Lutung Kasarung is a folk tale from West Java that can be famous among the public. This story tells about a handsome prince named Sanghyang Guruminda who was punished by being thrown to earth for making a mistake in the form of a lutung. Sanghyang Guruminda got lost in a forest so he was named Lutung Kasarung. In Sundanese Lutung Kasarung means lost Lutung. The popularity of Lutung Kasarung makes the other two characters, namely Purbasari and Purbararang, look like side characters, in fact, these siblings characters play an important role in the development of the storyline. This research aims to analyze the intrinsic elements contained in the Lutung Kasarung folklore. The formulation of this story problem includes: How is the journey of lutung kasarung to return to its original form? How is the plot of the lutung kasarung folk story? What mandate can be taken from the folk tale of lutung kasarung?. The research methods used are qualitative methods and Library Studies. Data sources are collected through literature studies that use various literature sources, including articles, journals, and websites that discuss Lutung Kasarung folklore. The analysis used is literary theory according to Meyer Howard Abrams, which is objective theory. An objective approach looks at the work of an autonomous object. It means, literary works can stand alone without involving things that are outside the work such as politics, economy, and others. Therefore, the focus of the objective approach is the work itself. The research results in this story show loyalty and sacrifice in the character of Lutung Kasarung, the characters in this story describe honor and strong inner strength with the outside world. The recommendation from this research is the need for further study development because it is still less related to the symbolism in this folklore, as well as efforts to preserve in folklore as part of cultural identity that can educate the younger generation to still preserve the noble values of our ancestors.

The short story "Gubrak" by Seno Gumira Ajidarma is an interesting short story to analyze. This research analyzes the intrinsic elements of the short story 'Gubrak' by Seno Gumira Ajidarma which aims to determine the important elements used in the short story 'Gubrak' by Seno Gumira Ajidarma. The problem that will be answered in this research is what elements are in the short story "Gubrak" by Seno Gumira Ajidarma. The aim of this research is to determine the intrinsic elements of short stories. The research method used is a qualitative method because it is descriptive and leads to analysis by presenting an analysis of the intrinsic elements of the short story. The results of this research show that there are elements found in the short story 'Gubrak' by Seno Gumira Ajidarma including theme, characters,  plot, setting, point of view, and message. This analysis is useful for finding out what elements are in the short story 'Gubrak' by Seno Gumira Ajidarma. The benefit of this research is that it allows viewers of literary works to feel the emotions contained in the literary work, especially literary works in the form of writing, so that the intrinsic elements can reflect individual expressions and are a means of depicting the atmosphere of the story. And literary works become more beautiful and do not abandon the aesthetic value of a literary work.

The short story Laki Sejati by Putu Wijaya is one of the works of Indonesian literature that depicts the dynamics of human life and internal conflicts. This research aims to analyze the intrinsic elements in the short story, including themes, characters and characterization, plot, setting, point of view, and mandate. Through this analysis, it is revealed how these intrinsic elements are used by the author to build a story that is evocative and full of meaning. The results of the analysis show that the main theme of this short story is the search for identity and the true meaning of "masculinity". The main character, who has an inner struggle in understanding the values of masculinity, is shown with a deep complexity of character. The progressive storyline with intense conflict takes the reader on the emotional journey of the main character, while the physical and social setting reinforces the realism of the story. A limited third-person perspective is used to explore the main character's perspective, revealing the inner dynamics that are the main focus of the story. The mandate contained in this short story invites readers to reflect on the true meaning of identity, courage, and happiness in life. This study concludes that the intrinsic elements in the short story Hukum Hukum are  used very effectively to describe the struggle of human beings in understanding their identity. The legend of Situ Bagendit is one of the Indonesian folktales that is full of moral and cultural values. This research aims to analyze the intrinsic elements in the legend, including themes, characters and characters, plot, setting, point of view, mandate, and symbolism. Using a literary analysis approach, this study reveals how these elements work together to convey a strong moral message. The results of the analysis show that the main theme in the Situ Bagendit Legend is greed and its destructive impact. Nyi Endit, as the main character, represents bad behavior that leads to destruction, while beggars play a role as a symbol of justice and wisdom. The linear storyline and setting where Situ Bagendit reinforces the moral message it contains, namely the importance of sharing, staying away from greed, and living in harmony with others and nature. The message in this story remains relevant in the modern era, making it an effective learning medium to instill social and cultural values. Strong symbolism, such as a beggar's wand and overflowing water, adds depth to the story, giving it a broader dimension to its moral meaning. This study concluded that  the Situ Bagendit Legend not only functions as a traditional entertainment, but also as an important cultural heritage to be preserved. Through the analysis of intrinsic elements, this legend can be appreciated as a reflection of noble values that are relevant to the life of today's society.

