This study examines the compensation system at SME XYZ, focusing on adhered and overlapping salary mapping. The primary goal of this research is to analyze and evaluate the existing compensation structure and provide recommendations for improvement. The methodology used includes collecting primary data through interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data analysis from previous studies. The findings indicate that the salary structure at SME XYZ is not optimal, with some positions being paid below the Bandung City minimum wage standard. Further analysis revealed that implementing an overlapping salary structure method can improve internal fairness and employee satisfaction without significantly increasing the company's financial burden. This study suggests that SME XYZ adopts a more flexible and fair salary structure, considering employee capabilities and contributions as well as local labor market conditions.

The aim of the Community Service Activities is to implement one of the Tri Darmas of Higher Education which is carried out by Pamulang University lecturers and students with the title "increasing human resources in preventing hoax news on social media through digital literacy" One of the abilities that every human being must have is the ability to read. This is because someone who has literacy skills will find it easy for that person to solve problems or find a solution to a problem wisely. Media literacy is an effective step to anticipate the spread of Hoks which is growing rapidly in society.This PKM was carried out on the target group of young people studying at Bambu Apus Pamulang. This PKM was carried out using a lecture method, asking questions and answers to the participants. With this service activity, these Koran students get the information they need to be able to more easily and quickly differentiate between truth and error in information. Apart from that, it can also help the general public in maintaining the information circulating in a real form

This community service was carried out by the SLB Global School teacher Jalan H. Agus Salim, Alue Berawa Village, Langsa District, Langsa City.  The problem faced is that learning methods for students with special needs are not yet optimal.  The aim of the research is to optimize the ability of special education teachers to use learning methods for students with special needs. The method used is descriptive with accompanying presentation, discussion and training techniques for participants regarding the importance of learning methods for students with special needs. The results of this research are that teachers can optimize learning methods for students with special needs who are hearing impaired. So that it can foster differentiated, fun and meaningful learning for children with special needs.

Abstract: Obesity is a global epidemic and a significant public health problem. In the elderly population, obesity is defined as a BMI ≥ 25 kg/m². In the United States, the prevalence of obesity among the elderly is 37.1% in men and 33.6% in women over the age of 60. Obesity increases the risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease, and can cause psychological problems such as sleep disorders and lack of self-confidence. Accurate obesity risk assessment involves measuring Body Mass Index (BMI) and waist circumference. This activity uses the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology to screen for obesity in the elderly at Hana Nursing Home, South Tangerang. The screening includes anthropometric measurements of BMI and waist circumference, followed by evaluation and nutritional counseling for at-risk individuals. 9 people (14.75%) had overweight nutritional status, 3 people (4.92%) had obese nutritional status, and 35 people (57.38%) were at risk of central obesity. Routine anthropometric measurements are critical for monitoring obesity and implementing preventive measures to improve overall health outcomes, improve quality of life, and reduce obesity-related morbidity and mortality rates. A village profile is needed to provide an accurate, comprehensive and integral picture of the village's potential and level of development. Through the University's Real Work Lecture activities on August 17 1945, we tried to help Kalidami RW 10 Village located in Surabaya City, East Java Province in an effort to create a village profile. Based on problem identification, the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village contains some information on the number of existing UMKM. However, there is some data that is still not complete or updated. For example, data that has not been updated is about Waste Generation, Village Profile, Waste Savings, etc. Therefore, the objectives of this service activity are: 1) creating a profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which contains complete village potential data and 2) presenting profile data of Mojo RW 10 Village which can be accessed in printed and electronic versions. The methods used are secondary data collection, surveys and interviews. Evaluation of this activity is carried out directly during the profile creation activity, so that output can be produced that meets the wishes of the target audience. The output of this activity is a printed book on the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which is one of the documents available at the RW 10 hall and a video profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which has been uploaded on social media.

The improvement of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) plays a significant role in driving the local economy. One of the crucial steps in developing MSMEs is through coaching and mentoring in the licensing process, including the creation of a Business Identification Number (NIB). This study aims to examine the coaching and mentoring conducted by students in making NIBs to advance soybean juice MSMEs in Sidoarjo. This research was conducted using qualitative methods through observations and interviews with Ms. Diah as the owner of the soybean juice business in Gading Fajar Sidoarjo.  The results showed that the involvement of students in coaching and mentoring NIB can have a positive impact by increasing the awareness and ability of MSME owners in taking care of their business licenses.

