Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in organizational development, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The focus of this research is Tulip Integrated PAUD in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. Early childhood (0-6 years) enters the golden age period where their learning patterns are based on imitation. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of early childhood learning and socialization at Tulip Integrated PAUD through the implementation of HRM. The main problems involve children's diverse characters, lack of activities, and differences in parents' mindsets. The implementation method consists of four stages: (1) introduction to the members of Tulip Integrated PAUD, (2) introducing the concept of HR Management, (3) providing active and expressive learning to students, and (4) evaluation and monitoring.The results showed that the socialization of HR Management positively contributed to the management of human resources at Tulip Integrated PAUD. Emphasis on fun and expressive teaching patterns increases early childhood participation in learning and social activities. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are needed to ensure continuity and improvement. In conclusion, the implementation of HRM and engaging learning approaches can improve the effectiveness of PAUD organizations. It creates a conducive environment for optimal early childhood development, by involving teachers, committees, and parents as part of integrated human resource management.

Background Stunting is one of the nation's problems that must be addressed immediately. According to the Ministry of Health's Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data, the national stunting rate has decreased from 37.2% in 2013 to 30.8% in 2018. According to the Indonesian Toddler Nutrition Status Survey in 2019, this rate decreased to 27.7%. Stunting reduction has been declared a national priority program. This refers to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda which consists of 17 goals agreed upon by UN members, where the problem of stunting is one of the targets that must be considered. Purpose This activity aims to help improve the health status of the community, increase community knowledge, awareness and concern about stunting and increase community creativity in stunting prevention efforts through assistance in making nutritious food. Methods Face-to-face and counseling and conducting physical examinations of toddlers in Ulee Blang Manee Village. Results In Ulee Blang Mane Village there are 17 toddlers who are stunted. While the geographical conditions of Ulee Blang Mane village are still relatively close to the city center and also have the potential to grow the community's economy. This potential should be unique to the community in increasing family nutrition consumption so that it can reduce the problem of stunting. the results of the activity show that the Ulee Blang Mane village community has an increased understanding of how to prepare nutritious food to prevent stunting. Conclusion Appropriate and targeted socialization related to feeding toddlers is important to do and a more in-depth study is needed related to feeding by mothers or families including obstacles in its implementation.

Background Recently, the development of technology is also becoming more advanced. Today's technology is able to bring about a new era where everything becomes fast-paced practicality. The negative impacts of excessive gadget use include gadget addiction, sleep disturbances, eye fatigue, poor posture, impaired close vision, and decreased cognitive abilities. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling on the impact of gadget use on children at the reading house of the library framework in North Aceh district. Method The implementation of community service is face-to-face, using the counseling method. This activity was carried out on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 at the Rangkang Pustaka Reading House in Nisam village, North Aceh Regency. The counseling was conducted for children aged 7 to 11 years. who are at the elementary school,with a total of 37 participants. The results showed that from a total of 37 children, it was found that 13 already had sufficient understanding of the impact of gadget use, while 24 still did not have knowledge and understanding of the adverse effects that arise from the use of gadgets. In conclusion, gadgets can reduce the ability to think and analyze things, and can have long-term and permanent consequences if not addressed early on. This activity is very helpful for children to become independent and reduce smartphone addiction.

Background: Medical records at Udayana Denpasar Level II Hospital that exceed capacity are caused by double medical records, misfiles occur during the implementation of retrieval, the retention process has not run optimally and the increasing number of patient visits. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of medical record storage overload on the response time of medical record provision. Methods: The research design used is a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The data analysis used is the Chi Squere test. With a total sample of 16 medical record officers and medical record documents contained in 30 medical record storage shelves where each shelf consists of 5 sections.   Results: The results of the Chi Squere test show that the p value is 0.002, the value is less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an impact of overload of medical record storage on the response time of providing medical records, thus impacting the quality of hospital services, the services provided become long because they wait for medical records to be delivered to the polyclinic. Based on these results, it is necessary to transfer media by scanning medical records then stored in sharing folders and uploaded to the interface system. This media transfer is expected to provide a solution in dealing with the overload of medical record storage so that it can be more efficient in providing medical records.       Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that there is an impact of overloaded medical record storage on the response time of medical record provision, which has an impact on the quality of hospital services, the services provided will be long because they wait for medical records to be delivered to the polyclinic, so that doctors experience problems in patient examinations because they cannot see the patient's previous examination history.

