The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Audit Fees, Audit Rotation, Audit Tenure, Company Size, Auditor Specialization and Auditor Reputation on Audit Quality in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The method used in this research is quantitative associative method, using secondary data. Based on the research results, it shows that Audit Fees, Audit Tenure and Auditor Specialization partially have no effect on Audit Quality. This shows that audit fees are low and competitive for auditors without reducing auditor quality standards. Audit quality is maintained even though there are changes in the Audit Tenure period. Auditor specialization is reduced, but there is increased training, application of audit standards and use of technology in maintaining effective Audit Quality. Company size partially has a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality. This shows that the auditor has sufficient expertise to handle the high complexity of a large company size, thus providing support for increasing audit quality. Audit Rotation and Auditor Reputation partially have a negative and significant effect on Audit Quality. This shows that a decrease in the frequency of Auditor Rotation can result in a decrease in their objectivity and independence, but auditors have a high perspective and long-term relationship to improve Audit Quality. A decline in auditor reputation can reduce public trust and auditor credibility, but implementing audit standards, strengthening policies and procedures and effective supervision can play a transparent role in maintaining integrity and professionalism by assessing and improving high audit quality standards. Audit Fees, Audit Rotation, Audit Tenure, Company Size, Auditor Specialization and Auditor Reputation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality. This shows that Audit Fees can ensure auditors work well, Audit Rotation can reduce the risk of fraud, Optimal Audit Tenure does not lose objectivity, Company Size provides resources for comprehensive audits, Auditor Specialization adds value with special skills, Auditor Reputation adds trust and contribute to improving Audit Quality in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020–2022.

Law enforcement against the Self-Interest Terminal (TUKS) in Tanjung Pinang City is an important issue in the context of shipping safety and environmental protection. The background of this research is based on various violations that occur in the field, such as lack of facility maintenance, non-fulfillment of safety standards, and environmental pollution, which shows the absence of suboptimal law enforcement by the Tanjung Pinang Class II Port Authority (KSOP). The purpose of this study is to assist the legal arrangements that regulate TUKS, identify obstacles in law enforcement, and provide suggestions to overcome these obstacles to improve the effectiveness of law enforcement. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with an analysis of applicable laws and regulations, including Law No. 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping, Law No. 32 of 2014 concerning Marine Affairs, and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 51 of 2011. In addition, an empirical juridical approach is carried out by interviews and observations to obtain empirical data on the application of law enforcement. The results of the study show that law enforcement by KSOP Class II Tanjung Pinang faces several significant obstacles, such as limited human resources and facilities, lack of coordination between agencies, complicated bureaucratic related procedures, and low awareness and compliance of companies with applicable regulations. These obstacles result in the supervision and enforcement of violations in TUKS not running effectively. To overcome these obstacles, this study suggests several strategic steps. First, increase the capacity and resources of KSOP by increasing protected labor and providing modern equipment. Second, strengthen coordination between agencies through the formation of special forums or committees and the implementation of bureaucratic procedures to accelerate the handling of violations. Third, increasing the awareness and presence of the company through socialization and education programs and involving the public in reporting violations. For this reason, it is recommended to increase the allocation of resources, strengthen coordination between related agencies through the formation of forums or special committees, the community, especially companies that operate TUKS, must actively participate in socialization and education programs organized by KSOP Class II Tanjungpinang and the government and for the Civil Servant Investigator Position to be included in the Position Map within the Technical Implementation Unit of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation of the Ministry Transportation at KSOP Class II Tanjungpnang.

Furniture has high added value and significant global competitiveness, largely due to the diversity of natural raw materials available in Indonesia, such as wood, rattan, and bamboo, as well as distinctive and high-quality designs. This advantage is supported by the skills and competence of the available human resources, making Indonesian furniture superior to products from other countries. Product quality is a key element in winning market competition, as it impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. Masnur Joglo, a furniture company located on Jl. Muara Karya, specializes in producing various types of furniture from high-quality woods such as super mahogany and red teak. However, the purchasing system, which requires customers to visit the store directly and manually record prices, results in inefficiencies in terms of time and transportation costs. Customers often need to visit multiple stores to find the desired product, which is an inefficient process. To address these challenges, this study proposes the development of an Android-based sales application as a solution. This application is designed to expand Masnur Joglo's market reach and facilitate online ordering of furniture products, anytime and anywhere. The study aims to design and develop an Android-based sales information system that can enhance operational efficiency and streamline the sales process while better meeting customer needs. The application development method employs the waterfall model and uses MySQL and Firebase databases.

The sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method, and 47 civil servant respondents were selected as the sample. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research includes: data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The results of the partial significant test (t statistical test) from the research analysis and discussion show that; transactional leadership style, with a t value of 1,555, this value is smaller than t table 1,669. This explains that the Transactional Leadership variable has no effect on the Employee Performance variable. Work Culture, with a t value of 3,033, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Work Culture variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Physical Work Environment, with a t value of 2,467, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Physical Work Environment variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous significant test (f test) show that Fcount 5,600 > Ftable 2,751 with a significance value of 0.002. So it can be concluded that the two independent variables, namely Transactional Leadership (X1), Work Culture (X2) and Physical Work Environment (X3) greatly influence the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Customary forests are one of the categories of social forestry which are located in the living areas of local indigenous communities and can usually be found in inland areas. Customary forests are also regulated in Law Number 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry as stated in Article 1 number 6 "Customary forests are state forests that are within the territory of customary law communities." Conflicts between company interests and the rights of indigenous communities sometimes arise due to a lack of legal protection and unequal power, this is based on expansion which can be said to be irregular because quite a few mining companies expand mining areas outside the mine itself in order to exploit very natural resources. abundant in it.