In learning mathematics, calculation techniques are indispensable. However, a common issue encountered is the lack of proficiency in calculations, whether it be addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division. Jarimatika is a method of mathematical calculation using the fingers as tools to facilitate arithmetic operations, especially multiplication. This activity aims to socialize and understand the responses of students and teachers towards the use of the Jarimatika method in elementary schools. The results of the activity showed that students were very enthusiastic during the activity and found it easier to perform multiplication operations using the Jarimatika method. The teachers' response was also very positive and they appreciated this activity. From this activity, it was proven that the Jarimatika method helps elementary school students become quicker and more proficient in multiplication operations

Entrepreneurship is the ability to perform creativity and innovation that creates a work of value that can be sold. The limited job market is a classic problem that has not yet been resolved due to the continuously increasing population and the scarcity of jobs, thus the unemployment rate in the country continues to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship from school. Students at SMK Al-Ishlah North Cikarang are Generation Z, class XII, who will face graduation and thus will determine the next step, whether to look for a job, continue to higher education or start a business. These students should not be confused about what to do after graduation. This Community Service activity takes the theme "Fostering Entrepreneurial Spirit among Students: Strategies and Challenges in Building Entrepreneurship in the World of Education". It is carried out by seminar method which besides material presentation also includes discussion and question and answer session with the speaker. This activity was attended by as many as 43 participants, all of whom were class XII. Based on a survey from participants, it can be known that 63% strongly agree that this seminar has added their insight into entrepreneurship.

This research aims to determine the teaching competence of Civic Education teachers in terms of their Mood Swing in teaching at Budisatrya Medan High School. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytic approach, by collecting data through interviews with students and teachers, as well as observations in the school environment. The results of the research show that teachers at Budi Satrya High School Medan have quite fluctuating moods. Factors that influence teachers’ mood swings , both internal factors (health conditions, personal problems, and stress levels) and external factors (class conditions, support from the school, and work pressure), have a significant impact on decreasing motivation, creativity, and teacher performance in teaching during the learning process. Changes in a teacher’s mood are influenced by various factors, such as health conditions, personal problems, and dynamics in the classroom. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of knowledge of civic education teachers’ teaching competencies in terms of their mood swings in teaching at school

This activity aims to train junior high school students on Moa Island, Southwest Maluku Regency, Maluku Province to develop their speaking skills through Speech activities. This is a response to the importance of one of the four English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. By carrying out this activity, students can develop their speaking skills.

This community service was carried out for the community in Negeri Antara and Pancar Jelobok Villages, Pintu Rime Gayo District, Bener Meriah Regency. The problems faced are the poverty level and the quality of uninhabitable houses (RTLH) for low-income people (MBR). The research objective is to provide socialization of self-help housing stimulant assistance (BSPS) in overcoming poverty levels and improving the quality of uninhabitable houses and handling integrated housing and slum areas. The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with a sampling technique that uses purposive sampling technique. The results of the research are that the people of Negeri Antara and Pancar Jelobok Villages, Pintu Rime Gayo District, Bener Meriah Regency are very enthusiastic and feel helped by the existence of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) so that they are provoked/motivated to make livable houses with the assistance provided by the government.

The aim of this research is to determine the objective condition of flood victims in Semarang City. Management of flood victims that hit four sub-districts. The research method uses a qualitative approach that describes phenomena and events at the location of flood victims. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews with several victims, several community association administrators, observations at flood locations by observing residents who were affected by the flood. Literacy studies related to flood victims, in the form of documentation, mass media and online media and the internet. Conclusion Conditions that occur due to extreme weather, strong gusts of wind and non-stop rain for twenty-four hours in the city of Semarang. Covered four sub-districts, namely Pedurungan, North Semarang, Genuk and Gayamsari. And also the tidal sea level, flooding the Kaligawe highway, causing it to become unstable and large trucks breaking down. The Semarang City Government has responded to the impact of the flood by sending aid in the form of drinking water, basic necessities and food to the community, the Semarang Fire Department has also evacuated the elderly and sick people to be able to take refuge at relatives' homes and to hospitals to receive medical treatment at the hospital. Children and young people often face significant mental health challenges, which impact their emotional well-being and behavior. Our study aims to detect early signs of this problem in elementary school children using the Pediatric Symptom Checklist (PSC-17) questionnaire. It is hoped that it can increase the understanding of students and students to prevent the negative impacts of behavioral, emotional and psychosocial disorders.

Health is an important factor that influences the quality of life of the community. This study aims to increase awareness of the people of Karawana Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency, about the importance of maintaining cholesterol levels through regular physical activity. The methods used include counseling, healthy exercise, and cholesterol checks using a cholesterol meter. This activity was attended by 8 participants aged over 40 years. The results showed that 2 participants had total cholesterol levels above 239 mg/dL, which indicates a high risk of cardiovascular disease. The education provided succeeded in increasing public understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and regular health checks. The conclusion of this activity is the need for follow-up in the form of health counseling and ongoing education programs to maintain public health related to cholesterol.