Community service teaches to lecturers and trainers at the Training and Education Center of Muhammadiyah University of Malang (Pusdiklat UMM) plays a crucial role in enhancing the qualifications of lecturers and administrative staff to meet the established standards of human resources both nationally and internationally, in line with the dynamics of global human resource competencies. In this context, Smart Indonesia Academy, a management company, provides competency assessor training at Pusdiklat UMM as a community empowerment effort. This research adopts an analytical descriptive method to collect, analyze, and interpret data. The research findings indicate the smooth implementation of community service activities by Smart Indonesia Academy at the Pusdiklat UMM office. In conclusion, this study highlights the complexity and challenges of implementing competency-based training and education approaches in the workplace and higher education, emphasizing the importance of in-depth understanding and problem-solving efforts to enhance implementation effectiveness.

Background: Children with disabilities, especially mentally retarded, have difficulty distinguishing between appropriate and inappropriate touches, which will make it difficult for disabled children to identify actions that lead to sexual harassment directed at them. Intellectual disability or mental disability is a condition where a person's intelligence development experiences obstacles so that they do not reach the optimal stage of development. Digital pop up books are very easy to understand in the learning process and are an effective medium in providing sexual education for mentally retarded children. Purpose: The aim of this community service is to increase awareness of mentally retarded teenagers about preventing sexual violence through digital pop up book media. Method: The stages include planning and preparation, implementation of service activities with workshops, Popi Dita fungame, barcode story corner hut and evaluation. The activity was held on Wednesday 7 June 2023 at SLB Samudra Lavender Bangkalan. Measuring the success of this digital pop up book media uses a pre-test and post-test with a questionnaire containing 16 short questions. Result: The results showed an increase in student knowledge scores from 4.95 to 7.36. The paired t-test obtained a p- value of 0.019 which shows that sexual violence prevention interventions can increase the knowledge or awareness of mentally retarded children regarding the prevention of sexual violence.    Conclusion: This activity was successfully carried out with high participation and enthusiasm from students in taking part in this activity. It is hoped that this pop up book can be a useful educational tool for schools in an effort to minimize the number of victims of sexual violence.

Implementation of Corporate Environmental Responsibility or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled by companies in Indonesia which has been regulated through Article 74 paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UUPT) as a general implementing regulation. corporate social responsibility/CSR in Indonesia and Government Regulation Number 47 of 2012 concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies as its implementing regulations.

This study aims to examine the development of Ijarah products as an alternative financing in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) in Indonesia, with a focus on its implementation in meeting customer financing needs. Ijarah, as a lease agreement in the Islamic financial system, offers financing solutions that are in accordance with sharia principles and has great potential in the Indonesian Islamic financial industry. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, analyzing primary and secondary data from several LKS that have implemented Ijarah products. The research findings show that Ijarah products have advantages in providing financing flexibility, especially in fixed asset sectors such as property and vehicles. However, challenges faced in developing this product include a lack of customer understanding and regulatory complexity. The implications of this study indicate that strengthening socialization and increasing the operational capacity of LKS in offering Ijarah products is very important to increase the competitiveness and inclusion of Islamic finance in Indonesia.

Religious moderation plays a crucial role in Indonesia, a society with diverse beliefs and religious backgrounds. Religious leaders, with government support, strive to prevent violence and intolerance in Indonesia. One approach used is interfaith moderation. The concept of moderate Islam becomes a significant religious perspective in addressing diversity in Indonesia. To strengthen the role of Islamic schools (madrasah) in combating radicalism and extremism, religious moderation needs to be incorporated into the madrasah curriculum. The aim of this approach is to mediate between two extreme poles while emphasizing the importance of internalizing religious teachings on one side and understanding the context of religious texts on the other side. To examine this issue, the research was conducted using qualitative methods, particularly a case study. This method aims to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain in-depth understanding of individuals, groups, or situations. In analyzing the data, the researcher applied an interactive model. Data analysis activities include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results indicate that religious moderation instilled in students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Khairat Kwandang, North Gorontalo Regency, not only occurs in formal settings but is also integrated into every learning session. One form of moderation practiced by students is providing advice to fellow students, fostering a sense of care among them.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is one of the health IT applications that is becoming a trend around the world. EMRs are considered to improve the overall quality of care and have an impact on patient safety. EMRs can also help reduce costs, improve accessibility, and improve the quality of hospital services. Therefore, the preparedness analysis of the implementation of EMR with the DOQ-IT approach (Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology) is the goal of this research. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken from all the officers who were in direct contact with the medical records at AMC Aisyiyah Clinic. Sampling technique using a total sampling of eight officers. Primary data collection is done with a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis of frequencies, percentages, graphs and tables. From the results of analysis using the DOQ-IT method obtained a total score of 104.75 belongs to category III which shows that human resources, organizational work culture, governance and leadership, IT infrastructure AMC Aisyiyah Clinic is ready to take advantage of EMR as well as overcome the potential challenges for successful adoption of the EMR.

