This study aims to explain and test hypotheses regarding the influence of customer experience and product variation on consumer purchase decisions at Mie Judes Sambi Kediri, with brand image as a mediating variable. This research uses an associative approach with a quantitative method. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, involving 100 respondents who are consumers of Mie Judes Sambi. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), processed using SmartPLS version 4.1.1.2, which includes testing the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that customer experience and product variation have a positive and significant effect on brand image and purchase decisions. Brand image also has a significant influence on purchase decisions. Furthermore, brand image is proven to significantly mediate the influence of customer experience and product variation on purchase decisions. These findings affirm that enhancing customer experience and providing product variations that align with consumer preferences play a crucial role in building a strong brand image, which ultimately impacts consumer purchase decisions at Mie Judes Sambi Kediri.

This article discusses risk management strategies in the face of global market uncertainty triggered by the process of globalization and economic interconnection. Through a literature review, it highlights the importance of a proactive, flexible and collaborative approach that integrates various aspects such as politics, economics, technology and human resources. The use of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analysis is key in accelerating risk detection and appropriate decision-making. In addition, strengthening human resources, investment diversification, building risk reserves, and cross-departmental and external collaboration are considered key strategies to improve organizational resilience and competitiveness amid global uncertainty. The results of this study provide recommendations for organizations to adopt a comprehensive and sustainable approach to risk management to maintain business stability and sustainability in the era of globalization.

This study aims to evaluate the performance of KSP Satria B Cilongok using the Malcolm Baldrige Framework for Performance Excellence. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews with the cooperative’s leadership on May 4, 2025. Analysis was conducted based on seven categories within the Malcolm Baldrige Excellence Framework. Findings indicate that KSP Satria B Cilongok has implemented visionary leadership, customer-focused service, data-driven management, and effective risk and workforce management. The cooperative’s performance continues to improve, demonstrated by stable growth in members, net income (SHU), and transaction volume. Furthermore, adherence to organizational ethics and transparency has been a key factor in building member trust. This study contributes by integrating the Malcolm Baldrige principles into the management of small to medium-sized savings and loan cooperatives in Indonesia, presenting a novel application of the framework in the local context

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) at the Purwokerto branch of PT Jamkrindo Syariah in addressing competitiveness within the Islamic finance sector. The BMC is a strategic framework consisting of nine building blocks: customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure. This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, utilizing observation and unstructured interviews with relevant stakeholders as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the application of BMC at PT Jamkrindo Syariah has been optimal and has positively impacted the company’s operations, particularly in market penetration, customer relationship management, and cost efficiency. Furthermore, partnerships with both private and governmental institutions serve as critical elements for ensuring business sustainability. The study recommends that the company continuously pursue product innovation, strengthen digital channels, enhance human resources, and regularly evaluate its business model to remain responsive to market changes. Effective implementation of BMC can serve as a strategic tool to boost the company’s competitive advantage.

Lifestyle and fashion have become an inseparable part of modern society. Excessive public consumption of apparel products causes clothing manufacturers to speed up their production performance. The production and consumption processes of society are primarily the cause of much of the natural damage caused. Where the waste from the fabric/textile dyeing production process from upstream to downstream is not managed properly, as is the disposal of worn-out apparel and is not managed responsibly. Economic globalization and the media industry are one of the factors that shape this condition. Lifestyle growth is a reference for society that is considered good or bad, up to the date or expiration. The purpose of this paper is to provide an introduction to the awareness of the fashion industry which is experiencing rapid progress, but many of the fashion industry movers and players ignore the current environmental problems. Provides an introduction to how fashion waste that is disposed of irresponsibly will cause environmental damage over time. The implications for producers, consumers and policy choices are to increase sustainable development goals with the aim of building an environmentally friendly fashion industry. This is followed by research illustrations regarding how to make bag products using the concept of sustainable fashion. A brief review of one of the fashion designers who pioneered the sustainable fashion/ ecofashion movement. This paper will also explain how sustainable fashion production and consumption is from an Islamic economic perspective.

Verry Martin A.S, M Islamic Sharia Tourism Study Program, Department of Management and Business, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung State Islamic University who was supervised by Dr. Deny Yudiantoro, S.AP., M.M., The research in this thesis is based on the importance of tourism development strategies because the main reason for tourism development in a tourist destination, whether locally, regionally or nationally in a country, is closely related to the economic development of that region or country. The focus of research in writing this thesis is (1) What is the tourism development strategy to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction? (2) What is the strategy for developing human resources to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction? (3) What is the most effective role of media in reaching and influencing the target audience of tourists, especially in the context of digitalization and developments in information technology? This type of research is field research using a descriptive method approach. In collecting data researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers double-checked to obtain the data obtained and used triangulation techniques, with the aim of obtaining data validity. After that, analyzing it through data reduction and making conclusionsng the validity of the data uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the research results show that (1) tourism development strategies to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction are carried out in various ways, including strategies including adding tourist attractions, developing accessibility, developing amenities, developing public facilities. the role of government. (2) human resource development strategy to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction by implementing a capacity building strategy which includes Human Resource (HR) Development, Strengthening organization, Institutional reform (institutional reform) (3) Media strategy that most effective in reaching and influencing the target audience of tourists, by referring to technical and practical means. by implementing promotions on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok to influence the audience of data tourists to Puncak Jowim tourism.

This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. To be able to attract customers companies apply different approaches but when viewed from the factors that influence consumer buying decisions on a product both goods and services the consumer behavior approach system is shown in searching, buying, using, evaluating, and spending products and services that they expect to satisfy their needs, Kanuk & Schiffman (2010). This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

This study aims to examine the effect of training, capacity building, and reward provision on improving the performance of human resources at the Kapalo Destination of Banda Taram, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study used a questionnaire distributed in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota as many 53 respondents using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Training and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of managers at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination while the capacity building has no significant effect on improving performance at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination. This research implies that the existence of training and rewards can make performance better, especially in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Regency of Lima Puluh Kota.
