Human resources are the main asset and support for the organization to achieve the goals that have been set. Employees as one of the organizational assets have significant differences from other assets. This is because employees are talented human beings who have creativity and creativity so that they are able to develop optimally and produce everything that is the goal of the organization. This study aims to determine the influence work ethic and work discipline on employee performance at the Bima District Transportation Office. Where research uses associative, namely to find out the independent variables, namely work ethic (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y) with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, namely based on the considerations in determining the sample, namely civil servants (PNS) ) in the District Transportation Office. Bima as many as 44 people. 1) there is a partial significant effect of work ethic on performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Service. count value of 5.628. 2) there is no significant effect partially on work discipline on employee performance at the Bima District Transportation Office. The calculated value is 0.545. 3). there is a simultaneous significant effect of work ethic and work discipline on employee performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Service obtained an F count of 36.506

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.

Telemedicine, as a form of evolution in the field of health services, has emerged as a response to the challenges and opportunities arising from advances in information and communication technology (ICT). In the era of globalization and digitalization, the concept of telemedicine has revolutionized the way medical services are provided, providing broader, more efficient, and innovative access to healthcare. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction among telemedicine users in Surakarta City. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing online questionnaires (google form). The population in this study are telemedicine users in the Surakarta City area. While determining the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a sample of 96 respondents. The results showed that most of the respondents were aged 36-45 years (30.2%), female (51%). The education level of the majority of respondents graduated from high school or equivalent (31.2%). The level of employment of civil servants and self-employed (18.8%) and the activity that is often used is to consult a doctor (66.7%). A total of 3 - 4 times using telemedicine a total of 42.7%. While the results of the description of the quality of services provided are in the good category (72.9%) and the description of satisfaction is in the satisfied category (66.7%). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between service quality and satisfaction with the use of telemedicine services indicating a significant and positive relationship (p value = 0.000).

Implementation of Management Control Systems in Improving Employee Work Effectiveness at the National Counterterrorism Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (supervised by Mursalim and Fadliah Nasaruddin). The aims of this study were to determine (1) the adequacy of the management control system (SPM) implementation, and (2) the SPM's role in increasing the effectiveness of the work of employees at the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses primary data, namely through the distribution of questionnaires. The research methodology used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Testing the data using questionnaire answers with a sample consisting of 210 civil servants and TNI/POLRI, 83 PTT and 17 task units of the BNPT of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the results of the questionnaire testing, it was concluded that the adequacy of the implementation of SPM at the BNPT of the Republic of Indonesia was very adequate. And, the role of SPM in increasing the work effectiveness of employees at the BNPT of the Republic of Indonesia, is very important.

Each agency in carrying out its activities has goals that must be achieved. To achieve or realize these goals, each agency must be good at choosing strategies, especially there is human resource planning which in essence is focused on certain steps taken by management. For the availability of a permanent workforce to occupy the position and the right time in order to achieve the goals and various targets set. Employee placement is expected to make an adequate contribution to the organization in addition to being an effort to develop human resource competencies in the organization. With improper placement, a person's performance will not match the expectations of management and organizational demands, thus they display low work productivity which can result in boredom and boredom. Theoretically, the placement of employees in an organization must have an adjustment between the qualifications or educational background of employees with the qualifications of the job they will carry. To find out whether the placement process is successful or not, what the company can do is to evaluate employee behavior and work performance in the form of a work presentation assessment. The ability of employee resources is often hampered if faced with job placement problems.

This is of course the obligation of the government, both the central and regional governments, to provide these resources so that not only can the hospital be built, but the human resource aspect cannot be fulfilled.

Education and training have a strategic role in improving the quality of human resources, namely civil servants who are professional both in terms of competence, attitude and expected behavior in accordance with their respective duties and roles. The objectives of education and training have an influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the objectives of the training which are in line with performance measurement indicators. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the functions and roles of education and training affect the improvement of employee performance skills in companies. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are in carrying out the roles and functions of education and training to improve employee performance skills by increasing human resources, advancing science and technology, and increasing the quality development of company quality. It can be concluded that the role and function of education and training is an activity of a company that intends to be able to improve and develop attitudes, behavior, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with the wishes of the company in improving employee performance. For agencies or companies, it is also necessary to encourage the development of the basic capabilities of existing employees. The education and training carried out by the company is beneficial for the company, employees, and improves performance and performance in good quality.

