Gamification—the use of game mechanics in non-gaming contexts—has proven to be an effective tool for enhancing children's learning experiences. This paper examines how gamified learning platforms influence early childhood education by improving motivation, attention span, and knowledge retention. The study evaluates the effectiveness of various educational games and proposes best practices for implementing gamification in preschool and primary education.

Hypertension is a condition that is often found in health services. Hypertension is a condition when blood pressure in the blood vessels chronically increases. Many risk factors can cause hypertension, including age, race, gender, lifestyle, sodium consumption, smoking, alcohol consumption, stress level, and education. The urgency of this research is the large number of hypertension patients at the Purwodiningratan Surakarta Health Center and it is increasing almost every year. From the initial survey at the Purwodiningratan Surakarta Community Health Center, data was obtained that the number of hypertension patients over the last five years has increased, decreased, then increased again. This is supported by data on the number of hypertension patients in 2019 as many as 311, in 2020 as many as 214, in 2021 as many as 319, in 2022 as many as 125 and in 2023 up to now there are 335. The objective problem in this research is the number of patients with the disease. Hypertension increases from year to year, so research is needed on the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and family support and efforts to control hypertension. The importance of this research is as an effort to control hypertension which continues to increase from year to year by means of interviews and distributing leaflets with the aim of approaching the community. The aim of this research is to analyze how much impact the hypertension control program using the walet method (interviews and leaflets) has on the community. The achievement stages in this research are for the approach used in this research, namely cross sectional. The sample in this study was employees of the Purwodiningratan Health Center, totaling 41 respondents. The sampling technique uses the accidental sampling method based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The statistical test used is the T test followed by a linear regression test at a significance level of 0.05.

In the digital era, communication technology enhances interaction quality across various sectors, including healthcare. Communication between doctors and patients can be improved through innovative digital media platforms. However, there is a knowledge gap regarding the effectiveness and implementation of digital media in doctor-patient interactions. This study aims to evaluate the impact of digital media platforms on doctor-patient communication and identify factors influencing the effectiveness of such communication. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach over six months, with inclusion criteria comprising doctors and patients actively using digital media. Subjects were selected through purposive sampling, involving 20 doctors and 50 patients. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify critical patterns and themes. The findings indicate that digital media usage enhances the accessibility and responsiveness of communication, enables real-time health monitoring, and increases patient satisfaction through more personal and interactive communication. Factors such as doctors' digital skills, patients' preferences, and institutional support play significant roles in communication effectiveness. Digital media also reduce communication errors and improve the efficiency of health information delivery. The implications of this study suggest that integrating digital technology in medical communication enhances interaction quality and accelerates digital transformation in the healthcare sector.

Stunting indicates a high prevalence of nutritional deficiencies that have not yet reached reduction targets, as seen in Geneng District, Ngawi Regency. Maternal knowledge and attitudes are crucial factors in preventing stunting and can influence mothers' behaviors in ensuring nutrition for toddlers. Manajemen Nutrisi Balita Stunting (MNBS) is an innovative intervention designed to address specific nutritional needs. It was developed into a smartphone application that serves as an educational tool to prevent stunting issues. This study aims to analyze the impact of MNBS on maternal knowledge and attitudes towards stunting prevention. This study used a one-group pretest-post-test design approach. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling involving 30 respondents. Inclusion criteria for this research included mothers with toddlers experiencing malnutrition, owning a smartphone, and being willing to participate in the study until completion. The research results indicate that maternal knowledge and attitudes towards preventing stunting improved after receiving education through Manajemen Nutrisi Balita Stunting (MNBS) smartphone application. Introduction: Breastfeeding initiation is internationally recommended due to its benefits on maternal and child health. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between mode of delivery and early breastfeeding initiation among women who delivered in health facilities. Methods: The study based on The Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey 2017. There were 5,369 women whose children born in the last 24 months preceding the survey in health facilities in Indonesia. The likelihood of breastfeeding initiation among women who delivered in health facilities was associated with mode of delivery, which women with caesarean delivery (OR = 0.33; 95% CI: 0.29-0.38) were less likely to practice breastfeeding initiation compared with those with normal vaginal delivery after adjusted by socio-economic factors. Moreover, women age 35-49 years and non-working women were found to have higher probabilities to practice breastfeeding initiation. Conclusion: Maternal age, working status and type of delivery were significantly influencing the practice of early initiation of breastfeeding among women who delivered in health facilities. Therefore, education and promotion of breastfeeding initiation need to be improved, so couples can raise their knowledge and awareness of the benefits of breastfeeding initiation then implement it.

Some members of the public still do not understand healthy homes, this causes one family member to have pulmonary tuberculosis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of healthy home knowledge level with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis disease in Surabaya. Design analytical research across sectional. A research image of 70 people, A large sample of 60 respondents was taken with the Simple Random Sampling technique. Independent variable levels of healthy home knowledge and variable dependent incidence of pulmonary TB disease. The data were analyzed using the statistic test Chi-Square with a p-value ≤ of 0.05. The results of the study were obtained from 60 respondents, with almost some (38.3%) low level of knowledge about healthy homes and most (68.3%) people with pulmonary TB. Data analyzed with Chi-Square statistic tests showed p=0.03 p-value ≤0.05, which means there is a relationship between healthy home knowledge levels and pulmonary TB disease. The conclusion of a healthy home does not cause the outbreak of pulmonary tuberculosis.
