Low courage in arguing and high communication apprehension often become major obstacles for high school students when facing academic presentations. This Community Service (PkM) program aims to strengthen students' communicative rhetoric skills and public speaking abilities at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. Based on a needs assessment, partner students need techniques for persuasive public speaking, self-evaluation tools for their communication performance, and strategies for managing mental anxiety. The program was carried out through a practice-based reflective workshop involving 25 students from the school's intra-organizational board. Quantitative evaluation results showed a significant improvement in students' speaking competence, with the average score increasing from 58.4 (pre-test) to 86.2 (post-test). This result recorded an increase in the score difference by 27.8 points, which is equivalent to a competence growth of 47.6%, with the students' classical completeness rate reaching 92%. Qualitatively, observations and interviews confirmed changes in students' speaking behavior, which became more organized, expressive, and varied, and they were able to reduce anxiety independently. A tangible output of this activity is the Pocket Guide for Practical Public Speaking Based on Reflective Practice for partner students.

Background: Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide and pose a significant public health challenge in Indonesia. Indonesian Army (TNI AD) personnel are at risk of developing NCDs due to operational stress, smoking habits, unhealthy dietary patterns, sleep disturbances, and insufficient physical activity outside working hours. Health education is an effective health promotion strategy to improve awareness and encourage healthy lifestyle behaviors for NCD prevention. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge of Indonesian Army personnel regarding the prevention of non-communicable diseases through health education. Methods: The program was conducted at the 18/YKR Combat Engineer Battalion, Gianyar, Bali, in August 2024 and involved 40 Indonesian Army personnel. The intervention consisted of preparation, health education delivered through lectures and interactive discussions, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test questionnaires to assess participants' knowledge before and after the educational session. Results: Before the intervention, 29 participants (72.5%) had fair knowledge and 11 (27.5%) had good knowledge regarding NCD prevention. Following the health education session, the number of participants with good knowledge increased to 14 (35.0%), while those with fair knowledge decreased to 26 (65.0%). Most participants also demonstrated improved post-test scores, indicating enhanced understanding of NCD risk factors and preventive measures. Conclusion: Health education effectively improved participants' knowledge regarding NCD prevention. Regular and sustainable educational programs in military settings are recommended to strengthen awareness, promote healthy lifestyle practices, and support the prevention of non-communicable diseases among Indonesian Army personnel.

Toxic work environments are becoming an issue that is getting more and more attention in human resource management because of its destructive impact on the psychological well-being of employees and organizational stability. Unhealthy interpersonal relationships, authoritarian leadership, bullying, and recurrent disrespectful behavior create a work atmosphere full of stress and uncertainty. This condition not only triggers work stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion, it further exacerbates these challenges, as high work demands and a lack of work-life balance make employees, especially Generation Z, increasingly vulnerable to mental health disorders. This study aims to analyze the influence of toxic work environments on employees' mental health as well as its impact on the intention to quit their jobs. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, analyzing relevant scientific articles. The results of the study showed that a toxic work environment characterized by violence, bullying, tyrannical leadership, unfriendliness, and exclusion had a significant effect on the increase in work stress, psychological pressure, work stress and intention to quit work. Toxic leadership is the main factor in forming an unhealthy work culture. Social support, especially from supervisors, plays a protective role as a protective factor that mediates these negative relationships. Generation Z was found to be more sensitive to injustice and rights violations in the workplace. The study concludes that organizations need to prioritize psychological safety, implement supportive leadership, and provide tangible organizational policies and support to maintain employees' mental health and reduce work stress rates for long-term organizational sustainability.

Patient satisfaction with healthcare services remains a major concern in the delivery of healthcare. The behavior of healthcare workers, including friendliness, politeness, and communication skills, plays an important role in improving patient satisfaction. Preliminary data indicated that the number of BPJS patient visits at BLUD UPTD Puskesmas Mokoau had decreased annually, while the results of the patient satisfaction survey were still not optimal because several health programs had not achieved the targeted service standards. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the quality of healthcare services and BPJS patient satisfaction in the working area of Puskesmas Mokoau in 2025. This research applied a quantitative method with a descriptive-analytic approach using a cross-sectional study design. The study involved 306 respondents selected through a random sampling technique, ensuring that each member of the population had an equal opportunity to be chosen as a research sample. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through the Chi-Square test. The findings revealed significant relationships between facilities, procedures, interaction, and communication with BPJS patient satisfaction, with each variable obtaining a P-value of 0.000 (<0.05). Therefore, the quality of healthcare services is closely associated with the level of patient satisfaction, indicating that healthcare workers need to improve service quality effectively and professionally.