  The discrimination that many people with disabilities experience is discrimination in the work environment to people with disability are only pitied and seen as having many limitations and ultimately hampering the surrounding community. This view still occurs in many companies, they are reluctant to accept people with disabilities because they are considered to only hamper the company. By examining this problem, it is hoped that it can render a concern for how the government should enforce and supervise the employment rights of persons with disability, both in the government and private companies. The method used is a qualitative approach with the type of case study and is descriptive with a case study of discrimination in the selection of civil servants. It could then be concluded that persons with disability are the same as other human beings who have human rights, including employment rights, these rights have been guaranteed and regulated in the 1945 Constitution, Human Rights Law, Law on Persons with Disabilities, and other laws and regulations and from this research, it was found that there is still perception against persons with disability in the selection of Civil Servant (PNS) admissions

The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the functions and roles of BKN, the role of BKN in preventing corruption for civil servants, and the implementation of corruption prevention policies or programs in the field by BKN in efforts to prevent civil servant corruption. Employees are workers both physically and mentally and their presence is needed because they are one of the most important means of effort to achieve certain goals. The writing method that we use in writing this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach through researching doctrinal laws using secondary data sources. The BKN as an institution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to better manage government personnel. The BKN was established to function not only to collect administrative data, but to develop the competence of civil servants in a more effective way so that they can provide support for development missions, governance, and public services. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. In general, this study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Workload on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council of Sibolga City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive correlational research, which describes and provides an explanation of the relationship between variable X (independent) as the independent variable that influences and variable Y (dependent) as the dependent variable that is influenced. For this study, the population was only Civil Servants consisting of 10 Structural Officials and 29 Staff at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council of Sibolga City, totaling 39 (thirty nine) Civil Servants. The analytical method used is the efficiency analysis technique of multiple correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed that based on statistical testing partially showed t count 3.641 > t table 0.208 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, it means that the Leadership variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the Work Effectiveness variable. The workload variable shows t count 0.448 > t table 0.208 and a significant 0.004 <0.05, it means that the workload variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness variable.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is motivation related to the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? (2) How is work discipline related to the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? (3) How is the influence of motivation and work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The influence of motivation on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. (2) The influence of work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. (3) The influence of motivation and work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if work discipline is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation and work discipline are increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase.

Human resource development both those working in the public sector (Civil Servants, SOE Employees, BUMD Employees) and sectors.  Talking about organizational problems is inseparable from the element of human resources. The definition of human resources is people in an organization who participate and contribute according to their respective fields of duty. Human resource development will indeed not see results quickly, but in the long term, this investment will yield results that meet the expectations of the organization. In this sense, the term development will include the meaning of training and education, namely as a means of improving skills and general knowledge for human resources, in this case Civil Servants who work at the Fakfak Development Planning Agency. In the work unit at the Fakfak Development Planning Agency, it can be achieved well if there is a Civil Servant development program. This study aims to find out the influence of human resource training and development factors on the productivity of civil servants on the Fakfak Regency BAPPEDA and to find out the most dominant variables of human resource training and development factors affecting the productivity of civil servants in the Fakfak Regency BAPPEDA. The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. Based on the results of important findings of the Civil Servant Development Method research, there are 2 (two) methods of employee development, namely the on the job training method and the off the job training method.

This study aimed to examine the influence of service quality, tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and taxpayer environment on taxpayer compliance at Regional Office of Pemalang District. The total population of  Civil Servantswas 9.962, the samples used in this study were 100 people. The analysis method used multiple linier regresion. According to classic assumtion test, it showed that the data valid and reliable. The result of t distribution showed service quality had t value 3,129 and more than t table (>1,985), therefore service quality had positive and significant influenceon taxpayer compliance. The result of t distribution showed tax knowledge had t value 2,891 and more than t table (>1,985), therefore tax knowledge had positive and significant influenceon taxpayer compliance. The result of t distribution showed tax sanctions had t value 2,731 and more than t table (>1,985), therefore tax sanctions had positive and significant influenceon taxpayer compliance. The result of t distribution showed taxpayer environment had t value -0,376 and less than t table (<1,985), therefore taxpayer environment didn’t influence taxpayer compliance.

This study aims to determine the effect of partially significant career development on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the effect of partially significant work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the development of career and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 61 employees consisting of 41 civil servants, 7 regional honorary employees, and 13 non-permanent employees at the Department of Communication and Information, Bima Regency. The sample in this study were 41 civil servants with the sampling technique used, namely the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that career development had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, career development and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency.

