The relationship between sustainability and future governance plays a pivotal role in the development of green architecture planning in Indonesia. As the country faces escalating environmental issues and rapid urbanization, integrating sustainable principles into architectural design and urban governance has become essential. This paper explores how future governance models can support the implementation of green architecture, focusing on energy efficiency, resource management, and environmental resilience in Indonesian cities. Key challenges such as regulatory frameworks, the inclusion of stakeholders, and the adaptation of traditional architectural practices to modern sustainable standards are examined. By fostering collaborative governance approaches, including partnerships between government, private sectors, and communities, Indonesia can create more sustainable urban environments. Additionally, green architecture, which emphasizes energy conservation, renewable resources, and ecological harmony, can contribute to the resilience of cities against climate change. This study highlights the importance of aligning architectural practices with governance policies that prioritize sustainability, ensuring that urban growth in Indonesia is both environmentally responsible and adaptive to future challenges.

This journal presents public opinion on an event that is currently being widely discussed by Indonesian people on social media, namely the hashtag #KaburAjaDulu. The hashtag #KaburAjaDulu is a form of reaction from some Indonesian people regarding the government's policies under President Prabowo Subianto and the disappointment of Indonesian citizens over their failed hopes of getting a better life after this cabinet change. The government, which should have resolved the problems experienced by the community, instead provided unreasonable policies that increasingly made many people think that fleeing Indonesia and moving abroad was the best way for them to avoid government decisions that were increasingly ensnaring. By using qualitative research methods and collecting data through non-participant observation and literature studies, this study explains how the impact of the #KaburAjaDulu hashtag framing influences people in expressing opinions on social media, thereby giving rise to negative sentiment reactions to the emergence of President Prabowo Subianto's government policies.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial performance on firm value in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Financial performance in this study is measured through four main indicators: Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Meanwhile, firm value is determined using market-based financial ratios. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research data were obtained from publicly available financial reports of manufacturing companies with a total of 84 observations during the study period. This research model was designed to test the extent of influence of each financial performance indicator on variations in firm value. The analysis results show that ROE, ROA, NIM, and DER simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. Partially, ROE and NIM are proven to have a significant positive impact, meaning that the higher the two ratios, the higher the firm value. Conversely, ROA and DER show a significant negative effect, indicating that an increase in these two variables actually decreases the firm value. These findings indicate different dynamics between financial indicators in influencing market perception. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 30.6% confirms that the variation in firm value can be explained by the four independent variables in the model, while the remainder is influenced by other external factors not included in the study. Therefore, the results of this study provide important insights for management and investors regarding the role of financial indicators in shaping firm value. Management can use these findings to evaluate financial strategies, while investors can use this information to strengthen the basis for investment decisions.

The history of Islamic economic thought has developed since the time of the Prophet Muhammad and continues to experience enrichment by Muslim scholars. These thinkers tried to build Islamic economic concepts that are relevant to the context of their times, while still based on the Qur'an and Hadith. One of the important figures in Islamic economic thought is Abu Ubaid, whose main work Kitab al-Amwal is the main reference in understanding the classical Islamic economic system. In his work, Abu Ubaid emphasizes the importance of justice as the main principle in economic management, including the use of money. He views money as having two main functions, namely as a standard of value and a medium of exchange. His views show strong relevance to the modern economic system, where the function of money still plays an important role in economic activity. This paper aims to examine in depth Abu Ubaid's thoughts on the function of money and assess its relevance in the context of contemporary economics.

This study examines the depiction of women’s struggles in the novel Perempuan yang Menunggu di Lorong Menuju Laut by Dian Purnomo using Françoise d’Eaubonne’s ecofeminism perspective. The novel highlights a strong connection between women and nature, both of which are subjected to oppression within a patriarchal social structure. The core issue discussed in this research is how female characters in the story respond to various forms of injustice—social, cultural, and ecological—and how the text constructs a parallel between the exploitation of women and the degradation of nature. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the forms of resistance expressed by the female characters against gender-based oppression and environmental damage. In addition, the research aims to demonstrate how ecofeminism serves as a critical framework to expose and challenge patriarchal dominance through literature. This research applies a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis. Data were gathered using reading and note-taking techniques, then interpreted based on De’Eaubonne’s ecofeminist theory. The results reveal that women in the novel resist domination through various actions, such as speaking out against injustice, rejecting violence, and raising environmental awareness. Their resistance is portrayed not just as personal defiance but as a collective effort rooted in ecological consciousness. The novel, therefore, becomes a medium that challenges patriarchal norms while proposing a more balanced relationship between humans and nature. In conclusion, this study affirms literature’s role as a powerful tool to voice socio-environmental concerns and promote the empowerment of women as agents of change.