Agentic artificial intelligence (AI) systems capable of autonomous goal-directed behavior, multi-step planning, tool use, multi-agent coordination, and iterative self-correction represent a transition from passive clinical AI tools toward systems that can participate in complex healthcare workflows. However, empirical evidence remains fragmented across clinical decision support, patient monitoring, and administrative applications, and no systematic synthesis has evaluated which agentic principles have been technically demonstrated and which have accumulated sufficient evidence to support responsible clinical deployment. We conducted a PRISMA-informed systematic review of peer-reviewed empirical studies published between January 2025 and April 2026. Searches across five bibliographic databases and Google Scholar, supplemented by citation tracking, identified 443 unique records for screening, of which 25 met the predefined PICOS and quality appraisal criteria. Evidence was synthesized using an evidence-informed seven-principle framework derived from the integration of agentic AI, clinical AI, and healthcare governance literature. This framework provides a structured lens for examining how agentic principles are evaluated individually and in combination, enabling a deployment-readiness perspective that extends beyond capability-focused assessments alone. The evidence base was concentrated on technical capability principles, whereas human oversight, safety, compliance, and equity-related evaluation received comparatively limited attention. Most studies remained at the laboratory, benchmark, or proof-of-concept stage, and none reported demographic-stratified performance outcomes. Overall, the findings suggest a structural asymmetry in agentic healthcare AI: empirical research is advancing agentic capabilities more rapidly than it is generating evidence for the oversight, safety, equity, and governance mechanisms required for responsible clinical translation.

This study examines the concept of compassion-based education (rahmatan lil ‘alamin) from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy and its relevance to bullying prevention in Islamic educational institutions. The study is motivated by the tendency of modern education to emphasize cognitive achievement while giving less attention to moral and affective development, resulting in the persistence of bullying behavior in educational settings. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research. Data were collected from the works of Muslim scholars, scientific journals, and relevant literature on Islamic education and analyzed through content analysis. The findings reveal that compassion-based education is built upon the integration of moral development, purification of the heart, and the cultivation of adab (proper conduct). These elements contribute to the development of empathy, social concern, and moral awareness among students. Therefore, compassion-based education (rahmatan lil ‘alamin) has strong relevance as a preventive approach to reducing bullying behavior and fostering a more humane and supportive educational environment in Islamic educational institutions.

This study discusses a student concentration detection system using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with the MobileNetV2 architecture. The dataset was adapted from Classroom Student Behaviors and mapped into four concentration categories: highly focused, focused, less focused, and unfocused. The system was tested with a 720p webcam and produced real-time detection data. The evaluation results show an overall accuracy of 75.85%, with the highest precision achieved in the focused class (0.9859) and the highest recall in the highly focused (0.9739) and unfocused (0.9811) classes. The confusion matrix indicates that the focused class was detected most consistently, while highly focused and unfocused classes were often misclassified as focused, resulting in lower precision. In real-time testing, the system operated at an average of 7 FPS and worked optimally when students faced the camera directly with sufficient lighting, but its performance decreased significantly at face angles greater than 45°. User evaluation shows that 75% of students rated the detection results as accurate/very accurate with an average satisfaction score of 3.6 out of 5, and 75% felt assisted in recognizing their concentration level. From the teachers’ perspective, most stated that the results were consistent with classroom observations, and all expressed willingness to reuse the system.

