The purpose of this study is to produce a design to predict, analyze and determine the level of potential bankruptcy of a company using the Altman Z-Score method. Predictions are made by analyzing the financial statements of a company. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the first phase of research are in the form of a review of bankruptcy prediction analysis using secondary data from banks in Indonesia that are already on the stock exchange and have branch offices in the city of Semarang, while the second year produces an information system design that has added value from the first year to the third year. testing the system that has been designed using actual financial statement data.

Di lingkungan Polri, Polsekta/Polsek mempunyai peranan penting dalam melindungi, membina, melayani dan menegakkan hukum di lingkungan masyarakat Polsek Tegowanu. Oleh karena itu, Polsek Tegowanu dituntut untuk dapat melayani masyarakat dimana salah satu tugas pokok Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia adalah sebagai pelayan masyarakat. Sebagai salah satu aparat penegak hukum, Nasional Sistem agenda kerja yang lama masih menggunakan cara manual dan memakan banyak waktu serta dengan sistem tersebut akan memperlambat kinerja anggota Polsek. Dokumentasi kegiatan yang dilakukan Petugas Polsek Tegowanu tidak dapat dilihat oleh Kapolsek dan anggota, karena dokumentasi foto hanya disimpan di komputer petugas. Permasalahan lainnya adalah belum adanya penyimpanan data data kegiatan masyarakat dan jadwal kegiatan, karena tidak adanya penyimpanan pada database sehingga pengolahan data belum terintegrasi dengan baik. Dengan dirancangnya sistem informasi Kegiatan Berbasis Kinerja dengan Metode Berorientasi Objek di Polsek Tegowanu Resort Grobogan diharapkan dapat membantu pengolahan data agar lebih terintegrasi dengan baik serta proses pelaporan dan pengambilan data menjadi lebih cepat jika sewaktu-waktu data diperlukan. dan membuat sistem yang terintegrasi dengan database. Informasi yang akan dibangun dapat mempercepat proses pengolahan dan pengiriman informasi serta kegiatan Polsek Tegowanu kepada Kapolsek.

At the present time of the pandemic, it is difficult for the world's most unusual cuttlefish to market its products. Thus, umkm needs to be provided with facilities to market the products online. Special-based backends are one of the media for selling by-products on the catapult. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. Research methods used in the construction of systems on this research are the methods of research and development (R & D). This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

Security issues of a system are factors that need to be considered in the operation of information systems, which are intended to prevent threats to the system and detect and correct any damage to the system. Distributed Denial of Services (DDOS) is a form of attack carried out by someone, individuals or groups to damage data that can be attacked through a server or malware in the form of packages that damage the network system used. Security is a mandatory thing in a network to avoid damage to the data system or loss of data from bad people or heckers. Packages sent in the form of malware that attacks, causing bandwidth hit continuously. Network security is a factor that must be maintained and considered in an information system. Ddos forms are Ping of Death, flooding, Remote controled attack, UDP flood, and Smurf Attack. The goal is to use DDOS to protect or prevent system threats and improve damaged systems. Public transportation is one of the important modes of transportation and is the backbone of transportation in Indonesia. The development of public transportation is also supported by the government, this government support is evident in the national policy, namely the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN). Although public transportation is an effective mode of transportation, it also has obstacles in its development, namely how to meet customer desires in choosing a mode of transportation. There are several variables that are the focus of this research, namely age, gender, income, cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility. The search for influential variables will use the K-Means and DBSCAN clustering algorithms, these two algorithms are also compared to their performance to find a better algorithm. The results of the Silhouette Coefficient show that DBSCAN has a better performance with a value of 0.99 than K-Means with a value of 0.86. The variables that affect the interest in using public transportation are the most important ones related to cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility.

