This study aims to analyze and determine the optimal production capacity at Sekar Arum MSMEs to achieve maximum profit using the Linear Programming (LP) graphical approach. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used included primary data from interviews and observations, and secondary data from production and raw material records. The analysis was conducted by formulating a mathematical LP model consisting of an objective function and constraint functions based on the limited resources available to the enterprise. Data processing was carried out using POM-QM for Windows version 5 with the graphical method to identify the optimal solution point. The results indicate that the optimal production combination is 2 kilograms of red ginger and 3 kilograms of tamarind turmeric, yielding a maximum profit of Rp4,600,000 per production cycle. The implementation of Linear Programming proved effective in assisting MSME owners in making efficient production decisions, thereby enhancing profitability and the sustainable use of resources.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, green knowledge, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention toward electric bicycles in Kediri City. A quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design was employed. Data were collected through an online questionnaire involving 112 respondents familiar with electric vehicle concepts, using purposive sampling. The validity and reliability tests confirmed that all research instruments were valid and reliable. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results reveal that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with an R² value of 0.893. Among them, eWOM has the most dominant influence compared to price and green knowledge. These findings indicate that reasonable price perception, adequate environmental knowledge, and positive online reviews simultaneously enhance consumers’ purchase intention for electric bicycles. This study supports the Theory of Planned Behavior in explaining eco-friendly purchasing behavior and provides strategic implications for companies to apply value-based pricing, environmental education campaigns, and effective digital promotion strategies.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of raw material inventory control at the Kediri Wet Noodle business by comparing the traditional method with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied, utilizing EOQ, Safety Stock (SS), Re-order Point (ROP), and total inventory cost analysis. The results indicate that the traditional method leads to 24 purchase cycles per year with an inventory cost of IDR 4,320,000, without considering safety stock or re-order points. In contrast, the EOQ method shows an optimal purchase quantity of 1,421 sacks (35,525 Kg) with five purchase cycles per year, an inventory cost of IDR 574,455, a Safety Stock of 67 sacks (1,675 Kg), and a Re-order Point of 107 sacks (2,675 Kg). Therefore, the EOQ method reduces inventory costs by up to 86% compared to the traditional method. Nevertheless, its limitation lies in the exclusion of raw material shelf life and storage condition factors.

Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN) are a vital component in the operational activities of an organization. However, their performance management faces challenges in efficiency and standardization. This scientific paper examines the potential implementation of Google Sites as a platform for PPNPN performance management. The analysis focuses on the existing regulatory framework. The proposed model leverages the integration of Google Sites with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and other supporting applications provided by Google to digitize the performance management cycle, from planning, monitoring, and evaluation (based on indicators such as integrity, discipline, teamwork, communication, and service), to documentation and feedback. The main advantages of this platform include administrative efficiency, increased data transparency and accessibility, centralized data management, potential for consisten process, collaboration, and cost-effectiveness. Nevertheless, its implementation faces significant challenges related to the digital literacy gap among PPNPN with diverse roles, data security and privacy issues in the public sector, the need for robust change management, feature limitations compared to specialized HRIS systems, particularly in the Ministry of Finance where the research object's office is located, and the necessity for adequate supporting infrastructure. This research concludes that Google Sites offers a technically viable solution, but its success highly depends on the organizational and human resource readiness of both the HR managers and the PPNPN themselves.

In Indonesia, online motorcycle taxis are the largest public transportation with a very large number of partners and fleets, covering all parts of Indonesia. As a profit-oriented mode of public transportation, paying attention to customer satisfaction is a necessity. One of the efforts that can be done is to provide quality services. In fact, this study aims to find out how online transportation users respond by looking at the service elements provided by service providers. Scientific studies are used as a logical way to prove reliable research results, and in this study using quantitative methods and statistical analysis of linear regression. The subjects of this study were users of the online ojek public transportation mode in the student MPLM UNJ 2022,Jakarta. The results of the study provide an overview, in general, respondents are satisfied with the presence of nline motorcycle taxis. This is very helpful and facilitates user activities. Public demand for motorcycles is always increasing. The motorcycle manufacturers compete with each other to offer their products. Yamaha is one of the largest and most excellent automotive companies, especially in Indonesia. In the current uncertain economic situation due to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, this has resulted in sluggishness in motorcycle sales. So that before marketing their products, companies need to pay attention to consumer behavior first. Because consumer behavior will be the target for purchasing products to be marketed. The purpose of the study was to analyze consumer behavior in deciding to purchase a Yamaha motorcycle at CV Tjahaja Baru Lubuk Buaya Padang. This study uses qualitative methods and belongs to field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this study are that prospective motorcycle consumers in buying a motorcycle take a lot of considerations to get the motorcycle they want, what are the advantages of a motorcycle, an affordable price, if purchased on credit with low interest and so on.
