This study aims to analyze the implementation of the murabahah bil wakalah contract within Islamic financing institutions by examining procedural compliance, documentation quality, and the effectiveness of internal monitoring. A qualitative approach was applied using in-depth interviews, structured observations, and document analysis involving purposively selected informants. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis supported by data reduction, coding processes, source triangulation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of the contract generally aligns with sharia principles, although operational challenges persist, including inconsistent documentation, varied member understanding of wakalah procedures, and limitations in monitoring practices. Verification processes and margin determination have been properly executed, yet administrative governance requires strengthening to ensure alignment between procedural guidelines and real-world practice. The study highlights the importance of increasing sharia literacy and enhancing human resource capacity to improve efficiency and compliance in implementing murabahah bil wakalah within micro-level Islamic financial institutions.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance differences of Bank Syariah Indonesia before and after the merger based on three key ratios: Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operational Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and Return on Assets (ROA). A comparative quantitative approach was applied using financial statement data from the 2017–2024 period, analyzed with normality tests and paired sample t-tests. The normality test results indicate that all data are normally distributed. The paired sample t-test reveals no significant difference in the FDR ratio before and after the merger, while significant differences are found in BOPO and ROA. These findings indicate that the merger affected the efficiency and profitability of the bank, but not directly the effectiveness of fund distribution. The study implies that Bank Syariah Indonesia needs to strengthen operational efficiency and asset management post-merger. Future researchers are encouraged to include non-financial variables and apply qualitative approaches to gain more comprehensive insights.

Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN) are a vital component in the operational activities of an organization. However, their performance management faces challenges in efficiency and standardization. This scientific paper examines the potential implementation of Google Sites as a platform for PPNPN performance management. The analysis focuses on the existing regulatory framework. The proposed model leverages the integration of Google Sites with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and other supporting applications provided by Google to digitize the performance management cycle, from planning, monitoring, and evaluation (based on indicators such as integrity, discipline, teamwork, communication, and service), to documentation and feedback. The main advantages of this platform include administrative efficiency, increased data transparency and accessibility, centralized data management, potential for consisten process, collaboration, and cost-effectiveness. Nevertheless, its implementation faces significant challenges related to the digital literacy gap among PPNPN with diverse roles, data security and privacy issues in the public sector, the need for robust change management, feature limitations compared to specialized HRIS systems, particularly in the Ministry of Finance where the research object's office is located, and the necessity for adequate supporting infrastructure. This research concludes that Google Sites offers a technically viable solution, but its success highly depends on the organizational and human resource readiness of both the HR managers and the PPNPN themselves.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in supporting regional economic development. However, inefficient inventory management remains a significant challenge in operational effectiveness. This study aims to analyze raw material inventory control at Kebab & Burger Foursist MSME in Tarakan City using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP) methods. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, utilizing annual sales data, ordering costs, and storage costs of main raw materials. The results indicate that the implementation of EOQ and ROP effectively determines the optimal purchase quantity and reorder timing, thereby minimizing total inventory costs and reducing the risk of stockouts or overstocking. The use of POM-QM for Windows software enhances the accuracy of the analysis. The implications of this study offer practical solutions for MSME actors in managing raw material procurement more efficiently and systematically.

Cooperatives in carrying out their activities to achieve the set goals must carry out control. The control that is implemented must be able to provide benefits, in this case it is able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of cooperative operations. This study aims to analyze the control of receivables in the Women's Cooperative in Sidomulyo Village, Purwoasri District, Kediri Regency, during the period 2019 to 2023. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The data analyzed includes the cooperative's financial statements, which are collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis technique used is to calculate the Receivable Turnover (RTO) ratio, and the Average Collection Period (ACP). The results of this study show that the control of receivables in the Women's Cooperative can be said to be effective. In the Receivable Turnover (RTO) ratio from 2019 to 2023, the receivables turnover rate can be said to be effective. In the Average Collection Period (ACP) from 2019 to 2023, it can be said to be effective.

This research is in the background that a balanced scorecard is a management system used to implement strategies, evaluate performance not only from financial aspects, but also involving non-financial aspects. In addition, a balanced scorecard is used to convey the company's vision, strategy, and performance expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Prambon Health Center seen using the balanced scorecard method. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach and is conducted at the Prambon Health Center. The results of this study show that the performance of the Prambon Health Center is measured by the balanced scorecard method from a financial perspective on the economic and efficiency ratios in 2021 to 2023 showing good results, and on the effectiveness ratio seen in 2021 to 2023 showing poor results. From a customer perspective, measured using customer satisfaction from 2021 to 2023, it shows good results. From an internal business perspective measured using the ALOS indicator seen from 2021 to 2023 shows good results, The BOR indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows poor results, the TOI indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows poor results, and the BTO indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows good results. The conclusion from the data analysis from the Prambon Health Center measured using a balanced scorecard for the period from 2021 to 2023 is always increasing every year. In 2021 it showed quite good results, in 2022 it showed good results, and in 2023 it showed good results.

This research aims to analyze the role of the Management Information System (SIM) in supporting the decision-making process at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This study explores the integration, reliability and contribution of information systems used in managing property and land information and their impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of decisions. The research methodology includes surveys of system users, interviews with top-level managers, and documentation of analyzes related to the technological infrastructure implemented. The data collected was analyzed using qualitative methods to understand the adequacy of the system, its suitability to user needs, and its contribution to the decision-making process. The research results show that the implemented Management Information System has a number of advantages, including efficient data management, better information accessibility, and real-time data availability. However, challenges such as data security and the need for increased integration with other systems were identified as potential improvements. In the context of decision making, MIS is proven to play an important role in providing timely and accurate information for management in making strategic decisions regarding land ownership, document updates and property transfers. Recommendations are prepared based on research results to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Management Information System to support better decision making at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This research provides valuable insights for managers and developers of information systems in the context of the Land Agency, as well as a basis for improving the system to increase its decision-making role to a more strategic and responsive nature.

A performance audit is an audit activity systematically and objectively based on the type of evidence to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and economics of the audited entity's operations to improve unit operations and achieve good public accountability. This research aims to get to know more about how much influence public sector audit performance has on public accountability through functional oversight that acts as a moderator. This research is a qualitative research type, in which public sector organizations are the object of the research being studied. Conducting research methods in the form of a literature review by analyzing books and scientific writings that have the same title and discussion, so that there are 3 journals taken randomly. This study found that there is a significance between Performance Audits on Public Accountability and Functional Supervision in moderating performance audits on Public Accountability.

Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally.
