In Ngaresrejo Village, TPQ Al-Ikhlas managed to overcome the challenge of a limited number of teachers by using the Iqro' method which is not only interesting but also adapted to the characteristics of students. By utilizing the ABCD (Asset Based Communities Development) approach model in community development, TPQ Al-Ikhlas is able to maximize potential by focusing on its assets, namely the significant number of students. The TPQ learning program has the main objective of improving religious understanding, and the results are seen through the students' increased insight into Arabic writing, recitation of Hijaiyah letters, as well as memorization of daily prayers, short letters, and prayer recitations. By successfully implementing this method, TPQ has not only overcome the limited number of teachers, but also made a positive contribution to improving the religious knowledge and practical skills of its students.

As a step to expand outreach and increase community awareness, the research plan proposes providing new banners and ensuring that MSME locations are listed on Google Maps. The priority justification prioritizes optimizing potential through community empowerment with the support of the Community Service program. The focus on increasing awareness of packaging through an importance survey, developing appropriate technology, and expanding marketing networks aims to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs' processed food products. The ABCD approach was chosen to emphasize the utilization of existing assets in the community, so as to maximize the potential of the People's Roasted Chicken MSMEs and empower the community in a sustainable manner. The results of this study indicate that the People's Roast Chicken MSME in Kloposepuluh Village has its own uniqueness with a characteristic taste that has been maintained from the past until now, making it a favorite among the local community. The strategic sales location, right in front of the house, adds to the attractiveness for customers. Although they still use traditional methods in baking, these MSMEs have managed to survive and continue to be in demand.

This study aims to determine the financial performance before and after the acquisition listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The unit of observation in this study is the 2016-2020 financial statements of PT ABC, Tbk. Data analysis methods used in this research are profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios by comparing the financial performance before and after the acquisition. Based on the results of research showing that financial performance as measured by financial ratios ROA, ROE, NPM, CR, QR, TATO and FATO has decreased after the acquisition compared to before the acquisition. The DAR, DER, and ITO ratios have increased after the acquisition compared to before the acquisition. The acquisition strategy has not been fully achieved within 2 years due to the condition of the financial performance of PT ABC Tbk. before the acquisition is better than after the acquisition.

The method used in this research is an inferential quantitative research method. The population is all children aged 5-6 years in Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, 2022/2023 Academic Year, totaling 101 people and a sample of 40 children was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected with 19 positive closed questionnaire items. The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of the traditional Pat Ni Gajah game on the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in the Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.552 > rtable(a= 0.05,n=40) = 0.312, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable =38)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable .63"+0.50X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus attacking the human immune system can cause AIDS. Increasing HIV cases and there is transmission in teenager caused by their ignorance about information in risky things. Efforts that can be done is to provide prevention education to teenager. This prevention can be done using ABCDE method (absence of sex, be faithful, condom, drug no/not use drugs, education). It is known different levels of pre and post teenager knowledge about risk prevention education of HIV transmission.Tthis research is a quantitative research and uses a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design approach. Population in this research is ten grade totaling 524 studnts and sampling 45 respondents. Sampling uses non probability aksidental sampling technique. Education is given through animated videos. Data is analyzed using wilcoxon sign test.The result of this research is majority of respondents aged 16 years totalling 25 (58.1%). Majority of gender is 24 (55.8%) female. Statistical analysis result of wilcoxon sign test is got by p-value of 0.001 (<0.05), so that it can be interpreted that there is different levels of pre and post teenager knowledge about risk prevention education of HIV transmission. This research is expected to give resources about risk prevention of HIV transmission in students and can give motivation to the school in school facilities that can increase knowledge about health.

Early marriage is a phenomenon that is often found in various regions of the world, including in Indonesia. This phenomenon presents a number of risks and negative impacts on individuals, families and society as a whole. Therefore, one of the project groups of 19 Community Service Lectures in Bungkuk Village focuses on early marriage socialization which has the aim of increasing youth awareness about the negative effects of early marriage, as well as educating them about the importance of postponing marriage until a more mature age. The method used in carrying out this work program is an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) based approach which is based on facts and data obtained in the field. A collaborative approach involving students, lecturers, youth, and related parties is also an integral part of this program. The expected outcome of this work program is to increase the awareness of young people in Bungkuk Village about the risks of early marriage, which will eventually lead to changes in behavior and views towards postponing marriage. Through this article, it is hoped that readers will gain a deeper understanding of the significance of this community service program in overcoming the challenges of early marriage and promoting the positive development of young people.

Islamic children's competition or sholeh-sholehah children's festival is one of the efforts to improve character in children, especially in Islamic character. This study aims to determine the implementation of sholeh-sholehah children's festival activities or Islamic children's competitions in improving Islamic character in children in Bungkuk Village, Parang, Magetan. The method used in this service research is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method which prioritizes the utilization of assets or potentials owned. The results of this service research prove that the implementation of the sholeh-sholehah children's festival or Islamic children's competition in Bungkuk Village, Parang, Magetan can be one of the efforts to improve Islamic character in children. This can be seen from children who are more confident when doing the adhan, and more enthusiastic about memorizing short letters and daily prayers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using snakes and ladders media on the ability to recognize number symbols for children aged 5-6 years at Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. The population is all children aged 5-6 years in Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, totaling 108 people and a sample of 20 people is determined using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire consisting of 23 items. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence on the use of snakes and ladders media on the ability to recognize number symbols for children aged 5-6 years at Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is reject.

Based on the problems with children's creativity at the Mandiri ABCD Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, there are still many children who cannot fold origami independently, children cannot fold paper without instructions, children easily give up when folding paper and children lack motivation to come up with ideas and thoughts. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of paper folding (origami) on the creativity of children aged 5-6 years. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population only consisted of 108 children aged 5-6 years and a sample of 20 people was determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 18 items. From the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that folding paper (origami) has a positive and significant influence folding paper (origami) on the creativity of children aged 5-6 years: 1) Testing the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.546 > rtable( a=0.05,n=20) = 0.444 apparently there is a positive relationship between variable =18)= 2.101 it turns out there is a significant relationship between variable 19,45+0.88X. With the condition that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the results of the hypothesis testing research above, it shows that the value of r calculated > r table is 0.546 > 0.444 and the value of tcount > ttable is 2.763 > 2.101 so that the research hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Paper Folding Activities (Origami) on the Creativity of Children Aged 5-6 Years in ABCD Mandiri Kindergarten, Sipoholon District.

Deafness is a condition in which someone experiences hearing disorders, which usually causes the individual to have special needs. Deafness is one form of diversity owned by our community, and it is not uncommon that the differences in diversity become something not acceptable so easily. This research was initiated to dive deeper into the proof that even with special needs, a deaf person could also grow to their potential, and one of the ways is through art, especially the art of dance. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research methods through observation and interview. Other than pursuing artwork, dancing also becomes a medium for deaf students to develop personality and motor skills. The teacher’s role is crucial, and it is well regarded that further there will be more creative ways to enrich arts pursued by people, and especially children or students with special needs.
