atau ruangan melalui pintu masuk sebagai jalan utama memasuki rumah ataupun ruangan.

Fire is a disaster that cannot be predicted when it will occur and where it will occur, it's just that densely populated areas are areas that are vulnerable to the danger of fire. Fire disaster in Samarinda City. Data obtained from the Samarinda City Fire and Rescue Service are fire incidents from 2021 to 2023. In 2021 there were 230 fire incidents, in 2022 there were 209 fires, in 2023 there were 99 fires. so this city is one of the cities that experiences the most fires on the island of Kalimantan. Several supporting facilities and infrastructure owned by the Samarinda City Fire and Rescue Department, such as hydrants and fire extinguishing posts, have been increased in number. This research functions to group fire data per year using the k-means clustering algorithm.

PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is a manufacturing company that produces costumize products, steel door systems and fireproof doors. Currently PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is producing 100 units of pallet rack manufacturing with customers from PT X so that proper material requirements planning is needed. The purpose of this research is to determine the material requirements of pallet racks optimally and efficiently. This research requires calculating the Bill of Materials (BOM) using the Cutting plane method and controlling the production process to run effectively and efficiently. Based on the calculations that have been carried out, the results show that for 2 mm thick mild steel material requirements, 6 sheets of plate are needed, 3 mm thick mild steel requires 173 sheets of plate, 3.6 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate and 5 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate. So that from these calculations PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is expected to minimize the material requirements of pallet rack products.

Community participation in environmental protection is a very important and main component so that the living environment where humans live is safe, comfortable and provides prosperity for humans. Ambon City is the capital of Maluku Province. Ambon City consists of several sub-districts. It can be seen that in recent years the Ambon city forest environment and residential areas have experienced several fires which resulted in destruction and damage to the environment along with buildings and structures as well as loss of life. This is what happened in South Leitimu District, Sirimau District, Nunaniwe District. The cause is indicated by the low level of community participation in protecting the environment. This can be seen from human negligence or negligence, deliberate human actions, human carelessness. The aim of this community service activity is to increase public knowledge and understanding through educational and socialization facilities in order to reduce to a minimum the damage and destruction of the environment along with the loss of life.

Fire shows the glory of God that fills the temple outside and inside the temple and thanksgiving requires humility when offering burnt offerings and communion offerings where God also warns to build an altar which is a reminder of God's mercy and forgiveness to man. God wants us to be a house of prayer, Christians who are called houses of prayer are Christians who like to pray, praise and worship God people who have a close relationship with God at all times, having a close relationship with God means not only talking to God, but we must also be able to hear God's voice.

The writer chooses Post Colonialism approach to analyze this film because it has the nearest and strongest relationship with the message inside the film, The writer also focuses on the White’s colonialism to the Blacks and Blacks’ effort to abolish Apartheid system as one of colonialism discourse applied on their land.

The aim of implementing community empowerment training is to reduce unemployment and increase the competency of training participants to produce professional ship crew human resources as a means of economic equality throughout Indonesia. Types of community empowerment training provided to communities in need include Basic Safety Training (BST), Security Awareness Training (SAT), Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF), SKK 30 miles on deck, SKK 30 miles on engines, SKK 60 miles on deck, SKK 60 mil on engines, and basic safety for traditional boat. The socialization of community empowerment training is divided into several stages, including the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The implementation of socialization is carried out using the method of direction and discussion regarding the instructor's concepts and abilities, the number of participants, and implementation time in the implementation of training. Community empowerment training, which is carried out free of charge, can provide opportunities for underprivileged communities to develop skills and knowledge regarding competencies in the maritime sector, increasing the capacity and capability of fishing communities.

  Pancasila contains five basic meanings that are interrelated with the nation's history, national ideology, ethics and various other aspects. Ethics is a system of values ​​or moral norms that serve as guidelines for a person or group of people to behave and act. The application of Pancasila in life can be said to be still not fully implemented. There are still various deviations from Pancasila values. Deviations that can still be seen clearly are forest fires. Various irresponsible human actions such as cutting down trees on a large scale and throwing cigarette butts carelessly are the causes of forest fires. The importance of forests for the survival of life is one of the important factors for the need for forest protection. Humans are required to have good ethics and are in harmony with the nation's ideology. Regarding this matter, Pancasila is emphasizing in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as a guide, source of law, and legal principles in drafting laws and regulations regarding the environment, especially forests. Regular and effective maintenance at Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) at Syamsudin Noor Airport in Banjarmasin is very important to maintain the performance and reliability of the system. However, the maintenance process is often still carried out manually or using less efficient methods. Therefore, this research aims to develop a web-based ARFF maintenance application that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance process. From the results of research on the development of the Web-based Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin Airport Maintenance Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (Arff) application, conclusions can be drawn in the form of making it easier for officers/admins to search and present actual information. Makes it easier to create monthly or annual reports that include all reports that can be done efficiently.