This study was conducted to examine, from an organizational behavior perspective, how leadership styles influence employee work behavior at the Population and Civil Registration Service (Dukcapil) of Magelang Regency. This study utilized various reference sources, including books, scientific journals, and previous research on leadership, organizational behavior, and employee work behavior. The results showed that certain leadership styles have a significant impact on employee work behavior, particularly in terms of improving discipline, motivation, responsibility, and the quality of public services. Transformational, democratic, and authentic leadership styles are considered more effective because they can create a good work environment, build trust, and encourage positive behaviors such as cooperation and initiative. Conversely, ineffective leadership can lead to low work motivation, decreased organizational commitment, and decreased quality of public services. Furthermore, this study shows that organizational systems are not the only factor influencing the success of public services; leaders also have the necessary expertise to direct and change employee work behavior. Therefore, a flexible and engaging leadership style is an important component in improving the quality of public services at Dukcapil of Magelang Regency.

This study discusses the moral conflict and guilt experienced by the Grandfather character in the short story “Robohnya Surau Kami” by A.A. Navis through Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic perspective. The study aims to describe the forms of moral conflict, guilt, and the dynamics of id, ego, and superego that influence the psychological condition of the character. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a literary psychology approach. The data source was the short story “Robohnya Surau Kami”, while the data consisted of narrative quotations, dialogues, and expressions indicating psychological conflict experienced by the character. Data collection techniques were conducted through reading and note-taking methods, followed by data analysis using Freud’s psychoanalytic theory. The findings reveal that the Grandfather character experiences deep moral conflict after realizing that the worship he devoted throughout his life is considered meaningless because it ignores social responsibility. The dominance of the superego causes excessive guilt, anxiety, self-punishment, and psychological pressure that eventually lead to self-destructive behavior. The imbalance between id, ego, and superego also strengthens the character’s inner conflict. This study implies that literary works can represent complex human psychological conditions and demonstrates the relevance of Freud’s psychoanalytic theory in analyzing Indonesian literary works, particularly in understanding moral conflict and guilt experienced by literary characters.

This study examines the interpretation of the Qur’anic verse mentioning the lion in QS. Al-Muddathir [74]: 51 through the approach of tafsir ilmi (scientific exegesis). The aim of this research is to analyze the theological meaning of the term qaswarah, explore the interpretations of classical and contemporary exegetes, and relate them to the perspective of animal science as well as the underlying wisdom. This study employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, using primary sources from Qur’anic verses and classical tafsir works, and secondary sources from books, journal articles, and relevant scientific literature. The results show that the term qaswarah in QS. Al-Muddathir [74]: 51 has various interpretations, such as lion, hunter, or something frightening. However, most exegetes tend to interpret it as a lion due to its relevance to the context of the parable in the verse. The parable illustrates people who turn away from the truth like wild donkeys fleeing in fear from a predator. From the perspective of tafsir ilmi, this depiction aligns with scientific facts that identify the lion as an apex predator capable of triggering a fight-or-flight response in prey animals. Furthermore, the mention of the lion in the Qur’an is not merely descriptive but also contains theological, ecological, moral, and psychological values. The lion serves as a symbol to describe irrational human behavior in rejecting the truth. Thus, tafsir ilmi demonstrates a harmonious relationship between revelation and science, where natural phenomena are used as a medium to convey profound moral and spiritual messages.

Consumerism is an attitude, mindset, and lifestyle that prioritizes superficial desires. It is influenced by the development of globalization, which has had an impact on people’s lives, both in the cultural and technological fields. Currently, consumerism is a trend in society, with people competing to find happiness by purchasing items that suit their desires, and sometimes seeking recognition from others through consumerist behavior. The rapid development of globalization has greatly influenced today’s societal mindset, with people preferring superficial happiness without considering the impact behind it. The birth of consumerism is inseparable from the rapid development of technology, in this case social media. The presence of social media makes it easier for people to access various things, so that consumerism culture thrives because social media has provided various things. This concept is inversely proportional to Boethius’s concept of happiness. Boethius’s concept of happiness is not about superficial or temporary happiness (wealth, pleasure, and recognition from others), but true, eternal happiness. The purpose of this paper is to understand Boethius’s concept of supreme happiness, which will serve as a critique of consumerist culture. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature review approach (research gap), as well as a philosophical analysis of Boethius’s work, specifically regarding supreme happiness. The results indicate that Boethius’s concept of supreme happiness lies not in material wealth, social recognition, or pleasure, but rather in a relationship with the Divine, or transcendence. Therefore, the implication of this research is the need to reorient society’s understanding of true happiness.