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin mendorong upaya-upaya pembaruan dalam proses belajar mengajar, guru dituntut agar mampu menggunakan maupun membuat media pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif. SMP IT Cahaya Ummat Karangjati merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam yang dalam proses pembelajaran masih menggunakan metode konvensional. Hal ini menyebabakan siswa mengalami kebosanan dan kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga perlu dibuatnya inovasi baru dalam hal media pembelajaran. Solusi yang ditawarkan pada penelitian ini adalah sebuah media pembelajaran interaktif dengan metode Joyfull Learning. Metode Joyfull Learning adalah metode yang sangat baik di gunakan untuk melibatkan peserta didik dalam mempelajari materi yang telah disampaikan mengingat siswa kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini dirancang untuk memberikan inovasi pembelajaran khususnya mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris kelas VII semester 2 SMP IT Cahaya Ummat Karangjati. Selain itu, dengan adanya media pembelajaran interaktif diharapkan peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar sehingga membuat hasil belajar meningkat.

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi pendukung keputusan pembelian barang yang dapat menghasilkan informasi yang valid, cepat dan akurat dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana membangun sistem informasi pendukung keputusan pembelian barang yang efektif dalam peramalan penjualan. Sulitnya administrasi untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi pendukung keputusan pembelian barang yang valid berdasarkan peramalan penjualan dan membuat sistem informasi pendukung keputusan pembelian barang yang efektif dalam meramalkan penjualan pada CV. Ida Ayu Semarang. Pada aplikasi peramalan ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode moving average. Metode ini diperoleh melalui penjumlahan dan pencarian nilai rata-rata dari sejumlah periode tertentu, setiap kali menghilangkan nilai terlama dan menambah nilai baru. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menunjukan bahwa perancangan sistem informasi pendukung keputusan pembelian barang berdasarkan peramalan penjualan berbasis web dapat membantu karyawan (administrasi) untuk meminimalkan terjadinya kesalahan pembelian barang dengan mempertimbangkan penjualan yang terjadi dalam periode tertentu. Jadi semua kegiatan penjualan serta pembelian barang di CV. Ida Ayu dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.

Pemetaan wilayah wilayah pemasaran menjadi salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan suatu kegiatan usaha untuk mengetahui sasaran yang tepat dalam pelaksanaannya di wilayah kerja tertentu. Penelitian ini mencoba merancang pemetaan wilayah pemasaran, diharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan rencana strategis pemasaran yang tepat sasaran. Sehingga dapat membantu manajemen Dealer X cabang demak dalam menentukan kebijakan pemasarannya. Dalam pemetaan ini menggunakan software QGis untuk pemetaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peta keluaran yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagian pemasaran untuk memetakan wilayah pemasaran yang ada di wilayah yang ditentukan.

Information technology is a technology used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating data in various ways to produce relevant, accurate and timely information, which is used for personal, business and government purposes and is strategic information for decision making, in recording fixed assets for example, must be managed properly because the need for the data is frequent intensity, the number of items is not small so it is impossible to memorize, the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets of a company needs to be done at the end of every year because it will affect the book value and depreciation expense on the balance sheet and depreciation expense on fixed assets on the income statement. This depreciation calculation can also be used as a reference in the allocation to purchase new assets if the existing fixed assets can no longer be used. Obstacles in preparing depreciation reports if not resolved immediately will have a bad impact on schools, for example being late in submitting annual tax reports due to the long preparation of depreciation reports will result in schools being fined for being late in reporting the annual corporate tax return. With the accounting information system for depreciation of fixed assets, it is expected that it will facilitate officers in managing fixed asset data and depreciation reports. The new system that will be designed is web-based, so that it can be accessed at any time by interested parties and makes coordination time more effective.

Ivori mini market often runs out of stock because there is no inventory planning. The main purpose of making this application is to assist employees in determining inventory planning that must be provided next month. While the method used to make this forecast is a single moving average, one of the time series methods in forecasting. Single Moving Average is a forecasting method that is done by collecting a group of observed values, looking for the average value as a forecast for the future period. The result of this forecasting is to predict the number of sales that will occur in the coming month.

