Business is an economic activity carried out by individuals or organizations to produce and sell goods or services with the aim of making a profit. The NSH Group Store is a business that sells carpets, pillows, bolsters, and dolls located in the Sei Dadap I/II Plantation, Sei Dadap District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra 21225. The NSH Group Store was established in 2016 and is owned by Mrs. Siti Komariah Siregar. Among the challenges faced by the NSH Group Store owner are irregular stock procurement. Sales transaction processes still use conventional methods, reducing efficiency and time effectiveness, and potentially leading to data errors. Supply Chain Management is a series of approaches used to efficiently integrate suppliers so that goods can be distributed in the right quantities, locations, and at the right time, with the aim of minimizing overall system costs. A bolster pillow is a pillow that can function as both a pillow and a bolster. Bolster pillows are oval and long, so they can be hugged while sleeping. The benefits of a bolster pillow include maintaining a proper sleeping position, reducing pressure on joints, helping reduce aches, improving sleep quality, and improving overall health. Therefore, by implementing Supply Chain Management (SCM), data processing will be faster and more accurate.

This study compares two service management models to evaluate the governance of the Wi-Fi network in Dusun Gita Nagari Baru. The main objective is to measure user satisfaction and service quality following the implementation of the COBIT 2019 framework, particularly the DSS02 domain (Manage Service Requests and Incidents). The research employed a mixed methods approach, using historical-comparative document analysis and Likert scale questionnaires distributed to 21 active users. The data were analysed through gap analysis, capability level mapping, and descriptive statistical analysis to identify performance differences between two periods. The results indicate that most indicators in the COBIT 2019 capability model are at Level 4 (Predictable), one indicator reaches Level 5 (Optimising), and another indicator is at Level 3. Indicators directly related to the DSS02 domain, such as ease of reporting, response speed, schedule accuracy, and repair time, demonstrate the most significant improvements. These findings support the hypothesis that implementing COBIT 2019-based governance for DSS02 can enhance user satisfaction and the quality of Wi-Fi network services in rural areas. This study also provides practical recommendations for the sustainable management of digital infrastructure in areas with limited access.

Selecting the right supplier is a critical aspect of supply chain management, especially in a retail business like Parfume Corner, which relies on product quality, availability, and on-time delivery. This study aims to implement the VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method as a multi-criteria decision-making approach to determine the best perfume supplier. The VIKOR method was chosen because of its ability to handle conflicts between criteria and produce optimal compromise solutions. The evaluation criteria used include product quality, price, on-time delivery, after-sales service, and flexibility in negotiations. Data were collected from five potential suppliers through observation, interviews, and historical transaction documents. The analysis results showed that one supplier obtained the lowest VIKOR index score, thus being determined as the best compromise solution. The implementation of the VIKOR method proved effective in providing objective and transparent recommendations, which can support Parfume Corner's strategic decisions in building long-term partnerships with reliable suppliers. This approach can also be adapted by similar businesses to improve procurement efficiency and quality. The test results obtained were that in the expert test a Good value was obtained, namely 80%, while in the system test a Very Good conclusion was obtained, namely 100%.

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the continuance intention of Al-Kautsar Senior High School students in using metaverse-based learning media. The background of this research lies in the rapid adoption of immersive technologies in education, while students’ levels of acceptance have not yet been fully understood. The objective is to identify the antecedents of satisfaction, which subsequently influence continuous intention. The research model examines the effects of perceived interactivity, perceived sociability, perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and social influence on satisfaction. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to students, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that satisfaction is a very strong and statistically significant predictor of continuous intention to use metaverse applications (β = 0.716, p < 0.001). The six hypothesized antecedent variables were not found to have a significant individual effect on satisfaction. In conclusion, for digital native students at Al-Kautsar Senior High School, factors such as ease of use, interactivity, and enjoyment have shifted from being drivers of satisfaction to becoming basic expectations (hygiene factors). Satisfaction itself emerges as the primary determinant, likely influenced by more substantive elements such as content quality or pedagogical design rather than merely the technical features of the platform.