Problems arise when the seller and buyer have died while the land that is the object of the sale and purchase is controlled by a third party. The formulation of the problem is as follows: 1) How is the validity of a land sale and purchase statement above the seal in the transfer of land rights? 2) What are the legal considerations of the panel of judges in the Pati District Court Decision Case Number 7 /Pdt.G/2023/PN. Pti.? 3) What are the legal consequences for the parties to the Pati District Court Decision Case Number 7/Pdt.G/2023/PN. Pti ? This study used a normative legal research approach. The data analysis used was a qualitative approach to secondary data as the main and primary data as supporting data. The results of the study show that the validity of the land sale and purchase statement letter above the seal in the transfer of land rights can be seen from the fulfillment of two requirements; general and special requirements. The legal consideration of the panel of judges in the Pati District Court Decision Case Number 7/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Pti. is that the Defendant's actions in controlling a plot of land recorded in the Village Book C Number 870, Plot Number 24 Class D1 covering an area of 270 M2 located in RT 002 RW 005 Tunjungrejo Village, Margoyoso Sub-District, Pati Regency are against the law. The legal consequences for the parties to the Pati District Court Decision Case Number 7/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Pti is that the Plaintiff has the right to control a plot of land as recorded in the Village Record Number 870, Plot Number 24 Class DI Area 270 M2, located in Rt 002 Rw 005 Tunjungrejo Village, Margoyoso Sub-District, Pati Regency, and the Defendant and the third party were ordered to vacate the land belonging to Ah Djumadi or his heirs which was the object of the dispute.

The research aims to analyze the novel Rain by Tere Liye using an expressive literary criticism approach. This approach focuses on how the author’s personal experiences, feelings, and ideas contained in the work are reflected in the characters, plot, and language style used in the novel. This research uses qualitative methods with text analysis techniques and literature study to understand the meaning and messages contained in the novel. The result of the analysis show that the novel Rain contains the author’s emotional expression through dialogue, characters and narrative structure, which reflects the author’s inner struggles and life experiences. This research provides deeper insight into how literary works can be a medium for the writer’s personal expression that is able to influence readers emotionally.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the portrayal of greed and power in the film Planet of the Apes and focus on how these themes affect the relationship between humans and apes. This study will focus on understanding the role of greed and power in social and interspecies dynamics and explore how these destructive forces shape character behavior as well as the broader conflict in the story. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis to explore the themes of "greed" and "power" in Planet of the Apes. The study employs descriptive research to explore how these themes are intertwined in the plot, particularly the dynamics between humans and apes. The study emphasizes the destructive effects of greed, which leads to conflict, exploitation, and oppression and affects both species. Proximus symbolizes the greed of apes, who misuse Caesar's teachings to fuel their violent ambitions, while Mai symbolizes the greed of humans, who crave manipulation and control. The results of this study show how humans struggle to coexist with the greedy apes, thus reinforcing the narrative of inevitable conflict and power struggle.

Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Bunut District is one of the biggest PTSL activity targets at the Pelalawan Regency Land Office for the 2021 fiscal year, namely 7,964 Land Rights Certificates (SHAT), however the realization achieved was only 3,728 Certificates (K1). Because of this, the research is intended to examine how Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activities are implemented in Bunut District and what factors hinder the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activities in Bunut District. The theoretical concept used is the Policy Implementation Theory according to the Theory of George C. Edward III. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive data analysis. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques with stages of data collection, data reduction, data display and confirmation of conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activities in Bunut District is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on Minister of ATR/Head of BPN Regulation No. 6 of 2018 concerning PTSL and there are several obstacles in its implementation including: Lack of human resources at the Pelalawan Regency Land Office, lack of enthusiasm regarding the imposition of BPHTB, the existence of plots of land that enter or intersect with PIPPIB areas and forest areas, the imposition of PTSL preparation costs, land owners who are not available or cannot be contacted.

