This study aims to analyze the effect of training and human resource development on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Bima City. The research was motivated by the low level of employee productivity, limited budget allocation for development programs, and the tendency of some employees to delay task completion. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population consists of 59 employees, with a sample of 35 civil servants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The findings show that both training and human resource development have a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Training improves employee skills, while development efforts enhance competencies to meet organizational demands. The study suggests that structured training and development programs should be optimized to improve public service performance.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, dengan kontribusi signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, UMKM menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses permodalan, rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi, serta kendala dalam pemasaran produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UMKM, mengevaluasi efektivitas program pemberdayaan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah dan sektor swasta, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang aplikatif dan berkelanjutan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan yang mencakup pelatihan, pendampingan, serta fasilitasi akses pasar dan teknologi dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing UMKM secara signifikan. Selain itu, peningkatan proses pembelajaran dalam UMKM sangat penting untuk mendorong inovasi produk dan perbaikan kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengembangan UMKM harus terintegrasi dengan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan akses permodalan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Dukungan kebijakan yang memudahkan akses pembiayaan dan regulasi yang ramah terhadap UMKM juga menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan pengembangan sektor ini. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam perumusan kebijakan dan program pemberdayaan UMKM yang lebih efektif, sehingga UMKM dapat tumbuh dan berkontribusi lebih optimal terhadap perekonomian nasional.

This paper provides a comprehensive examination of the concept and implementation of skill management as a cohesive set of competencies encompassing technical, interpersonal, conceptual, and strategic skills within organizational and entrepreneurial contexts. The background highlights the critical role of skill management in addressing the challenges posed by a highly competitive and rapidly evolving business environment, where mastery of these competencies determines both individual and organizational effectiveness in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve collective objectives. Grounded in a literature review of seminal works by Robbins & Coulter, Katz, Drucker, Mintzberg, Armstrong, and Barney & Hesterly, this study adopts a structured approach that covers definitions, classification of skill types, their roles in organizations, development strategies, implementation challenges, and applications in entrepreneurship. The findings indicate that: (1) technical, human, and conceptual skills are complementary across different managerial levels; (2) skill development requires a blend of formal education, field practice, mentorship, and technology utilization; (3) primary challenges include technological adaptation, complexity of decision-making, and limitations in training resources; and (4) in entrepreneurial ventures, effective skill management is fundamental to planning, finance, human resources, innovation, and communication. In conclusion, skill management should not be viewed as a static competency but as a strategic asset that must be continuously enhanced through lifelong learning, enabling both individuals and organizations to sustain growth and resilience in the era of globalization and digital transformation.

The rise of digital transformation and increasing competition in the Islamic financial sector require microfinance institutions such as KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera Bumiayu to implement innovative strategies to build competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the development of innovative services through the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) framework, which focuses on value creation and the discovery of untapped market space. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews involving management and active customers. The findings indicate that based on external analysis (PEST and Five Forces) and internal evaluation, the institution holds strong potential to develop service strategies driven by innovation. The application of the ERRC Grid led to several strategic actions, including eliminating administrative fees, simplifying procedures, enhancing service quality and technology, and developing the digital application BMT Mobile. The study concludes that BOS is an effective strategic framework for expanding inclusive, community-based Islamic finance. The results contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of adaptive and competitive Islamic microfinance service models.

This research aims to analyze the strategic position of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Cilongok using the Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE) Matrix method and formulate development strategies for savings and loan units and supermarket businesses. The research method uses a quantitative-qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. SPACE Matrix analysis is carried out by identifying factors of financial strength, competitive advantage, industry strength, and environmental stability. The results show that KUD Cilongok is in an aggressive quadrant position with relatively high values of financial strength and industry strength. The recommended strategies include market penetration, market development, product development, and business diversification. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve the performance of KUD Cilongok's savings and loan units and supermarket businesses, as well as improve the welfare of members and the surrounding community.