Electric Vehicles are vehicles that operate entirely or partially on electric motors, utilizing electrical energy stored in batteries or other rechargeable energy storage sources. The increasing use of electric vehicles also brings potential risks of new types of accidents, different from those associated with conventional internal combustion engine vehicles. Therefore, there is an urgent need to provide accurate information and appropriate handling related to electric vehicle technology, including hazard potential assessment, optimization of firefighting basics, selection of suitable firefighting agents, and the development of electric vehicle firefighting application methods. This study aims to understand the handling of electric vehicle fires using a literature review method on 10 research articles. The results show that 6 studies used water as a firefighting agent either alone or in combination with other agents such as CO2, C₆F₁₂O, liquid nitrogen, foam, and fire blankets, making it more effective in extinguishing electric vehicle fires. However, one study does not recommend using water due to its environmental impact when extinguishing electric vehicle fires. The research findings indicate the need for further innovation and research in safety technology and firefighting for electric vehicles.

One of the work activities usually carried out to maintain and repair public facilities in residential communities is the welding process. Of course, correct knowledge is needed regarding a good welding process in order to produce quality welding results so that the object being repaired can last a long time. In the welding process there are several potential dangers which have risks both for the welding worker himself in terms of health and risks for the environment in the form of fire. Education to the public regarding the welding process so that it produces quality results in general includes: ensuring the work area is clean and safe, then the tools and materials used are according to specifications and correct welding techniques are very helpful to the public. Apart from that, recognition of the potential dangers and risks that may arise from the welding process can increase awareness in the community of the importance of implementing occupational health and safety principles.

This study focuses on solving the green economic load dispatch problem by considering the presence of green energy sources, including wind energy and solar power plants. The main objective function of the whole study is to minimize the total fuel cost (TFC) of all the thermal generating sources (TGSs) in the system. Moreover, the multiple selection of all TGSs is also evaluated. Fire hawk optimization (FHO) and the Zebra optimization algorithm (ZOA) are applied to solve the problem of achieving the best TFC value and satisfying all the constraints involved. The results indicated that ZOA can achieve a better optimal solution compared to FHO. Particularly, the results obtained by ZOA are completely superior to FHO in all comparison criteria at two load demand levels, such as Best TFC value (Best.Cost), Average TFC value (Aver.Cost), and Maximum TFC value (Max.Cost). On top of that, ZOA is the only algorithm of two applied ones providing the fast convergence capability to the optimal value of the main objective functions in two cases of load demand levels. Therefore, ZOA is an efficient search method to deal with such GELD problems.

Pelabuhan merupakan bagian dari suatu sistem kompleks yang bertujuan untuk menjaga rantai logistik agar berjalan lancar.Seluruh aktivitas operasional di area kerja pelabuhan tentu tidak lepas dari adanya risiko kecelakaan dan keadaan darurat lainnya, tak terkecuali Terminal Petikemas. Adapun risiko yang mungkin terjadi di antaranya kelalaian operator, kesalahan dalam menjalankan prosedur, ataupun kebakaran. perusahaan dengan risiko tinggi wajib memiliki sistem tanggap darurat beserta organisasi tanggap darurat.Maka dari itu fokus pada penelitian kali ini adalah pada salah satu Perusahaan Jasa Petikemas di Surabaya. Proses kerja di perusahaan ini tentu terkait penanganan container dengan berbagai jenis muatan. Container ini kemudian diletakkan pada lapangan penumpukan petikemas yang memiliki risiko tinggi akan terjadinya kebakaran. Setelah dilakukan observasi, pada masing-masing CY telah tersedia Fire Hydrant dengan kondisi berupa rusaknya bagian-bagian hidran, kurang mencakupnya pemanfaatan hidran ke seluruh area, serta titik lokasi penempatan hidran yang tidak maksimal. Maka dari itu, penulis melakukan kajian lebih lanjut terkait kondisi sistem tanggap darurat di Lapangan Penumpukan Petikemas dan melakukan perancangan ulang penempatan hidran di Container Yard.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif di mana setelah  pengambilan data maka dilakukan analisis terhadap tingkat risiko kebakaran dan selanjutnya perhitungan dan perancangan ulang kebutuhan hidran. Hasil penilaian risiko menunjukkan tingkat risiko kebakaran tingkat tinggi pada CY 01, serta tingkat sedang di CY 02 dan CY 03. Kondisi hidran di Terminal Petikemas di Surabaya memiliki beberapa ketidaksesuaian yang harus dilakukan perbaikan dengan penggantian bagian serta pemeliharaan berkala. Selanjutnya pada perhitungan kebutuhan hidran di area Container Yard menghasilkan dibutuhkannya penambahan 3 pilar hidran serta 2 sambungan hose di CY 01, serta penambahan 3 pilar hidran dan 2 sambungan hose di CY 02.