This research aims to analyze the intrinsic elements in the novel “Danur” by SSsRisa Saraswati using descriptive qualitative method. The main focus of this analysis includes theme, character, plot, setting, point of view, language style, and mandate contained in the novel. The qualitative method was chosen because it allows researchers to explore the meaning and context of the text in depth, as well as understand the interaction between these elements in forming the whole narrative. The results of the analysis show that the main theme of the novel revolves around the supernatural experiences experienced by the main character, as well as the relationship between the real world and the supernatural world. The characters in “Danur” are built with strong details, creating interesting dynamics in a storyline that moves forward with several flashbacks. The time and place settings provide important context for understanding the conflict. The first-person point of view deepens the emotional experience of the main character, while the language style used creates an atmosphere that supports the theme of the story. This research is expected to contribute to the study of Indonesian literature, especially in understanding Risa Saraswati's works and the application of qualitative methods in literary analysis.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using story framework media in improving the ability to write fantasy story texts for class VII students at Junior high school 5 Cimahi. Writing fantasy story texts requires creativity, developing imagination, and the ability to organize story lines well. Based on initial observations, many students still have difficulty writing structured, creative and coherent fantasy stories. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to describe the facts that emerged during the research through observation and questionnaires. Data was collected through observation sheets which included plot development, characterization, use of language, and creativity. Based on the results of the analysis, 39% of students achieved the Very Good category, 50% the Good category, and 11% the Poor category with an average score of 81.9, which is classified as Good. Thus, story framework media is effective in helping students develop better and more structured fantasy story text writing skills. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of more innovative and effective Indonesian language learning methods

This research aims to analyze the intrinsic elements in the short story "Pispot" in depth and explore the moral values ​​contained in it. This analysis can provide a deeper understanding of Hamsad Rangkuti's literary works and their relevance in today's social context. This research found that the short story "Pispot" effectively depicts social injustice through contrasting characters, a thrilling plot, and a gloomy background. The main moral values ​​in this short story include justice, honesty and humanity. This short story also voices criticism of an unfair legal system and abuse of power.

The short story "Robohnya Surau Kami" by Ali Akbar Navis is a literary work that is rich in meaning and moral values. This research aims to analyze the intrinsic elements that make up this short story, including theme, characterization, plot, setting and language style, as well as exploring the moral values ​​contained in it. Through this analysis, it was found that the main theme of this short story is about social responsibility and egoism in society. The strong characterizations, especially those of Grandpa Garin and Ajo Sidi, depict the conflict between spiritual obligations and responsibility towards the family. A storyline that uses a backwards technique provides depth to the narrative, while settings depicting people's daily lives add relevant social context. The language style used by Navis, with figures of speech and cynicism, provides sharp criticism of people's behavior. The moral values ​​that can be taken from this short story include the importance of social awareness, balance between worship and responsibility, as well as criticism of selfish attitudes. Thus, this short story not only functions as entertainment, but also as a reflection for readers to reflect on attitudes and behavior in everyday life.

One of the literary works "Dodolitdodolitdodolitbret" by Seno Gumira Ajidarma is a story about spirituality, which is told in an ironic way and balances the real and the sign. As a spiritual story experienced by a character named Guru Kiplik. He was very sure that "right prayer is the secret of happiness" But everything changed when he met the nine sons of the island-children. Teacher Kiplik always doesn't accept that their morals are not right, but they can walk on water. The background of this research is the depth of analysis of the intrinsic elements of short stories. Part of the background to the research provided is based on the need for in-depth analysis of the intrinsic elements in the short story so that researchers understand the moral message and social criticism conveyed by the author. The problem in this research is how the intrinsic elements, namely theme, character, plot, setting, point of view, language style and message, work together to produce the meaning of the story. This research uses a structural approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The data used is secondary data obtained through reading and note-taking techniques, then analyzed using the relevant theories. The research results show that this short story has a main theme regarding true belief and opposing principles in carrying out prayer. Kiplik's teaching figures as well as the island's inhabitants reflect the difference between formality and spiritual sincerity. The forward plot, reflective setting, omniscient point of view, and symbolic language style support the delivery of the moral message that sincerity is more important than technical mores. This research recommends further exploration of Seno Gumira Ajidarma's works in the context of social criticism and spirituality, and the use of these short stories as teaching material for understanding humanist values ​​in literature.