Inovasi sosial dan kewirausahaan sosial telah menjadi strategi utama dalam menciptakan solusi berkelanjutan bagi tantangan sosial dan ekonomi yang tidak dapat diselesaikan oleh pendekatan bisnis konvensional. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis inovasi sosial dan perannya dalam kewirausahaan sosial; 2) Mengidentifikasi hubungan antara inovasi sosial dan keberlanjutan UMKM dalam konteks ekonomi berbasis dampak sosial; 3) Menjelaskan faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan kewirausahaan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi sosial berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan ketahanan UMKM melalui penerapan model bisnis berbasis dampak sosial, ekonomi sirkular, serta digitalisasi bisnis. Keberhasilan kewirausahaan sosial dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, seperti kepemimpinan yang visioner, strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif, serta model bisnis yang adaptif dan inovatif. Sementara itu, faktor eksternal yang berperan mencakup dukungan kebijakan pemerintah, akses terhadap pendanaan berbasis dampak sosial, serta kemitraan strategis dengan sektor swasta dan akademisi. Indikator utama keberhasilan kewirausahaan sosial mencakup pengukuran dampak sosial dan ekonomi, keberlanjutan finansial dan operasional, serta efektivitas model bisnis dalam menjangkau masyarakat yang lebih luas. Sebagai implikasi, makalah ini merekomendasikan penguatan kebijakan publik yang mendukung bisnis sosial, peningkatan akses pendanaan berbasis dampak, serta integrasi inovasi sosial dalam strategi pengembangan UMKM. Dengan menciptakan ekosistem yang lebih mendukung bagi kewirausahaan sosial, diharapkan inovasi sosial dapat menjadi pilar utama dalam pembangunan ekonomi yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) play a crucial role in the national economy. However, significant challenges such as limited resources, market access, and inadequate managerial capabilities remain obstacles to enhancing competitiveness. Developing managerial capacity through technological innovation has become a strategic solution for UMKM to survive and grow in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the importance of developing managerial capacity in improving UMKM competitiveness through technology adoption. The research method used is a literature review and analysis of secondary data from various relevant sources. The findings indicate that technological innovation in managerial aspects, such as the use of digital systems for marketing, finance, and operations, positively impacts efficiency and competitiveness. Therefore, appropriate strategies are needed to enhance UMKM managerial capacity in adopting technology to compete globally.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, effective business models are crucial for sustaining competitiveness. This research explores the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to TemplateKuy, a digital platform providing Notion and Spreadsheet templates. The study aims to identify how BMC's nine components—customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structures—can be optimized for business growth and sustainability. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving interviews, observations, and SWOT analysis to evaluate TemplateKuy’s strategic positioning. The findings reveal that BMC helps TemplateKuy create tailored strategies that align with market demands, improve operational efficiency, and increase value for its users. However, challenges such as resource limitations and market competition persist. These results offer valuable insights for similar businesses aiming to leverage BMC for strategic planning. The study emphasizes the importance of continuous innovation and customer feedback to maintain relevance in the dynamic digital industry.

Verry Martin A.S, M Islamic Sharia Tourism Study Program, Department of Management and Business, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung State Islamic University who was supervised by Dr. Deny Yudiantoro, S.AP., M.M., The research in this thesis is based on the importance of tourism development strategies because the main reason for tourism development in a tourist destination, whether locally, regionally or nationally in a country, is closely related to the economic development of that region or country. The focus of research in writing this thesis is (1) What is the tourism development strategy to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction? (2) What is the strategy for developing human resources to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction? (3) What is the most effective role of media in reaching and influencing the target audience of tourists, especially in the context of digitalization and developments in information technology? This type of research is field research using a descriptive method approach. In collecting data researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers double-checked to obtain the data obtained and used triangulation techniques, with the aim of obtaining data validity. After that, analyzing it through data reduction and making conclusionsng the validity of the data uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the research results show that (1) tourism development strategies to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction are carried out in various ways, including strategies including adding tourist attractions, developing accessibility, developing amenities, developing public facilities. the role of government. (2) human resource development strategy to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction by implementing a capacity building strategy which includes Human Resource (HR) Development, Strengthening organization, Institutional reform (institutional reform) (3) Media strategy that most effective in reaching and influencing the target audience of tourists, by referring to technical and practical means. by implementing promotions on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok to influence the audience of data tourists to Puncak Jowim tourism.

This research was conducted at Online Shop XYZ, a medical equipment shop that operates online and utilizes technology such as marketplaces and financial applications such as Jubelio. From the research results, it can be concluded that the Jubelio application has an important role for the inventory accounting information system owned by the XYZ online shop. The jubelio application makes it easier for the XYZ online shop warehouse to maintain its stock, the jubelio application can also improve the performance of the warehouse department. The jubelio application also makes it easier for the XYZ online shop which applies the perpetual method to always monitor its merchandise inventory.

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Usia Harapan Hidup (UHH), Rata-rata Lama Sekolah (RLS), dan Pengeluaran per Kapita (PPK) terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di beberapa kota Jawa Tengah (Magelang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Pekalongan, Jepara, Kudus, dan Tegal) dari 2017 hingga 2022. Metode penelitian melibatkan uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi berganda. Data berasal dari sumber statistik demografi, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembangunan manusia, serta mendukung kebijakan yang lebih tepat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Analisis regresi diharapkan mengidentifikasi kontribusi UHH, RLS, dan PPK terhadap IPM, memberikan gambaran peran kesehatan, pendidikan, dan ekonomi dalam pembangunan manusia. Implikasi kebijakan dari penelitian ini dapat mendukung upaya pemerintah meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di kota yang menjadi ojek penelitian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur pengembangan manusia dan kebijakan daerah dengan menggabungkan variabel-variabel penting dan menganalisis dampaknya secara terpadu. Kesimpulan ini menjadi panduan bagi pengambil keputusan dalam merancang kebijakan untuk meningkatkan IPM di kota-kota Jawa Tengah.