Handaka Vijjananda's Buddhist comic "Aṅgulimāla: True Repentance" depicts the repentance of a ruthless murderer who undergoes spiritual transformation after meeting Gautama Buddha. This story not only conveys Buddhist moral teachings but also reflects the social, cultural, and religious dynamics of ancient Indian society. This study aims to analyze the intrinsic and genetic structures of the Buddhist comic "Aṅgulimāla" using Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism approach. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with the primary data source being the comic "Aṅgulimāla." Data collection techniques were conducted through intensive reading and note-taking, while data analysis was conducted by linking the intrinsic elements of the literary work with the socio-historical context and the author's worldview. The results show that the intrinsic structure of the comic "Aṅgulimāla" includes themes of repentance, karma, loving-kindness (metta), and wisdom; strong characters and characterizations; a progressive plot; internal and external conflicts; and a time, place, and social setting that reflect 6th-century BCE Indian society. Meanwhile, its genetic structure reveals human facts such as the caste system, power relations, and social morality, as well as the author's worldview, which emphasizes Buddhist values such as compassion, self-transformation, and hope for human moral change. Thus, genetic structuralism analysis confirms that the comic Aṅgulimāla is a literary work that is not only narrative in nature but also reflects social realities and humanitarian messages relevant to modern life.

Indonesia, which previously traded carbon through a voluntary market mechanism, has switched its carbon trading implementation through a carbon exchange (IDX Carbon) since September 26, 2023. This means that carbon trading in Indonesia is carried out through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and all carbon units are traded as securities or securities, whereas previously carbon transactions in Indonesia were voluntary. The implementation of carbon trading is a form of Indonesia's commitment to implementing the Paris Agreement and the Kyoto Protocol in reducing Greenhouse Gas emissions by 29% in 2030 with its own capabilities and up to 41% with international support. In the implementation of carbon trading in Indonesia, it is carried out through a mandatory market and the Indonesia Stock Exchange has been appointed as the institution organizing carbon trading, but the regulations that form the basis for the implementation of carbon trading do not clearly regulate how to determine carbon prices, the institution authorized to issue Technical Approval for Upper Emission Limits for Business Actors (PTBAE-PU) and Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Certificates as units traded on the Carbon Exchange.

This study aims to assess how financial performance influences stock returns amid political uncertainty, specifically during the 2024 general election in Indonesia. The focus is on understanding the impact of various financial performance indicators on the stock returns of property and real estate firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A sample of 64 companies was observed during two critical periods: the pre-election period in the fourth quarter of 2023 and the post-election period in the second quarter of 2024. To analyze the data, the study employed an event study approach, utilizing multiple regression analysis to identify the relationship between financial performance and stock returns, and paired sample t-tests to compare pre- and post-election performance. The findings revealed that prior to the election, the variables Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Revenue Growth did not significantly affect the stock returns of property and real estate companies. However, after the election, only ROA was found to have a significant impact on stock returns, while DER and Revenue Growth continued to show no effect. A comparative analysis of the two periods indicated no significant differences in the financial performance variables (ROA, DER, and Revenue Growth) between the pre- and post-election periods, yet a clear shift in stock returns was observed. This study contributes to the literature by offering a fresh perspective on how political uncertainty affects stock returns, using the framework of signaling theory, trade-off theory, and market efficiency theory to interpret the results.

Financial reports are vital for investment and financial decision-making, as they reflect a company's financial performance and provide key insights for investors and institutions. However, challenges such as accounting errors, financial manipulation, and non-compliance with accounting standards can impact the quality of financial reports (QFR). Auditors play a crucial role in ensuring QFR by examining and verifying financial statements, enhancing investor confidence, financial stability, and economic growth. This study examines the role of auditors in improving QFR in commercial banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange. Using a descriptive analytical approach, the research reviews prior studies and analyzes data from 15 commercial banks operating in the Iraq Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2021. Hypotheses were tested using Eviews-12 software. Findings indicate that auditors influence QFR through corporate governance, particularly via the board of directors, which plays a crucial role in ensuring sound auditing practices. Board independence and management ownership significantly reduce financial manipulation, aiding informed investment decisions. The study recommends increasing awareness of the auditor’s role, strengthening corporate governance mechanisms, and enhancing financial analysts' and auditors' effectiveness in reporting and forecasting. Training and development programs are also suggested to improve financial report quality in commercial banks.