As a vocational education institution, SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar is required to provide adequate facilities to support the development of its students' technical and practical skills. Although some facilities are already available, student complaints remain regarding the condition, availability, and utilization of these services, particularly those related to information technology.This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with information technology services at SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar using a combination of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The study was conducted through a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using stratified random sampling techniques. The data collected were analyzed to determine the overall satisfaction score and identify factors of information technology services that were a priority for improvement. The results of the CSI analysis showed that the level of student satisfaction with school information technology services was in the good category, with an average score of 82%. Furthermore, the results of the IPA analysis revealed that information technology services such as computer services in the school lab, wifi networks, and school websites consisting of school exam applications, student registration applications and information about the school on the website were in the top priority quadrant because they had a high level of importance but their performance was still low. Based on these results, it can be concluded that although in general students stated that they were quite satisfied with the information technology services available, there were several important aspects, especially technology-based information technology services, that needed more attention from the school. Thus, recommendations for improving technological infrastructure and periodic evaluation of educational information technology services can help SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar in improving the quality of educational services and student satisfaction.

This study compares the effectiveness of MAUT (Multi-Attribute Utility Theory), SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique), and WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) methods in a decision support system for determining the best employees at Sisilia Boutique. The quality of human resources is crucial in the retail business, but performance evaluation is often influenced by subjectivity. To address this, a multi-criteria-based decision support system is needed. MAUT translates preferences into a numerical scale, SMART calculates the average value of attributes based on weights, while WASPAS combines weighted summation (WSM) and weighted multiplication (WPM) for more balanced results. Employee performance data from Sisilia Boutique in June 2025, including attendance, store layout, customer service, and discipline, were used as the research object. The comparison results show consistency in the highest (K3) and lowest (K7) ratings across the three methods, with differences in the middle ratings. WASPAS offers a more balanced distribution of final scores, making it a comprehensive alternative for performance evaluation.

CV KIA is a shop engaged in the field of computer sales and services, coming directly to make transactions and provide computer service information services. So there are obstacles that are quite time consuming and transportation costs for customers to find out information on goods, stock of goods, and the process of purchasing goods because customers have to come directly to the store. Product information on CV Kia cannot be updated in real time so that there is a delay in calculating stock of goods. The method used in this study is the prototype development method and is designed using UML. This system uses two programming languages, namely PHP. Implementation using the Xampp application, and MySQL. The results of this study are the design and creation of a web-based sales information system. The system that is built will also later facilitate the sales transaction process which can later reduce the level of competition with the outside market. This system displays information about product sales, and can carry out the sales transaction process so that customers do not need to come to the store to get information and make product purchases. The results of testing that has been carried out involving 10 Respondents that the conclusion of the quality of the feasibility of the software produced has a percentage of success with an average total of 100%.  Keywords: Sales, Prototype, PHP, Information Systems, Sublime Text

Pengolahan data hasil survei kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan akademik yang dilakukan LPM saat ini dirasa masih memiliki banyak keterbatasan dan melewati beberapa proses Panjang, dalam  mengumpulkan data survei mahasiswa, masih dilakukan sendiri sendiri dengan menggunakan framework yang berbeda beda. Tujuan penelitian yaitu pembuatan sistem informasi yang mengimplemenatasikan metode servqual untuk penilaian kepuasan­ mahasiswa unisnu terhadap pelayanan akademik. Sumber data dari hasil kuesioner mahasiswa TA.2020 berjumlah 4.433 dan hasil implementasi menggunakan perhitungan slovin 100 sampel data. Metode Service Quality diperoleh rata-rata dari nilai 5 aspek yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan nyata, dengan predikat PUAS dan hasil pengujian perangkat lunak (black box testing) dan ISO 9126 sangat layak untuk digunakan. Hasil sistem yang telah dibangun mempercepat admin mengolah data kuisioner penilaian sesuai dengan kriteria dengan banyak kemudahan yang di hasilkan oleh aplikasi ini.

