This study aims to analyze the effect of physical work environment, work motivation, and teamwork on employee performance at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method involving all 51 employees as the total sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire developed from the theories of Herzberg, Luthans, and Tuckman. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure instrument quality, while data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. Classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, were performed to verify the model’s adequacy. The results indicate that the physical work environment, work motivation, and teamwork have positive and significant effects on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Among these variables, work motivation exerts the strongest influence on performance improvement. Overall, the three independent variables explain 84.2% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 15.8% is explained by other factors not included in the model. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening employee motivation, improving workplace conditions, and fostering a collaborative work culture to enhance human resource management effectiveness in the financial service industry.

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline, and supervision on the work effectiveness of civil servants (ASN) at the Kediri Regency Trade Office. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consisted of 55 civil servants, all of whom were included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results revealed that motivation, work discipline, and supervision each had a positive and significant partial effect on work effectiveness. Simultaneously, the three variables also had a significant effect on work effectiveness. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.488 indicates that motivation, work discipline, and supervision explain 48.8% of the variation in work effectiveness, while the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening motivation, enforcing consistent work discipline, and implementing effective supervision to enhance civil servants’ work effectiveness.

The results show that competence, placement, and work discipline each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination indicates that 45.2% of the variance in performance is explained by the three variables. These findings suggest that improving employee competence through training, placing staff according to their skills, and consistently enforcing work discipline can enhance employee effectiveness and productivity. This paper provides a comprehensive examination of the concept and implementation of skill management as a cohesive set of competencies encompassing technical, interpersonal, conceptual, and strategic skills within organizational and entrepreneurial contexts. The background highlights the critical role of skill management in addressing the challenges posed by a highly competitive and rapidly evolving business environment, where mastery of these competencies determines both individual and organizational effectiveness in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve collective objectives. Grounded in a literature review of seminal works by Robbins & Coulter, Katz, Drucker, Mintzberg, Armstrong, and Barney & Hesterly, this study adopts a structured approach that covers definitions, classification of skill types, their roles in organizations, development strategies, implementation challenges, and applications in entrepreneurship. The findings indicate that: (1) technical, human, and conceptual skills are complementary across different managerial levels; (2) skill development requires a blend of formal education, field practice, mentorship, and technology utilization; (3) primary challenges include technological adaptation, complexity of decision-making, and limitations in training resources; and (4) in entrepreneurial ventures, effective skill management is fundamental to planning, finance, human resources, innovation, and communication. In conclusion, skill management should not be viewed as a static competency but as a strategic asset that must be continuously enhanced through lifelong learning, enabling both individuals and organizations to sustain growth and resilience in the era of globalization and digital transformation.
