The research methods used are quantitative and associative methods.   Data   collection   techniques   in   this   research   used   observation techniques and questionnaires. Data obtained by a questionnaire with 70 employees as respondents. Questionnaire data testing was analyzed using SPSS version 25 calculations, using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, hypothesis tests and simultaneous tests. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression analysis that the equation value Y = 29,832+ 0.123 X1 + 0.110 ) with work motivation and work facilities (independent variables) have a very strong level of relationship. Based on hypothesis testing using the t test between the variable providing work motivation (X1) and employee performance (Y), the result is tcount is greater than ttable (5,130 >1,995) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the t test between the work facility variable (X2) and employee performance (Y) resulted in tcount being greater than ttable (5,940 > 1,995) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination value of 57.6% while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables which were not researched and based on the f test between the variables providing incentives and work facilities on employee performance it was obtained the results of fcount > ftable = 21,719 > 2,740 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that work motivation and work facilities influence employee performance at PT Bahana Mitra Prima South Tangerang.

The Student Education and Training Center (PPLP) in Riau Islands was formed based on the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KEMENPORA) program in the development of achievement sports coaching centers in the regions. Currently Riau Islands Province has 3 PPLP Sports Branches that are running, namely Pencak Silat, Taekwondo and Archery which are managed by the Riau Islands Provincial Youth and Sports Office. In its implementation there are several shortcomings such as sports facilities, facilities and infrastructure, and the achievements of athletes. The purpose of this study was to obtain a complete picture and evaluate the process of implementing the coaching program for PPLP athletes in Riau Islands Province. This research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources, and data collection methods in the form of documentation, interviews, and observations. The theory used by researchers in evaluation uses Masson & Gibbon's theory in Hayat (2018) which includes indicators: The process has run optimally, seen from the role of the management in implementing the coaching program that has been well coordinated. For formative indicators, it is less than optimal as seen from the fulfillment of athletes' facility needs which are not fully met. For summative indicators, it runs less optimally seen from the results of athletes' achievements that have not been consistent at the national level. The conclusion of this research is that the PPLP program has been running quite well in Riau Islands Province, it's just not optimal seen from additional professionals such as sports specialists, infrastructure and the results of athletes' achievements at the National level. Suggestions for improvement are that the administrators involved in the PPLP program must be able to increase their contribution, especially in terms of meeting the needs of athletes

Law enforcement against the Self-Interest Terminal (TUKS) in Tanjung Pinang City is an important issue in the context of shipping safety and environmental protection. The background of this research is based on various violations that occur in the field, such as lack of facility maintenance, non-fulfillment of safety standards, and environmental pollution, which shows the absence of suboptimal law enforcement by the Tanjung Pinang Class II Port Authority (KSOP). The purpose of this study is to assist the legal arrangements that regulate TUKS, identify obstacles in law enforcement, and provide suggestions to overcome these obstacles to improve the effectiveness of law enforcement. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with an analysis of applicable laws and regulations, including Law No. 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping, Law No. 32 of 2014 concerning Marine Affairs, and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 51 of 2011. In addition, an empirical juridical approach is carried out by interviews and observations to obtain empirical data on the application of law enforcement. The results of the study show that law enforcement by KSOP Class II Tanjung Pinang faces several significant obstacles, such as limited human resources and facilities, lack of coordination between agencies, complicated bureaucratic related procedures, and low awareness and compliance of companies with applicable regulations. These obstacles result in the supervision and enforcement of violations in TUKS not running effectively. To overcome these obstacles, this study suggests several strategic steps. First, increase the capacity and resources of KSOP by increasing protected labor and providing modern equipment. Second, strengthen coordination between agencies through the formation of special forums or committees and the implementation of bureaucratic procedures to accelerate the handling of violations. Third, increasing the awareness and presence of the company through socialization and education programs and involving the public in reporting violations. For this reason, it is recommended to increase the allocation of resources, strengthen coordination between related agencies through the formation of forums or special committees, the community, especially companies that operate TUKS, must actively participate in socialization and education programs organized by KSOP Class II Tanjungpinang and the government and for the Civil Servant Investigator Position to be included in the Position Map within the Technical Implementation Unit of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation of the Ministry Transportation at KSOP Class II Tanjungpnang.    