The study aims to elucidate the current state of digital marketing practices in Indonesia, exploring how AI technologies are integrated and the ethical considerations surrounding their implementation. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study utilizes in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders in the Indonesian digital marketing ecosystem. The sampling technique involves purposive sampling to ensure representation from various industry sectors and perspectives. Data analysis is conducted through thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of emerging themes and patterns related to AI adoption and ethical implications in digital marketing strategies. Preliminary findings suggest a complex interplay between technological advancements, ethical dilemmas, and regulatory frameworks, highlighting the need for a balanced approach to AI utilization in digital marketing within the Indonesian context.

The Community Service was carried out in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, which consisted of 13 RW 51 densely populated RT. Most of participant work in the private and government sectors. Some of entrepreneurs are held fish farming which are managed by the community as an additional necessity for life. To sum up, the implementation of Community Service in Beji village, sub-district East Ungaran can be concluded as follows: Community service activities in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency run well so that participants gained knowledge which can be implemented. Participants were given an explanation on how to make good Biofloc pond fish food and providing tarpaulins to partners as a form of concern for developing biofloc ponds.

Data analysis employs thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of recurring themes and patterns related to the integration of AI in digital marketing practices and its influence on ethical considerations. Preliminary findings suggest that AI implementation in digital marketing facilitates transparency, personalization, and accountability, thereby fostering ethical practices among businesses operating in Indonesia's digital landscape. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on the ethical implications of AI adoption in emerging markets, providing insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders to develop frameworks that promote responsible AI use in business operations.

Hypertension in pregnancy is a common pregnancy complication, affecting 2% of pregnant women worldwide. It is the cause of death of pregnant women in the world, hypertension is treated conventionally, namely hypertension-reducing drugs, but this conventional treatment has many problems because it is related to pregnant women which will definitely be related to the fetus they are carrying. At the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, the health status of mothers and children is good, but there are still problems for pregnant women who experience hypertension during their pregnancy, which is around 30%. The incidence of hypertension in pregnancy is high in the working area of the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, because people consume more than the amount of salt, the food menu is haphazard, and if they are treated with hypertension medication, they are not consumed because it will have a bad impact on their child, to solve the problem, to resolve the treatment. An alternative to non-pharmacological treatment is using music therapy and providing counseling about correct eating patterns. The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge and reduce the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women by using counseling methods and applying music therapy. Method: By providing counseling and music therapy, the results of the implementation of Beethoven's classical music therapy activities are: knowledge of the community (pregnant women) about eating patterns increased by approximately 89% and hypertension which was successful decreased in the 2-4th week of therapy, namely on average 110/70 mmHg..

In this research we used a descriptive qualitative method where we carried out observations and direct interviews while conducting KKL within a period of 1 month. Based on the results of research that has been carried out previously, conclusions can be drawn, including: We carry out data processing activities on the implementation of connection work in people's homes, process data input on network maintenance and changes, and input employee hard disk data. While we were carrying out the KKL for 1 month, the problems we experienced were the ones we mentioned above, when inputting data in Microsoft Excel, it often had errors, crashes, and exited so that the data we were working on was lost and not saved.

Several efforts have been made to reduce pain complaints in cases of dysmenorrhoea, including non-pharmacological intervention, including Rosulullah-style treatment, known as Thibbun Nabawi treatment, including listening to the Koran and breathing exercises, this treatment is cheap and can be done independently by everyone. people who experience it. The global economic recession is a global economic downturn that affects the domestic economies of countries in the world. The stronger the economic dependence of one country on the global economy, the faster a recession will occur in that country. In 2020 the country of Indonesia and even the world are exposed to the COVID-19 virus which has an impact on the country's economic growth, even the world economy. This is the trigger for an economic recession. This has led to many different public perspectives on the occurrence of a global economic recession whose opinions or reactions are expressed on social media Youtube. The data was obtained by crawling techniques from social media Youtube with a total of 500 comments used. The data is then labeled (class) with a lexicon-based method with an Indonesian language dictionary. From the labeling results, it was obtained 185 positive labeled data (37%) and 315 negative opinions (63%). The data preprocessing stage is carried out in preparation for the data to be processed for sentiment analysis. Of the many opinions obtained, an analysis of public sentiment regarding the 2023 global economic recession will be carried out using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm. This study also applied the TF-IDF word weighting method with the n-gram feature used, namely bigram (n=1). The system will be evaluated using a confusion matrix. The implementation results show a prediction model with a total of 500 opinion data with a comparison of training data and test data of 9:1, producing an accuracy value of 84.00%, a precision value of 75.00%, a recall of 30.00%, and an f1-score of 42.86%. The performance of the system model built in this study can be said to be good.