Monitoring realizes efforts to improve the quality of health services. To obtain information on patient condition data during treatment. The monitoring process is done manually. So that it has an impact on the service and condition of the patient during treatment. The design of monitoring the patient's body temperature and heart during treatment with IoT can be controlled through the NodeMCU sensor ESP8266, MLX9014, MAX30100 sensor and Arduino IDE software program. Furthermore, it can detect the patient's temperature and the patient's heart rate during treatment. And processed by the NodeMCU ESP8266, the data from the two sensors is displayed on the SSD1306 OLED LCD and also to the smartphone of the medical officer on duty via Blynk. In order for the tool to work properly and optimally, it is necessary to adjust the pin placement so that it can work optimally. The problem of internet connection interference causes delays, resulting in a mismatch between the measurement of the test equipment and the standard tool. Data values are taken with an accuracy of 70%-93% for the MAX30100 sensor, for the temperature sensor it is close to optimal with a value that is read on a standard tool with an accuracy of 97%-99%.

Human daily life depends on air, so air quality needs to be protected especially against pollution. Decreasing air quality due to dust pollution can result in ARI. Makes it easier to measure ambient air and air temperature using internet-based technology. Designing internet-based dust and temperature measuring devices using the gp2y1010au0f type dust sensor, and DHS11 sensor as a temperature sensor, amplifier circuit, NodemCU microcontroller, and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The measurement application is carried out at the location of the PT. Djabus Tunas Utama Ngoro Mojokerto East Java at 10 sampling points around the mixing tube. The measurement results show the concentration carried by ambient air quality standards when the engine stops, so it is safe for employees. When the machine is mixing and the machine is not mixing (ordinary conditions) the concentration of particulates and the temperature exceeds the ambient air quality standard, for that all employees are required to use PPE.

Tool validasi digunakan untuk menguji validitaspemodelan yang ada pada NS. Secara default, semua pemodelan pada ns akan dapat melewati prosesvalidasi ini. Jika ingin melakukan validasi terhadap pemodelan protocol yang ada pada library ns, dapatdilakukan dengan mengetikkan ./validate pada console saat pada direktori ns2.Network Simulator (NS) mensimulasikan jaringan berbasis TCP/IP dengan berbagai medianya. Dapatmensimulasikan protokol jaringan (TCPs/UDP/RTP), Trafic behaviour (FTP, Telnet, CBR, dan lain-lain),Queque management (RED, FIFO, CBQ) algoritma routing unicast (Distance Vector, Link State) danmulticast, (PIM SM, PIM DM, DVMRP, Shared Tree dan Bi Directional Shared Tree), aplikasi multimediayang berupa layered video, Quality of service video-audio dan transcoding. Ns juga mengimplementasikanbeberapa MAC (IEEE 802.3, 802.11), di berbagai media, misalnya jaringan wired (LAN, WAN, point topoint), wireless (seperti mobile IP, Wireless LAN), bahkan simulasi hubungan antar node jaringan yangmenggunakan media satelit.

Decision Support System couple the intellectual resource of individuals with the capabilities of the computer to improve the quality of decision. It's a computer based support system for management decision makers who deal with semi-structured problem. An integrated decision support system for use in an machine mollen product has been developed. It incorporates a linear Programming model that represents the contribution optimal and optimizes the production water pump and mollen machine. An optimization model is performed using a management scient model called linear programming approach in older to determine media selection. To use this model, the DSS needs ti interface with another software. Mathematical Programming is a technique used in mathematical models, particularly optimization models, to assist in decision making. The Simplex Method is "a systematic procedure for generating and testing candidate vertex solutions to a linear program." (Gill, Murray, and Wright, p. -137) It begins at an arbitrary corner of the solution set. At each iteration, the Simplex Method selects the variable that will produce the largest change towards the minimum (or maximum) solution. The  development of computer programs to be used as Decision Support Systems involves several tasks such as mathematical modeling, technical and data collection and development of a user friendly interface.