The aim of this research is to determine the response to landslide floods that occurred in West Bandung Regency, and the evacuation of victims who were injured and died due to landslide floods. As well as restoration of damage to facilities and infrastructure such as community houses, school buildings, mosques and schools due to landslides. The research method uses qualitative methods that describe events at the research location related to landslide victims. The data collection technique is through interviews with several officials and volunteers as well as RW and RW administrators. Observations are carried out to see and observe the conditions at the scene, such as residents' houses that were hit by landslides. Documentation studies related to the research focus in the form of mass media and other online media. The conclusion is that the impact on dealing with landslide flood victims has been implemented by the local government, officials and volunteers. Evacuation of victims with serious and minor injuries as well as those who died have been evacuated to the Cililin Regional General Hospital. Restoration of damaged residents' houses as well as prayer rooms and mosques as a means of worship for Muslims has been carried out. With the natural disaster that resulted in many victims, it became an evaluation material for the West Bandung Regency government, so that it could educate the public.

The rise of online gambling, which is mostly carried out by lower middle class people, can have a negative impact on the economic development of Indonesia. One of the direct negative impacts of online gambling on the country's economy is that online gambling can reduce state income. This is because the government does not receive taxes from illegal online gambling activities. Apart from that, online gambling can also cause economic losses for society. This legal research aims to find out the factors and how the law is enforced against online gambling players. The type of legal research carried out in this research is normative legal research, namely where law is conceptualized as what is written in statutory regulations (law in the books). ) or law is conceptualized as a rule or norm which is a benchmark for human behavior that is considered appropriate. Based on the research results, it is understood that the factors that cause a person to commit a criminal act of online gambling are influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors come from within the perpetrator while external factors come from outside the perpetrator, such as the perpetrator's social environment.

Sexual violence is an act that humiliates, insults, harasses, attacks a person's body or reproductive function, due to unequal power or position relations. There are various types of violence such as physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence, trafficking, etc. The impact of violence includes physical, emotional and psychological trauma for the victim. Preventing sexual violence is a shared responsibility and requires cooperation from various parties, including government, educational institutions, communities and individuals. Cases of sexual violence among students are a major problem, especially when it occurs in the school, family and other environments. It is not uncommon for cases of sexual violence to occur that cause trauma for the victim. The problem that occurred at SMA PLUS AR-RAUDHAH was related to the lack of knowledge of students regarding the prevention of sexual violence, in addition to the lack of assistance and knowledge taught by educators to students regarding the prevention of sexual violence with 121 participants. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to form students' understanding, especially SMA PLUS AR-RAUDHAH students, regarding sexual violence, its impact and prevention, so that it is hoped that students can avoid sexual violence. This service method is carried out through several stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage and this activity uses the lecture method. The results obtained from this service are that students' understanding of the types, impact of sexual violence and prevention of sexual violence personally increases.

Chips are a food that is loved by Indonesian people. Chips are a favorite snack and there are many different types and variants. In Purwakarta there is a famous MSME Chips called Cijanggot Chips. To be precise, it comes from Cipinang Village, Cibau District. There are several products from Cijangot Chips, namely cassava chips, potato chips and chocolate banana chips. In its business activities, Cijanggot Chips UMKM still uses traditional methods, namely by marketing manually to distribution locations such as food stalls and souvenir shops since 2015. The marketing strategy implemented by the Cijanggot Chips owner can be said to be quite good. However, in this modern era, it is very important to carry out marketing strategies through online media in order to increase sales and have a wider reach to consumers. There are several marketing strategies that can be used to increase product sales, namely by product innovation, online marketing, through social media and opening branches in new places.

One of the Community Service Lecture programs carried out by STAI Students. DR. KHEZ. Muttaqien Purakarta is a literacy movement to increase children's interest in reading in Depok Village, Darangdan District, Purwakarta Regency which focuses on students at SD Negeri 1 Depok. In this case, basically the results of observations, interviews and direct participation in the learning process resulted in the problem that from class I to class VI there were some students who were not yet fluent in reading in each class. This is due to low interest in reading, lack of teachers, and libraries that are less than optimal in use. So, this is what makes us carry out a literacy movement program with the activities of providing a mobile library, book review activities and literacy posts with the aim of providing literacy facilities and forming habits in children in order to increase interest in reading among students at SD Negeri 1 Depok in particular and generally for children from Depok Village. In implementing this program, qualitative methods and a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach are used, all of which lead to a context of discovery, empowerment and change.

Entrepreneurship is not only limited to academic intelligence and skills in producing products but also a dynamic spirit in capturing challenges and risks and then turning them into opportunities and potential. Through this service activity, it is hoped that it can foster students' understanding and interest in the world of entrepreneurship so that the number of entrepreneurs grows and creates job opportunities so as to reduce the number of unemployed. In increasing interest in entrepreneurship, students are given an understanding of the importance of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is full of risk and uncertainty, it can be successful and it can fail, for this reason it must be done with courage, tenacity and strong determination, to achieve a business that continues to develop, excels, is independent and can compete. The aim of this service activity is to foster interest in creative and independent entrepreneurship in students of SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta in the following way: a) providing counseling in utilizing information technology in entrepreneurship, b) providing motivation and knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, c ) provide creativity and introduction to entrepreneurship independently from an early age.