Forecasting is a technique to identify a model that can be used to predict conditions in the future. Puzzle game is a game that shifts numbers from a box consisting of nine boxes. Eight boxes must have values arranged in numerical order starting from numbers 1 to 8. Puzzle games can produce the correct sequence according to the initial state provided that they follow the rules established rules. Completion of this game using a heuristic method, using the Ascent hill Climbing algorithm. The working process of the Ascent hill Climbing method is a process of looking for several possible solutions in order to get the optimal value for solving the problem by arranging the values from the position of the smallest value to the position of the largest value. The problem that is often experienced in this case is a lack of user knowledge in the concept of puzzle game rules so that search results are difficult to find,with this method it can make it easier to solve puzzle game cases by following the game rules and done systematically so that Goals are quickly found. PT. Dayamitra Telekomunikasi or Mitratel is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which is engaged in providing telecommunications infrastructure. Mitratel has been in the telecommunications tower business since 2008. To date, Mitratel has managed more than 13,700 telecommunication towers spread throughout Indonesia. The choice of a website as a company's communication medium with the public is the right decision considering that the website can provide information or messages to anyone who wants that information even though they are in different parts of the world. The website built by the company can provide information related to the company's activities that are considered worthy to be known by the public. Through the website, the public can also find out the company in sufficient detail, starting from the profile, vision and mission, history, contacts, and activities carried out by the company. So far, the Mitratel website has never been evaluated, so the authors evaluate using the Webqual method and Importance Performance Analysis. The results obtained indicate that there are still many parts of the Mitratel website that must be improved.

Many companies require good employee performance in order to achieve company goals, business competition is a trigger for companies to improve the performance of their employees. The variables used to determine the effect of the company's employee performance are discipline, compensation, work environment and training. This research was conducted on employees of PT. XYZ involved 60 respondents. This study uses a saturated sampling technique and uses a Likert scale. The analysis used was multiple linear analysis, with the regression equation Y = 16.349 + 0.068X1 + 0.001X2 + 0.159X3 + 0.287X4. The conclusions of this study are, (1) employee performance is not significantly affected by discipline, (2) employee performance is not significantly affected by compensation, (3) employee performance is not significantly affected by the work environment, (4) employee performance is significantly influenced by training, (5) Employee performance is influenced simultaneously by discipline, compensation, work environment and training.

Rice is the most important staple food for humans to have energy to carry out activities. The purpose of this study is to provide information to the public in the form of a reference for selecting rice based on consumer interest, so that it can be used as a decision making in buying rice. The Mamdani method is a method that is able to solve problems in the case of rice selection based on consumer references. The work process of the Sugeno method consists of four parts, namely fuzification, inference engine, implication function amplification and the last one is defuzzification. The final result, the Mamdani method has the characteristics of using the AND operator and using the min-max value. This research is in the form of a decision-making system in rice selection based on references from consumers by looking at four aspects of criteria such as price, quality, taste, and shape variables, these four aspects can be used as a reference in rice selection. Sugeno fuzzy logic to get the final value.The Mamdani method is a very effective method in selecting rice according to the needs and interests of consumers so that potential consumers can easily choose rice according to their interests and desired criteria.

Management of medical actions carried out in handling patients who are ODP (people under monitoring), OTG (asymptomatic people), PDP (patient under monitoring) and positive Covid-19 patients is carried out based on assumptions, such as self-isolation, hospitalization, or special treatments in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) room. The condition of the body in each patient is different, a patient may have same symptoms but the treatment is different, especially in elderly patients. Many problems occur in determining medical action because the patient's body condition is different. Therefore, it needs to be appointed as a research. The research method used in this study was Nive Bayes algorithm with supporting application Rapid Miner. It was applied to carry out the process of testing on patient data as much as 500 data, 25 variables or patient symptoms and 3 outputs as a form of medical action. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, prediction of medical actions for ODP, PDP, OTG and positive Covid-19 patients were obtained by comparing training data with testing data using Rapid Miner application. It resulted that an accuracy rate of 76.00% was obtained