Waste is a serious problem in Indonesia, including in Medan Belawan Regency. The Waste Bank Program is presented as a solution for waste management and community economic empowerment. This study aims to determine the role of the Waste Bank in community income. The research method used is descriptive statistics presented in the form of frequency distribution tables, histograms, steam and leaf (stem and leaf diagrams) or box plots (box line diagrams). Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis. The Waste Bank Program in Medan Belawan Regency has provided economic, social and environmental benefits. Economic benefits include increasing community income, creating jobs, and saving waste transportation costs. Social benefits include increasing public awareness of the importance of good waste management, and increasing public concern for the environment. Environmental benefits include reducing rubber production, reducing environmental pollution, and preserving natural resources. The Waste Bank Program in Medan Belawan Regency is one example of the application of an effective and sustainable green economy concept. This program can be a model for other waste management programs in Indonesia.

This research aims to determine the effect of free shipping promotions on buying interest at Shopee (case study in the Pasar Maga sub-district community. Type of quantitative research, data collection techniques using observation and distributing questionnaires. The sample consisted of 60 respondents using the observation method and distributing questionnaires. Slovin Formula. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, p-plot graphs, heteroscedasticity tests, scatterplot graphs, simple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests using the SPSS version 25 program on buying interest at Shopee (Case Study in Pasar Maga Village Community), the tcount value for the Free Shipping Promo variable (X) is 5.604 with a ttable value of 1.671. So the tcount value is greater than ttable (5.604 > 1.671. This means that the free shipping promo has a positive effect on buying interest as proven by this research with The R Square value is 0.351 x 100% = 35.1%. while the remaining 64.9% is explained by other variables. Apart from that, the free shipping promo variable has a moderate relationship with shopee buying interest among the people of Pasar Maga Village, Mandailing Natal Regency, amounting to 0.593 which is in the correlation interval of 0.40 – 0.599 according to table 3.7.

The research entitled Juridical Analysis of the Sale and Purchase of Plots of Land That Have Not Been Certified in Kampung Tengah Nongsa, Batam City, the problem is How is the Legal Regulation of the Sale and Purchase of Land Plots that have not been certified, How is the Implementation of the Sale and Purchase of Plots of Land that have not been certified and What are the factors that become obstacles to the practice of buying and selling land plots that have not been certified in Kampung Tengah Nongsa, Batam City. This research method uses empirical legal research methods using qualitative techniques and the approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. To obtain primary data, this was done by means of in-depth interviews (depth interviews). From the research results, it is known that the legal regulations governing the practice of buying and selling land that has not been certified are contained in the Civil Code in articles 1457 and 1458. Apart from that, there are also regulations for buying and selling land according to Customary Law, Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Registration Land, Land Management Rights by the Batam Authority as regulated in Presidential Decree Number 41 of 1973 concerning the Batam Island Industrial Area and Arrangements for Transfer of Land Rights and Permits for Transfer of Land Rights as regulated in the Regulation of the Head of the Batam Free Trade Zone and Free Port Concession Agency Number 27 of 2017 concerning Implementation of Land Allocation. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze various forms of narrative irony contained in Shirley Jackson's short story "The Lottery." This qualitative study used an in-depth text analysis approach to the narrative of the short story. This research method involved structural analysis to identify important narrative elements such as conflict, plot, and character. Using an irony analysis approach, this study examined how Shirley Jackson used this technique to highlight contradictions in human behavior and society. This study provided a deeper understanding of how narrative ironies function in literary works to stimulate critical thinking about human nature.

This article tries to analyze the class or social conflict reflected through one of the short story titles, especially the one entitled Aku Ingin Pulang from the short story collection Lukisan Untuk Papa by Nanan Ginanjar. Through descriptive qualitative analysis by critically reading literary works which will then be identified. The depiction contained in the literary work is not only a narrative plot, but also a reflection of the social, cultural and political conditions prevailing in Indonesian society through a series of words that the author tries to describe through his writing. There are sixteen short story titles contained in this short story collection book which of course contains various types of social life including conflicts that generally occur in the surrounding community such as conflicts between families, economic conflicts, and cross-generational conflicts. However, this discussion only focuses on the short story entitled “Aku Ingin Pulang”. The results of the study: (1) Ari as the main character who misses his life in the village. (2) Ari's father's efforts to improve the family's economy by betting his fate in the capital have reached a deadlock.
