This study aims to evaluate the performance of KSPPS BKK Purwokerto using the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE), which consist of seven assessment categories: leadership, strategy, customer focus, measurement and knowledge management, workforce, operations, and organizational results. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman to identify strengths and weaknesses within the organization. The findings indicate that KSPPS achieved a total score of 825, placing it in the Excellent – Benchmark Leader category. The strongest performance appears in customer focus, leadership, and operational quality, reflecting strong service orientation and solid interpersonal relationships. However, the lowest score in measurement, analysis, and knowledge management suggests that the data and information system is not yet fully integrated. These results highlight the need for improving information systems, digitalizing processes, and strengthening performance measurement to support continuous improvement. This study contributes to the literature on Islamic microfinance performance evaluation and provides strategic recommendations for enhancing organizational management.

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing members’ decisions to take murabahah financing at BMT Mentari Umat Wangon. The research employed a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. The population consisted of active members using murabahah financing, selected through purposive sampling. Independent variables included service quality, knowledge of Islamic products, trust, location, promotion, profit margin, and financing procedures, while the dependent variable was the members’ financing decision. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression after validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that service quality, Islamic product knowledge, trust, profit margin, and financing procedures significantly affect members’ decisions, whereas location and promotion have no significant effect. The most dominant factors are service quality and institutional trust. These findings support the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which emphasizes that attitudes, trust, and perceived control are key determinants of financial decision-making. The study implies that BMT should enhance service quality, strengthen financial literacy related to Islamic products, and develop digital-based service systems to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, green knowledge, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention toward electric bicycles in Kediri City. A quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design was employed. Data were collected through an online questionnaire involving 112 respondents familiar with electric vehicle concepts, using purposive sampling. The validity and reliability tests confirmed that all research instruments were valid and reliable. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results reveal that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with an R² value of 0.893. Among them, eWOM has the most dominant influence compared to price and green knowledge. These findings indicate that reasonable price perception, adequate environmental knowledge, and positive online reviews simultaneously enhance consumers’ purchase intention for electric bicycles. This study supports the Theory of Planned Behavior in explaining eco-friendly purchasing behavior and provides strategic implications for companies to apply value-based pricing, environmental education campaigns, and effective digital promotion strategies.

Human resources are the driving force of animal husbandry in Indonesia, because the role of human resources is important and aligned with qualified work skills will create sustainable dairy farms. This Literature Review aims to examine the effect of increasing productivity and sustainability of dairy farms through optimizing human resource management. This study used a systematic review method. After collecting information from 13 SINTA accredited journals and SCOPUS indexed journals, it was found that optimizing human resource management plays an important role in realizing productivity and sustainability of dairy cows, as found in this literature review that empowering farmers by providing training, knowledge and skills is a key factor in increasing production yields that support business sustainability.

MSMEs play a key role in the national economy, especially in increasing economic growth and creating new jobs. However, in the digital era, MSMEs face major problems, such as low levels of digital literacy, limited access to the internet, and fierce competition with large companies that have used technology before. This study examines the variables that influence the sustainability of MSMEs amidst digital challenges and finds methods that can be used so that MSMEs can survive and grow. The research method was carried out through surveys and direct interviews with MSME actors at Pasar Pagi Setia Budi, Medan, North Sumatra. The results of the study showed that most MSME actors did not utilize digital platforms for marketing and transactions, which resulted in decreased income. To increase competitiveness, MSMEs need to improve their digital knowledge, adopt online marketing strategies, and optimize the use of e-commerce and social media. Support from the government, financial institutions, and technology companies is also very important. In the increasingly competitive digital era, by implementing the right digitalization strategy, MSMEs can improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and maintain the sustainability of their business.

An interest in entrepreneurship often comes to a person just like that. However, this interest can be influenced by several factors, both external and internal factors. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, e-commerce, and family environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The research method used is quantitative with a comparative causal nature. The research population used in this research were students of the Nusantara University PGRI Kediri Accounting study program class 2018-2023 using the sampling method, namely using the Slovin formula. The sample size in this study was 122 respondents and was collected through a questionnaire. Data obtained Data was collected through questionnaires and includes primary and secondary data. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test are used in data analysis. The results of this study show that entrepreneurial knowledge (X1) has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation (X2) has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, e-commerce (X3) has no effect on interest in entrepreneurship, and family environment (X4) has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions, the suggestions that the author can convey are as follows: for future researchers, this can be used as a guide to determine the influence of interest in entrepreneurship and try to use other variables besides the variables used in this research, especially variables that are similar to e-commerce variables.

Marketing activities have experienced a fairly rapid development along with development of information technology. In today's all-digital era, digital marketing formed a new strategy that is very important in the marketing of a company, especially for businesses such as online stores that allow buying and selling at once. Current company competing in developing their marketing strategies in achieving and retain customers. The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. The customer is currently in commit Interaction with the company is carried out by utilizing social media and applications growing rapidly. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology. Previous literature review studies have explored the current status of digital marketing implementation in Indonesia by the SME, a literature review that focuses explicitly on digital marketing implementation is scarce. The objective of this scoping review was to map the existing digital marketing knowledge to meet digital marketing practices. The scoping review followed the protocol outlined by Arksey and O'Malley (Arksey & O’Malley, 2005) that has five main stages: (1) identifying research questions; (2) identifying relevant studies; (3) study selection; (4) data charting, and (5) collating, summarizing and reporting the results. The reviewed studies were selected from two electronic databases: Scopus and Google Scholar within six years time span (2017-2023). The results of the scoping review indicated that the majority of the SME already knowing about digital marketing. However, as has been claimed by Aries Kurniawan and Asharudin (Kurniawan & Asharudin, 2018), SME have some obstacles that must be handle so they can survive and grow. Emphasis should be given to how to understanding digital marketing strategic and how to upgrade SME's knowledge about digital marketing. According to Katoyusyi Kano (Kano et al., 2022), digital marketing strategies from the consumer perspective should be given more attention in order to make digital marketing more effective in attracting attention and winning consumer trust.

Akomodasi merupakan orientasi sosial yang bermakna keutuhan sosial demi menjauhi serta mendamaikan kegentingan, pertikaian yang saling berkaitan. Seumpama bentuk kegiatan akomodasi yang bermanfaat mempersiapkan perlengkapan guna melengkapi keperluan. provinsi jawa barat terdapat tempat wisata yang ramai dikunjungi oleh wisatawan nusantara dan mancanegara oleh sebab itu pengunjung menggunakan fasilitas akomodasi yang tersedia di setiap daerah, wisatawan nusantara ramai menginap di villa sedangkan wisatawan mancanegara lebih memilih hotel berbintang. Penelitian ini memfokuskan bagaimana pengelompokan wisatawan daerah wisata akomodasi dan jenis wisatawan terbanyak yang ramai berkunjung menggunakan algoritma k-means, analisis ini memakai metode Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). Teknik pengumpulan data atau pengumpulan data bersumber dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dengan tujuan kiranya menjadi pengetahuan untuk wisatawan serta mampu mempublikasikan wisata di media sosial dan diharapkan akan lebih meningkat jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung dan meningkatnya pembangunan sarana dan prasarana di setiap daerah akomodas.Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa daerah akomodasi yang ramai dikunjungi adalah Kota Bandung dengan jenis wisatawan yang datang yaitu pengunjung  dalam negeri (Nusantara).