Tidak terjangkaunya Alat Pemadam Api Ringan dan tidak terdapatnya fire system security membuat PT XYZ berupaya untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan menghindari risiko kebakaran dengan menganalisa potensi bahaya yang ada di tempat kerja sebagai sarana perencanaan kebutuhan Alat Pemadam Api Ringan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengumpulkan data dalam bentuk wawancara dan observasi langsung. Observasi dilakukan pada saat melihat kondisi dan tata letak ruang kantor. Wawancara dilakukan kepada salah satu karyawan divisi Health Safety Security and Environment. Kedua bentuk data ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi bahaya kebakaran di ruangan PT XYZ. Potensi bahaya kebakaran yang ada di dalam kantor tersebut disebabkan oleh ada peralatan yang mudah terbakar apabila tidak dirawat dengan baik. Dari observasi dapat dilihat terdapat 4 potensi bahaya yaitu kertas, bahan kimia, peralatan elektronik, dan instalasi listrik.Dari potensi bahaya ini disesuaikan dengan Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. 4 Tahun 1980 Tentang Syarat Pemasangan dan Pemeliharaan Alat Pemadam Api Ringan diperoleh APAR golongan C berjumlah satu dengan jenis Dry Chemical Powder.

Temporary bulding or temporary buildings are places that have high urgency in a construction project where there are company facilities consisting of employees, buildings and company administration. This research is qualitative in nature, based on safety representative as the primary research data prior to conducting the Fire Risk Assessment which focuses on all rooms in the temporary buildings of construction service companies. This research was conducted with the aim of conducting a fire risk assessment in accordance with NFPA 551 of 2019 to determine the value of fire risk and Fire Extinguishers planning will be carried out based on Permenakertrans No. 04 of 1980. The results of the risk assessment carried out showed that the fire rate in 12 rooms in the temporary building had a moderate risk level and the other 2 rooms had a low risk level. For the application of Fire Extinguishers to the entire temporary building area, 5 Fire Extinguishers are needed with 4 Fire Extinguishers of the Dry Chemical Powder type and 1 Carbon Dioxide (CO2)

Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (BJTI) is a terminal port that serves container loading and unloading services at the port. One of the hazards that threaten the loading and unloading industry is the danger of fire. Fires can cause a lot of material and non-material losses. Efforts that can be made to minimize the danger and impact of fires are the implementation of an efficient and optimal emergency response system in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the emergency response system in an effort to prevent and control fires in the PT. Berlian Terminal Services Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, with primary data sourced from direct observation and interviews, while secondary data obtained through a literature study of company documents. This research will explain how the implementation of the fire emergency response system in PT. Berlian Terminal Services Indonesia. The result of this research is that it can be concluded that PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia has implemented a fire emergency response system in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, but there are still things that need to be optimized, such as the implementation of APAR inspections that are late in their implementation and the lack of intensity in fire emergency response simulations.

High-rise office building adalah gedung dengan jumlah lantai paling sedikit 16 lantai yang difungsikan sebagai area kantor. Dengan ketinggian gedung yang cukup tinggi dan jumlah penghuni yang lebih dari 100 orang maka dapat dikategorikan sebagai bangunan dengan potensi bahaya tinggi. Salah satu bahaya yang mengintai adalah kebakaran yang dapat membahayakan penghuni gedung. Dengan pelatihan evakuasi yang tepat saat keadaan darurat kebakaran, diharapkan dapat meminimalisir kerugian yang dapat terjadi. Evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan simulasi evakuasi kebakaran diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan simulasi yang dilakukan. Melalui penelitian dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif ini, peneliti akan membahas penerapan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran mulai dari sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan dalam menghadapi situasi darurat kebakaran pada gedung bertingkat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan yang akan membantu pembaca dalam mengoptimalisasi sistem tanggap darurat yang ada pada gedung bertingkat.