Training and development of human resources (HR) is very important for every company to maximize the skills of its employees. The quantitative approach focuses on symptoms that have certain characteristics in order to observe the relationship between 2 or more variables. According to the results of the study with the PLS SEM test, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing, the results can be seen: training has a significant positive effect on employee performance when viewed from the results of p values, namely 0.019 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on employee performance if you look at the p values of 0.000 <0.05. Job training has a significant positive effect on motivation from the hypothesis test, namely p values 0.002 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on work motivation seen from the results of the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance seen from the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.002 <0.05

Rumah sakit sebagai lembaga pelayanan kesehatan memerlukan kinerja karyawan yang optimal dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada pasien. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk keterampilan, pengetahuan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, yaitu dengan melakukan tinjauan terhadap artikel, jurnal, dan buku yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit, antara lain pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, pemberian insentif dan reward, peningkatan komunikasi dan kolaborasi antar departemen, serta peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja. Hasil dari studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa strategi pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan merupakan strategi yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit. Pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan karyawan, sehingga mereka dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pasien. Selain itu, pemberian insentif dan reward juga dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, sehingga mereka lebih termotivasi untuk memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Kesimpulannya, strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit perlu diimplementasikan secara efektif dan terencana, dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dari strategi tersebut. Dalam jangka panjang, strategi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit dan memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien.

Desa Balaroa Pewunu memiliki potensi dan Produk UMKM yang bersumber dari sektor pertanian dan perkebunan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi serta menyusun strategi dalam pengembangan pemasaran Produk keripik pisang tanduk sebagai upaya peningkatan UMKM yang ada didesa Balaroa Pewunu,Kecamatan Dolo Barat, Kabupaten Sigi. Metode yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional, Metode deskriptif ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan secara sistematis, factual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta yang menggambarkan fenomena secara detail agar mendapatkan analisis permasalahan yang lebih dalam dan menyajikan solusi penyelesaian yang tepat. kemudian analisa pengembangan dengan  metode STP (segmentation, targeting, dan positioning) agar mendapatkan strategi pengembangan secara valid dan ilmiah dengan sistem pemasaran dan promosi menggunakan konsep reseller dan direct selling atau secara lansung.  Selain itu kegiatan pengabdian ini pula dilakukan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha keripik pisang tanduk. Berdasarkan seluruh penerapan strategi dalam pengembangan pemasaran pada keripik pisang tanduk menghasilkan dampak yang cukup positif, dibeberapa bulan terakhir dimulai dari pendampingan pada bulan September hingga desember 2022 tercatat produk keripik pisang telah tersebar di 100 outlet pedagang kecil yang berada di wilayah kecamtan marawola, kecamatan dolo barat, kecamatan dolo selatan dan sekitaran kecamatan terdekat di kabupaten Sigi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan, pengembangan karir dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas kurir pada PT. Shopee Express Hub Kediri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 26.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah responden 65 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 17,557 + (-0,496)X1 + (-0,229)X2 + 0,572X3. Hasil dari analisis yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kurir dengan bukti bahwa Sig t 0,002 < 0,05, variabel pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kurir dengan bukti Sig t 0,461 > 0,05, variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kurir dengan bukti Sig t 0,003 < 0,05, dan hasil karakteristik pekerjaan, pengembangan karir dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kurir dengan bukti Sig t 0,001 < 0,05.  Hasil analisis nilai R2 = 0,245 atau 24,5%.

This study aims to examine the effect of training, capacity building, and reward provision on improving the performance of human resources at the Kapalo Destination of Banda Taram, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study used a questionnaire distributed in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota as many 53 respondents using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Training and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of managers at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination while the capacity building has no significant effect on improving performance at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination. This research implies that the existence of training and rewards can make performance better, especially in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Regency of Lima Puluh Kota.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence on the Performance of High School Teachers in Batam City in the mediation of Organizational Commitment. The object of this research uses 3 schools in Batam City, namely SMAN 1 Batam, SMAN 3 Batam and SMAN 5 Batam, with a total population of 160 teachers. Determination of the sample using the Slovin Formula with a Margin Of Error 5% the result is 114 teachers obtained as a sample, data collection by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms in 3 schools and successfully filled out by 131 teachers. This research is quantitative, using Partial Least Square (PLS) for data processing, and the modeling technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study states that the Variables of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence have a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Variables of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive influence on Teacher Performance, Variables of Organizational Commitment Successfully Mediate the Variables of Training and Development, Motivation , Competence on Teacher Performance.