This study aims to analyze and explain the level of competence and professionalism of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in improving services at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service.  This research uses a qualitative method of collecting data through interviews, observations, and secondary data. The results showed that ASN's competencies include technical, managerial, socio-cultural, and integrity aspects. ASN professionalism involves attitudes, behaviors, and work qualities that reflect dedication, integrity, and responsibility. Education has met the competencies, but training is needed to improve employee professionalism. Public service civil servants at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service are responsive, effective, efficient, and highly quality. An indicator of the success of employee professionalism is seen in the increase in fire and rescue service time. With adequate competence, high professionalism, and quality public services, civil servants in the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service can provide optimal services to the community. To achieve this goal, it is recommended to improve education training and implement a code of ethics, transparency, accountability, and efficient management of resources.

Kartikajaya Village is part of the Wonosari village area, before it became its own village known as Bleder. At that time it was still in the form of forests and swamps and was often used for TNI war games, especially Soldiers of the VII Military Command (now Kodam IV Dipenogero). Kartikajaya Village means the village is Resetement (Prokiamad) which is inhabited by retired TNI AD. It is one of the efforts. Located approximately 9 km from Kendal City, and approximately 10 km from the City of Patebon. Transportation that can be used is angkudes no. 3 and gig by day, and motorcycle taxi at night. When it was first formed this village was a local transmigration site for veterans of the war for independence, so that almost part of the population was retired soldiers. Now, along with the development of the region, the population of Kartika Jaya Village has begun to be heterogeneous in terms of livelihoods, from farmers, fishermen, factory workers, to private employees and civil servants. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews with Kartika Jaya residents and consumers and the results of the performance were analyzed to obtain a corrective action plan. In general, this study concludes that Kartika Jaya serves the market segment for young people and modern productive age and has a development plan that focuses on consumers (Customer oriented) and the voice of consumers who are very satisfied and satisfied with the performance of the marketing business produced by Kartika Jaya tourism.

This study aims to look at the effect of communication skills and organizational climate on work performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable in all 24 Urban Village Offices in Bukittinggi City. The sample in this study was 94 civil servants consisting of 1 Village Secretary and 3 Section Heads in each Village Office in Bukittinggi City who were directly responsible to the Village headman. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique based on PLS (Partial Least Square) variance. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study show that the variable communication skills and organizational climate both have a positive and significant effect on work performance variables in the Urban Village Offices in the City of Bukittinggi. So is the case with the variable job satisfaction which also has a positive and significant effect on the variable work performance. From the moderating variable used is the job satisfaction variable, it can be seen that job satisfaction strengthens the influence of communication skills on work performance, but conversely, the results obtained show that job satisfaction has a negative effect or weakens the relationship of organizational climate on employee job performance in Urban Village throughout Bukittinggi City.

PT TASPEN (PERSERO) is an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise engaged in pension fund insurance and taboo PT TASPEN (PERSERO) is an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise engaged in insurance for pension funds and old age savings which refers to Government Regulation Number 20 of 2013 About Amendments to Government Regulation Number 25 of 1981 concerning Civil Servants' Social Insurance. PT TASPEN (PERSERO) in carrying out its role is not always able to fulfill the rights of Civil Servants on pension rights and old age savings because of the things that are needed in the fulfillment of pension rights and old age savings. These matters are concerning the role of PT TASPEN (PERSERO) in organizing pension and old-age savings programs that will later be entitled to receive severance pay and receive other pension rights based on applicable regulations. The problem in this study is about the risk of social insurance juridical for employees of PT TASPEN (PERSERO) Semarang Main Branch Office who apply for early retirement before the specified retirement age limit. This research is a type of normative juridical research that focuses on studying the application of positive legal norms or norms. From the results of this study indicate that, the juridical risk when applying for an early retirement is not legal unless the person concerned is in trouble, at the time of retirement will get administrative sanctions in the form of postponement of retirement or severance pay. With old age referring to Government Regulation Number 20 of 2013 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 25 of 1981 concerning Civil Servants' Social Insurance. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of job experience, independence, objectivity, integrity, and competence on the quality of audit results at Representatives BPKP of Central Java. Job experience was measured by indicators the length of works as an auditor and the number of inspection tasks are performed. Independence was measured by indicators of independence in programming, in the execution of work, and independence in reporting.Objectivity was measured by indicator, free from conflict of interest and disclosure of factual conditions. Integrity was measured by indicator honesty, courege, prudence, and responsibility that auditors have. Competency was measured by indicator personal quality, general knowledge, and specialized expertise. While quality of audit results was measured by indicator of compliance with auditing standard and quality of examination report. The population of this study is civil servants whose work at Representatives BPKP of Central Java with sample is the civil servants has been following education and training as functional auditor. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression model. Test result showed that job experience, independence, and objectivity has no effect on quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java. While the integrity and competence have influence to quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java.