Healthy latrines are an important sanitation facility that aims to maintain environmental health and improve public health in general. However, in Aster Hamlet ownership of healthy latrines is still low. Of the 345 families in Aster Hamlet, only 73 have healthy toilets, leaving 272 other families who do not. The habit of defecating into the river is a common practice there, considering that most of the houses are located near the river The aim was to identify factors related to the behavior of using healthy toilets in Aster Hamlet. This research used a cross-sectional design. The research population was 345 heads of families. The research sample was taken from 73 heads of families who had healthy latrines using total sampling technique. The analysis carried out included univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence healthy latrine use behavior. The results showed that all the variables studied, namely knowledge (p = 0.003), attitudes (p = 0.000), facilities and infrastructure (p = 0.002), and water availability (p = 0.000), had a significant relationship with latrine use behavior. Healthy. In particular, the most related variable is water availability, with the highest Exp(B) value of 2.505. This shows the importance of the water availability factor in influencing the behavior of using healthy latrines in Aster Hamlet, Village      

This research aims to find out whether employee performance can influence the relationship between work facilities and work discipline that researchers found at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch.  By using quantitative research methods, the population and sample were generated from employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch using the saturated sample method.  The sample used in this research consisted of 33 employees as respondents according to the number of employees at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch.  This research reveals that the work facility variable has a positive effect on employee performance.  However, the work discipline variable has a negative effect on employee performance.

This study is a quantitative research. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work engagement on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The subjects of this study are the employees of Class IIA Correctional Facility in Sidoarjo. The sampling technique used in this study is a census, where data is obtained from the entire population. The data collection method involves a questionnaire containing 44 questions. The respondents in this study consist of 107 employees in the production department. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that work engagement influences organizational commitment, organizational commitment influences performance, and work engagement influences performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment cannot mediate the influence of work engagement on performance.

Background: Pain is the reason most frequently complained by patients to seek help from a health facility and this condition almost always indicates a disease condition or pathological process. Surgery as one of the causes of pain is an invasive medical procedure used to diagnose or treat disease, injury or body deformity. Objectives: To determine the effect of early mobilization on reducing the pain scale in post-operative patients at K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Hospital Semarang. Methods: This type of research is descriptive research in the form of a case study in November 2023 at K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Hospital Semarang. The sample was 2 post-operative patients. Data analysis by changing the data obtained in narrative form and interpreting the results. Findings: In the first respondent, after early mobilization for 3 days, the pain scale decreased from scale 6 (moderate pain) to scale 2 (mild pain), in the second respondent, before early mobilization for 3 days, the pain scale decreased from scale 7 (severe pain) to scale 3 (mild pain). Implications: provide information for nurses and future researchers regarding early mobilization as a development of nursing interventions to reduce postoperative pain

The research subjects in this thesis are South OKU 1 Public Vocational School The software used in making South Oku 1 South Vocational School website is Adobe Photoshop CS3, XAMPP, PHP, Sublime Text and MySQL. The result of this final project is a website for SMK Negeri 1 Oku Selatan, the website was developed using PHP and MySQL. The contents contained in the website are in the form of information about agencies such as: profile, department, gallery and contact that can be contacted at the SMK NEGERI 1 OKU SELATAN institution.

The business of selling coffee in the world is growing more easily and quickly with the provision of a place which is usually called a cafe or shop. One of them is the Titik Hitam Nalar cafe in Jakarta, but the ordering process with customers takes longer to wait for orders and customer payments that are not neatly arranged create conditions that’s are not conducive, resulting in continuous negative criticism. Therefore, an application is needed that helps employees work in every part, both in terms of ordering, manufacturing, and payments, using the FIFO algorithm which focuses on which services are prioritized first in order to reduce negative sentiment from customers. The Android-based application was created by involving every design phase, making it easier for customers and employees to provide a service facility that works well and is suitable for use.  

The wooden shipyard in Bahari Village is a privately-owned facility that conducts maintenance, repair, and construction of new wooden ships. The vessels serviced at this shipyard range from 10 GT to 25 GT and are made from wood. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the management of the wooden shipyard in Bahari I Village, Sampolawa District, South Buton Regency. The methodology used is a survey method, and the data is analyzed using fishbone analysis followed by a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the construction and repair processes of wooden ships in Bahari I Village are not efficient due to facilities that do not meet standards, with only 22% of the necessary conditions being fulfilled. The management of this wooden shipyard is still far from adequate because several aspects remain uncontrolled, such as the shipbuilding process not meeting expected targets, delays in the availability and delivery of raw materials, and the use of very basic tools and outdated technology.