This study is motivated by the dynamic changes in digital consumer behavior in e-commerce, particularly in the purchase of electronic products through the Tokopedia platform. The study aims to analyze and synthesize the influence of online reviews and product ratings on purchase decisions using a systematic literature review approach. The method involves a comprehensive examination of global and local scientific literature, with a focus on peer-reviewed journals and empirical studies published between 2021 and 2026. The findings indicate that online reviews and product ratings are capable of reducing consumer uncertainty as well as the functional risks associated with electronic products. Empirical evidence over the past decade suggests that high ratings can build initial confidence in brand quality, while detailed reviews provide crucial technical validation for potential buyers. Overall, these two indicators work synergistically to strengthen consumer trust and serve as key determinants in the final stage of the purchasing decision. The implications suggest that e-commerce platforms and sellers need to prioritize the management of user-generated content and maintain transparency in reputation to remain competitive in a market increasingly reliant on the credibility of online information.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Bravo PUPR Online attendance system in improving the work discipline of Civil Servants (ASN) at the National Road Implementation Center of East Nusa Tenggara. The research focuses on punctuality of attendance, consistency in fulfilling working hours, task completion, compliance with attendance procedures, alignment between recorded data and actual conditions, and acceptance of consequences for violations. The study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and interviews with leaders, system operators, and ASN as direct users. The results indicate that the implementation of the Bravo PUPR Online attendance system has improved administrative order in attendance and increased ASN awareness of time discipline. However, work discipline has not been fully optimal, as several issues remain, such as inconsistent attendance, suboptimal fulfillment of working hours, and discrepancies between attendance data and actual field conditions. In addition, technical constraints such as internet connectivity and GPS accuracy, as well as behavioral factors like negligence and lack of supervision, also affect system effectiveness. In terms of compliance, the Bravo system integrated with e-HRM is considered effective in detecting violations and enforcing strict consequences, ranging from warnings to administrative sanctions. This demonstrates that the attendance system functions not only as a recording tool but also as an instrument for monitoring discipline.

Organizational psychology plays an important role in understanding individual and group behavior within organizations, particularly in educational contexts. Its application can help improve the effectiveness of educational institution management by strengthening key aspects such as work motivation, leadership, communication, and a conducive work environment. By understanding these aspects, educational organizations can develop more effective work systems, enhance the performance of educators, and create a positive and productive organizational culture. However, research on organizational psychology in educational settings remains fragmented and often focuses on specific variables separately. This limits a comprehensive understanding of how these factors interact to influence overall organizational performance. Therefore, a more integrative and comprehensive review is needed to synthesize previous findings. This study aims to review and synthesize existing literature on organizational psychology in educational organizations, with a particular focus on the roles of motivation, leadership, and work environment in improving organizational effectiveness. The findings are expected to provide a more holistic understanding and serve as a basis for developing strategies to enhance the performance of educational organizations in the future.

Management psychology is an approach that plays a crucial role in understanding individual and group behavior within organizations, particularly in the ever-evolving educational and work environments. The application of psychological principles to management practice is believed to improve performance, leadership effectiveness, and create a more conducive work and learning environment. This study aims to examine the development of trends, approaches, and key findings in the study of management psychology through a literature review. Furthermore, this study also seeks to answer two research questions: (1) how have management psychology research trends developed over the past five years, and (2) what are the key findings in the educational and organizational contexts. The method used is a qualitative approach by searching various literature sources through the Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP) databases, using the keyword "management psychology." Of the 20 articles found between 2021 and 2026, five were selected as the most relevant for further analysis. The study results indicate three dominant themes: the role of management psychology in education, the influence of motivation and leadership on performance, and its contribution to the organizational adaptation process. The conclusions of this study confirm that integrating psychological aspects into management plays a crucial role in increasing organizational effectiveness. Therefore, further research is recommended to empirically examine the relationship between psychological variables and a broader scope.