The patient registration process at the Prabumulih City Hospital is still direct, by means of the patient/patient's guardian coming directly to the health service facility, then the patient is given a registration queue number, then the patient waits for a call according to the queue number, after the queue number is called, the officer will ask the type of patient new or old, poly patient purposes, outpatient or inpatient care, private payments or BPJS, after that the officer enters patient data to create a queue number for patient care in order to get health services. In this regard, it is necessary to have an application system for patient administration so that new patients can register online through the internet network, making it easy for old patients to check personal data, view doctor schedules, take queues and others.

This study aims to determine the relationship between health facility measures and reference service measures on the quality of service for patients participating in BPJS Health at the Sukodono Community Health Center, Sidoarjo. This research also aims to describe the quality of BPJS Health services at the puskesmas. The results of previous research show that the quality of BPJS Health services at the Sukodono Community Health Center still needs to be improved, especially in the aspects of waiting time, patient satisfaction and communication with health workers. This research uses survey methods and data to find out how the quality of BPJS Health services at the Sukodono Community Health Center and how health facility actions and referral service actions influence service quality. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for improving the quality of health services provided by the Sukodono Community Health Center, so that people who use BPJS Health services can receive better and more effective services.

Public service is crucial for fulfilling community basic needs, particularly in healthcare. Puskesmas Porong, a healthcare institution in Sidoarjo District, serves as the primary focus of this study. With a vision to provide quality and professional healthcare services to the community, Puskesmas Porong plays a pivotal role as the primary healthcare center in Porong Subdistrict. Despite adequate facilities including 46 inpatient beds and coverage of 10 surrounding villages, challenges persist. High patient influx poses significant issues such as long waiting times for services, attributed to insufficient staff and resources. Moreover, limited community participation in providing feedback is a concern, hindering the identification of issues and optimal solutions for healthcare service improvement.This qualitative research aims to analyze healthcare service quality at Puskesmas Porong, employing interviews with key stakeholders including the head of the health center, medical staff, administrative personnel, and patients. Additionally, observation and documentation methods were utilized to gather comprehensive data on service provision, patient satisfaction, and facility conditions. Results reveal that while operational procedures are generally adhered to, discrepancies exist between management perceptions and patient experiences. Patients highlight shortcomings in BPJS utilization, medical equipment adequacy, and diagnostic accuracy, underscoring the need for targeted improvements to enhance service quality and community trust.

To help patients make the most of their time at the clinic, it is helpful to provide them with information on when physicians will be available to see them. A new approach to health development governance is required under Regulation No. 21 of 2020 of the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Health, which addresses the Ministry's Strategic Plan for 2020–2024. This plan encompasses health information systems, research integration, and development, among other areas. First, Health Technology Transformation, which includes developing and integrating health data; second, Health Service Application Integration and Development; and third, Health Technology Ecosystem Development, will house the primary activities involved in health technology transformation. This study's findings suggest that consumers are mostly interested in finding hospitals in close proximity to their homes, rather than using the doctor's appointment component of the KlikDokter app. Because of this, KlikDokter has to implement a change movement that can increase the number of health facilities that operate with Klik Doctor, allowing it to reach the closest health facility. It also has to link insurance and BPJS so that health facilities may provide transaction features.

. A Mixed-Use Building combines structures with different functions, such as residential, commercial, and cultural buildings, planned within a city. This research focuses on the design of a Mixed-Use Building, referring to the process of planning, illustrating, and developing a concept or idea for a building or physical structure. The study aims to understand the design of the Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Mixed-Use Building in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District. The research material includes the site location in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency, the needs of the academic community of Panca Budi Development University for research land, and the potential for area development as a tourism facility, such as a mall and other buildings that will support the activities of the area and the surrounding community. The results of this study indicate that the facilities and infrastructure of the Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Mixed-Use Building consist of a cafe, coffee shop, meeting room, viewing area, and toilets and that the design guidelines for the Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Mixed-Use Building meet the criteria.

The Creative Industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth. However, it faces challenges such as low quality of human resources and inadequate facility accessibilityThe Creative Industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth. One solution is to provide creative hub facilities as centers for collaboration, innovation, and the development of the creative industry business. This research aims to analyze the aspects of creative hub in enhancing creativity and the development of the creative industry business in Kabupaten Asahan. The method used in this research is a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, involving a comparative study of buildings with similar functions and a survey using questionnaires with 30 respondents, particularly those who have used creative hubs and the general population of Kabupaten Asahan. The results show that creative hub facilities in Kabupaten Asahan play a crucial role in enhancing creativity and the development of the creative industry business. Users tend to prefer facilities that support collaboration and innovation, as well as those that provide comfort such as prayer rooms and green open spaces. This emphasizes the potential of creative hubs as centers for developing creative potential and the creative industry business in the Kabupaten Asahan area.
